五宝汤∶用紫草、金银花、山茨菇各一两，乳香、没药各五钱，用新汲水六碗、陈酒五碗煎六七碗，
空心服，取汗忌风，一二服。毒从大小便出，后用搽药方。轻粉一钱、乳香七分、没药三分、血竭一分、儿茶
一分、珍珠三分、红羯子二分烧灰、文蛤二分，烧存性、官粉 六分、麝一分、冰片一分、鳝骨五分、胎发二
分，烧灰、白螺蛳壳三分，烧存性，上十四味，共研细收贮，先将甘草煎浓汤洗患处，然后搽之。
〔散毒〕透骨搜风散 透骨草（白花者，阴干） 生芝麻 羌活 独活 小黑豆 紫葡萄 槐子 白糖
六安茶 核桃肉（各一钱六分） 姜（三片） 枣（二枚）水煎，露一宿服。
〔表里〕杨梅一剂散 麻黄（蜜炙，一两） 威灵仙（八钱） 大黄（七钱） 羌活 白芷 皂角刺 银花
甲片） 蝉蜕（各五钱） 防风（三钱） 山羊肉一斤，河水煮熟，取清汁十二碗，黄酒一碗，煎药，先淡食羊肉，
后服药，盖被令汗出。
〔泻毒〕九龙丹 木香 乳香 没药 儿茶 血竭 巴豆（不去油） 等分为末，生蜜调为丸，豌豆大，
每服九丸，热酒下四五次，方食稀粥，肿自消。
〔解毒〕升麻解毒汤 升麻 角刺（各四钱） 土茯苓（一斤） 水八碗，煎四碗，分四次，一日服尽，
每次炖热，加香油三茶匙和匀服。患在项加白芷，在咽加桔梗，在下加牛膝。
〔体虚〕归灵内托散 人参 白术 木瓜 银花 防己 花粉 白藓皮 薏米（各一钱） 地 芍 归
芎（各钱半） 土茯苓（二两） 威灵仙（六分） 甘草（五分） 水煎。
〔消毒〕金蟾脱壳酒 醇酒（五斤） 大虾蟆（一个） 土茯苓（五两） 浸瓶内，封固，重汤煮二炷香，
取出，待次日饮之，以醉为度，盖被出汗。次日再饮，酒尽为度。
〔溃腐〕鹅黄散 轻粉 石膏 黄柏（炒） 各等分，研末掺患处，即可生痂。再烂再掺，毒尽即愈。
〔免染〕护从丸 雄黄 川椒（各五钱） 杏仁（百粒，炒去皮尖） 火酒打面糊为丸，桐子大。每
服十五丸，凉水下。

水煎。气虚加人参。忌茶酒房事发物等。
〔毒盛〕化毒散 生大黄（一两） 甲片（炙） 归尾（各五钱） 白僵蚕（炒，三钱） 蜈蚣（一条，炙）
共研细，每服二钱，温酒调下，日二服。
〔气衰〕猪 子汤 猪 子（一两） 黄 银花（各三钱） 归 芍（各钱半） 花粉 贝母 甲片
白藓皮 青风藤 白芷 木瓜 角刺 甘草节 栝蒌仁 防己 胡麻（各二钱） 土茯苓（四两）
分二服，日二服。
〔梅毒〕西圣复煎丸 乳 没 儿茶 丁香（各一两） 血竭 阿魏 白花蛇（各四钱） 面白（一斤，
炒焦黄色） 炼蜜（六两） 煎香油（四两） 大枣肉（二十枚） 共研末，捣丸弹子大。以一丸煎土茯苓二两，再
煎服。
〔掺药〕五宝散 石钟乳（四钱） 珍珠（二钱） 冰片（一钱） 琥珀（二钱） 研细，以药末二钱，
加面白八钱研匀，用土茯苓一斤，水八碗，煎五碗，作五次服。加五宝散一分和匀服之，忌一切发物。
〔结毒〕紫金丹 龟板（炙，研末，二两） 辰砂（六钱） 石决明（ 童便淬，
六钱） 研细，饭丸麻子大。每服一钱，土茯苓煎汤下。
〔头痛〕天麻饼子 天麻 薄荷 甘松 白附子 白芷 苍术 川芎 川乌 草乌 防风 细辛 甘草
（各一钱） 雄黄 全蝎（各三钱） 研末，面糊丸作饼。每服二三十饼，葱白煎汤下。
〔鼻吸〕碧云散 见六卷目。
〔鼻塞〕通鼻散 葫芦壳（烧灰） 石钟乳 胆矾 冰片 各等分，研末吹鼻，出黄水，日二三次。
〔喉蚀〕硫黄不二散 硫黄（一钱） 靛花（一分） 研细，用凉水一杯调服。
〔吹喉〕结毒灵药 水银（一两） 辰砂 雄黄 硫黄（各三钱） 研细，入汤罐内，泥封固，铁盏梁兜，
固封口，按红升丹之炼法。火毕。次日取出，盏底灵药约一两五六钱。治寻常腐烂症，灵药五钱、轻粉五钱，
同研细，小罐收，以纱封之。用时以甘草汤洗净患处，将药掺之，油纸盖之。若喉烂，灵药一钱，加人中白二
分，研吹。
〔外贴〕解毒紫金膏 明净松香 皂矾（各一斤） 赤，共研细末，香油调稠。先用葱、艾、甘草煎汤，
洗净患处，再搽此药，油纸盖住，以软布扎紧，三日一换。
五宝汤：使用紫草、金银花、山茨菇各一两，乳香、没药各五钱，用新汲取的冷水六碗、陈年白酒五碗煎煮至六七碗，空腹服用，服药后取汗并避风，服用一二剂。毒邪从大小便排出，之后使用外搽药方。轻粉一钱、乳香七分、没药三分、血竭一分、儿茶一分、珍珠三分、红羯子二分烧成灰、文蛤二分烧存性、官粉六分、麝香一分、冰片一分、鳝骨五分、胎发二分烧成灰、白螺蛳壳三分烧存性，以上十四味药材，共同研成细末收贮备用。先将甘草煎浓汤清洗患处，然后搽上药粉。
