三豆丹（扁鹊）。敷痘毒圣药。
黄豆 赤小豆 绿豆（各一合）
用醋浸捣研浓浆，时时以鹅翎扫上，红肿退去，其效如神。
三豆饮（扁鹊）。凡遇时令不正，宜预服此，以疏解之。
黄豆 赤小豆 绿豆（各一升） 甘草节（二两）
水煮熟，食豆饮汁。七日乃止，永保无患。
保元汤 痘痈出脓之后，脾胃虚弱，脓清不敛者服之。
人参 白术 黄 （各一钱） 甘草（三分）
姜一片，枣二枚煎，食远服。
绵茧散 痘后余毒流注各处出清水者。出蛾绵茧不拘多少，用生明矾末填满 灰，干掺。
回毒即消丹（岐天师）
人参（二钱） 金银花（五钱） 甘草（一钱） 元参（三钱）
水二碗煎三分，与小儿服之。一剂即消大半，二剂痊愈。付符一道，焚在药中
煎汁，神效。凡服药不效，焚符于药中，煎药与小儿饮之，十人十生。
符式咒曰∶小儿有病，病魔作祟，吾今施符，治无不愈，吾奉天师岐真君律令
敕。书符前念咒一遍，书毕又念咒一遍，焚于药内又念咒一遍，此秘诀也。
岁久不愈神方（岐天师）
黄 （二两） 生甘草（二钱） 白芥子（三钱） 柴胡 肉桂（各五分） 人参 白术 当归
金银花（各一两） 薏苡仁（三两）
先将薏苡仁用水四碗煎汁二碗，再煎前药半碗，饥服一剂。后用黄 、薏苡仁、
金银花各一两，白术、当归各五钱，生甘草、白芥子各二钱，陈皮三钱，水三碗煎
半碗，四剂痊愈。其服药之时，更须用药洗之。金银花一两，甘草三钱，生葱三根，水二碗，煎洗之。
痘毒溃烂不愈 干百合为细末掺之，数次即愈。
痘毒 鹅肉蒸熟淡吃，其毒自消。
消痘毒 瑞香花叶同冰糖捣敷，中留一孔，透气自消。
消痘毒 糯稻草烧灰入筲箕内，以滚水淋三遍，取稻草浸灰敷之，自消。
消痘毒（张 如《屡验方》）。大蚌一个只取肉，用黄土四围封固，火煨至红，只取蚌肉存性研末，油调敷，立消。
豆痈溃烂不愈 剥泥蛤 皮粘贴，即愈。
痘毒（钱青抡。）新瓦磨光洗净，置羯羊粪于瓦上，上下以瓦覆之，文武炙燥，烟
尽存性，取出为末，麻油调敷神效。
痘后余毒（《丹方全集》）
人参 白茯苓 犀角 金银花（各三钱） 甘草（一钱五分） 羚羊角（一钱） 珍珠（八分研）
上为末，蜜丸。每日服一钱，白汤下。日日服，神效。
解毒护童膏（《阴 文注证》）。金银花一斤，用水入铜器内，煎至渣无苦味为度，粉
甘草四两，用水煎至无甜味为度，去渣，二汁和匀，用文武火慢煎，约十碗至三四碗，
入米白糖收成膏，埋土内一日，出火气。每早以百沸汤冲一盅与小儿吃，一切痘疮不
生，并可稀痘。若初出痘后，煎服此膏，则遗毒皆尽，胜多吃胡桃也。
痘毒久不收功奇方（汤聘三。）
干百合（三钱） 血竭（二钱） 冰片（一分）
共研极细末干掺，即收功矣。
移痘毒、大毒法 凡毒发虚怯处，骨节关键处，出头便难敛口，可取池塘绿苔
敷在肿上，留一空处，或上或下，即移毒于所空之处出头。（池塘绿苔，夏月浮在水面上，冬
月在水底泥上取。）
痘毒已溃 早稻草根连土烘燥，研极细掺之。
痘毒初起（张太和）。苦丁草、伏龙肝同蜜调敷。
痘后余毒。
生绿豆末 赤小豆末 白蜜（各五钱） 猪油（三钱）
用马齿苋汁一碗，同药净锅内熬成膏涂之。
消痘毒 漱净口，将柿饼细嚼敷四围，即消。
痘毒久不收口 多年头油罐子放火上 红，冷定乳细末，搓上即愈。
消痘毒 热黄牛屎加蚯蚓捣敷，即消。
痘毒久不收功有多骨者 红升丹同人中白（ ）各等分，研细，搓上膏盖，多骨自出，收功。
痘毒久不收功 鲜马齿苋生捣烂取汁服之，以渣敷痘毒上，肿自消，脓自干，口自敛。
三豆丹（扁鹊创制）。这是敷治痘毒的圣药。

人参（二钱）、金银花（五钱）、甘草（一钱）、玄参（三钱）
加水两碗煎剩三分之一的药汁，给小儿服用。一剂后症状消除大半，两剂后痊愈。附送一道符咒，焚烧在药中一起煎汁，神效。凡是服药无效的情况，将符咒焚烧在药中，煎药给小儿饮用，十人可救活十人。

消痘毒。瑞香花叶与冰糖一同捣碎外敷，中间留一个孔透气，毒气自然消散。
消痘毒。糯稻草烧成灰放入竹筛内，用滚水淋洗三遍，取浸过稻草灰的水敷贴患处，毒气自然消散。
消痘毒（张氏《屡验方》）。取一个大蚌只取蚌肉，用黄土在四周封固，用火煨至变红，只保留蚌肉的药性研成粉末，用油调匀敷贴，立即消散。
痘毒（钱青抡创制）。取新瓦磨光洗净，将羯羊粪放在瓦上，上下再用瓦覆盖，用文武火烤至干燥，烟尽后存留药性，取出研成粉末，用麻油调敷，神效。
痘后余毒（《丹方全集》）
人参、白茯苓、犀角、金银花（各三钱）、甘草（一钱五分）、羚羊角（一钱）、珍珠（八分，研细）
以上药物研成粉末，用蜂蜜制成丸药。每日服用一钱，用白开水送服。日日服用，神效。
解毒护童膏（《阴证文注证》）。金银花一斤，用水在铜器内煎煮，直到药渣没有苦味为止；粉甘草四两，用水煎煮直到没有甜味为止。去渣，将两种汁液混合均匀，用文武火慢煎，大约从十碗浓缩至三四碗，加入米白糖收膏，埋在土里一天以去除火气。每天早晨用百沸汤冲服一盅给小儿喝，一切痘疮不生，并且可以稀释痘毒。如果痘疮刚发出后，煎服此膏，则遗留的毒气全部清除，胜过多吃胡桃。
痘毒久不收功奇方（汤聘三创制）

共同研成极细粉末干燥撒布，即可收口愈合。

Sanshou Dan (created by Bian Que). This is a sacred medicine for applying to treat smallpox toxins.
Soybean, Adzuki bean, Mung bean (each one he)
Soak in vinegar, crush and grind into a thick paste. Apply frequently with a goose feather brush. When redness and swelling subside, the effect is miraculous.
Sanshou Yin (created by Bian Que). Whenever seasonal climate is abnormal, it is advisable to take this formula in advance to disperse and resolve pathogens.
Soybean, Adzuki bean, Mung bean (each one sheng), Gancao Jie (Licorice Node) (two liang)
Boil in water until cooked. Eat the beans and drink the juice. Take for seven days then stop; this ensures permanent health without disaster.
