紫霞膏 治瘰 初起，未成者贴之自消，已成未溃者，贴之自溃，已溃核存
者，贴之自脱，并治诸色顽疮 疮，湿痰湿气，新久棒疮，疼痛不已者，并用之。
明净松香（净末，一斤） 铜绿（净末，二两）
用麻油四两，铜锅内先熬数滚，滴水不散，方下松香熬化，次下铜绿，熬至白
烟将尽，其膏已成，候片时倾入瓷罐，凡用时汤内炖化，旋摊旋贴。
瘰 初起，已溃未溃并治。
苦杏仁（去皮尖，三十粒） 萆麻仁（去衣，四十九粒） 松香（研细末，一两）
先将杏仁捣至无白星为度，再入萆麻仁捣如泥，方下松香，再捣千下摊贴。
千捶膏 初起贴之自消，将溃贴之，毒从毛窍中出，不致穿溃。
杏仁 萆麻仁（各四十九粒） 琥珀（灯心同研） 冰片（各三分） 珍珠（豆腐包煮） 麒麟竭
当门子 乳香（去油） 没药（去油） 铜绿 黄丹 龙骨 轻粉（各六分） 水安息（龙眼肉大，三块）
松香（入锅内，小火化开，用麻布滤去渣，冷定，用豆腐水煮数次，再用绿豆汤煮三次，又用葱、韭、
生姜汁各一盅煮干，研细末，八钱）
先将杏仁、萆麻捣如泥，次将前药细末逐渐加入，捶千余下用大红缎摊贴，忌
见火。若内觉有脓未熟，恐穿溃难于收功，可加木鳖子（去壳。七枚，） 黑驴蹄（研细，五分，）于
膏内，即能隔皮取脓。
又方
羌活 独活 白芷 细辛 龟版 乱发 防风 当归 全蝎 蜈蚣（各三钱）
用麻油一斤浸一日，煎时柳枝频搅，药枯去渣，再熬至滴水成珠，然后下东丹水
飞，炒透，半斤，白蜡、儿茶各二钱，离火片时，下麝香五分，不可多用。
琥珀膏 治瘰 及腋下初如梅李，结肿硬强，渐若连珠，不消不溃，或溃脓
水不绝，经久不瘥，渐成漏证。
琥珀（一两） 广木香 丁香（各一钱） 桂心 朱砂 松香（以上研细，不入油熬） 当归 木通
防风 木鳖子（净肉） 萆麻仁 白芷（各五钱，咀片）
麻油二斤二两，浸七日，入锅内慢火熬至焦黄为度，绢滤净油，徐下黄丹飞炒，
四两，以柳枝不住手搅，候至膏成，滴入水中，软硬得中，掇下锅来，以盆顿稳，搅
至烟尽，方下群药搅匀，瓷器盛之。临用取少许摊贴。
蝣蜒丸 蝣蜒虫不拘多少，焙干研末，红枣去衣去核，共捣为丸，桐子大，每
清晨白汤送下三钱。
鼠 马刀丸 凡服此丸，宜先服六味地黄汤加益母草三剂，再服此丸。
大枳壳（七个，切作十四片，滚水泡软，去穣，每两片内纳斑蝥一个，大黄九分，两片合紧，用线扎好，入
砂锅内，放半砂锅水，煮至水干为度，去斑蝥、大黄，只取枳壳晒干研细。）
炼蜜丸如绿豆大，每日三服，每服三分，白汤下。
鼠 土瓜丸（吴渭采） 已溃未溃并效。
土瓜根 白芨 泽兰叶 漏芦 胡桃肉 射干 夏枯草 沙参（各三两） 草连翘（去心，六两）
磨细，酒糊为丸，桐子大，每服三十丸，小儿减半，空心盐酒下。
消 丸 此方奇效，愈者不可胜计，可刊方普送。
元参（蒸） 川贝母（去心，蒸） 牡蛎（火 醋淬，各四两）
磨细，炼蜜为丸，每服三钱，白汤下，日二服。
神效消 丸
大熟地（二两） 泽泻 白茯苓 山药 山萸肉（各一两） 玄胡索 牡丹皮 牡蛎（各一两二钱）
磨细，炼蜜为丸，桐子大，每服三钱，白汤送下。
一方用元参，无玄胡索。
消 丸
夏枯草 连翘 萆麻仁（各四两）
磨细，装入猪大汤一段内，两头扎紧，酒浸蒸烂，捣丸如桐子大，每服五十丸，酒下。
瘰 未破者 大五倍子一个，挖一孔，入南蜈蚣一条，切作数段，装入倍子
内，以醋面裹作一球，用麸子半碗同炒，以麸焦为度，剥去外面面球，取去内里蜈蚣，
只用倍子研细，醋调敷。
已溃 犍猪胆汁三个，倾入铜勺内，慢火熬至滴水成珠，再加轻粉一钱，冰片三分，搅匀摊贴。
串初起 豆腐店浸豆水滤清，用砂铫慢火熬膏，每早白汤冲服数匙， 上亦以此膏敷贴。
鼠 初起。
紫花地丁（四两） 火酒（一斤）
浸七日，饮之自愈。
加味逍遥散 治肝经郁火，致生瘰 ，并胸胁胀痛，或作寒热，甚至肝热生
风，眩运振摇，或切牙发痉诸证。经云∶木郁达之是也。
柴胡 薄荷叶 白术 白茯苓 当归 山栀仁 甘草 牡丹皮 白芍
水煎服。
瘰 煎方 初起自消。
大贝母（一钱五分） 半夏 当归尾 穿山甲（炒） 白茯苓 白附子 连翘（各一钱）
桔梗 广皮 枳壳（各八分） 白僵蚕（一钱五分） 甘草节（五分）
加灯心十根，同煎服，四剂，换服海龙丸。
海龙丸
海藻（酒洗炒） 昆布（酒洗炒） 白茯苓（炒） 穿山甲（炒，各二两） 全蝎（一百个，
尾全者） 龙胆草（酒洗炒，一两五钱） 当归身（炒，一两） 核桃（五十个，劈开去肉，将全蝎嵌在核
内，合紧 存性）
研细，荞麦面打糊为丸，桐子大，每早晚白汤送下三钱，酒下亦可。
治 奇方 全蝎七个 桃壳六个，每壳装蝎一个，五个壳装去五个蝎子，仍
有一壳装两个全蝎，以面包煨熟，研末作六包，用黄酒调服，每日服一次，将两个
蝎子过一服，作个记号，留为末服。服完隔两三日，如未全愈，可照此方再制一两
料服之，自必全愈矣。服此药，每日须肉食滋养。
又方
真牛黄（二钱） 全蝎（一百枚，去净头、尾、脚，用新瓦焙存性）
研细，以核桃肉捣丸如桐子大，每服二十丸，空心白汤送下。
如患处破皮，便将取下蝎头、尾、脚焙研细末，搽上，再以膏贴二十一日即愈，
永不再发。制药须择成、开、除日修合。
药酒方
摩罗藤 夏日用鲜者二斤，陈木瓜酒五斤，烧酒五斤；冬月用枯者四斤，陈木
瓜酒八斤，烧酒二斤；入小口瓦坛，用湿面糊坛口，重汤煮一炷香为度。每食后随量饮之，常服除根。