〔散毒〕透骨搜风散：透骨草（白花者，阴干）、生芝麻、羌活、独活、小黑豆、紫葡萄、槐子、白糖、六安茶、核桃肉（各一钱六分），生姜三片，大枣二枚，水煎煮，露天放置一夜后服用。
〔表里〕杨梅一剂散：麻黄（蜜炙，一两）、威灵仙（八钱）、大黄（七钱）、羌活、白芷、皂角刺、银花甲片、蝉蜕（各五钱）、防风（三钱）。山羊肉一斤，用河水煮熟，取清汁十二碗，黄酒一碗，煎煮药物。先吃淡味的羊肉，然后服药，盖好被子令其出汗。
〔泻毒〕九龙丹：木香、乳香、没药、儿茶、血竭、巴豆（不去油），等分为末，用生蜂蜜调和制成丸药，如豌豆大。每次服用九丸，用热酒送服，四五次后，再吃稀粥，肿胀自然消退。
〔解毒〕升麻解毒汤：升麻、角刺（各四钱）、土茯苓（一斤），水八碗，煎至四碗，分四次，一日服完。每次炖热，加入香油三茶匙搅拌均匀服用。患处在颈部加白芷，在咽喉加桔梗，在下部加牛膝。
〔体虚〕归灵内托散：人参、白术、木瓜、银花、防己、花粉、白藓皮、薏米（各一钱），地黄、芍药、当归、川芎（各钱半），土茯苓（二两），威灵仙（六分），甘草（五分），水煎煮。

Wu Bao Tang (Five Treasures Decoction): Use Zicao (Arnebiae Radix seu Rhizoma), Jinyinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos), and Shancigu (Colchici Corm) each at 1 liang; Ruxiang (Olibanum) and Moyao (Myrrha) each at 5 qian. Decoct in 6 bowls of freshly drawn cold water and 5 bowls of aged rice wine until reduced to 6-7 bowls. Take on an empty stomach, induce sweating while avoiding wind. After one or two doses, the toxin will exit through urination and defecation. Subsequently, use the external application formula: Qingfen (Calomel) 1 qian, Ruxiang (Olibanum) 7 fen, Moyao (Myrrha) 3 fen, Xuexie (Dracaenae Sanguii Resina) 1 fen, Ercha (Catechu) 1 fen, Zhenzhu (Margarita) 3 fen, Hongkezzi (Semen Capparidis) 2 fen calcined to ash, Wenhai (Concha Meretricis et Cyclinae) 2 fen calcined but retaining its nature, Guanfen (Lead Carbonate) 6 fen, Shexiang (Moschus) 1 fen, Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) 1 fen, Shan Gu (Eel Bone) 5 fen, Taifa (Fetus Hair) 2 fen calcined to ash, Bailuosi Ke (Concha Vivipari) 3 fen calcined but retaining its nature. The above fourteen ingredients are ground into fine powder and stored. First wash the affected area with a strong decoction of Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), then apply the powder.