Baoyuan Tang. For use after smallpox or carbuncles have discharged pus, when the spleen and stomach are weak, pus is clear/thin, and wounds fail to heal/converge.
Renshen (Ginseng Root), Baizhu (Atractylodes Rhizome), Huangqi (Astragalus Root) (each one qian), Gancao (Licorice Root) (three fen)
Decoct with one slice of Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger) and two dates. Take far from meals.
Mianjian San. For cases where residual toxins from smallpox flow to various parts and discharge clear fluid. Take silkworm cocoons in any quantity, fill them with powder of Sheng Mingfan (Raw Alum), dry them, and apply the powder directly to the affected area.
Huidu Jixiao Dan (created by Qitian Shi)
Renshen (Ginseng Root) (two qian), Jinyinhua (Honeysuckle Flower) (five qian), Gancao (Licorice Root) (one qian), Xuanshen (Scrophularia Root) (three qian)
Decoct in two bowls of water until reduced to one-third. Administer to children. One dose eliminates most symptoms; two doses result in recovery. Attach one talisman, burn it within the medicine while decocting the juice; this yields miraculous effects. In cases where medication fails, burn the talisman in the medicine and administer the decoction to children; ten out of ten will survive.
Talisman Mantra: "Children have illness, demons cause disturbance. I now bestow the talisman; treatment has no failure. I obey the decree of Heavenly Master Qi Zhenjun." Recite the mantra once before writing the talisman, once again after finishing writing, and once more when burning it into the medicine. This is the secret method.
Shenfang for Chronic Non-healing (created by Qitian Shi)
Huangqi (Astragalus Root) (two liang), Sheng Gancao (Raw Licorice Root) (two qian), Baijiezi (White Mustard Seed) (three qian), Chaihu (Bupleurum Root), Rougui (Cinnamon Bark) (each five fen), Renshen (Ginseng Root), Baizhu (Atractylodes Rhizome), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Jinyinhua (Honeysuckle Flower) (each one liang), Yiyiren (Coix Seed) (three liang)
First, decoct Yiyiren (Coix Seed) in four bowls of water to obtain two bowls of juice. Then add the previous herbs and decoct to obtain half a bowl of liquid. Take one dose on an empty stomach. Subsequently, use Huangqi (Astragalus Root), Yiyiren (Coix Seed), and Jinyinhua (Honeysuckle Flower) each one liang, Baizhu (Atractylodes Rhizome) and Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root) each five qian, Sheng Gancao (Raw Licorice Root) and Baijiezi (White Mustard Seed) each two qian, Chenpi (Citrus Reticulata Peel) three qian. Decoct in three bowls of water to obtain half a bowl. Take four doses for recovery. During medication, wash the affected area with medicine as well. Use Jinyinhua (Honeysuckle Flower) one liang, Gancao (Licorice Root) three qian, Sheng Cong (Green Onion Stem) three roots. Decoct in two bowls of water and wash the affected area.