除 方 活鲫鱼四五寸长者，竹刀剖去鳞肠，入独核肥皂子七个，以黄泥为
匣，入鱼匣内，上下用炭火烧 ，无烟，取出候冷，研细，每服三钱，清晨木瓜酒下。
又方 白亮松香研极细末，以雄猪骨髓调搽即愈，三五年各药不效者，用此
方俱效。只在研调敷之手法要紧，用左手，即用左手到底，用右手，即用右手到底，研
药调药敷药，俱要认定一支手。忌阴人拿。
又方 夏枯草乃生血补虚消毒之圣药，或煎汤饮，或浸酒饮， 上单用夏枯草煎浓膏涂之。
益气养荣汤 治抑郁劳伤，思虑太过，心神俱惫，以致四肢头项筋缩，结成
累累如贯珠，或硬或软，或赤或白，或痛或不痛，日晡发热及溃而不敛者，并效。
人参 白茯苓 广皮 白芍药 熟地黄 香附 当归身 川芎 白术 嫩黄 贝母（各二钱） 桔梗
粉甘草（炙，各五分）
生姜三片 大枣二枚，煎服。
胸膈痞闷，加枳壳、木香。饮食不甘，暂加浓朴、苍术。寒热往来，加柴胡、地
骨皮。脓多或清，倍加当归、川芎。脓溃作渴，倍加人参、黄 、白术、当归。胁
下痞痛，加青皮、木香。肌肉生迟，加白蔹、肉桂。痰多加橘红、半夏。干加麦冬、
北五味子。发热加柴胡、黄芩。渴不止，加知母、赤小豆。脓不止，加人参、黄 、当
归。溃后反痛，加熟附子、沉香。虚烦不眠，倍加人参、熟地、远志、枣仁。
桃蝎散 治忧思郁结，痰留气滞，乃生瘰 。
大全蝎二十一个，劈开去肉，将蝎装入扎紧，火 存性，每用一枚，研末，临卧陈酒下。
孙真人治瘰 初起，并治溃烂久不收口。壁虎一条，裹泥中，火 存性，去
泥，研末，临卧陈酒调下。
治火郁结核，不拘男妇俱效。用交媾阴精涂搽，如孀妇即以自己阴精涂之。
大红膏 治瘰 痰核，结块不分新久，但未穿破者并效。
锻石（一两，用大黄三钱切片同炒，锻石红色，去大黄） 滴乳香（去油） 轻粉（各二钱）
银珠 血竭 潮脑 硝石（各三两） 天南星（二两）
上为细末。陈米醋熬稠，调药敷核上，三日一换，敷后皮嫩微损者，另换紫霞膏贴之，其核自消。
气瘰 北煤炭捣碎，同生桐油脚调敷自消。
瘰 验方（孙展鸿） 多年点灯竹灯挂一个，用火点着，下置瓷器盘，使油滴入
盘内，放土地上，出火气三日，以鹅翎扫患处，不过数遍，已溃者自敛，初起者自消。
敷项下痰核 块内消法（《明医集》）
鲜山药（一两） 萆麻仁（四两）
共捣成膏，敷上即消。
冰蛳散 治瘰 日久，坚核不消，及服消药不效者，用此点落 核，如马刀根
大面小及失荣等证忌用。
大田螺肉（五枚，日中线穿晒干） 白砒（一钱二分 面包煨熟） 真番 砂（二分） 冰片（一分）
先将砒、螺研细。再将 片研匀，小罐密收。凡用时先将艾炷灸核上七壮，次
后灸疮起泡，以小针挑破，将前药一二厘，津唾调成饼，贴灸顶上，用绵纸以浓糊封
贴核上，勿动，恐其泄气，七日后四边裂缝，再七日，其核自落。换搽玉红膏，内
服补药，培助完口。此药又治瘿瘤，患大蒂小，及诸般高突异形怪状者并效。
火针法 治瘰 核，生于项间，初起坚硬，或如梅李，结聚不散，宜用此法
针之，插药易消也。
用缝衣大针两条，将竹箸头劈开，以针尖夹缝内，相离一分许，用线扎定，先
将桐油一盏，用灯草六七根，油内排匀点着，将针烧红，用手指将核捏起，用针当
顶刺入四五分，核大者，再针数孔亦妙。核内或痰或血，随即流出，候尽，以膏盖之，
次日针孔必渐作脓，轻者用黄药插之，核坚硬者，用冰蛳散糊打成条，晒干，插核
内，针孔外以纸糊二重封固，次日其核发肿作痛，不妨，乃药气攻入于内，候至七
日外，自然核外裂开大缝，再至七日，其核自落，葱汤洗净，孔大换用玉红膏搽入，
外以膏盖。后服益气养荣汤，或十全大补汤加香附。兼戒劳动气恼，房事发物，煎炒海腥等件。
三品一条枪 上品锭子去十八种痔；中品锭子去五漏翻花，瘿瘤气核；下
品锭子治瘰 疔疮，发背脑疽等证；此为
古之三品锭子，但药同而分两不同，治病故有分别。今注一条枪，本方三品以下之
证，并皆用之，俱各相应，况又药品简易而不繁，是曰三品一条枪之说也。凡同志者，随试而用之。
白砒（一两五钱） 明矾（二两） 乳香（一钱二分） 雄黄（二钱四分）
砒矾二味，共研细末，入小罐内，加炭火 红，青烟已尽，旋起白烟片时，约
上下红彻，住火，取罐顿地上一宿，取出约有砒、矾净末一两，加雄黄、乳香，共
研极细，浓糊调稠，搓成如线条，阴干。凡遇前证，有孔者 入孔内，无孔者先用针
放孔窍，早晚插药二次，插至三日后，孔大者每插十余条，插至七日，患孔药满足
方住，以后所患四边，自然裂开大缝，共至十四日前后，其疔核、瘰 、痔漏诸管，
自然落下，随用汤洗，搽上玉红膏。虚者兼服健脾之药。
疮痰核噙药（窦太师）
昆布（酒洗） 海藻（酒洗） 大黄（酒拌蒸三次） 白僵蚕（姜汁拌炒） 真青黛（水飞）
胆南星 连翘（各二两） 桔梗 柴胡 栝蒌仁 川黄连（酒炒） 片黄芩（酒炒） 橘红（各一两）
研细，炼蜜丸如芡实大，不拘日夜噙之。
二贝丸（萧纯源） 专消痰 。
朱砂（七钱） 大贝母 紫贝天葵（各二两） 海藻 海粉 明矾（各一两）
共研细末，用夏枯草二斤，熬膏为丸，桐子大，临卧，茶清送下三钱。
人牙散 专消瘰 ，各种肿毒。
人牙（二两） 麝香（五分） 羌活（酒洗，六钱）
研细，炼蜜丸龙眼大，白汤或酒磨，服一丸。
海上仙方 消瘰 如神。
斑蝥（一岁用一个，去头、足） 红娘子（一对） 糯米（一升）
三味入锅同炒，候米黄色为度，去斑蝥、红娘子不用，只吃炒米。米尽则瘰消
矣。
三阳酒（陆公节） 远年近日瘰 ，毋论已溃未溃。三阳草即蛇莓藤，连藤叶红果，
