验方 槐花煎浓汁，服之即解。
又方 橄榄煎汤服。
又方 急饮人粪汁。
中河豚子毒 急取腊鹅煮食，即不胀矣。
河豚菌毒（钱氏）。多服金汁即解，如难得，即于干地上挖一潭，用水和泥浆稍定，服水一二碗即解。
又方 香油灌之，吐出毒物，即愈。
又方 磨紫金锭服。
加味瓜蒂散
白茅根 芦根（各一两） 瓜蒂（一个）
水煎汁服，必大吐，吐后必愈。
验方 家紫苏汁，或干紫苏煎汤即解。
又方 姜汁服。
又方 靛青汁或小蓝汁服。
又方 蒜汁服。
又方 薤汁饮之。
又方 冬瓜汁服。
又方 黑豆汁煎服。
有食鳖腹痛欲死，手足发青而亡者，夫鳖虽介属，本无大毒，然鳖类多属化生，有
蛇化，有龟化，有鱼化者，龟鱼所化，皆益人，惟蛇化最毒，其腹下必隐隐蛇皮之
状，其色大红，必不可食，食必杀人，腹大痛者，乃毒瓦斯攻肠也，不必解鳖之毒，仍当解蛇之毒。
误将鳖肉同苋菜吃成鳖腹胀，急饮白马尿一碗，即化。
中鳖毒。
白芷 雄黄（各三钱） 丹砂 山楂 枳实（各一钱） 白茯苓（五钱）
水煎服，一剂痛止，二剂毒出矣。
又方 饮蓝汁数碗，或靛青水亦效。
又方 盐汁饮。
验方：将槐花煎煮成浓汁，服用后即可解毒。
又一方：用橄榄煎汤服用。
又一方：紧急饮用人的粪便汁液。
中河豚子毒：紧急取腊月鹅肉煮熟食用，腹部胀满的症状即可消除。
河豚菌毒（出自钱氏）：多服金汁即可解毒；如果难以获得金汁，可在干燥地面上挖一个坑，用水调和泥浆使其稍作沉淀，服用一两碗泥水即可解毒。
又一方：灌服香油，吐出毒物后，病即痊愈。
又一方：研磨紫金锭服用。
加味瓜蒂散
白茅根、芦根（各一两）、瓜蒂（一个）
加水煎煮取汁服用，必然会引起剧烈呕吐，吐完后病即痊愈。
验方：将冬瓜仁煎汁饮用。
又一方：煮橘皮汤，冷却至冷冻温度后饮用。
验方（出自《简便》）：食用鳖鱼时误犯荆芥，会伤害人体，紧急服用地浆（泥土水）以解毒。
验方：家养紫苏的汁液，或将干紫苏煎汤服用，即可解毒。
又一方：服用姜汁。
又一方：服用靛青汁或小蓝汁。
又一方：服用蒜汁。
又一方：饮用薤汁。
又一方：服用冬瓜汁。
又一方：黑豆汁煎煮后服用。
有人吃了鳖鱼后腹痛欲死，手足发青而死亡。鳖虽然属于甲壳类动物，本身没有大毒，但鳖类大多属于化生（由其他生物变化而来），有的由蛇变化而来，有的由龟变化而来，有的由鱼变化而来。由龟、鱼变化而来的鳖，对人有益；只有由蛇变化而来的最毒，其腹部下方必定隐约可见蛇皮的纹路，颜色呈大红，绝对不可食用，食用必致人死亡。出现腹部剧痛的情况，是毒气攻入肠道所致，此时不必解鳖之毒，仍应当解蛇之毒。
误将鳖肉与苋菜同食导致鳖腹胀，紧急饮用一碗白马尿，胀气即可化解。
中鳖毒：
白芷、雄黄（各三钱）、丹砂、山楂、枳实（各一钱）、白茯苓（五钱）
加水煎煮服用，一剂药后疼痛停止，两剂药后毒邪排出。
又一方：饮用蓝汁数碗，或靛青水也有效。
又一方：饮用盐汁。
Empirical Formula: Decoct Sophora Flower (Sophorae Flos) into a concentrated decoction; taking it will immediately resolve the toxicity.
