上用铁铜锅，先以信在锅底，以白矾覆之，又绿矾覆之，又用硝覆之后成水，投乳香末
搅匀
边，一日三次，其痔自然焦落。
又以枳壳水浸去穣，每二片去皮，用巴豆一粒，在内绵缚入银石器内，米醋高一指，煮
干去豆，焙为末，醋糊丸。每服十丸，空心茶清下，或随津下亦可。
肠风下血，平胃散加续断煎服。又方加小麦四十九粒，去续断。治痔上疮，腊莲蓬等分
，锅内慢火微烟熏之。又方用五倍子为末，服二钱，麝香酒下。
治痔
白矾（四两） 绿矾（一分） 朴硝（半两） 信（半两）
上矾硝作一处，以少半许入建盏内，以信成块入中。以余药涂上，以炭火约二斤许烧四
围下
痔，可以白矾减半。如速效，可将津液调敷不疼。甘草汤调敷此药，久留不损，且能不疼。
次用茅根汤热洗，然后敷药，日夜三五易。凡疼发必大肠秘结，服宽肠丸并通大便。不可烧
烟熏，入肠，反为害。暑月加百草霜、黄丹调敷。如痔落了，肛门肿痛，用槐皮煎汤洗，用
津洗，瓦上磨枳壳敷。如肛门不收，木贼、朴硝煎汤敷，各以一次二次即效。未落以前，黄
皮薄荷煎汤唾调敷肛门，夏月用此尤佳。
洗药 初用此洗之。木通、黄芩、黄柏、黑豆，热煎即洗三次。
信石（半钱） 白矾（一两） 朴硝（一两） 没药（半钱） 乳香（半钱） 麝香（少许） 绿矾（一两）
以上药物使用铁锅或铜锅，先将信石放在锅底，用白矾覆盖在上面，再用绿矾覆盖，最后用朴硝覆盖。加热后熔化成水，投入乳香粉末搅拌均匀。每日使用三次，痔疮自然会焦枯脱落。
又方：将枳壳用水浸泡去除瓤，每两片去皮，放入一粒巴豆，用棉线捆绑固定，放入银器或石器中，加入高出药面一指宽的米醋，煮至醋干后去掉巴豆，焙干研为细末，用醋糊制成丸剂。每次服用十丸，空腹时用茶汁送服，或者随唾液吞服也可以。
肠风下血（因风邪侵袭肠道导致的便血），服用平胃散加续断煎汤服用。另一个方子：在平胃散中加入四十九粒小麦，去掉续断。治疗痔疮上的疮疡，取腊月的莲蓬等份，在锅内用慢火微烟熏烤患处。又一个方子：用五倍子研为细末，服用二钱，用酒调服麝香送下。
治疗痔疮：
白矾（四两） 绿矾（一分） 朴硝（半两） 信石（半两）
将上述矾类和硝类药物混合在一起，取少量放入建盏（一种茶具/容器）内，将成块的信石放入其中。将其余药物涂抹在周围，用炭火约二斤的重量从四周烧灼痔疮部位，如果是白矾可以减半用量。如果追求速效，可以用津液调和后外敷，不会疼痛。用甘草汤调和此药外敷，药效持久且不损伤皮肤，而且不疼痛。
随后用茅根汤热洗患处，然后敷药，白天黑夜更换三到五次。凡是疼痛发作必定伴随大肠便秘，服用宽肠丸并通大便。不可用烧烟熏的方法，烟雾进入肠道反而有害。暑天可加入百草霜、黄丹调和外敷。如果痔疮已经脱落，肛门肿痛，用槐树皮煎汤清洗，用津液清洗，将瓦上的枳壳磨碎外敷。如果肛门松弛不收，用木贼、朴硝煎汤外敷，各使用一到两次即可见效。在痔疮未脱落之前，用黄皮薄荷煎汤，用唾液调和敷于肛门，夏季使用此法尤其好。

Use an iron or copper pot. First place Stibnite at the bottom of the pot, cover it with White Alum, then cover that with Green Vitriol, and finally cover with Mirabilite. Heat until they melt into water, add powdered Frankincense and stir evenly. Apply three times a day; the hemorrhoids will naturally scab and fall off.
Another prescription: Soak Bitter Orange (Zhike) in water to remove the pith. Take every two slices, remove the peel, place one seed of Croton Tiglium (Badou) inside, bind tightly with cotton thread, and place in a silver or ceramic vessel. Add rice vinegar to a depth of one finger's width above the herbs. Boil until the vinegar is dry, remove the Croton seeds, dry by roasting, and grind into powder. Make pills using vinegar paste as a binder. Take ten pills each time on an empty stomach, swallowed with tea infusion, or simply swallowed with saliva.
For intestinal wind with bleeding (Changfeng xiaxue), decoct Pingwei San (Calm the Stomach Powder) with Dipsacus Asperoides (Xuduan). Another variation: Add forty-nine grains of Wheat (Xiaomai) to Pingwei San, omitting Dipsacus. For sores on hemorrhoids, take equal parts of December Lotus Seedpod (Lalianpeng) and smolder them slowly in a pot over low heat to fumigate the affected area. Another method: Grind Chinese Gall (Wubeizi) into powder, take 2 qian, and swallow with alcohol mixed with Musk.
Treating Hemorrhoids:
White Alum (4 liang) Green Vitriol (1 fen) Mirabilite (0.5 liang) Stibnite (0.5 liang)
Mix the alum and mirabilite together. Place a small amount in a Jian ware cup, put a lump of Stibnite inside. Coat the surroundings with the remaining medicine. Burn around the hemorrhoids with charcoal fire weighing approximately 2 jin. If using White Alum, reduce the dosage by half. For rapid effect, mix with saliva for topical application; it will not cause pain. Mix this medicine with Licorice Decoction (Gancao Tang) for application; it stays effective for a long time without damaging the skin and causes no pain.
Subsequently, wash the area with hot Rhizoma Imperatae (Maogen) decoction, then apply the medicine. Change the dressing three to five times during the day and night. Pain attacks are always accompanied by constipation of the large intestine; take Kechang Wan (Intestine-Loosening Pills) to promote bowel movement. Do not use smoke fumigation, as smoke entering the intestines causes harm. In summer months, add Baicaoshuang (Soot from Hundred Herbs) and Hongdan (Lead Monoxide) for mixing and application. If the hemorrhoid has fallen off and the anus is swollen and painful, wash with decoction of Sophora Root Bark (Huai Pi), wash with saliva, and apply ground Zhi Ke (Bitter Orange) from tiles. If the anus is lax and cannot retract, wash/apply with decoction of Equisetum Ramosissimum (Muzei) and Mirabilite. One or two applications will be effective. Before the hemorrhoid falls off, decoct Huangpi Bohe (Yellow Bark Mint) and mix with saliva for application to the anus; this is especially good in summer.
Washing Prescription: Use this initially for washing. Twig of Akebia (Mutong), Scutellaria Baicalensis (Huangqin), Phellodendron Amurense (Huangbai), Black Soybean (Heidou). Decoct until hot and wash immediately for three times.
