治秃疮、疥疮、湿注游风，搔痒水多者，皆效。先洗净而用之。
蛇床子（炒研一斤） 烟胶（八两） 白明矾 枯矾（各一两） 大枫子仁（半斤，白者） 硫
黄（二两） 铜绿（一两） 雄黄（五两） 川椒（一两，去目）
以上各为细末，另研枫子仁，渐渐以诸药末和之，研极匀，每一两加樟冰二钱。痒疮成
片者麻油调，干痒者干擦之。每日洗净然后敷此。
下疳等证，不能用三仙丹者，此方能拔毒而不痛。
上炉甘石（最细腻者 ，黄连汤淬三四次，拣净研细水飞漂二两） 上血竭（五钱） 海螵
蛸（去背五钱） 真轻粉（四钱） 乌芋粉（二两） 漂牡蛎粉（一两）各研极细，和匀密贮。
治下疳，消毒退肿，长肉生肌。
龙衣（大者两条，纸吹火烧灰） 龙骨（五钱） 鹅管石 海螵蛸（ ） 炉甘石（制、飞各
四钱） 乌芋粉（一两） 冰片（三钱）
各为极细末和匀，鸡子黄熬油调涂。
治恶疮久不收口，及 疮多年不收者。瘰 久溃，非此不效。
壮人头发 猪毛 羊毛 鸡毛 鹅毛（各洗净晒干。鸡毛、鹅毛须去中心硬梗。各净四
两）
麝香（各一钱）
以上先以三种油入龟板五两，炼二十分钟，再入诸毛灼焦枯，离火片刻，细绢漉净滓，
文火再煮，入川占、脑麝，以飞净黄丹六两调成膏，油纸摊贴。可再加三灵丹掺药。此油炼
成亦可稍稍入锌氧粉同调，用西法棉花棉纱摊贴治疮口多水无脓者，更佳。
治疗秃疮、疥疮、湿注游风（一种表现为瘙痒且渗出液多的皮肤病），凡是症状为搔抓后瘙痒剧烈且水液渗出较多者，使用此方均有效。使用前需先将患处清洗干净，然后用药。
蛇床子（炒熟后研磨成粉一斤）、烟胶（八两）、白明矾、枯矾（各一两）、大枫子仁（半斤，选用白色的）、硫黄（二两）、铜绿（一两）、雄黄（五两）、川椒（一两，去除椒目）。
以上药物分别研磨成细末，另外单独研磨枫子仁，然后逐渐将各种药末与枫子仁粉末混合，研磨至极均匀，每一两药粉中加入樟冰（冰片与樟脑的混合物）二钱。若瘙痒成片状发作，用麻油调敷；若是干燥性瘙痒，则直接干擦患处。每日先洗净患处，然后敷上此药。
对于下疳等病症，若不能使用三仙丹者，此方能拔出毒邪而不引起疼痛。
上等炉甘石（选取最细腻的，用黄连汤淬炼三四次，拣选干净后研磨极细，用水飞法漂洗沉淀取粉二两）、上等血竭（五钱）、海螵蛸（去掉背部硬壳五钱）、真轻粉（四钱）、乌芋粉（二两）、漂牡蛎粉（一两）。各药分别研磨极细，混合均匀后密封贮存。
龙衣（即蛇蜕，大的两条，用纸包裹吹火烧成灰）、龙骨（五钱）、鹅管石、海螵蛸（此处原文括号内似缺剂量，依前文惯例推测或省略，按原文保留空缺）、炉甘石（制过并水飞过的各四钱）、乌芋粉（一两）、冰片（三钱）。
各药研磨成极细末并混合均匀，用鸡蛋黄熬制的油调和涂抹。
治疗恶疮长期不收敛伤口，以及疮疡多年不愈合的情况。瘰疬（颈部淋巴结结核类疾病）长期溃烂，非此方无效。
壮年人的头发、猪毛、羊毛、鸡毛、鹅毛（各洗净晒干。其中鸡毛、鹅毛须去除中心硬梗。每种净重四两）。
麝香（一钱）。
以上药材先用三种油加入龟板五两，炼制二十分钟，再放入各种毛发灼烧至焦枯，离火片刻，用细绢滤去渣滓，用小火再次煮制，加入川占（铅丹的一种）、冰片和麝香，用经过水飞处理的黄丹六两调制成膏药，涂在油纸上贴敷。还可以再加三灵丹掺入药中。这种油炼制完成后，也可以稍微加入锌氧粉一同调和，采用西医方法的棉花棉纱贴敷治疗疮口多水无脓的情况，效果更佳。
For treating tinea capitis (scalp ringworm), scabies, and "wet wandering wind" (a dermatological condition characterized by intense itching and excessive exudate), this formula is effective for cases involving severe scratching, itching, and copious discharge. The affected area should be washed clean before application.
