陈远公曰∶人误食竹蕈，或吞树菌，以致心疼胸胀，肠泻腹痛而死。夫蕈亦芝草
之类，生于莎叶朽木，所谓臭腐出神奇，何以毒种于中乎？殊不知竹根树柯而生蕈菌
者，以土之湿热也，湿热之下，必聚蛇蝎恶虫，其气上腾，而蕈菌得气，易于生发，
故较他产更肥，其味极美，而其质实毒也。解菌汤救之。
验方 黄泥浆灌之即解。（地浆能解百毒，真神方也。）
又方 橄榄捣为泥食之，即解。
又方 金汁解。
又方 紫金锭磨服，即解。
又方 绿豆研生甘草煎浓汁饮，即解。
解菌汤
生甘草（二两） 白芷（三钱）
水煎服，以鹅翎探喉，必尽吐而愈。如已入肠，探引不出，亦必腹痛下泻，可保生全。
验方 萝卜汤饮之即解。
验方 多食生萝卜即解。
凡中白果毒，骤然一声即晕去，俨如惊状者是。白鲞头煎汤，灌三四次即苏。
又方 麝香一分煎汤服。
立救丹
白硼砂 白附子 高良姜 猪牙皂（各一钱） 雄黄（五分） 火硝（二分） 麝香（一分）
共乳极细末。凡牛马驴三分，猪羊只用一分，俱吹左鼻孔内，再点眼角，避风立效。
癞犬欲死 用蜈蚣三条研末，入饭与癞犬食之，数日立愈。
验方 甘蔗汁解之。
陈远公说：人如果误食竹蕈，或者吞食树菌，导致心口疼痛、胸部胀满、肠道腹泻、腹部绞痛而死亡。蕈类也是灵芝草这一类的东西，生长在莎草叶和腐朽的木头上，这就是所谓的“臭腐化为神奇”，为什么其中会含有毒素呢？殊不知，在竹根和树枝上生长出来的蕈菌，是因为土壤具有湿热之性，在湿热的环境之下，必然聚集了蛇蝎等恶毒昆虫，它们的气息向上蒸腾，蕈菌吸收了这种气息，就容易生长繁殖，所以比其他地方出产的更加肥大，味道极其鲜美，但它的实质却是有剧毒的。用解菌汤来救治。
验方：灌服黄泥浆即可解毒。（地浆能解百种毒素，真是神妙的方子。）
又一方：将橄榄捣成泥状食用，即可解毒。
又一方：用金汁解毒。
又一方：磨服紫金锭，即可解毒。
又一方：将绿豆研碎，与生甘草一起煎煮成浓汁饮用，即可解毒。
解菌汤
生甘草（二两） 白芷（三钱）
用水煎服，用鹅毛翎刺激喉咙催吐，必须全部吐出才能痊愈。如果毒素已经入肠，通过探喉无法引出，也一定会出现腹痛和下泻的症状，这样可以保全性命。
凡是中了白果（银杏）毒的人，突然发出一声惊呼就晕倒，样子像受惊一样。用白鲞头（干鱼头）煎汤，灌服三四次就能苏醒。
又一方：取麝香一分煎汤服用。
误服轻粉导致筋骨疼痛：去除川椒目，每天清晨用白开水不拘多少量吞服。

疯狗欲死：用三条蜈蚣研成粉末，拌入饭中给疯狗吃，几天后立刻痊愈。
Chen Yuangong stated: If a person mistakenly consumes bamboo mushrooms or swallows tree fungi, it may lead to heart pain, chest distension, intestinal diarrhea, abdominal colic, and death. Mushrooms belong to the category of lingzhi grasses, growing on sedge leaves and rotting wood. This is what is referred to as "the foul transforming into the miraculous." Why would toxins be present within them? In fact, mushrooms growing from bamboo roots and tree branches do so because of the damp-heat in the soil. Under such damp-heat conditions, venomous insects such as snakes and scorpions inevitably gather. Their vapors rise upward, and the mushrooms absorb this qi, facilitating their growth and development. Consequently, they grow fatter than those produced elsewhere, taste extremely delicious, yet possess substantial toxicity. They should be treated with Jie Jun Tang (Mushroom Detoxification Decoction).
Empirical Formula: Administer yellow mud slurry to resolve the toxicity. (Earth slurry can detoxify all poisons; it is truly a miraculous formula.)
Another Formula: Mash olives into a paste and consume them to resolve the toxicity.
Another Formula: Use Jin Zhi (Human Feces Distillate) for detoxification.
Another Formula: Grind and administer Zijin Ding (Purple Gold Pellet) to resolve the toxicity.
Another Formula: Crush mung beans, decoct them with raw Gancao (Licorice Root, *Glycyrrhizae Radix*) to make a concentrated juice, and drink it to resolve the toxicity.
Jie Jun Tang (Mushroom Detoxification Decoction)
Raw Gancao (Licorice Root, *Glycyrrhizae Radix*) (2 liang)
Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) (3 qian)
Decoct in water and take orally. Stimulate the throat with a goose feather to induce vomiting; recovery occurs only after complete expulsion. If the toxin has entered the intestines and cannot be induced out via throat stimulation, abdominal pain and diarrhea will necessarily occur, which helps preserve life.
Empirical Formula: Drink radish soup to resolve the toxicity.
Empirical Formula: Consume more raw radishes to resolve the toxicity.
Regarding poisoning by Bai Guo (Ginkgo Seeds, *Ginkgonis Semen*): The patient suddenly cries out once and faints, appearing as if startled. Decoct Bai Xiang Tou (Dried Fish Head) in water and administer 3–4 times to restore consciousness.
Another Formula: Decoct 1 fen of Shexiang (Musk, *Moschus*) in water and take orally.
For bone and joint pain caused by accidental ingestion of Qing Fen (Calomel, *Hydrargyri Chloridum Corrosivum*): Remove the eyes of Chuanjiao (Sichuan Pepper, *Zanthoxyli Pericarpium*), and swallow an unspecified amount with plain warm water every morning.

Grind all ingredients into an extremely fine powder. For cattle, horses, and donkeys, use 3 fen; for pigs and sheep, use only 1 fen. Blow the powder into the left nostril, then apply a small amount to the corner of the eye. Avoid wind, and efficacy will be immediate.
For rabid dogs near death: Grind three centipedes into powder, mix with rice, and feed to the dog. Recovery will occur within a few days.
Empirical Formula: Use Sugarcane Juice (*Sacchari Officinaris Sucus*) to detoxify.