采取二斤，浸火酒十斤，煮三炷香，出火气，埋土中，十四日取出，每饮数杯，酒尽患愈。
白果叶散（吴氏家秘） 能捆诸 ，不使漫生，即能消散。
珍珠 银粉（各二钱） 雄黄（一钱） 白果叶（去梗，瓦上微火焙干研末，三钱）
先将珍珠、雄黄研末，同蛤蟆心肝十副捣烂，围住 疮四边，再将白果叶末、银
粉，好醋调搽 疮中心，不过二次即消。破烂者，用醋浸白果叶一昼夜，贴破 上。
连翘丸 治项间结核，寒热往来，日久不愈，若患在面臂，尤宜此丸。
连翘 防风 黄柏 肉桂 淡豆豉 独活 秦艽 桑白皮 牡丹皮（各五钱） 海藻（二钱五分）
上为细末，炼蜜丸绿豆大，每服十丸，灯心汤下。
内消瘰 柏树叶捣烂敷核上，以炒盐熨之，一日三五次，以消为度。
瘰 毋论已溃未溃。（《济生》） 夏枯草熬膏，食远滚汤调服，兼服十全大补汤加
远志、贝母、香附。
又方
紫霞膏：治疗瘰疬初起，尚未形成脓肿的，贴敷后可自行消散；已经形成但未溃破的，贴敷后可自行溃破；已经溃破但核块仍在的，贴敷后核块可自行脱落。同时治疗各种顽固性疮疡、湿痰湿气所致病症、新旧棒疮以及疼痛不止的情况，均可使用此方。
明净松香（制成净末一斤） 铜绿（制成净末二两）
取麻油四两，在铜锅中先煮沸数次，滴入水中不散开，然后加入松香熬化，接着加入铜绿，熬至白烟即将散尽时，膏体即成。稍候片刻，倒入瓷罐中。使用时在热水中炖化，随用随摊贴。
适用于瘰疬初起，无论已溃未溃均有效。
苦杏仁（去皮尖，三十粒） 蓖麻仁（去壳衣，四十九粒） 松香（研成细末，一两）
先将杏仁捣碎至没有白色颗粒为止，再加入蓖麻仁捣成泥状，然后加入松香，继续捣一千下后摊贴。
千捶膏：初起时贴敷可自消，将溃破时贴敷，毒邪可从毛孔排出，不会导致穿透性溃烂。
杏仁 蓖麻仁（各四十九粒） 琥珀（与灯心草同研） 冰片（各三分） 珍珠（用豆腐包裹煮制） 麒麟竭
麝香 乳香（去油） 没药（去油） 铜绿 黄丹 龙骨 轻粉（各六分） 水安息香（如龙眼肉大小，三块）
松香（放入锅内，小火融化，用麻布过滤去渣，冷却定型后，用豆腐水煮数次，再用绿豆汤煮三次，最后用葱、韭菜、生姜汁各一盅煮干，研成细末，八钱）
先将杏仁、蓖麻捣成泥状，然后将上述药物细末逐渐加入，捶打一千多下，用大红缎摊贴，忌见火。如果感觉内部有脓但未成熟，担心穿透溃烂难以收功，可在膏中加入木鳖子（去壳七枚）、黑驴蹄（研细五分），即可隔皮排脓。
又一方：
羌活 独活 白芷 细辛 龟版 乱发 防风 当归 全蝎 蜈蚣（各三钱）
用麻油一斤浸泡一天，煎煮时用柳枝频繁搅拌，药枯后去渣，再熬至滴水成珠，然后加入东丹（水飞、炒透）半斤、白蜡、儿茶各二钱，离火片刻，加入麝香五分，不可多用。
琥珀膏：治疗瘰疬及腋下初起如梅李般大小的肿块，结肿硬强，逐渐连成串珠状，不消散也不溃破，或者溃破后脓水不绝，经久不愈，逐渐形成漏证。
琥珀（一两） 广木香 丁香（各一钱） 桂心 朱砂 松香（以上研细，不入油熬制） 当归 木通 防风 木鳖子（净肉） 蓖麻仁 白芷（各五钱，切碎）
麻油二斤二两，浸泡七日，放入锅内慢火熬至焦黄色，用绢布滤净油，慢慢加入黄丹（飞炒）四两，用柳枝不停搅拌，待膏成，滴入水中软硬适中，从锅上取下，放在盆中稳住，搅拌至无烟气冒出，然后加入群药搅匀，用瓷器盛装。临用时取少量摊贴。
蝣蜒丸：蝣蜒虫不拘多少，焙干研末，红枣去皮去核，共同捣碎做成丸剂，如梧桐子大，每清晨用白开水送服三钱。
鼠瘘马刀丸：凡是服用此丸，宜先服用六味地黄汤加益母草三剂，然后再服用此丸。
大枳壳（七个，切作十四片，用滚水泡软，去掉瓤，每两片内放入一个斑蝥、九分大黄，两片合紧，用线扎好，放入砂锅内，放半砂锅水，煮至水干为度，去掉斑蝥、大黄，只取枳壳晒干研细。）
炼蜜做成如绿豆大的丸剂，每日三次，每次服三分，白开水送下。
鼠瘘土瓜丸（吴渭采）：已溃未溃均有效。
土瓜根 白芨 泽兰叶 漏芦 胡桃肉 射干 夏枯草 沙参（各三两） 草连翘（去心，六两）
磨成细粉，用酒糊做成丸剂，如梧桐子大，每次服三十丸，小儿减半，空腹用盐酒送下。
消瘰丸：此方奇效，治愈者不可胜数，可刊印方剂普遍赠送。
玄参（蒸） 川贝母（去心，蒸） 牡蛎（火烧醋淬，各四两）
磨成细粉，炼蜜做成丸剂，每次服三钱，白开水送下，每日两次。
神效消瘰丸
大熟地（二两） 泽泻 白茯苓 山药 山萸肉（各一两） 玄胡索 牡丹皮 牡蛎（各一两二钱）
磨成细粉，炼蜜做成丸剂，如梧桐子大，每次服三钱，白开水送下。
一方用玄参，不用玄胡索。
消瘰丸
夏枯草 连翘 蓖麻仁（各四两）
磨成细粉，装入猪大肠一段内，两头扎紧，用酒浸蒸烂，捣碎做成如梧桐子大的丸剂，每次服五十丸，酒送下。
瘰疬未破者：大五倍子一个，挖一孔，放入南蜈蚣一条，切成数段，装入倍子内，用醋面裹成一个球，用麸子半碗同炒，以麸子焦黄为度，剥去外面面球，取出里面蜈蚣，只用倍子研细，醋调敷。
已溃者：犍猪胆汁三个，倾入铜勺内，慢火熬至滴水成珠，再加轻粉一钱、冰片三分，搅匀摊贴。
串瘰初起：豆腐店浸豆水滤清，用砂铫慢火熬膏，每早用白开水冲服数匙，患处也以此膏敷贴。
鼠瘘初起：
紫花地丁（四两） 火酒（一斤）
浸泡七日，饮用即可自愈。
加味逍遥散：治疗肝经郁火，导致生瘰疬，并伴有胸胁胀痛，或忽冷忽热，甚至肝热生风，眩晕振摇，或咬牙发痉等各种证候。经云：“木郁达之”即是此理。

