Collect plum blossoms in the twelfth lunar month, any quantity. Dry them in the shade and reserve one qian (approx. 3.7g) for external use.
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 1.5 qian), Fuling (Poria, 1 qian), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma, 0.5 qian), Zhuru (Bambusae Caulis in Taeniam, 0.8 qian), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 0.3 qian).