Smallpox toxin ulceration not healing. Grind dried Baihe (Lily Bulb) into fine powder and sprinkle on the wound. It heals after several applications.
Smallpox toxin. Steam goose meat until cooked and eat it plain; the toxin dissipates naturally.
Eliminate smallpox toxin. Crush Ruixiang flowers and leaves with rock sugar and apply externally. Leave a hole in the center for ventilation; the toxin dissipates naturally.
Eliminate smallpox toxin. Burn rice straw to ash, place in a bamboo sieve, and rinse three times with boiling water. Soak the ash-straw mixture and apply to the affected area; the toxin dissipates naturally.
Eliminate smallpox toxin (Zhang's "Frequently Verified Formulas"). Take one large clam, using only the meat. Seal around it with yellow earth, roast over fire until red-hot. Preserve the medicinal nature of the clam meat, grind into powder, mix with oil, and apply. It dissipates immediately.
Bean carbuncle ulceration not healing. Peel mud clams and paste the skin onto the affected area; it heals immediately.
Smallpox toxin (created by Qian Qinglun). Take a new tile, grind smooth and clean. Place sheep dung on the tile, cover top and bottom with another tile. Roast with mild heat until dry and smokeless, preserving the medicinal nature. Remove, grind into powder, mix with sesame oil, and apply. Miraculous effect.
Residual toxins after smallpox ("Danfang Quanjii")
Renshen (Ginseng Root), Baifuling (Poria), Xijiao (Rhinoceros Horn), Jinyinhua (Honeysuckle Flower) (each three qian), Gancao (Licorice Root) (one qian five fen), Lingyangjiao (Antelope Horn), Zhenzhu (Pearl) (eight fen, ground)
Grind all ingredients into powder, form pills with honey. Take one qian daily, washed down with warm water. Daily administration yields miraculous effects.
Jiedu Hutong Gao ("Yinzheng Wenzhuzheng"). Jinyinhua (Honeysuckle Flower) one jin. Decoct in water in a copper vessel until the dregs lose their bitterness. Fen Gancao (Powdered Licorice Root) four liang. Decoct in water until it loses its sweetness. Strain, mix the two juices evenly. Slowly decoct with mild heat from about ten bowls down to three or four bowls. Add brown sugar to form a paste. Bury in soil for one day to remove fire qi. Every morning,冲 (rinse/mix) one cup with boiling water and give to children. Prevents all smallpox eruptions and can dilute smallpox severity. If taken after initial eruption, residual toxins are completely cleared, surpassing the benefit of eating many walnuts.
Qifang for Smallpox Toxin Long-term Failure to Heal (created by Tang Pin-san)
Dried Baihe (Lily Bulb) (three qian), Xuejie (Dragon's Blood), Bingpian (Borneol) (one fen)
Grind together into extremely fine powder and sprinkle dry. The wound will close and heal.
Method to Transfer Smallpox Toxin and Major Toxins. Whenever toxins erupt at weak points or joint areas, making closure difficult, apply green algae from ponds to the swelling, leaving one empty spot above or below. This transfers the toxin to the empty spot to erupt. (Green algae floats on water surface in summer; collect from mud at bottom in winter.)
Smallpox toxin already ulcerated. Dry early rice straw roots with soil, grind into extremely fine powder, and sprinkle on the wound.
Initial onset of smallpox toxin (created by Zhang Taihe). Mix Kudingsha (Ilex Kudingcha Leaf) and Fulonggan (Vermilion Dragon Liver/Collected Hearth Ash) with honey and apply.
Residual toxins after smallpox.
Raw Lüdou (Mung Bean) powder, Chi Xiaodou (Adzuki Bean) powder, White Honey (each five qian), Zhu You (Pig Fat) (three qian)
Use one bowl of Machixian (Portulaca Oleracea) juice. Boil with medicines in a clean pot until forming a paste. Apply.
Eliminate smallpox toxin. Rinse mouth thoroughly, chew persimmon cake finely, and apply around the lesion. It dissipates immediately.
Smallpox toxin long-term failure to close. Heat an old head-oil jar until red on fire. Cool, grind into fine powder, rub onto the area. It heals immediately.
Eliminate smallpox toxin. Mix hot yellow cow dung with earthworms, crush, and apply. It dissipates immediately.
Smallpox toxin long-term failure to close with bone extrusion. Hongshengdan (Red Ascending Cinnabar) and Renzhongbai (Human Tooth Ash) in equal parts. Grind fine, rub on with ointment cover. Extraneous bones exit naturally, wound closes.
Smallpox toxin long-term failure to close. Fresh Machixian (Portulaca Oleracea) crushed raw to extract juice for oral administration. Apply the dregs to the smallpox toxin. Swelling subsides, pus dries, wound converges naturally.
