痔漏恶疮，顽肉死肌腐不脱者。不去顽肉，不能收口。此方能蚀恶肉而不伤好肉。方见
《外科正宗》，但天灵盖无用，而害及枯骨，必非君子之心。朱氏不用，亦未尝无捷效也。
砒霜（一两） 生白矾（二两） 轻粉（四钱） 蟾酥（二钱）
先以信、矾入铁锅，碗盖密， 二炷香冷定，取药细研，另研轻粉、蟾酥，和匀用之。
恶疮顽肉，升丹天仙丹所不能化者，以此掺之，化腐不痛，与上方异曲同工，随宜择用
巴豆白肉一味烧炭压去油，加元寸同研。
疔毒最多 肉高突，其痛异常，塞住疮口反使脓毒不泄，惟此丹能平之如神。方出《毛

真乌梅肉（炒炭） 大熟地（烧炭）
研细加上梅冰十分之二。
走马牙疳外治药，掺之立刻停腐。
大红枣去核，每嵌白信石如豆大，炭火 过，存性。 时起浓烟，须避之。如有未化信
石则去之，研细加冰片十分之四，轻掺腐处，不可吞入腹。
此西法药，治瘰 不问已溃未溃皆效。
碘片二钱，先用甘油少许同研化，水银软膏五钱，再合碘同研化，加莨菪软膏四钱，凡
士林少许，同研匀涂之，上以凉解薄贴覆盖。
治汤火伤极效。立能止痛，可免腐溃，极易收功，百试百验。
风化锻石，清水浸之，俟澄清，吹去水面上浮衣净，取清水另贮，每水一杯，加麻油一
杯，以筷调之，百匝如糊，即以涂患处。
痔疮、瘘管及恶疮，若有顽固腐肉和坏死肌肉无法脱落的情况。如果不去除这些顽固腐肉，伤口就无法愈合。此方能够腐蚀恶肉而不损伤健康组织。该方剂出自《外科正宗》，但其中“天灵盖”（人顶骨）不仅无实际疗效，还会伤害周围枯骨，这绝非仁者之心所为。朱氏不使用此药，但也同样取得了显著的疗效。
砒霜（一两），生白矾（二两），轻粉（四钱），蟾酥（二钱）。
先将信石（砒霜）和白矾放入铁锅中，用碗密封覆盖，燃烧两炷香的时间后待其冷却，取出药物细细研磨；另外单独研磨轻粉和蟾酥，最后混合均匀使用。
对于恶疮中顽固腐肉，连升丹或天仙丹都无法化解的情况，将此药撒在患处，可以化腐且不引起疼痛，与上方异曲同工，可根据具体情况选择使用。
取巴豆的白色果肉一味，烧成炭后压榨去油，加入元寸（即水银/汞制剂）共同研磨。
疔毒最为常见，表现为肉质高突，疼痛异常剧烈。如果堵塞疮口反而会导致脓毒无法排出，唯有此丹能像神助一样将其平复。此方出自《毛达可经验集》。
真乌梅肉（炒成炭），大熟地（烧成炭）。
研细后加入十分之二量的梅片（冰片）。
治疗走马牙疳的外用药，撒在患处立刻停止腐烂。
取大红枣去掉枣核，每颗枣核处嵌入如豆子大小的白信石（砒霜），在炭火上煅烧至存性。此过程会产生浓烟，必须避开。如果有未完全转化的信石则需去除，研细后加入十分之四的冰片，轻轻撒在腐烂处，不可吞入腹中。
这是西法配制的药物，治疗瘰疬（淋巴结结核），无论是否溃破都有效。
碘片二钱，先用少许甘油共同研磨溶解，再加入五钱水银软膏，继续与碘混合研磨溶解，然后加入四钱莨菪软膏和少许凡士林，一同研磨均匀涂抹，上面覆盖凉解薄贴。
治疗烫伤和火伤极为有效。能立即止痛，避免腐烂溃烂，极易痊愈，百试百验。
风化锻石（煅石膏），用清水浸泡，等待澄清后，吹去水面上的浮沫，取清水另行储存。每杯水加一杯麻油，用筷子搅拌一百圈直至呈糊状，随即涂抹于患处。
Hemorrhoids, fistulas, and malignant sores characterized by stubborn necrotic flesh and dead muscle that fail to detach. If the stubborn necrotic tissue is not removed, the wound cannot close. This formula can erode malignant flesh without damaging healthy tissue. The formula appears in *Waike Zhengzong* (Orthodox Manual of External Medicine), but the use of Tianlinggai (Human Calvaria) is useless and harmful to adjacent necrotic bone, which is certainly not the heart of a gentleman. Zhu's omission of this ingredient also yields remarkable efficacy.
Arsenicum Rubrum (1 liang), Sheng Baifan (Raw Alum, 2 liang), Qinfen (Calomel, 4 qian), Chansu (Toad Venom, 2 qian).
First, place Xinshi (Arsenicum) and Baifan into an iron pot, cover tightly with a bowl, burn two incense sticks' worth of time, allow to cool completely, then take the medicine and grind it finely. Separately grind Qinfen and Chansu, mix evenly, and apply.
For stubborn necrotic flesh in malignant sores that cannot be resolved by Shengdan or Tianxiandan, sprinkle this powder on the lesion. It resolves necrosis without pain, working similarly to the above formula; choose according to circumstances.
Take one part of the white flesh of Badou (Crotonis Fructus), char it into carbon, press to remove the oil, and grind together with Yuancun (Mercury preparation).
Dingdu (Carbuncle toxin) is most common, presenting as protruding flesh with abnormal, severe pain. Blocking the sore opening prevents pus and toxin drainage; only this pill can level it miraculously. The formula comes from *Mao Dakex Jingyanji* (Experience Collection of Mao Dake).
Zhen Wumei Rou (Charred Pruni Mume Carnositas, 2 parts), Da Shudi (Charred Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, 8 parts).
Grind finely and add Meibing (Borneolum Syntheticum) at 20% of the total weight.
External treatment for Zouma Yagan (Noma gangrenous stomatitis); sprinkling stops necrosis immediately.
Remove pits from large red dates, embed a bean-sized piece of Baixinshi (White Arsenicum) into each, and calcine over charcoal fire until "preserving nature" (partial charring). Thick smoke will rise; avoid inhalation. Remove any unconverted arsenic, grind finely, add Borneolum Syntheticum at 40%, and lightly sprinkle on necrotic areas. Do not swallow.
This is a Western-method preparation effective for Luoli (Scrofula/Lymphatic Tuberculosis), whether ulcerated or not.
Iodum (2 qian), first grind with a small amount of Glycerinum to dissolve. Add Hydrargyri Oleas (Mercurial Ointment, 5 qian), grind together with iodine until dissolved. Add Scopoliae Oleas (Hyoscyamus Ointment, 4 qian) and a little Vaselinum, grind uniformly, and apply. Cover with a cooling plaster.
Extremely effective for burns and scalds. Immediately relieves pain, prevents necrosis and ulceration, promotes rapid healing, and has proven reliable in numerous trials.
Fenghua Duanshi (Calcined Gypsum treated by weathering), soak in clear water. Wait for clarification, blow away the floating film on the surface, collect the clear water separately. For every cup of water, add one cup of Sesami Oleum (Sesame Oil), stir with chopsticks for 100 turns until paste-like, then apply to the affected area.