* Shechuangzi (Cnidii Fructus) (stir-fried and ground, 1 jin / 500g)
* Yanjiao (Smoke Resin) (8 liang / 400g)
* Baimingfan (Alumen Rubrum)
* Kufan (Calcined Alumen) (each 1 liang / 50g)
* Dafengziren (Aleuritidis Semen) (half a jin / 250g, select white kernels)
* Huang (Sulfur) (2 liang / 100g)
* Tonglü (Chlorocopperum) (1 liang / 50g)
* Xionghuang (Realgar) (5 liang / 250g)
* Chuanjiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium) (1 liang / 50g, remove the seeds)
Grind each of the above into fine powder separately. Grind the Aleuritidis Semen separately, then gradually mix in the various powders, grinding until extremely uniform. For every 1 liang (50g) of powder, add 2 qian (10g) of Zhangbing (Camphor and Borneol mixture). If the itching presents as patches, mix with Sesame Oil (Arachis Hypogaea Oleum) for topical application; if it is dry itching, apply directly as a dry powder. Wash the area clean daily before applying this medicine.
For conditions such as chancre (hard chancre/syphilis lesion), where Sanxiandan (Three Immortals Pill) cannot be used, this formula can extract toxins without causing pain.
* Shang Luganshi (Calaminaris Lapis Praeparatus) (select the finest quality, quench three to four times in Coptidis Decoction, pick clean, grind finely, and process by water flotation to obtain 2 liang / 100g)

Grind each ingredient to an extreme fineness, mix uniformly, and store in a sealed container.
This treats chancre, disinfects, reduces swelling, and promotes tissue regeneration and wound healing.

Grind all ingredients to an extreme fineness and mix uniformly. Mix with oil rendered from Chicken Egg Yolk (Galli Yolk Oil) for topical application.
This treats malignant sores that fail to heal over a long period, and ulcers that have persisted for years without closing. It is also effective for chronic ulceration of Luoli (scrofula/tuberculous lymphadenitis).
* Hair from robust adults, Pig Hair, Sheep Wool, Chicken Feathers, Goose Feathers (Wash clean and dry. Remove the central hard shaft from chicken and goose feathers. Each net weight 4 liang / 200g)
* Shexiang (Moschus) (1 qian / 5g)
First, add 5 liang (250g) of Guiban (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum) to three types of oil and refine for twenty minutes. Then add the various hairs and burn them until charred. Remove from fire, let sit briefly, and filter through fine silk cloth to remove dregs. Simmer over low heat, then add Chuanzhan (Lead Monoxide/Red Lead), Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum), and Shexiang (Moschus). Finally, adjust with 6 liang (300g) of Feijing Huangdan (Processed Minium) to form a plaster. Apply on oiled paper. Sanlingdan (Three Spirits Pill) may be added as a dusting powder. Once this base oil is refined, Zinc Oxide Powder (Zinci Oxidum) may be slightly added for mixing. Using Western-style cotton gauze for application on weeping wounds with little pus yields even better results.
