乳岩属肝脾二脏郁怒，气血亏损，故初起小核结于乳内，肉色如故。其人内热夜热，五心发热，肢体倦瘦，
月经不调。用加味逍遥散（方见前产门不闭条中）、神效栝蒌散（方见上乳痈条中）、加味归脾汤多服自消。
若积久渐大 岩色赤出水，内溃深洞为难疗，宜银花汤。未成者消，已成者溃，已溃者收功。
加味归脾汤
人参 黄 白术 茯苓 酸枣仁（各二钱） 远志（制） 当归（各一钱） 木香 炙甘草（各五分）
柴胡 栀子（炒，各一钱）
上加圆眼七枚，水二钟，煎七分，食远服。
银花汤
金银花 黄 （各五钱） 当归（八钱） 甘草（一钱八分） 枸橘叶（即臭橘叶，五十片）
水酒各半，煎服。
凡患盘肠产者，恐防再犯。宜于此后未孕之时，多服加味地黄丸，以固下元关键。及有孕时多服加味湖莲
丸，以补
气。更服三补丸，以凉血。直待临月，再服加味八珍汤十余剂，庶可免矣。
加味地黄丸
熟地黄（八两） 山药（姜汁炒） 山萸肉（各四两） 牡丹皮 茯苓 泽泻（各三两） 五味子
肉桂（各一两）
上为末，蜜丸梧子大，白汤下二钱，空心服。
加味湖莲丸
条芩（四两） 砂仁（微炒） 炙甘草（各一两） 白术（蜜炙） 莲子（去皮心，各二两） 人参（一两为末）
山药（四两）
糊丸，白汤下。
三补丸
黄芩 黄连 黄柏（俱酒炒，各等分）
共为末，蒸饼糊丸，白汤下。
加味八珍汤
人参 白术（蜜炙） 茯苓 炙甘草 熟地黄 当归 川芎 白芍 诃子（煨） 瞿麦 粟壳（蜜炙）
水煎服。
乳岩（乳房恶性肿瘤）是由于肝、脾两脏因郁怒导致气机郁结，加之气血亏损所致。因此，疾病初期会在乳房内部形成小结节，但皮肤颜色保持正常。患者常伴有体内发热、夜间潮热、五心（两手心、两足心及心胸）烦热、肢体倦怠消瘦以及月经不调等症状。治疗上应多服用加味逍遥散（方剂见前文产门不闭条中）、神效栝蒌散（方剂见上文乳痈条中）和加味归脾汤，长期服用可使肿块自行消散。如果病程日久，肿块逐渐增大，呈现岩石般的色泽并渗出液体，内部溃烂形成深洞，则难以治疗，适宜使用银花汤。该方的作用是：未成脓者使其消散，已成脓者促其溃破，已溃破者促进愈合收功。
加味归脾汤
人参、黄芪、白术、茯苓、酸枣仁（各二钱）、远志（炮制）、当归（各一钱）、木香、炙甘草（各五分）、柴胡、栀子（炒，各一钱）。
上方加入桂圆肉七枚，加水两钟，煎至七分，饭后服用。
银花汤
金银花、黄芪（各五钱）、当归（八钱）、甘草（一钱八分）、枸橘叶（即臭橘叶，五十片）。
用水和酒各半，煎煮后服用。
凡是患有盘肠产（分娩时直肠随胎儿先露出阴道外）的患者，需担心病情复发。适宜在之后未怀孕的时候，多服用加味地黄丸，以巩固下元的关键部位。等到怀孕时，多服用加味湖莲丸，以补益元气。再服用三补丸，以凉血清热。一直等到临近预产期，再服用加味八珍汤十余剂，才可以避免再次发生。
加味地黄丸
熟地黄（八两）、山药（姜汁炒）、山萸肉（各四两）、牡丹皮、茯苓、泽泻（各三两）、五味子、肉桂（各一两）。
上方研为细末，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸药，空腹时用白开水送服二钱。
加味湖莲丸
条芩（四两）、砂仁（微炒）、炙甘草（各一两）、白术（蜜炙）、莲子（去皮去心，各二两）、人参（一两，研为细末）、山药（四两）。
用米糊制作成丸药，用白开水送服。
Ru Yan (Breast Cancer) is caused by Qi stagnation due to anger and depression affecting the Liver and Spleen, combined with a deficiency of Qi and Blood. Therefore, in the early stage, small nodules form within the breast, while the skin color remains unchanged. The patient often experiences internal heat, night sweats/fever, heat in the "five centers" (palms, soles, and chest), limb fatigue and emaciation, as well as irregular menstruation. Treatment involves taking Jiawei Xiaoyao San (Formula seen in the previous section on Incompetent Cervix), Shenxiao Gualou San (Formula seen in the above section on Breast Abscess), and Jiawei Guipi Tang for prolonged periods to allow the masses to dissipate spontaneously. If the condition persists for a long time, the mass gradually enlarges, takes on a rock-like appearance, exudes fluid, and develops deep internal ulcers, making it difficult to treat; Yinhua Tang is suitable. This formula acts to resolve masses that have not yet suppurated, promote ulceration of those that have suppurated, and aid healing for those already ulcerated.
Jiawei Guipi Tang (Modified Spleen-Invigorating Decoction)
Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Huangqi (Astragali Radix), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Fuling (Poria), Suanzaoren (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen) (each 2 qian), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, processed), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (each 1 qian), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Zhigancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried) (each 5 fen), Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix), Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus, stir-fried) (each 1 qian).