[Dispersing Toxin] Tougu Soufeng San (Bone-Penetrating Wind-Searching Powder): Tougu Cao (Phrymae Herba, white flowers preferred, dried in shade), raw Sesame, Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix), small black soybeans, purple grapes, Huai Zi (Sophorae Tonkinensis Fructus), white sugar, Lu'an Tea, Walnut Meat (each 1 qian 6 fen). Add 3 slices of Ginger and 2 Jujubes. Decoct in water, expose overnight, then take.
[Exterior and Interior] Yangmei Yi Ji San (Plum-Blossom One-Dose Powder): Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba, honey-fried, 1 liang), Weilingxian (Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma - *Note: Standard WHO term for Weilingxian is Thalictri Radix or Adonis Amurensis Radix depending on context, here likely Thalictrum* actually Weilingxian is usually Thalictri Radix or sometimes Salvia in folk contexts, but standard is Thalictri Radix. Let's stick to standard.), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 7 qian), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Zaojiao Ci (Gleditsiae Spina), Yinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos), Jia Pian (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum), Chantui (Cryptotympanae Pergamen) (each 5 qian), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, 3 qian). Boil 1 jin of Goat Meat in river water until cooked, extract 12 bowls of clear broth. Add 1 bowl of yellow wine. Decoct the herbs. Eat the plain goat meat first, then take the medicine. Cover with blankets to induce sweating.
[Draining Toxin] Jiulong Dan (Nine Dragons Pill): Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Ruxiang (Olibanum), Moyao (Myrrha), Ercha (Catechu), Xuexie (Dracaenae Sanguii Resina), Badou (Crotonis Fructus, oil not removed). Grind into equal parts powder. Mix with raw honey to form pills the size of pea seeds. Take 9 pills per dose with hot wine. After 4-5 doses, consume thin congee; swelling will subside naturally.
[Detoxifying] Shengma Jiedu Tang (Cimicifugae Detoxification Decoction): Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Jiaoci (Gleditsiae Spina) (each 4 qian), Tufuling (Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma, 1 jin). Decoct in 8 bowls of water until 4 bowls remain. Divide into four doses, consumed within one day. Heat each dose before taking, add 3 teaspoons of sesame oil, mix well, and drink. If the lesion is on the neck, add Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix); if in the throat, add Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix); if in the lower body, add Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix).
[For Deficiency] Guiling Neituo San (Guiling Internal Support Powder): Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Mugua (Chaenomelis Fructus), Yinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos), Fangji (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix), Huafen (Trichosanthis Radix), Baixianpi (Dictamni Cortex), Yimi (Coicis Semen) (each 1 qian). Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Xiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma) (each 1.5 qian). Tufuling (Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma, 2 liang), Weilingxian (Thalictri Radix, 6 fen), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 5 fen). Decoct in water.
[Disinfecting] Jinchan Tuqiao Jiu (Golden Toad Shedding Shell Wine): Chunjiu (Strong Rice Wine, 5 jin), Da Xama (Large Toad, 1), Tufuling (Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma, 5 liang). Soak in a bottle, seal tightly, boil in a double boiler for the time it takes to burn two incense sticks. Remove and drink the next day, up to the point of intoxication. Cover with blankets to sweat. Drink again the following day until the wine is finished.
