砂（明亮洁白刺舌者，瓦上微焙五分） 龙骨（极白者，火 研细
三钱） 巴豆（去油，甘草水煮过一分） 白丁香（用白尖四分）
共研极细末，每晚点二、三次。
歌曰∶老膜经年不放光，浮云蔽日有何妨，巴豆
去油甘草煮， 砂龙骨白丁香。

川大黄（十二斤，打作小块，加好黄酒十斤，浸泡透，煮酒晒干） 桑叶（十斤，取汁，浸大黄，透蒸晒）
槐叶（十斤） 黄芩（一斤） 姜（一斤） 生甘草（一斤） 广陈皮（一斤） 车前子（一斤） 黄连（八两）
上俱取汁，浸泡透蒸，晒极干，备用。
凡眼赤疼流泪，头痛面热，咽喉肿痛，痰火上
炎，不咽津唾，饮酒过多，口疮舌硬，肚疼呕吐，两
便不利，取豆大一块，口内噙化，火由小便而出，立
愈。
牙痛，指顶大一块咬着，立刻痛止。
小儿大肠结闭，数日不通，用二、三钱打烂，冷
水泡化。
色欲后，头目不清，早饭后噙化，浊阴降，清阳
升，终身目不昏花。
大凡发背恶疮，皆五脏积毒所致。常噙此物，十
二经络清净，一切热毒不生。
按∶时症照前醉仙汤诸方治之。如日久翳重，照
十大将军吹冲法治之。
虚症照杞实粥滋补法治之。
又有因他病而成眼症者，不敢用真人吹冲法，不
宜用滋补法，当照后方斟酌用之，庶病无遗漏。传方
者，无遗憾也。
（用于治疗陈旧性翳障、浓密膜状物以及经络不通的重症。）
砂仁（选取明亮洁白且咬之刺舌的，在瓦片上微焙至五分重） 龙骨（质地极白的，经火煅后研成细末，三钱） 巴豆（去除油脂，用甘草水煮过一分） 白丁香（选用白色尖端部分，四分）
以上药物共同研磨成极细粉末，每晚点眼二到三次。
歌诀曰：陈旧膜障经年不消散，如同浮云遮蔽日光有何妨，巴豆去油后用甘草煮，配合砂仁、龙骨和白丁香。

以上药材均取汁液，浸泡透彻后蒸制，晒至极干，备用。
凡是眼睛红肿疼痛、流泪，头痛面部发热，咽喉肿痛，痰火上炎，不愿吞咽津液唾液，饮酒过多，口腔溃疡舌体僵硬，腹痛呕吐，大小便不利，取豆大的一块含在口中慢慢化开，火热之邪随小便排出，立即痊愈。

房事之后，头目昏沉不清，早饭后含化此药，浊阴下降，清阳上升，终身眼睛不再昏花。

按语：时行病症参照前述醉仙汤等方剂治疗。如果日久翳障严重，参照十大将军吹冲法治疗。

又有因其他疾病引发的眼症，不敢使用真人吹冲法，也不宜使用滋补法，应当参照后方酌情使用，以免病情遗漏。传授此方者，便无遗憾了。
(To treat old corneal opacities, dense membranous obstructions, and severe cases of blocked meridians.)
Amomi Fructus (Select those that are bright, white, and astringent to the tongue; lightly roast on a tile until weighing five qian) Longgu (Fossilized Bones, select the extremely white ones; calcine and grind into fine powder, three qian) Crotonis Fructus (Remove the oil; boil in Licorice Decoction for one fen) Bai Dingxiang (Use the white tip portion, four fen)
Grind all ingredients into an extremely fine powder. Apply to the eyes two to three times every night.
Song says: Old membranes persisting for years do not reflect light, what harm is there if floating clouds obscure the sun? Crotonis Fructus de-oiled and boiled with Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, combined with Amomi Fructus, Longgu, and Bai Dingxiang.
(Retaining fire with divine efficacy)
Chuan Dahuang (Twelve jin, crushed into small pieces; soak in ten jin of good yellow wine until thoroughly permeated, then cook until wine evaporates and dry in the sun) Sangye (Ten jin, extract juice; soak Dahuang, steam thoroughly, and dry)
Huaiye (Ten jin) Huangqin (One jin) Shengjiang (One jin) Sheng Gancao (One jin) Guang Chenpi (One jin) Cheqianzi (One jin) Huanglian (Eight liang)
Extract juices from all above ingredients, soak thoroughly, steam, and dry until extremely dry. Set aside for use.
For any condition involving redness and pain in the eyes with tearing, headache, facial heat, sore throat and swelling, rising phlegm-fire, reluctance to swallow saliva, excessive alcohol consumption, oral ulcers, stiff tongue, abdominal pain, vomiting, and difficulty in urination or defecation: take a bean-sized piece, hold in the mouth to dissolve slowly. The fire pathogen will exit via urine, and recovery will be immediate.
For toothache: bite a piece the size of a fingertip; pain stops immediately.
For pediatric large intestine constipation lasting several days: use two to three qian, crush, and dissolve in cold water for administration.
After sexual activity, if the head and eyes feel unclear: hold a piece in the mouth after breakfast. Turbid yin descends, clear yang ascends, ensuring the eyes remain clear of blurriness for life.
Generally, back carbuncles and malignant sores are caused by accumulated toxins in the five zang organs. Regularly holding this substance clears the twelve meridians, preventing the generation of all heat toxins.
Note: For epidemic diseases, treat according to the aforementioned Zuixian Tang and other formulas. If the opacity is heavy due to long duration, treat according to the Shida Jiangjun Chui Chong method.
For deficiency syndromes, treat according to the Qishi Zhou nourishing method.
There are also eye conditions arising from other diseases where the Zhenren Chui Chong method is contraindicated and nourishing methods are unsuitable; in such cases, refer to the following formula and adjust accordingly to avoid missing any pathology. The transmitter of this formula has no regrets.
