蜜丸。于每日洗面之时多擦数次，临睡之时又重洗面擦之，不须三日，自然消灭瘢矣。
肺风、粉刺、酒 鼻、鼻头肿、面赤
杏仁（二十粒，去皮，瓦上焙，勿焦） 油核桃（二枚连皮，瓦上焙，勿焦） 大枫肉（三粒） 水银（三分，
唾津在手掌心内研成黑水）
共研匀搽之，二三次即愈。
面部鼻脸生疮赤风粉刺神方（《准绳》）
生硫黄 白芷 栝蒌仁 腻粉（各五分） 蝉蜕（洗） 芫青（去翅、足） 全蝎（各七枚）
上研细听用。以麻油、黄蜡火熬化，离火入药在内，每用少许涂面上，勿沾眼内。
清肺散 治谷嘴疮。
连翘 川芎 白芷 黄连 苦参 荆芥 山栀 黄芩 贝母 桑白皮（各一钱） 河水煎服。
面上酒刺
枯矾（一两） 白附子 硫黄（各二钱）
研细末。临晚以唾津调搽，朝上洗去。
肺风、酒刺、赤鼻
大枫子仁 木鳖子仁 轻粉（各等分）
研细，夜以唾津调涂。
酒刺、粉刺、面生 黠、小疮，并能去垢润肌
皂角（三斤） 桃花瓣（一升） 升麻（八两） 楮实子（五两） 白芷 天花粉 绿豆 白芨（各
一两） 砂仁 白丁香 甘松（各五钱） 三柰（三钱）
共为细末，糯米饭捣丸或加肥皂肉捣丸。洗面时擦之。如擦下部，换用炼蜜捣成团擦洗。
满脸肺风、酒刺
乳香（去油） 没药（去油） 杭粉（各三钱） 花椒（五分） 胶枣（一枚） 白果（三枚）
共研细为丸。清晨洗脸时擦。
酒刺
榧子肉（一千个） 甘菊花（二两）
水酒各一碗同煮干，再用微火烘脆。每日嚼食，食完自愈。
颠倒散
硫黄 大黄（各等分）
研末，凉水调敷。
肺风疮 无灰酒于砂钵内，磨鹿角
尖浓汁敷。
面上粉刺（出自《肘后方》）：将菟丝子捣碎，绞取汁液涂抹患处。

制成蜜丸。在每天洗脸时多次擦拭，临睡前再次彻底洗脸并擦拭，不超过三天，瘢痕自然消除。
肺风、粉刺、酒鼻、鼻头肿胀、面色发红：
杏仁（二十粒，去皮，在瓦片上焙干，注意不要烧焦）、油核桃（两枚，带皮，在瓦片上焙干，注意不要烧焦）、大枫肉（三粒）、水银（三分，用唾液在手掌心内研磨成黑色液体）。
共同研磨均匀后涂抹，两三次即可痊愈。
面部及鼻部生疮、赤色风疹粉刺神方（出自《准绳》）：
生硫黄、白芷、栝蒌仁、腻粉（以上各五分）、蝉蜕（洗净）、芫青（去掉翅膀和脚）、全蝎（以上各七枚）。
以上药材研成细末备用。用麻油和黄蜡在火上熬化，离火后加入药粉混合，每次取少量涂抹于面部，切勿沾入眼中。
清肺散：治疗谷嘴疮（口角炎）。
连翘、川芎、白芷、黄连、苦参、荆芥、山栀、黄芩、贝母、桑白皮（以上各一钱），用河水煎服。
面上酒刺（酒渣鼻/痤疮）：
枯矾（一两）、白附子、硫黄（以上各二钱）。
研成细末。晚上用唾液调和涂抹，早晨洗去。
肺风、酒刺、赤鼻：
大枫子仁、木鳖子仁、轻粉（以上各等分）。
研成细末，夜间用唾液调和涂抹。
酒刺、粉刺、面部生黑斑、小疮，并能去除污垢、滋润肌肤：
皂角（三斤）、桃花瓣（一升）、升麻（八两）、楮实子（五两）、白芷、天花粉、绿豆、白芨（以上各一两）、砂仁、白丁香、甘松（以上各五钱）、三柰（三钱）。
共同研成细末，用糯米饭捣烂制成丸剂，或加入肥皂肉捣烂制成丸剂。洗脸时擦拭使用。如果用于擦拭身体下部，则改用炼蜜捣成团块进行擦洗。
满脸肺风、酒刺：
乳香（去油）、没药（去油）、杭粉（即铅粉，以上各三钱）、花椒（五分）、胶枣（一枚）、白果（三枚）。
共同研成细末制成丸剂。清晨洗脸时擦拭使用。
酒刺：
榧子肉（一千个）、甘菊花（二两）。
用水和酒各一碗同煮至干，再用微火烘脆。每日咀嚼食用，吃完后即可自愈。
Acne vulgaris on the face (from *Zhouhou Fang*): Crush *Cuscutae Semen* (Dodder Seed, 菟丝子), extract the juice by squeezing, and apply it to the affected area.
Mieban Dan (Formula by Master Qi Tian)
*Calomelas* (Mercurous Chloride, 轻粉), *Bryoniae Radix Alba* (White Akebia Root, 白附子), *Scutellariae Radix* (Skullcap Root, 黄芩 - lightly stir-fried over mild heat), *Angelicae Dahuricae Radix* (Dahurian Angelica Root, 白芷), *Saposhnikoviae Radix* (Divaricate Saposhnikovia Root, 防风). (All in equal proportions, ground into fine powder).
Form into pills with honey. Rub several times during daily face washing, and again after thoroughly washing the face before sleep. The scars will naturally disappear within three days.
