五绝，乃缢死、跌死、魇死、淹死、压死是也。世人祸成仓猝，往往不救。然此等之死，五脏未
绝，因外来之祸，而枉死者也。其魂魄守于尸旁，相去未远，苟以神术招之，魂魄即附体而可生也。我
传神符一道，先书黄纸上，焚化在热黄酒内，掘开牙关，灌入喉中，后再用药丸化开，亦用黄
酒调匀，以人口含药水，用葱管送于死人喉内。少顷即活。招魂符式\r图\ps44a1.bmp\r无咒。但
书符时，一心对雷真君
天医使者书之。自然灵应无比。药丸名救绝仙丹。山羊血二钱，菖蒲二钱，人参三钱，红花一钱，皂角
刺一钱。半夏三钱，制苏叶二钱，麝香一钱，各为末；蜜为丸，如龙眼核大，酒化开用。修此丸时，
端午日妙，如临时木必如许之多，十分之一可也。此方神奇之极，又胜于秦真人。闲时备药，修合一
料，大可救人。若到临期，缓不济事。此方不特救五绝，凡有邪祟昏迷，一时猝倒者，皆可灌之，以起
死回生也。
雷公真君曰∶世人有服砒霜之毒，五脏欲裂者，腹必大痛，舌必伸出，眼必流血而死。最可怜
也。方用泻毒神丹∶大黄二两，生甘草五钱，白矾一两，当归三两，水煎汤数碗饮之，立时火泻
即生，否则死矣。此砒毒已入于脏，非可用羊血、生甘草上吐而愈，我所以又变下法救之。饮之
而不泻，此肠已断矣，又何救乎。倘用之早，未有不生者，不可执吐法而无变通。若初饮砒毒，莫
妙用生甘草三两，急煎汤，加羊血半碗，和匀饮之，立吐而愈。若饮之不吐，速用大黄之方，则无不
可救也。
五绝，是指缢死、跌死、梦魇而死、淹死、被重物压死这五种情况。世人遭遇灾祸往往仓促突然，通常无法挽救。然而这类死亡，五脏功能尚未完全断绝，是因为外在的灾祸而枉死的。他们的魂魄守在尸体旁边，距离尚近，如果用神术招魂，魂魄就能依附身体从而复活。我传授一道神符，先写在黄纸上，在热黄酒中焚烧化开，撬开牙关，灌入喉中，然后再用药丸化开，也用黄酒调匀，让人口含药水，用葱管送入死人的喉内。过了一会儿就能苏醒。招魂符的样式见图（无咒语）。但在书写符箓时，必须一心一意对着雷真君和天医使者来写。自然会灵验无比。药丸名叫救绝仙丹。山羊血二钱，石菖蒲二钱，人参三钱，红花一钱，皂角刺一钱，半夏三钱，制紫苏叶二钱，麝香一钱，各研为细末；用蜂蜜制成丸药，大小如龙眼核，用酒化开后服用。制作此丸药时，端午节那天最好，如果临时没有这么多药材，用十分之一的量也可以。这个方子神奇至极，又胜过秦真人的方子。平时准备好药材，炼制一料，可以大大地救人。如果等到事发当时，就来不及了。这个方子不仅能救五绝，凡是因邪祟导致昏迷、一时猝倒的人，都可以灌服，以起到死回生的效果。
雷公真君说：世间有人服用砒霜中毒，五脏欲裂，腹部必定剧烈疼痛，舌头必定伸出，眼睛必定流血而死。最为可怜。方子用泻毒神丹：大黄二两，生甘草五钱，白矾一两，当归三两，用水煎成几碗汤饮下，立刻通过剧烈腹泻就能存活，否则就会死亡。这种砒霜毒素已经深入脏腑，不能用羊血、生甘草通过催吐的方法治愈，所以我改用通下的方法救治。如果服药后不腹泻，说明肠道已经断裂，那还有什么可救的呢？如果用药早，没有不活的，不能固执于催吐法而不知变通。如果是刚喝下砒霜毒物，没有比用生甘草三两，急火煎汤，加入半碗羊血，混合均匀饮下更好的，立刻呕吐出来就能痊愈。如果喝了之后不呕吐，迅速使用大黄的方子，就没有不可救的。
Five Absolute Deaths refer to death by hanging, falling from a height, death during sleep paralysis (nightmare), drowning, and crushing by heavy objects. People often face such disasters suddenly and hastily, making rescue usually impossible. However, in these cases, the functions of the five Zang organs have not yet completely ceased; it is an unjust death caused by external trauma. Their souls remain guarding beside the corpse, not far away. If spiritual arts are used to summon the soul, the soul can attach to the body, and life can be restored. I transmit a divine talisman: first write it on yellow paper, burn it into hot yellow wine until dissolved, pry open the jaw, and pour it into the throat. Then, dissolve a medicinal pill, also mix with yellow wine, let the person hold the liquid in their mouth, and use a scallion tube to guide it into the throat of the deceased. After a short while, they will revive. The style of the soul-summoning talisman is shown in the figure (no incantation). When writing the talisman, one must focus entirely on Lei Zhenjun (Thunder True Lord) and Tianyi Shizhe (Heavenly Doctor Envoy). It will naturally be incredibly effective. The pill is named Jiuexue Xiandan (Immortal Pill for Saving Absolute Deaths). Shan Yang Xue (Blood of Capra Hircus) 2 qian, Chang Pu (Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii) 2 qian, Ren Shen (Radix Ginseng) 3 qian, Hong Hua (Flos Carthami Tinctorii) 1 qian, Zao Jiao Ci (Spina Gleditsiae Sinensis) 1 qian, Ban Xia (Rhizoma Pinelliae Ternatae) 3 qian, Zhi Su Ye (Prepared Folium Perillae) 2 qian, She Xiang (Moschus) 1 qian. Each is ground into fine powder; honey is used to form pills the size of a longan seed, taken after dissolving in wine. It is best to prepare this pill on the Dragon Boat Festival (Duanwu Day); if prepared temporarily without sufficient ingredients, one-tenth of the amount suffices. This prescription is extremely miraculous, surpassing even that of Zhenren Qin. Prepare the medicines in leisure time and refine a batch; it can save many lives. If waiting until the emergency arises, it will be too late. This prescription not only saves those with Five Absolute Deaths but can also be administered to anyone who faints or collapses suddenly due to evil influences, bringing them back from the dead.
Lei Gong Zhenjun (True Lord of the Thunder God) said: Among people in the world, those who have ingested arsenic poisoning, where the five Zang organs feel as if tearing apart, will certainly suffer severe abdominal pain, protrude their tongues, bleed from the eyes, and die. It is most pitiable. The prescription uses Xiedu Shendan (Divine Pill for Draining Poison): Da Huang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei) 2 liang, Sheng Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis Preparata) 5 qian, Bai Fan (Alumen) 1 liang, Dang Gui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) 3 liang. Decoct in water to make several bowls of soup and drink. Immediate profuse diarrhea will lead to survival; otherwise, death ensues. Since the arsenic poison has entered the Zang organs, it cannot be cured by inducing vomiting using sheep blood and raw licorice root. Therefore, I employ a purgative method to save them. If, after drinking, there is no diarrhea, the intestines have already ruptured, and what is there to save? If used early, recovery is certain. One must not rigidly adhere to the emetic method without flexibility. If arsenic poison was just ingested, nothing is better than using 3 liang of raw licorice root, rapidly decocted into soup, mixed with half a bowl of sheep blood, and drunk. Immediate vomiting will lead to recovery. If vomiting does not occur after ingestion, quickly use the prescription containing Da Huang, and there is no case that cannot be saved.