水煎服。
瘰疬煎方：初起时可自消。

海龙丸
海藻（酒洗炒） 昆布（酒洗炒） 白茯苓（炒） 穿山甲（炒，各二两） 全蝎（一百个，尾部完整的） 龙胆草（酒洗炒，一两五钱） 当归身（炒，一两） 核桃（五十个，劈开去肉，将全蝎嵌在核内，合紧，存性）
研细，荞麦面打糊做成丸剂，如梧桐子大，早晚用白开水送服三钱，酒送下亦可。
治瘰疬奇方：全蝎七个 桃壳六个，每个壳装一个蝎子，五个壳装去五个蝎子，仍有一壳装两个全蝎，用面包煨熟，研末分成六包，用黄酒调服，每日服一次，将两个蝎子过一服，做个记号，留作末服。服完隔两三日，如未全愈，可按此方再制作一两料服用，自必全愈。服用此药，每日须吃肉食滋养。
又方：
真牛黄（二钱） 全蝎（一百枚，去净头、尾、脚，用新瓦焙至存性）
研细，以核桃肉捣丸如梧桐子大，每次服二十丸，空腹白开水送下。
如患处破皮，便将取下的蝎头、尾、脚焙研细末，搽上，再以膏贴二十一日即愈，永不再发。制药须选择成日、开日、除日修合。
药酒方：
摩罗藤：夏日用鲜者二斤，陈木瓜酒五斤，烧酒五斤；冬月用枯者四斤，陈木瓜酒八斤，烧酒二斤；放入小口瓦坛，用湿面糊住坛口，隔水煮沸一炷香的时间为度。每餐饭后随量饮用，常服可除根。
除瘰疬方：活鲫鱼四五寸长，竹刀剖去鳞肠，放入独核肥皂子七个，用黄泥做成匣，放入鱼匣内，上下用炭火烧，无烟，取出候冷，研细，每次服三钱，清晨用木瓜酒送下。
又方：白亮松香研极细末，以雄猪骨髓调搽即愈，三五年各药不效者，用此方均有效。只在研调敷的手法要紧，用左手，就用左手到底，用右手，就用右手到底，研药、调药、敷药，都要认定一只手。忌阴人拿。
又方：夏枯草乃生血补虚消毒之圣药，或煎汤饮，或浸酒饮，患处单用夏枯草煎浓膏涂之。

生姜三片 大枣二枚，煎服。
胸膈痞闷，加枳壳、木香。饮食不甘，暂加浓朴、苍术。寒热往来，加柴胡、地骨皮。脓多或清，倍加当归、川芎。脓溃作渴，倍加人参、黄芪、白术、当归。胁下痞痛，加青皮、木香。肌肉生迟，加白蔹、肉桂。痰多加橘红、半夏。干咳加麦冬、北五味子。发热加柴胡、黄芩。渴不止，加知母、赤小豆。脓不止，加人参、黄芪、当归。溃后反痛，加熟附子、沉香。虚烦不眠，倍加人参、熟地、远志、枣仁。
桃蝎散：治疗忧思郁结，痰留气滞，乃生瘰疬。
大全蝎二十一个，劈开去肉，将蝎装入扎紧，火焙存性，每用一枚，研末，临卧陈酒下。
孙真人治瘰疬初起，并治溃烂久不收口。壁虎一条，裹泥中，火焙存性，去泥，研末，临卧陈酒调下。
治火郁结核，不拘男妇俱效。用交媾阴精涂搽，如孀妇即以自己阴精涂之。
大红膏：治疗瘰疬痰核，结块不分新久，但未穿破者均有效。
锻石（一两，用大黄三钱切片同炒，锻石红色，去大黄） 滴乳香（去油） 轻粉（各二钱）
银朱 血竭 潮脑 硝石（各三两） 天南星（二两）
上为细末。陈米醋熬稠，调药敷核上，三日一换，敷后皮嫩微损者，另换紫霞膏贴之，其核自消。
气瘰：北煤炭捣碎，同生桐油脚调敷自消。
瘰疬验方（孙展鸿）：多年点灯竹灯挂一个，用火点着，下置瓷器盘，使油滴入盘内，放土地上，出火气三日，以鹅翎扫患处，不过数遍，已溃者自敛，初起者自消。
敷项下痰核块内消法（《明医集》）
鲜山药（一两） 蓖麻仁（四两）
共捣成膏，敷上即消。
冰蛳散：治疗瘰疬日久，坚核不消，及服消药不效者，用此点落瘰核，如马刀根大面小及失荣等证忌用。
大田螺肉（五枚，日中线穿晒干） 白砒（一钱二分，面包煨熟） 真番硇砂（二分） 冰片（一分）
先将砒、螺研细。再将硇片研匀，小罐密收。凡用时先将艾炷灸核上七壮，次后灸疮起泡，以小针挑破，将前药一二厘，津唾调成饼，贴灸顶上，用绵纸以浓糊封贴核上，勿动，恐其泄气，七日后四边裂缝，再七日，其核自落。换搽玉红膏，内服补药，培助完口。此药又治瘿瘤，患大蒂小，及诸般高突异形怪状者均有效。
火针法：治疗瘰疬核，生于项间，初起坚硬，或如梅李，结聚不散，宜用此法针之，插药易消也。
用缝衣大针两条，将竹箸头劈开，以针尖夹缝内，相离一分许，用线扎定，先将桐油一盏，用灯草六七根，油内排匀点着，将针烧红，用手指将核捏起，用针当顶刺入四五分，核大者，再针数孔亦妙。核内或痰或血，随即流出，候尽，以膏盖之，次日针孔必渐作脓，轻者用黄药插之，核坚硬者，用冰蛳散糊打成条，晒干，插核内，针孔外以纸糊二重封固，次日其核发肿作痛，不妨，乃药气攻入于内，候至七日外，自然核外裂开大缝，再至七日，其核自落，葱汤洗净，孔大换用玉红膏搽入，外以膏盖。后服益气养荣汤，或十全大补汤加香附。兼戒劳动气恼，房事发物，煎炒海腥等件。
三品一条枪：上品锭子去十八种痔；中品锭子去五漏翻花，瘿瘤气核；下品锭子治瘰疬疔疮，发背脑疽等证；此为古之三品锭子，但药同而分两不同，治病故有分别。今注一条枪，本方三品以下之证，并皆用之，俱各相应，况又药品简易而不繁，是曰三品一条枪之说也。凡同志者，随试而用之。
白砒（一两五钱） 明矾（二两） 乳香（一钱二分） 雄黄（二钱四分）
砒矾二味，共研细末，入小罐内，加炭火煅红，青烟已尽，旋起白烟片时，约上下红彻，住火，取罐顿地上一宿，取出约有砒、矾净末一两，加雄黄、乳香，共研极细，浓糊调稠，搓成如线条，阴干。凡遇前证，有孔者插入孔内，无孔者先用针放孔窍，早晚插药二次，插至三日后，孔大者每插十余条，插至七日，患孔药满足方住，以后所患四边，自然裂开大缝，共至十四日前后，其疔核、瘰疬、痔漏诸管，自然落下，随用汤洗，搽上玉红膏。虚者兼服健脾之药。
