花蜘蛛更美。欲开诸翳用蝉蜕、凤退、蚕退、人退、
蛇退。要除重膜，二 有功。片麝脑开壅塞，风火
功重；硼砂治羞明，瘾涩效先。玄明粉极退诸热，秋
石能扫白云。石燕、石蟹退翳而治拳毛，铜绿、
水粉收弦而除风泪。螵蛸能除热泪，轻粉收水汪
洋。文火有熏风之效， 砂有烂肉之功，制宜得诀。
千里光诸方可用，鹅不食草众药同功。雄黄除热障，
人乳能养血虚。久染烂弦，翳根不断，须用吐蛔虫，
久年青盲，黑白如故，独用空青。多时风障痒难当，
洗用清明扬叶，久患上皮盖下皮，涂用鱼鳔。冬桑
叶好洗粟米，石决明更治诸云。制药药方，口诀
师传。骤发火眼，虽热不可用凉剂，久起翳暗，宜凉
不可太热。堪哂俗术，火眼速刺太阳；又笑庸医，云
翳便以钩割。眼要养血，稻用水浇。刀割针挑，致人
百年废疾；火暴草洗，害人一世残生。吁！庸医有损
太上好生之德，可不慎乎！数行俚语，其味深长，同

Some arise from external contraction of the four Qi (Wind, Cold, Summer-heat, Dampness), others from internal injury by the seven emotions (Joy, Anger, Worry, Thought, Sorrow, Fear, Fright). Eagle feces remove various nebulae; Elecampane (E Bushi) and Glehnia Root (Qianliguang) have similar effects. Large black spiders open nebulae, but flower spiders are superior. To open various nebulae, use Cicada Slough (Chantui), Feng Tui, Silkworm Slough (Can Tui), Human Slough (Ren Tui), and Snake Slough (Shetui). Quacks harm the Heaven's virtue of cherishing life; must one not be cautious? These few lines of vernacular words carry deep meaning.
