If left untreated for a long time, it may develop into Guzheng Laozhai (bone-steaming consumptive disease). In such cases, Fujing Tang (Menstruation-Supporting Decoction) should be taken urgently. When refining this medicine, one must select auspicious days corresponding to Tiande, Yue De, and Tianyi stars. Draw the Taiji diagram to divide into Liangyi (Two Modes), determine the Nine Palaces to generate the Eight Trigrams. Avoid exposure to women, chickens, and dogs. Perform the ritual late at night in silence, in a secret room, with fasting and sincere intention. Purify mouth, heart, and body; revere Heaven and Earth; recite divine mantras. After the mantra, ignite fire to refine the herbs. The mantra states: "Heaven's essence, Earth's essence, essence guides the spirit; facing the Big Dipper on the left, arching towards the North Star on the right; humans encountering this medicine shall find peace and safety; swiftly as law commands." Once refined, wrap and store properly. Wait for the Wu month (fifth lunar month) and Wu day. Take the tips of Zongzi (glutinous rice dumplings) from five families, pound them together uniformly, form pills the size of tung tree seeds, and coat with Zhusha (Cinnabar). This pill also treats conditions before and after childbirth, inducing labor and protecting life, with immediate efficacy.