疮痰核噙药（窦太师）
昆布（酒洗） 海藻（酒洗） 大黄（酒拌蒸三次） 白僵蚕（姜汁拌炒） 真青黛（水飞）
胆南星 连翘（各二两） 桔梗 柴胡 栝蒌仁 川黄连（酒炒） 片黄芩（酒炒） 橘红（各一两）
研细，炼蜜丸如芡实大，不拘日夜噙之。
二贝丸（萧纯源）：专消痰核。
朱砂（七钱） 大贝母 紫贝天葵（各二两） 海藻 海粉 明矾（各一两）
共研细末，用夏枯草二斤，熬膏为丸，如梧桐子大，临卧，茶清送下三钱。
人牙散：专消瘰疬，各种肿毒。
人牙（二两） 麝香（五分） 羌活（酒洗，六钱）
研细，炼蜜丸龙眼大，白汤或酒磨，服一丸。
海上仙方：消瘰疬如神。
斑蝥（一岁用一个，去头、足） 红娘子（一对） 糯米（一升）
三味入锅同炒，候米黄色为度，去斑蝥、红娘子不用，只吃炒米。米尽则瘰疬消矣。
三阳酒（陆公节）：远年近日瘰疬，毋论已溃未溃。三阳草即蛇莓藤，连藤叶红果，采取二斤，浸火酒十斤，煮三炷香，出火气，埋土中，十四日取出，每饮数杯，酒尽患愈。
白果叶散（吴氏家秘）：能捆诸瘰疬，不使漫生，即能消散。
珍珠 银粉（各二钱） 雄黄（一钱） 白果叶（去梗，瓦上微火焙干研末，三钱）
先将珍珠、雄黄研末，同蛤蟆心肝十副捣烂，围住瘰疬疮四边，再将白果叶末、银粉，好醋调搽瘰疬疮中心，不过二次即消。破烂者，用醋浸白果叶一昼夜，贴破瘰疬上。
连翘丸：治疗项间结核，寒热往来，日久不愈，若患在面臂，尤宜此丸。
连翘 防风 黄柏 肉桂 淡豆豉 独活 秦艽 桑白皮 牡丹皮（各五钱） 海藻（二钱五分）
上为细末，炼蜜丸绿豆大，每服十丸，灯心汤下。
内消瘰疬：柏树叶捣烂敷核上，以炒盐熨之，一日三五次，以消为度。
瘰疬：毋论已溃未溃。（《济生》）夏枯草熬膏，食远滚汤调服，兼服十全大补汤加远志、贝母、香附。
又方
Zixia Gao (Purple Cloud Plaster): Treats scrofula in the initial stage. If applied before abscess formation, it will dissipate spontaneously; if applied after formation but before ulceration, it will ulcerate spontaneously; if applied after ulceration while the nodule remains, the nodule will detach spontaneously. It also treats various stubborn sores, conditions caused by damp-phlegm and dampness, old and new stick wounds, and persistent pain.
Bright Pine Resin (one jin, refined powder), Verdigris (two liang, refined powder).
Take four liang of sesame oil, boil several times in a copper pot until a drop does not disperse in water. Add pine resin and melt it, then add verdigris. Boil until white smoke nearly disappears, indicating the plaster is ready. Let it sit for a moment, then pour into a porcelain jar. To use, melt in hot water and apply immediately.
Indicated for scrofula in the initial stage, whether ulcerated or not.
Bitter Apricot Kernel (thirty grains, skin and tip removed), Castor Seed (forty-nine grains, husk removed), Pine Resin (one liang, fine powder).
First, grind apricot kernels until no white specks remain. Then add castor seeds and grind into a paste. Add pine resin and grind one thousand times before application.
Qianchui Gao (Thousand-Beaten Plaster): Applied in the initial stage to dissipate spontaneously; applied when about to ulcerate, toxins exit through hair follicles without penetrating ulceration.
