雷公真君曰∶世人被虎咬伤，血必大出，其伤口立时溃烂，其疼不可当。急用猪肉贴之，随贴随
化，随化随易。速用地榆一斤，为细末，加入三七根末三两，苦参末四两，和匀掺之、随湿随掺，血即
止而痛即定。盖地榆凉血，苦参止痛，三七根末止血，合三者之长，故奏功实神。
火烧 汤池
雷公真君曰∶凡人有无意之中，忽为汤火所伤，遍身溃烂，与死为邻。我有内治妙法，可以变死而
生，方名逐火丹。用大黄五钱，当归四两，荆芥三钱，炒黑，生甘草五钱，黄
芩三钱，防风三钱，黄 三两，茯苓三两，水煎服。一剂痛减半，二剂痛全减，三剂疮口全愈，真至
神至圣之方也。此方妙在重用大黄于当归、黄 之内，既补气血又逐火邪；尤妙用荆芥、防风，引黄
、当归之补气血，生新以逐瘀；更妙用茯苓三两，使火气尽从膀胱下泻，而皮肤之痛自除；至于
甘草、黄芩，不过调和而清凉之已耳。
雷公真君曰∶凡人痈疽发于背，或生于头顶，或生于胸腹，或生于手足臂腿腰脐之间，前阴粪门之
际，无论阳毒阴毒，一服吾方，无不立消，已溃者即敛，真神方也。金银花四两，蒲公英一两，当归
二两，元参一两，水五碗，煎八分。饥服，一剂尽化为无有矣。切勿嫌其药料之重，减去分两，
则功亦减半矣。此方既善攻散诸毒，又不耗损真气，可多服久服，俱无碍，即内治肺痈、大小肠痈，亦
无不神效也。
我已传完，汝另抄一本，存之医述之中，以成全书，他年刊布天下，传之万年，以见吾道之大，亦
快事也。
雷公真君传于燕市，时康熙戊辰七月晦日也。我无他言，但愿汝修道，以答上帝之心也。完。
雷公真君说：世人被老虎咬伤，血液必定大量流出，伤口立刻溃烂，疼痛难以忍受。紧急时用猪肉贴在伤口上，贴上去随即融化，融化后更换新的。迅速取地榆一斤，研成细末，加入三七根末三两、苦参末四两，混合均匀撒在伤口上，随着渗湿随时补充撒药，血液就会停止，疼痛就会平息。因为地榆能凉血（清热止血），苦参能止痛，三七根末能止血，结合这三者的长处，所以疗效确实神奇。
火烧与烫伤
雷公真君说：凡人无意中忽然被热水或火焰烧伤，全身溃烂，濒临死亡。我有内服治疗的妙法，可以让死者复生，方剂名叫逐火丹。用大黄五钱，当归四两，荆芥三钱（炒黑），生甘草五钱，黄芩三钱，防风三钱，黄芪三两，茯苓三两，加水煎煮服用。一剂药后疼痛减半，二剂药后疼痛全消，三剂药后疮口完全愈合，真是至高神圣的方子。这个方子的妙处在于重用大黄于当归、黄芪之中，既补益气血又驱逐火邪；尤其妙在用荆芥、防风，引导黄芪、当归补益气血的作用，生成新肉以驱逐瘀血；更妙在用茯苓三两，使火气全部从膀胱向下排泄，而皮肤的疼痛自然消除；至于甘草、黄芩，不过是起到调和与清凉的作用罢了。
雷公真君说：凡人的痈疽发于背部，或生于头顶，或生于胸腹部，或生于手足臂腿腰脐之间，以及前阴和肛门附近，无论阳毒还是阴毒，服用我的方剂一次，没有不立即消散的，已经溃破的就能收敛，真是神效的方子。金银花四两，蒲公英一两，当归二两，元参一两，水五碗，煎至八分满。饥饿时服用，一剂药吃完就化为乌有了。千万不要嫌弃药料分量重而减少剂量，否则功效也会减半。这个方子既能善于攻散各种毒邪，又不耗损真气，可以多次服用长期服用，都没有妨碍，即使是内治肺痈、大肠痈和小肠痈，也没有不神效的。
我已经传授完毕，你另外抄写一本，保存在《医述》中，以成就全书，将来刊印散布天下，流传万年，以显示我的道术广大，也是一件快事啊。
The Thunder God True Lord said: When people are bitten by tigers, blood will flow heavily, and the wounds will ulcerate immediately with unbearable pain. Urgently apply fresh pork to the wound; it will melt upon application, and should be replaced as it melts. Quickly take one jin (approx. 500g) of Sanguisorbae Radix (Diyu), grind it into fine powder, add three liang (approx. 112.5g) of Panax notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Sanqi) powder and four liang (approx. 150g) of Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen) powder, mix evenly, and sprinkle onto the wound. Reapply as moisture appears. The bleeding will stop, and the pain will subside. This is because Sanguisorbae Radix cools the blood, Sophorae Flavescentis Radix relieves pain, and Panax notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma stops bleeding. Combining the strengths of these three herbs yields miraculous results.