Add seven longan fruits (Yuanrou), add two zhong of water, decoct until one-seventh remains, take after meals.
Yinhua Tang (Honeysuckle Decoction)
Jinyinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos), Huangqi (Astragali Radix) (each 5 qian), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (8 qian), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (1 qian 8 fen), Goujieye (Fortunellae Folium, i.e., leaves of Fortunetta aurantiaca, 50 pieces).
Decoct with half water and half wine, then take.
For patients suffering from Panchang Chan (Protrusion of Rectum during Childbirth), precautions should be taken to prevent recurrence. It is advisable to take Dihuang Wan (Rehmannia Pill) for multiple doses during periods when not pregnant, to consolidate the lower origin's key functions. Once pregnant, take Hulian Wan (Lotus Seed Pill) for multiple doses to tonify Qi. Additionally, take Sanbu Wan (Three Tonifying Pills) to cool the blood. Continue until near the delivery month, then take Bazhen Tang (Eight Treasure Decoction) for more than ten doses, which may prevent recurrence.
Dihuang Wan (Modified Rehmannia Pill)
Shudihuang (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix) (8 liang), Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma, stir-fried with ginger juice), Shanzhuyu (Corni Fructus) (each 4 liang), Mudanpi (Moutan Cortex), Fuling (Poria), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma) (each 3 liang), Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex) (each 1 liang).
Grind into powder, make pills with honey the size of wutong seeds, take 2 qian with warm water on an empty stomach.
Hulian Wan (Modified Lotus Seed Pill)
Tiaohuangqin (Scutellariae Radix, 4 liang), Sharen (Amomi Fructus, lightly stir-fried), Zhigancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried) (each 1 liang), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, honey-fried), Lianzi (Nelumbinis Semen, peeled and core removed) (each 2 liang), Renshen (Ginseng Radix, 1 liang, ground into powder), Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma) (4 liang).
Make pills with paste, take with warm water.
Sanbu Wan (Three Tonifying Pills)
Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) (all stir-fried with wine, equal parts).
Grind into powder, make pills with steamed bread paste, take with warm water.
Jiawei Bazhen Tang (Modified Eight Treasure Decoction)
Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, honey-fried), Fuling (Poria), Zhigancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried), Shudihuang (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Hezi (Chebulae Fructus, roasted), Qumai (Dianthi Herba), Sukeshell (Papaveris Pericarpium, honey-fried).
Decoct with water and take.