Apricot Kernel, Castor Seed (forty-nine grains each), Amber (ground with Centum Segments Grass), Borneol (three fen each), Pearl (boiled in tofu), Dragon's Blood, Musk, Frankincense (oil removed), Myrrh (oil removed), Verdigris, Litharge, Fossilized Bone, Calomel (six fen each), Water安息香 (three pieces, size of longan flesh).
Pine Resin: Melt in a pot over low heat, filter through hemp cloth, cool, boil in tofu water several times, then in mung bean soup three times, finally boil dry with green onion, leek, and ginger juice (one bowl each), grind to fine powder (eight qian).
First, grind apricot kernels and castor seeds into a paste. Gradually add the fine powders of the aforementioned herbs and beat over one thousand times. Apply on red satin. Avoid fire. If internal pus feels unripe, fearing difficult healing upon penetration, add Snake Bean (seven shells removed) and Black Donkey Hoof (five fen, fine powder) to the plaster to extract pus through the skin.
Another Prescription:
Notopterygium Root, Angelica Pubescens Root, Angelica Dahurica Root, Asarum, Tortoise Shell, Tangle of Hair, Saposhnikovia Root, Chinese Angelica Root, Whole Scorpion, Centipede (three qian each).
Soak one jin of sesame oil for one day. Stir frequently with a willow branch during boiling. Remove dregs when herbs are withered. Boil until drops form pearls. Add East Dan (water-flown, roasted thoroughly, half jin), Beeswax, and Child's Tea (two qian each). Remove from fire briefly, add Musk (five fen), do not use excessively.
Hupo Gao (Amber Plaster): Treats scrofula and axillary lumps starting like plums or peaches, hard and swollen, gradually becoming beaded. Does not dissipate or ulcerate, or if ulcerated, pus flows endlessly, failing to heal for a long time, eventually forming a fistula.
Amber (one liang), Guangmu Xiang (Costus Root), Clove (one qian each), Cinnamon Heart, Cinnabar, Pine Resin (fine powder, not boiled in oil), Chinese Angelica Root, Akebia Stem, Saposhnikovia Root, Snake Bean (clean meat), Castor Seed, Angelica Dahurica Root (five qian each, sliced).
Two jin two liang of sesame oil, soak for seven days. Slowly boil in a pot until scorched yellow. Filter clean oil through silk. Slowly add Litharge (four liang, flown and roasted), stirring constantly with a willow branch. When ready, test in water for proper consistency. Remove from pot, place steadily in a basin, stir until smoke ceases. Add other herbs, mix well, store in porcelain. Apply small amount as needed.
Youyan Wan (Leech Pill): Leeches, any quantity, dried and ground. Red dates, peeled and pitted, pounded together with leech powder into pills the size of wutong seeds. Take three qian with warm water every morning.
Shulou Madao Wan (Rat-Escrow Knife Pill): Before taking this pill, take Liuwei Dihuang Tang (Six-Ingredient Rehmannia Decoction) with Motherwort for three doses, then take this pill.
Large Zhiqiao (Seven fruits, cut into fourteen slices, softened in boiling water, pulp removed. Place one Blister Beetle and nine fen Rhubarb between every two slices, tie tightly. Boil in half a sand pot of water until dry. Remove beetles and rhubarb, dry and grind zhiqiao.)
Make pills with refined honey the size of mung beans. Take three fen three times daily with warm water.
Shulou Tugua Wan (Rat-Escrow Melon Pill - Wu Wei Cai): Effective for both ulcerated and non-ulcerated cases.
Melon Root, Bletilla Rhizome, Agrimony Leaf, Rhapontic Rhizome, Walnut Meat, Belamcanda Rhizome, Prunella Spike, Glehnia Root (three liang each), Herba Desmodii Stemmatis (six liang, heart removed).
Grind fine, make pills with wine paste the size of wutong seeds. Take thirty pills, half for children, with salted wine on an empty stomach.
Xiaoluo Wan (Scrofula Dissolving Pill): This prescription has miraculous effects, curing countless patients. Can be printed and distributed widely.
Scrophularia Root (steamed), Fritillaria Bulb (heart removed, steamed), Oyster Shell (fire-calcined and vinegar-quenched, four liang each).
Grind fine, make pills with refined honey. Take three qian with warm water, twice daily.
Shenxiao Xiaoluo Wan (Divine Effect Scrofula Dissolving Pill)
Rehmannia Root (two liang), Alisma Rhizome, Poria, Yam, Cornus Fruit (one liang each), Corydalis Rhizome, Moutan Cortex, Oyster Shell (one liang two qian each).
Grind fine, make pills with refined honey the size of wutong seeds. Take three qian with warm water.
One variation uses Scrophularia instead of Corydalis.
Xiaoluo Wan
Prunella Spike, Forsythia Fruit, Castor Seed (four liang each).
Grind fine, insert into a section of large pig intestine, tie ends tight, steam with wine until soft, pound into pills the size of wutong seeds. Take fifty pills with wine.
Non-ulcerated Scrofula: One large Chinese Gallnut, dig a hole, insert one Southern Centipede cut into segments. Wrap in vinegar dough into a ball. Stir-fry with half a bowl of bran until bran is scorched. Peel off dough, remove centipede, grind gallnut fine, mix with vinegar for topical application.
Ulcerated: Three bile sacs from castrated bovine. Slowly boil in copper spoon until drops form pearls. Add one qian Calomel and three fen Borneol. Mix and apply.
Initial String-like Scrofula: Filter clear water from tofu shop soaking beans. Slowly boil in clay pot to make paste. Take several spoons with warm water every morning. Also apply paste to affected area.
Initial Rat-Escrow:
Viola Yedoensis (four liang), High-proof Alcohol (one jin).
Soak for seven days, drink to heal spontaneously.
Jiawei Xiaoyao San (Modified Rambling Powder): Treats liver meridian stagnant fire causing scrofula, chest and hypochondriac distension/pain, alternating chills and fever, liver heat generating wind causing dizziness/tremors, teeth grinding/spasms. As the Classic says: "Stagnation of Wood should be dispersed."
Bupleurum Root, Mint Leaf, Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome, Poria, Chinese Angelica Root, Gardenia Seed, Licorice Root, Moutan Cortex, White Peony Root.
Decoct in water and take.
Luoluo Decoction Formula: Spontaneously dissipates in initial stage.
Large Fritillaria Bulb (one qian five fen), Pinellia Tuber, Chinese Angelica Tail, Pangolin Scales (fried), Poria, Baifuzi (Aconitum Carmiichaelii Lateral Root Processed), Forsythia Fruit (one qian each).
