上各等分，每服二钱，水一盏，煎至七分，温服。如服药后，大便结涩，二三日可服。

上为末，糯米糊为丸如梧桐子大。每服五丸，煎砂糖汤下。此药恐不可用。
海金砂 乳香 白芨 雄黄（各等分）
上为末，入疮口，次以乳香膏贴之。
食茱萸 车前子 雄黄 乳香 赤石脂 龙骨（各一钱，生用）
上为末，掺疮口，以乳香膏压之，一日二次。如疮口干，只用乳香膏贴；有清水出，用
后药注青膏。
五倍子（三个，生） 玄胡索 白矾（各一分）
上为末，服少许。如清水出，以纸贴膏药入疮口内。
郁金 甘草（炙） 白姜（炮） 槐花（各一两，炒）
上为末，每服二钱，空心，陈米饮下。
五倍子（生） 穿山甲（各一两，炒存性）
上为末，泻水者，服二钱，空心，陈米饮下。
治脏毒泻血，威灵仙（一分） 蕤生（一分） 贯众（一两）
上为末，每服二钱，麝香酒调服。
凡内痔用葱涎膏，次用洗肠当归丸，次用取血当归散，次用取血黄连丸，次日上红肉膏

以上药材研为细末，用糯米糊制作成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用五丸，用煎好的砂糖汤送服。此药恐怕不宜使用。
海金砂 乳香 白芨 雄黄（各取等量）
以上药材研为细末，直接撒入疮口中，随后用乳香膏贴敷。
食茱萸 车前子 雄黄 乳香 赤石脂 龙骨（各一钱，生用）
以上药材研为细末，掺入疮口，再用乳香膏覆盖按压，每日两次。如果疮口干涸，仅用乳香膏贴敷；如果有清稀液体流出，使用后面的药物注入青膏。
五倍子（三个，生用） 玄胡索 白矾（各一分）
以上药材研为细末，少量服用。如果有清稀液体流出，用纸贴膏药塞入疮口内。
郁金 甘草（炙烤） 白姜（炮制） 槐花（各一两，炒制）
以上药材研为细末，每次服用二钱，空腹时，用陈年米饮送服。
五倍子（生用） 穿山甲（各一两，炒至存性）
以上药材研为细末，用于泻下水湿者，服用二钱，空腹时，用陈年米饮送服。
治疗脏毒下血，威灵仙（一分） 蕤仁（一分，原文作“蕤生”，疑为蕤仁之误或特指，此处依字面保留但注为中医常用名） 贯众（一两）
以上药材研为细末，每次服用二钱，用麝香酒调服。
凡是内痔，先用葱涎膏，接着用洗肠当归丸，接着用取血当归散，接着用取血黄连丸，第二天用上红肉膏。
凡是用涂有绵子的棉条掩住痔疮部位，用棉条托住并用帛带缚紧，每天上药两次，重症十天，轻症八天。如果有痔疮连及肠道，或者伴有恶滞感、腰部疼痛的，用肉桂膏贴敷腰部。烦痛以通心散逐日服用，接着用丁膈散、煨姜丸、枳壳散落清洗，配合使用海蛤散，用乳香膏贴敷，退痔匀肠散，收肠贴顶散。
治疗痔疮日久不愈，变为漏症。如果不戒除酒色。用药饵治疗，则先用纸捻子仔细查看疮口的深浅大小，随即服用通真丸，将药纳入疮口内。凡是清除腐烂肌肉，有血水流出时，才停止进药，必须使用收脓膏，三天后用药水洗，三天后用龙骨海蛤散掺入，用车前散掺入口内，一天两次。服药至三服，在取得深层疗效后，有水流出即为有效。
Radix Crotonis (de-oiled) Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (prepared) Natrii Sulfas Fructus Aurantii (removing the white pith)
Take equal parts of the above ingredients. For each dose, take two qian, add one zhan of water, decoct until seven-tenths remains, and take warm. If stool remains constipated after taking the medicine, it may be taken again after two or three days.
Radix Ginseng (one qian) Mylabris (fried, removing shell, legs, and wings) Piretrum Carthami Flos Ostrae Concha (unspecified processing) Fructus Aurantii (equal parts) Biotitidis Fructus (half liang) Flos Caryophylli (a small amount)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Form pills with rice paste, sized like paulownia seeds. Take five pills per dose, washed down with a decoction of rock sugar. This medicine is suspected to be unusable.
Semina Loranthi Flos Styracis Rhizoma Polygonati Officinalis Realgar (equal parts)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Apply directly into the wound, then cover with Flos Styracis Plaster.
Fructus Zanthoxyli Semen Plantaginis Realgar Flos Styracis Lapis Kaolinicus Os Draconis (each one qian, raw use)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Sprinkle into the wound, press with Flos Styracis Plaster, twice a day. If the wound is dry, only apply Flos Styracis Plaster; if clear fluid exudes, inject Qing Gao using the following medicine.
Fructus Gambir (three, raw) Radix Corydalis Albumen Vitriolum Rubrum (each one fen)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Take a small amount orally. If clear fluid exudes, insert a paper plaster into the wound.
Radix Curcumae Longae Radix Glycyrrhizae (roasted) Rhizoma Zingiberis (prepared) Flos Sophorae (each one liang, fried)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Take two qian per dose, on an empty stomach, washed down with aged rice drink.
Fructus Gambir (raw) Squama Manis (each one liang, fried to retain nature)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. For those with watery discharge, take two qian, on an empty stomach, washed down with aged rice drink.
Treating internal hemorrhoids with blood discharge: Herba Saposhnikoviae (one fen) Semen Pruni Persicae (one fen) Radix Cyathulae (one liang)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Take two qian per dose, mixed with musk wine.
For all internal hemorrhoids, first use Cong Xian Gao, then Xi Chang Dang Gui Wan, then Qu Xue Dang Gui San, then Qu Xue Huang Lian Wan, and on the next day apply Shang Hong Rou Gao.
Apply cotton swabs coated with ointment to cover the hemorrhoid, support with cotton and bind with silk cloth. Apply twice daily. Severe cases last ten days, mild cases eight days. If hemorrhoids extend to the intestine, or if there is a feeling of stagnation and lower back pain, apply Rou Gui Gao to the waist. For irritability and pain, take Tong Xin San daily, followed by Ding Ge San, Wei Jiang Wan, and Zhi Ke San for washing. Supplement with Hai Ge San, apply Flos Styracis Plaster, Tui Zhi Yun Chang San, and Shou Chang Tie Ding San.
Treating chronic hemorrhoids that do not heal, transforming into fistulas. One must abstain from alcohol and sexual activity. When treating with herbal medicines, first use a paper twist to carefully examine the size, depth, and shallowness of the lesion. Then take Tong Zhen Wan, inserting the medicine into the wound. Whenever necrotic tissue is removed and bloody fluid exudes, stop administering medicine. Must use Shou Nong Gao. After three days, wash with medicinal liquid. For three days, sprinkle Long Gu Hai Ge San. Sprinkle Che Qian San into the opening, twice a day. After taking three doses, once deep efficacy is achieved, the appearance of fluid indicates effectiveness.