Scalds and Burns
The Thunder God True Lord said: If a person is accidentally scalded or burned by fire, causing widespread ulceration and nearing death, I have a miraculous internal treatment method that can turn death into life. The formula is named Zhu Huo Dan (Fire-Expelling Pill). Use five qian (approx. 18.75g) of Rheum Palmatum Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang), four liang (approx. 150g) of Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), three qian (approx. 11.25g) of Schizonepetae Herba (Jingjie) stir-fried until black, five qian (approx. 18.75g) of raw Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Sheng Gancao), three qian (approx. 11.25g) of Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), three qian (approx. 11.25g) of Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), three liang (approx. 112.5g) of Astragali Radix (Huangqi), and three liang (approx. 112.5g) of Poria (Fuling). Decoct in water and take orally. After one dose, pain reduces by half; after two doses, pain ceases completely; after three doses, the wound heals entirely. It is truly a supreme and holy formula. The brilliance of this formula lies in the heavy use of Rheum Palmatum Radix et Rhizoma within Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Astragali Radix, which both tonifies qi and blood and expels fire pathogens. Especially brilliant is the use of Schizonepetae Herba and Saposhnikoviae Radix to guide the qi- and blood-tonifying effects of Astragali Radix and Angelicae Sinensis Radix to generate new tissue and expel stasis. Even more brilliant is the use of three liang of Poria to ensure all fire qi drains downward through the bladder, thereby eliminating skin pain. As for Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Scutellariae Radix, they merely serve to harmonize and cool.
The Thunder God True Lord said: Regarding carbuncles and sores arising on the back, top of the head, chest, abdomen, limbs, waist, umbilicus, or around the genitals and anus, whether caused by yang toxicity or yin toxicity, a single dose of my formula will cause them to dissipate immediately. Those already ulcerated will heal. It is truly a divine formula. Use four liang (approx. 150g) of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Jinyinhua), one liang (approx. 37.5g) of Taraxaci Herba (Gongying), two liang (approx. 75g) of Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), and one liang (approx. 37.5g) of Scrophulariae Radix (Yuanshen). Add five bowls of water and decoct until reduced to eight-tenths. Take when hungry. One dose will make the condition vanish completely. Do not disdain the heavy dosage and reduce the amounts, or the efficacy will be halved. This formula excels at attacking and dispersing various toxins without depleting true qi. It can be taken repeatedly and over long periods without harm. It is also miraculously effective for treating lung abscesses, large intestine abscesses, and small intestine abscesses internally.
I have finished transmitting this. You shall copy another volume, preserve it within *Yi Shu* (Records of Medicine), to complete the whole book. In future years, it will be printed and distributed throughout the world, transmitted for ten thousand years, demonstrating the greatness of my Dao. This is indeed a joyful matter.
The Thunder God True Lord transmitted this at the market in Yanjing (Beijing). The time was the last day of the seventh month in the Wuchen year of the Kangxi reign. I have no other words, only wishing that you cultivate the Dao to repay the heart of the Supreme Emperor. End.