Platycodon Root, Tangerine Peel, Aurantium Fruit (eight fen each), Silkworm (one qian five fen), Licorice Node (five fen).
Add ten stalks of Centum Segments Grass, decoct and take. After four doses, switch to Hailong Wan.
Hailong Wan (Sea Dragon Pill)
Sargassum Thallus (wine-washed, fried), Ecklonia Thallus (wine-washed, fried), Poria (fried), Pangolin Scales (fried, two liang each), Whole Scorpion (one hundred, tail intact), Gentian Root (wine-washed, fried, one liang five qian), Chinese Angelica Body (fried, one liang), Walnuts (fifty, split open, meat removed, whole scorpion inserted inside, tied tight, preserved nature).
Grind fine, make pills with buckwheat flour paste the size of wutong seeds. Take three qian with warm water morning and evening, or with wine.
Miraculous Formula for Scrofula: Seven Whole Scorpions, six Peach Shells. Place one scorpion in each shell. Five shells contain five scorpions, one shell contains two whole scorpions. Wrap in dough, bake熟. Grind into powder, divide into six packs. Take with yellow wine once daily. Mark the two scorpions taken per dose. After finishing, wait two to three days. If not fully healed, repeat preparation. Must eat meat daily for nourishment.
Another Formula:
Real Muskox Gallstone (two qian), Whole Scorpion (one hundred, head, tail, feet removed, baked on new tile until preserved nature).
Grind fine, make pills with walnut meat the size of wutong seeds. Take twenty pills with warm water on an empty stomach.
If skin is broken, bake and grind the removed scorpion parts, apply powder, then cover with plaster for twenty-one days to heal permanently. Prepare medicine on Cheng, Kai, or Chu days.
Medicinal Wine Recipe:
Moluoteng: In summer, use two jin fresh, five jin aged papaya wine, five jin liquor. In winter, use four jin dried, eight jin aged papaya wine, two jin liquor. Seal in small-mouthed earthen jar with wet dough paste. Boil in water for duration of one incense stick. Drink适量 after meals. Regular use cures root.
Cure Scrofula Formula: Live crucian carp four to five cun long. Scale and gut with bamboo knife. Insert seven soap nuts. Make clay box, place fish inside. Roast with charcoal below and above until smokeless. Cool, grind fine. Take three qian with papaya wine early morning.
Another Formula: Bright white pine resin, extremely fine powder, mixed with male pig bone marrow. Apply to heal. Effective even for cases where other medicines failed for years. Crucial technique: Use only left hand or only right hand consistently for grinding, mixing, and applying. Avoid handling by women.
Another Formula: Prunella Spike is a holy herb for generating blood, tonifying deficiency, and detoxifying. Decoct to drink, soak in wine, or boil thick paste for topical application on affected area.
Yiqi Yangrong Tang (Qi-Nourishing and Blood-Enriching Decoction): Treats depression and labor injury, excessive thinking exhausting mind and spirit, leading to tendon contraction in limbs/neck/head, forming beaded lumps, hard or soft, red or white, painful or not, afternoon fever, or ulceration without healing.
Ginseng, Poria, Tangerine Peel, White Peony, Prepared Rehmannia, Cyperus Rhizome, Chinese Angelica Body, Ligusticum Rhizome, Atractylodes Rhizome, Young Astragalus Root, Fritillaria Bulb (two qian each). Platycodon Root, Honey-fried Licorice Root (five fen each).
Three slices of Ginger, two Jujubes. Decoct and take.
For chest fullness, add Aurantium Fruit and Costus Root. For poor appetite, temporarily add Magnolia Bark and Atractylodes Lancea Rhizome. For alternating chills/fever, add Bupleurum Root and Groundsel Tree Root. For profuse/clear pus, double Chinese Angelica and Ligusticum. For thirst after ulceration, double Ginseng, Astragalus, Atractylodes, and Chinese Angelica. For hypochondriac pain, add Green Tangerine Peel and Costus Root. For slow muscle regeneration, add Ampelopsis Radix and Cinnamon Bark. For excess phlegm, add Exocarpium Citri Grandis and Pinellia Tuber. For dry cough, add Ophiopogon Tuber and Schisandra Berry. For fever, add Bupleurum Root and Scutellaria Root. For unquenchable thirst, add Anemarrhena Rhizome and Adzuki Bean. For continuous pus, add Ginseng, Astragalus, and Chinese Angelica. For pain after ulceration, add Prepared Aconite and Agarwood. For restlessness/insomnia, double Ginseng, Prepared Rehmannia, Polygala Root, and Sour Jujube Seed.
Taoxie San (Peach-Scorpion Powder): Treats scrofula caused by worry/thought stagnation and qi/phlegm obstruction.
Twenty-one Whole Scorpions, split open, remove meat, seal tightly, roast until preserved nature. Take one, grind, with aged wine before sleep.
Sun Simiao's Treatment for Initial Scrofula and chronic non-healing ulcers. One Gecko, wrap in mud, roast until preserved nature, remove mud, grind. Take with aged wine before sleep.
Treatment for Fire-Stagnant Nodules, effective for men and women. Apply genital secretions. Widows use their own secretions.
Dahong Gao (Great Red Plaster): Treats scrofula and phlegm nodules, new or old, provided not yet penetrated.
Calcined Stone (one liang, stir-fried with three qian Rhubarb slices until stone turns red, remove rhubarb), Dripping Frankincense (oil removed), Calomel (two qian each).
Silver Cinnabar, Dragon's Blood, Camphor, Saltpeter (three liang each), Arisaema Rhizome (two liang).
Grind to fine powder. Cook aged rice vinegar until thick, mix with powder, apply on nodule. Change every three days. If skin becomes tender/damaged after application, switch to Zixia Gao. Nodule dissipates spontaneously.
Qi Luo (Qi Scrofula): Crush Northern Coal, mix with raw Tung Oil residue, apply to dissipate spontaneously.
Verified Formula for Scrofula (Sun Zhanhong): Hang an old bamboo lamp used for lighting. Ignite it over a porcelain plate to collect dripping oil. Place plate on earth for three days to release fire qi. Sweep affected area with goose feather a few times. Ulcerated ones heal, initial ones dissipate.
Method to Dissolve Phlegm Nodules under Neck (from *Mingyi Ji*)
Fresh Chinese Yam (one liang), Castor Seed (four liang).
Pound into paste, apply to dissipate.
Bingsi San (Ice Snail Powder): Treats long-standing scrofula with hard nodules not dissolving, or when dissolving medicines fail. Use to dissolve nodules. Contraindicated for Ma Dao Gen Da Mian Xiao (large base small face) and Shi Reng (Loss of Prosperity).