For Lung Wind, Acne Vulgaris, Rhinophyma (Alcoholic Nose), Nasal Tip Swelling, and Facial Redness:
*Prunus Armeniaca Semen* (Apricot Kernel, 杏仁 - 20 grains, peeled, baked on a tile until dry but not burnt), Oil Walnut Kernels (2 pieces, with skin, baked on a tile until dry but not burnt), *Aleuritidis Fructus* (Tung Nut Meat, 大枫肉 - 3 grains), Mercury (3 fen, ground with saliva in the palm of the hand until it becomes a black liquid).
Grind together uniformly and apply. It will heal in two or three applications.
Divine Formula for Facial and Nasal Sores, Red Wind Rash, and Acne Vulgaris (from *Zhunsheng*)
*Sulfur* (Native Sulfur, 生硫黄), *Angelicae Dahuricae Radix* (Dahurian Angelica Root, 白芷), *Trichosanthis Semen* (Snake Melon Seed, 栝蒌仁), *Nifen* (Calomelas/Mercurous Chloride, 腻粉 - each 5 fen), *Cicadae Periostracum* (Cicada Slough, 蝉蜕 - washed), *Mylabris* (Blister Beetle, 芫青 - wings and feet removed), *Scorpio* (Scorpion, 全蝎 - each 7 pieces).
Grind the above into a fine powder for use. Melt *Sesami Oleum* (Sesame Oil, 麻油) and *Apis Cera* (Beeswax, 黄蜡) over fire. Remove from heat, add the medicinal powder, mix well. Apply a small amount to the face each time, avoiding contact with the eyes.
Qingfei San: Treats Angular Cheilitis (Valley Mouth Sores).
*Forsythiae Fructum* (Forsythia Fruit, 连翘), *Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma* (Chuanxiong Rhizome, 川芎), *Angelicae Dahuricae Radix* (Dahurian Angelica Root, 白芷), *Coptidis Rhizoma* (Coptis Rhizome, 黄连), *Sophorae Flavescentis Radix* (Sophora Root, 苦参), *Schizonepetae Herba* (Schizonepeta Herb, 荆芥), *Gardeniae Fructus* (Gardenia Fruit, 山栀), *Scutellariae Radix* (Skullcap Root, 黄芩), *Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus* (Thunberg Fritillary Bulb, 贝母), *Mori Cortex* (Mulberry Bark, 桑白皮). (Each 1 qian). Decoct in river water and take orally.
Facial Acne Vulgaris (Rhinophyma/Acne):
*Alumen Exsiccatum* (Burnt Alum, 枯矾 - 1 liang), *Bryoniae Radix Alba* (White Akebia Root, 白附子), *Sulfur* (Native Sulfur, 硫黄 - each 2 qian).
Grind into a fine powder. At night, mix with saliva and apply; wash off in the morning.
Lung Wind, Acne Vulgaris, Red Nose:
*Aleuritis Fructus* (Tung Nut Kernel, 大枫子仁), *Momordicae Semen* (Momordica Seed, 木鳖子仁), *Calomelas* (Mercurous Chloride, 轻粉). (All in equal proportions).
Grind into a fine powder, mix with saliva at night, and apply.
Acne Vulgaris, Comedones, Facial Black Spots, Small Pustules; also removes dirt and moisturizes the skin:
*Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus* (Chinese Honeylocust Pod, 皂角 - 3 jin), Peach Petals (桃花瓣 - 1 sheng), *Cimicifugae Rhizoma* (Black Cohosh Rhizome, 升麻 - 8 liang), *Broussonetiae Fructus* (Paper Mulberry Fruit, 楮实子 - 5 liang), *Angelicae Dahuricae Radix* (Dahurian Angelica Root, 白芷), *Trichosanthis Radix* (Snake Melon Root, 天花粉), *Phaseoli Volubilis Semen* (Adzuki Bean, 绿豆), *Bletillae Rhizoma* (Bletilla Rhizome, 白芨). (Each 1 liang), *Amomi Fructus Rotundus* (Round Cardamom Fruit, 砂仁), *Vibrionis Faecalis* (Stinkhorn Spore Mass, 白丁香), *Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma* (Nardostachys Root, 甘松). (Each 5 qian), *Kaempferiae Galanga Rhizoma* (Sand Ginger Rhizome, 三柰 - 3 qian).
Grind into a fine powder. Pound with glutinous rice flour to form pills, or pound with soap fruit pulp to form pills. Rub on the face during washing. If used for cleaning the lower body, replace with pills made by pounding with refined honey.
Full Face Lung Wind and Acne Vulgaris:
*Boswelliae Resina* (Frankincense, 乳香 - de-oiled), *Myrrha Resina* (Myrrh, 没药 - de-oiled), *Hang Fen* (Lead White/Basic Lead Carbonate, 杭粉 - each 3 qian), *Zanthoxyli Pericarpium* (Sichuan Pepper Peel, 花椒 - 5 fen), Jujube Paste (胶枣 - 1 piece), Ginkgo Nuts (白果 - 3 pieces).
Grind into a fine powder and form into pills. Rub on the face in the early morning while washing.
Acne Vulgaris:
Torreya Seeds (榧子肉 - 1000 pieces), Chrysanthemi Flos (Chrysanthemum Flower, 甘菊花 - 2 liang).
Boil together in one bowl of water and one bowl of wine until dry, then dry over mild heat until crisp. Chew and eat daily; self-healing occurs after consumption is complete.
Diandao San:
*Sulfur* (Native Sulfur, 硫黄), *Rhei Radix et Rhizoma* (Rhubarb Root, 大黄). (Equal proportions).
Grind into powder, mix with cool water, and apply as a paste.
Lung Wind Sores:
Grind *Cervi Cornu Degradatum* (Deer Horn, 鹿角尖) in Ash-free Wine using a mortar, and apply the thick juice.
