The anterior yin region of the human body belongs to the Foot Jueyin Liver Meridian (Zu Jueyin Gan Jing). This condition is often caused by long-term depression and anger, where qi stagnation is suppressed and not relieved, leading to this affliction. It may also arise from excessive sexual intercourse causing injury, or from friction damage due to wearing hard clothing. The glans penis becomes rotten and ulcerated; if not cured promptly, it spreads to the shaft of the penis, a condition named "Zhugeng" (Moth-eaten Shaft). The treatment methods are the same, and one must strictly prevent minor issues from escalating. There are cases where the flesh rots away leaving the penile shaft necrotic, with lumps accumulating, completely losing its original shape, leading to death after several years. The pulse is often surging and rapid in the Chi position (Cun Kou pulse at the wrist corresponding to the Kidney/Lower Jiao). Treatment should first involve taking Jiajian Baidu San (Modified Detoxification Powder), followed by Longdan Xiegan Tang (Gentiana Decoction to Drain the Liver) (see formula for Huan Yong) or Xiao Chaihu Tang (Minor Bupleurum Decoction). If swelling and pain are severe, one should clear Liver Fire and remove Damp-Heat; if urination is red and difficult, promote diuresis; if there is no difficulty in urination but spontaneous sweating occurs, diuretics must not be used. If diuretics are forced, Ying and Wei Qi will become depleted, failing to control Fire, and the sores will worsen.
Main Formula: Chai Hu (Bupleuri Radix, 1 qian 5 fen), Huang Bo (Phellodendri Cortex), Chi Shao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Chi Fu Ling (Poria with Red Hostwood), Dan Cao (Gentianae Radix) (each 9 fen); Cang Zhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Zhi Mu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma), Huang Lian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Jing Jie (Schizonepetae Herba), Lian Qiao (Forsythiae Fructus), Mu Tong (Akebiae Caulis) (each 7 fen); Fang Feng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Du Huo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix) (each 6 fen); Gan Cao Shao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma tip, 3 fen). Add Deng Xin Cao (Junci Medulla) 20 stalks, decoct in water, and take on an empty stomach. If Biandu (Groin Abscess) develops, add Da Huang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma); if Heat is severe, add Zhi Zi (Gardeniae Fructus) and Hua Shi (Talcum), and remove Cang Zhu; if there are alternating chills and fever, add Huang Qin (Scutellariae Radix) and Ze Xie (Alismatis Rhizoma); if both urine and stool are obstructed, Ba Zheng San (Eight-Herb Rectifying Powder) should be taken (see formula for Lin syndrome).
Liangxue Jiedu Wan (Cool Blood and Detoxify Pill): First take Baidu San, then the Main Formula. If not fully healed, this pill can be prepared and taken again.

For tongue injuries, rinse with Ru Mo Tang (Olibanum and Myrrha Decoction) to relieve pain, then apply this medicine.