Another Formula: Decoct Pomegranate (Punica Granatum) and take the soup.
Another Formula: Urgently drink human fecal juice.
Poisoning from River Pufferfish Eggs: Urgently take goose meat preserved in the twelfth lunar month, cook and eat it; abdominal distension will subside immediately.
River Pufferfish Mushroom Poisoning (from Qian's treatise): Take large amounts of Jin Zhi (Golden Juice) to resolve the toxicity. If Jin Zhi is hard to obtain, dig a pit on dry ground, mix water with mud to let it settle slightly, and drink one or two bowls of this muddy water to resolve the toxicity.
Another Formula: Instill Sesame Oil (Sesami Oleum); vomiting out the toxic matter leads to recovery.
Another Formula: Grind Zijin Ding (Purple Gold Tablet) and take it.
Modified Genti Powder (Jiawei Gudi San)
Imperata Rhizome (Baimaogen), Reed Rhizome (Lugen) (each 1 liang), Melon Seed (Gudi) (one piece)
Decoct with water, take the juice. Profuse vomiting is expected; after vomiting, the condition will be cured.
Empirical Formula: Decoct Winter Melon Seed (Dongguaren) and drink the juice.
Another Formula: Decoct Tangerine Peel (Chenpi), cool the soup to a frozen temperature, and drink it.
Empirical Formula (from "Simple Methods"): Consuming soft-shelled turtle while having ingested Schizonepeta (Jingjie) can harm the body; urgently take Di Jiang (Earth Slurry) to resolve the toxicity.
Empirical Formula: Juice of domestic Perilla (Zisu), or decoct dried Perilla (Zisu) into a soup; both resolve the toxicity.
Another Formula: Take Ginger Juice (Jiangzhi).
Another Formula: Take Indigo Juice (Dianqingzhi) or Small Isatis Juice (Xiaolanzhi).
Another Formula: Take Garlic Juice (Suanzhi).
Another Formula: Drink Scallion White Juice (Xiezhi).
Another Formula: Take Winter Melon Juice (Dongguazhi).
Another Formula: Decoct Black Soybean Juice (Heidouzhizhi) and take it.
There are cases where individuals ate soft-shelled turtles, suffered severe abdominal pain, turned blue at the hands and feet, and died. Although the turtle belongs to the class of shelled animals and inherently possesses little toxicity, turtles of this type are often products of transformation (huasheng). Some transform from snakes, some from tortoises, and some from fish. Those transformed from tortoises or fish benefit humans; only those transformed from snakes are highly toxic. These snake-transformed turtles invariably show a faint snake-skin pattern on their undersides and have a bright red color; they must not be eaten, as consumption is fatal. Severe abdominal pain indicates that toxic vapors are attacking the intestines. In such cases, there is no need to resolve turtle toxicity specifically; rather, one should resolve snake toxicity.
Accidentally eating soft-shelled turtle meat together with Amaranth (Xiancai) causes abdominal distension resembling turtle poisoning; urgently drink one bowl of White Horse Urine (Baima Niao) to dissipate the distension.
Soft-shelled Turtle Poisoning:
Angelica Dahurica (Baizhi), Realgar (Xionghuang) (each 3 qian), Cinnabar (Dansha), Hawthorn Fruit (Shanzha), Immature Bitter Orange (Zhishi) (each 1 qian), Poria (Baifuling) (5 qian)
Decoct with water and take orally. Pain ceases after one dose; toxins are expelled after two doses.
Another Formula: Drink Blue Juice (Lan Zhi) several bowls; Indigo Water (Dianqing Shui) is also effective.
Another Formula: Drink Salt Juice (Yanzhi).