Five Large River Snails (threaded mid-day, sun-dried), White Arsenic (one qian two fen, baked in dough), Real Nuo Sha (two fen), Borneol (one fen).
First grind arsenic and snails fine. Then grind Nuo Sha evenly, store tightly in small jar. To use, moxa seven cones on nodule. When blister forms, pierce with small needle. Mix one or two li of powder with saliva into cake, apply on top of moxa scar. Seal with cotton paper and thick paste. Do not move to prevent qi leakage. After seven days, cracks appear at edges. After another seven days, nodule falls off. Switch to Yuhong Gao, take internal tonics to aid healing. Also treats Goiter with large base small neck and other protruding deformities.
Fire Needle Method: For scrofula nodules in neck, initially hard or plum-sized, clustered and不散. Use this method to facilitate drug insertion and dissolution.
Use two sewing needles. Split bamboo chopstick tip, clamp needle tips apart by one fen, tie with thread. Heat one cup of Tung Oil with six or seven rush lights. Red-hot the needle. Pinch nodule with finger, prick top with needle four to five fen deep. For large nodules, prick multiple holes. Phlegm/blood flows out. Cover with plaster. Next day, punctures suppurate. Mild cases insert Huang Yao. Hard nodules make strips from Bingsi San paste, dry, insert into nodule. Seal puncture with double-layer paper paste. Next day, nodule swells/pains (normal, indicates drug action). After seven days, outer crack opens. After another seven days, nodule falls off. Wash with green onion soup. If hole large, apply Yuhong Gao inside, cover outside. Afterwards take Yiqi Yangrong Tang or Shiquan Dabu Tang plus Cyperus. Avoid labor, anger, sexual activity, and spicy/fried seafood.
Sanpin Yitiao Qiang (Three Grades Single Gun): Top grade pellets remove eighteen types of hemorrhoids; Middle grade removes five types of fistulas/everted flowers, goiter/qi nodules; Bottom grade treats scrofula/carbuncle/back abscess/brain tumor. Ancient three grades had same drugs but different dosages. Current note applies this formula to all three grades as they correspond. Drugs are simple. Hence "Sanpin Yitiao Qiang". Comrades may try it.
White Arsenic (one liang five qian), Alum (two liang), Frankincense (one qian two fen), Realgar (two qian four fen).
Grind arsenic and alum fine. Put in small jar, roast over charcoal until red. When blue smoke stops and white smoke rises briefly, stop fire. Leave jar on ground overnight. Take out approx one liang pure powder. Add Realgar and Frankincense, grind extremely fine. Mix with thick paste into strips, dry in shade. For previous conditions, insert into holes. If no hole, prick first. Insert morning and evening. After three days, large holes take ten+ strips. Stop after seven days when hole is filled. Edges naturally crack. By day fourteen, carbuncle/scrofula/hemorrhoid tubes fall off. Wash with soup, apply Yuhong Gao. Deficient patients take spleen-tonifying drugs.
Chuang Tanhe Qin Yao (Wound Phlegm Nodule Holding Medicine - Grand Tutor Dou)
Kelp (wine-washed), Sargassum (wine-washed), Rhubarb (wine-mixed, steamed three times), Silkworm (ginger juice stir-fried), Real Indigo Naturalis (water-flown), Gallnux Star, Forsythia (two liang each). Platycodon, Bupleurum, Trichosanthes Seed, Coptis Rhizome (wine-fried), Scutellaria Slice (wine-fried), Exocarpium Citri Grandis (one liang each).
Grind fine, make pills with refined honey the size of Euryale Seed. Hold in mouth anytime day or night.
Erbei Wan (Two Bells Pill - Xiao Chunyuan): Specifically dissolves phlegm nodules.
Cinnabar (seven qian), Large Fritillaria Bulb, Purple貝 Tiankui (two liang each), Kelp, Sea Powder, Alum (one liang each).
Grind fine. Boil two jin Prunella Spike into paste to make pills the size of wutong seeds. Take three qian with tea liquor before sleep.
Renya San (Human Tooth Powder): Specifically treats scrofula and various swellings/toxins.
Human Tooth (two liang), Musk (five fen), Notopterygium Root (wine-washed, six qian).
Grind fine, make pills the size of longan with refined honey. Take one pill with warm water or wine solution.
Haishang Xian Fang (Immortal Formula at Sea): Miraculously dissolves scrofula.
Blister Beetle (one per year of age, head/feet removed), Red Ladybug (pair), Glutinous Rice (one sheng).
Stir-fry three ingredients together until rice turns yellow. Remove beetles/ladybugs. Eat only fried rice. When rice is finished, scrofula dissipates.
Sanyang Jiu (Three Yang Wine - Lu Gongjie): Old or recent scrofula, ulcerated or not. Sanyang Cao is Strawberry Vine. Pick two jin including vine/leaves/red fruit. Soak in ten jin liquor. Boil for three incense sticks. Release fire qi, bury in earth for fourteen days. Take out, drink several cups. When wine finishes, disease heals.
Baiguo Ye San (White Fruit Leaf Powder - Wu Family Secret): Can bind scrofula, prevent spreading, and dissipate.
Pearl, Silver Powder (two qian each), Realgar (one qian), White Fruit Leaf (stalk removed, lightly roasted on tile, ground, three qian).
First grind pearl and realgar. Pound with ten pairs of toad heart/liver. Apply around wound edges. Mix white fruit leaf powder and silver powder with good vinegar, apply to center of wound. Dissipates within two applications. For broken skin, soak white fruit leaf in vinegar overnight, apply to broken scrofula.
Lianqiao Wan (Forsythia Pill): Treats neck lymph nodes, alternating chills/fever, long-term non-healing. Especially suitable for face/arm lesions.
Forsythia Fruit, Saposhnikovia Root, Phellodendron Bark, Cinnamon Bark, Fermented Soybean, Angelica Pubescens Root, Gentian Root, Mulberry Root Bark, Moutan Cortex (five qian each), Sargassum Thallus (two qian five fen).
Grind fine, make pills with refined honey the size of mung beans. Take ten pills with Centum Segments Grass decoction.
Internal Dissolution of Scrofula: Pound Cypress leaves, apply on nodule. Iron with fried salt, three to five times daily until dissolved.
Scrofula (regardless of ulceration) (*Jisheng*): Boil Prunella Spike into paste, take with boiling water far from meals. Also take Shiquan Dabu Tang plus Polygala, Fritillaria, Cyperus.
