【青木香丸】
取破故纸（补骨脂）炒至出香，荜澄茄（各四十两），木香（二十两），槟榔。用酸粟米饭包裹，外裹湿纸，在火中煨烤直至纸干。去掉饭和纸，另取黑牵牛（二百四十两）炒香后单独捣碎取末一百二十两，使其均匀。逐渐加入清水调和至适宜程度，制成如绿豆大小的药丸。每次服用二十丸，用茶汤或热水送下，饭后服用。每次饮酒或进食后可服五丸或七丸。小儿一周岁服一丸。孕妇禁止服用。此方用于利膈行滞气，消饮食，治疗胸膈噎塞、腹胁胀痛、心中烦闷痞塞、肿满、肠中水声、呕哕痰逆、不思饮食等症状。
【乌沉汤】
取破故纸（补骨脂）炒制的人参、五味子、白术（各二两），山药炒制的白茯苓（各一两半），吴茱萸、川巴戟天去心、肉果面裹煨（各一两），龙骨（五钱）。以上药材研为细末，用酒调糊制成如梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用七十丸，空腹时以盐汤送下。此方治疗下元虚寒、不生土以及肾中之土不足导致关门不闭，名为“肾泄”，也称为“脾肾泄”。
【治小便频数方】
治疗小便频数，这是因为膀胱气不足所致。
取留州益智子（盐炒后去盐）、天台乌药。以上两味药等分为细末，用酒煮山药粉调糊制成如梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用七十丸，空腹时以盐汤送下。
【治白浊方】
用前方（指治小便频数方）加入萆薢、石菖蒲，两味药等分。每次服用四钱，加水一盏，放入少许盐，煎至七分，饭前温服。此方治疗白浊频数，尿液浑浊如膏状，这是真元不足、下焦虚寒的表现。据杨子建所说，凡人小便频数，不论次数多少，排尿时尿道内疼痛难忍，先是大便秘结、热邪不通，水液只流向小肠，导致大便更加干竭，甚至全身发热、思饮冷水，如此即为重症。一方……草……

[Qingmuxiang Wan (Green Ambergris Pill)]
Take Psoraleae Fructus (Buphthalmi Fructus, 破故纸) stir-fried until fragrant, and Piperis Kadsurae Fructus (Long Pepper Fruit, 荜澄茄) (each 40 liang), Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum (Agarwood, 木香), and Arecae Semen (Betel Nut, 槟榔). Wrap them in sour millet rice, cover with wet paper, and roast in fire until the paper is dry. Remove the rice and paper. Separately take Strychni Semen (Nigella Seed, 黑牵牛) (240 liang), stir-fry until fragrant, pound separately to obtain powder, taking 120 liang of the fine powder, ensuring it is uniform. Gradually add clear water to mix to a suitable consistency, and form pills the size of mung beans. Take 20 pills each time, administered with tea soup or hot water, after meals. After drinking alcohol or eating, one may take 5 or 7 pills. Children aged one year take 1 pill. Pregnant women must not take this. This formula promotes diaphragm function, moves stagnant Qi, aids digestion, and treats chest and diaphragm obstruction, abdominal and hypochondriac distension and pain, mental restlessness and stuffiness, swelling and fullness, borborygmus in the intestines, vomiting and belching, phlegm reversal, and loss of appetite.
[Wuchen Tang (Aloeswood and Musk Decoction / Black Musk Decoction)]
Take Psoraleae Fructus (Buphthalmi Fructus, 破故纸) stir-fried Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Ginseng, 人参), Schisandrae Fructus (Schisandra Berry, 五味子), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (White Atractylodes Rhizome, 白术) (each 2 liang), Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Chinese Yam, 山药) stir-fried with Poria (Poria Cocos, 白茯苓) (each 1.5 liang), Evodiae Fructus (Evodia Fruit, 吴茱萸), Morindae Officinalis Radix (Morinda Root, 川巴戟天) decentered, and Myristicae Semen (Nutmeg, 肉果面) wrapped and roasted (each 1 liang), Os Draconis (Dragon Bone, 龙骨) (5 qian). Grind the above into powder, use wine paste to form pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 70 pills each time, on an empty stomach with salt water. This formula treats deficiency-cold of the lower origin, failure to generate Earth, and insufficiency of Earth within the Kidney leading to the closure of the gate failing to close, known as "Kidney Diarrhea" (Shen Xie), also called "Spleen-Kidney Diarrhea" (Pi Shen Xie).
[Formula for Frequent Urination]
Treats frequent urination, which is due to insufficiency of Bladder Qi.
Take Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus (Alpinia Fruit, 留州益智子) stir-fried with salt then de-salted, and Lini Pericarpium (Areca Catkin, 天台乌药). Grind the two ingredients into equal parts powder, use wine-boiled Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Chinese Yam, 山药) powder paste to form pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 70 pills each time, on an empty stomach with salt water.
[Formula for White Turbidity]
Add Biota Semen (Biota Seed, 萆薢) and Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Sweet Flag Rhizome, 石菖蒲) in equal proportions to the previous formula. Take 4 qian each time, add one cup of water, pinch of salt, decoct to 70%, and take warm before meals. This formula treats frequent white turbidity, where urine is turbid like paste; this indicates insufficiency of true Yuan Qi and deficiency-cold of the lower Jiao.
