\r腿游风\p04-a41a185.bmp\r
Feng Luzhan stated: Female genital coldness is caused by labor injury to the uterus (Zi Zang), with wind-cold pathogenic factors invading. If urination is obstructed and difficult, accompanied by lower abdominal distension and pain, Longdan Xiegan Tang (Gentiana Liver-Draining Decoction) is appropriate. If urine is clear, appetite is poor, and stools are unformed, Bawei Dihuang Wan (Eight-Ingredient Rehmannia Pill) should be used. Bawei Wan is highly effective for cases where blood deficiency fails to nourish the zang-fu organs, body fluids are dry and astringent, and cold pathogens lodge in the uterus causing genital coldness. (From *Jinnang*)
Virgin without vaginal opening: Use a lead rod, inserting it daily; after a long time, it will naturally open. (This is because lead is soft enough to penetrate tissue.)
From the hip region down to the popliteal fossa (knee bend), all types of carbuncles, sores, and ding-toxins are compiled in this section for easy reference and treatment consultation.
Shen Douyuan stated: Guwei Chuang (Bone-Wasting Sore) occurs due to the Foot-Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian having abundant qi but scarce blood. The sore appears above the hips, gradually enlarging, causing pain in both sinews and bones, oozing fluid; death ensues when the fluid dries up. If sores appear symmetrically on both hips, fewer than one in ten survives. One should sleep with "Da Mapi Bo" [specific herbal/material carrier] underneath to prevent friction, and internally administer Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Tonify the Middle and Augment the Qi Decoction). (From *Qixuan*)
Tui Youfeng (Leg Wandering Wind): Wang Kentang stated: Tui Youfeng presents as sudden redness and swelling of the thigh, caused by the struggle between wind and heat, belonging to the Foot-Taiyang Bladder Meridian. It is suitable to use bian stones (stone lancets) to remove evil blood. (From *Zhunsheng*)
*Yizong Xinfa* stated: Tui Youfeng occurs in both legs, appearing unpredictably inside/outside or up/down. The redness resembles piled clouds and causes pain, resulting from the binding and stagnation of wind-heat in Ying (Nutritive) and Wei (Defensive) qi. For such cases, first apply stone lancet therapy to remove evil blood, then externally apply beef slices to draw out wind, which is very effective.
*Yizong Xinfa* stated: Dumen Yong (Anus/Buttock Carbuncle) arises in the calf muscle area, governed by the Foot-Taiyang Bladder Meridian.
*Yizong Xinfa* stated: Shangshui Yu (Upper Water Fish) appears at both ends of the crease at Weizhong (BL40). It swells like a high ridge, shaped like a fish, with purple color and pain. This is formed by blood heat encountering external cold stagnation, leading to blood stasis and coagulation. Externally, lance the swollen ridge to release evil blood, then apply Erhuang San (Two-Yellow Powder, i.e., Diandao San) mixed with sesame oil. This is very effective.
Shen Douyuan stated: Huangqiu Yong (Yellow Loach Carbuncle) arises on the lateral side of the thigh connected to the buttocks. It presents as a narrow, deep, loach-shaped lesion, sometimes without redness or swelling, hard as stone, approximately 7-8 cun long. The larger end is the head, the smaller end is the tail. If the loach head points upward, guard against internal attack of toxins into the lower abdomen; this is difficult to treat. If the head points downward, although the toxin is fierce, it does not endanger life, termed a "Smooth Syndrome."
Physicians must locate the head. First, prick the middle of the loach body with a three-edged needle, then prick the tail. Next, use a small needle to prick both sides of the head. Apply thirty moxa cones. Rotate the needles left and right. Remove the tail needle first. Observe if the loach shape remains still, indicating the loach is dead. If it moves, repeat the moxibustion method. Internally administer Neituo Liuqi Yin (Supporting Interior Flowing Qi Decoction) or Zhenren Huoming Yin (True Person Life-Saving Decoction). Externally mix ginger juice, pig bile, and good vinegar, and apply Tiegu San (Iron-Ring Powder). (From *Qixuan*)
*Yizong Jinjian* stated: Huangqiu Yong arises as a hard swelling on the medial side of the calf, several cun long, shaped like a loach, with slight redness. It is caused by damp-heat coagulation in the Liver and Spleen meridians. If it ulcerates on schedule with thick pus, it is auspicious; if it ulcerates with foul water or败浆 (rotten slurry), it is ominous. Treatment is the same as for carbuncles and sores. (From *Jinjian*)
Wang Kentang stated: Qiangyin Ju (Cavity Yin Abscess), also known as Huangqiu Yong, arises on the medial side of the lower leg. It is slightly red and swollen, hard as stone, about 3-4 cun in size, with unbearable pain. It is caused by damp-heat in the Foot-Taiyin Spleen and Foot-Jueyin Liver meridians, combined with accumulated resentment. If it ulcerates late with clear fluid, rising deficient fire, vomiting, and inability to eat, it is incurable. (From *Zhunsheng*)