[For Ulceration] Ehuang San (Goose Yellow Powder): Qingfen (Calomel), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, stir-fried). Equal parts, grind into powder and sprinkle on the affected area to promote scab formation. Reapply upon further ulceration; healing occurs when toxins are exhausted.
[Prevention] Huzong Wan (Escort Protection Pill): Xionghuang (Realgar), Chuanjiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium) (each 5 qian), Xingren (Prunus Armeniacae Semen, 100 grains, stir-fried, skin and tips removed). Make a paste with fire wine and flour, form pills the size of tung tree seeds. Take 15 pills per dose with cool water.
[For Condyloma/Induration] Soufeng Jiedu Tang (Wind-Searching Detoxification Decoction): Tufuling (Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma, 1 liang), Baixianpi (Dictamni Cortex), Jinyinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos), Yiren (Coicis Semen), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis), Mugua (Chaenomelis Fructus) (each 5 fen), Zaojiao Zi (Gleditsiae Fructus) (4 fen). Decoct in water. For Qi deficiency, add Renshen (Ginseng Radix). Avoid tea, alcohol, sexual activity, and stimulating foods.
[For Excess Toxin] Huadu San (Toxin-Transforming Powder): Sheng Dahuang (Raw Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 1 liang), Jia Pian (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum, roasted), Guiwei (Angelicae Sinensis Radix tail) (each 5 qian), Baijiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, stir-fried, 3 qian), Wugong (Scorpio, roasted, 1). Grind into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with warm wine. Twice daily.
[For Qi Decline] Zhu Shen Tang (Pig Kidney Soup): Zhu Shen (Porcine Kidney, 1 liang), Huangqi (Astragali Radix), Yinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos) (each 3 qian), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix) (each 1.5 qian), Huafen (Trichosanthis Radix), Beimu (Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus), Jia Pian (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum), Baixianpi (Dictamni Cortex), Qingfengteng (Sinomenii Caulis), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Mugua (Chaenomelis Fructus), Jiaoci (Gleditsiae Spina), Gancao Jie (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma with nodes), Gualou Ren (Trichosanthis Semen), Fangji (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix), Huma (Sesami Semen) (each 2 qian), Tufuling (Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma, 4 liang). Divide into two doses, taken twice daily.
[Syphilis] Xisheng Fujian Wan (Xisheng Re-decoction Pill): Ruxiang (Olibanum), Moyao (Myrrha), Ercha (Catechu), Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos) (each 1 liang), Xuexie (Dracaenae Sanguii Resina), Awèi (Asafoetida), Baihua She (Bungarus multicinctus) (each 4 qian), Mianbai (Wheat Flour, 1 jin, stir-fried until scorched yellow), Lianmi (Refined Honey, 6 liang), Jian Xiangyou (Boiled Sesame Oil, 4 liang), Dazao Rou (Jujube Flesh, 20 pieces). Grind into powder, knead into pills the size of quail eggs. Take one pill, decoct with 2 liang of Tufuling (Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma), decoct again, and drink.
[External Sprinkle] Wu Bao San (Five Treasures Powder): Shizhongru (Stalactitum) (4 qian), Zhenzhu (Margarita) (2 qian), Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) (1 qian), Hupo (Electrum) (2 qian). Grind into fine powder. Take 2 qian of this powder, mix with 8 qian of wheat flour, grind evenly. Decoct 1 jin of Tufuling (Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma) in 8 bowls of water until 5 bowls remain. Divide into five doses. Add 1 fen of Wu Bao San to each dose, mix well, and take. Avoid all stimulating foods.
[For Condyloma/Induration] Zijin Dan (Purple Gold Pill): Guiban (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum, roasted, ground, 2 liang), Chen sha (Cinnabar) (6 qian), Shijueming (Haliotidis Concha, quenched in child's urine, 6 qian). Grind into fine powder, make pills with rice porridge the size of hemp seeds. Take 1 qian per dose, washed down with Tufuling (Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma) decoction.
[Headache] Tianma Bingzi (Gastrodia Cake): Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma), Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba), Gansong (Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma), Baifuzi (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Chuanwu (Aconiti Radix), Caowu (Aconiti Radix), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (each 1 qian), Xionghuang (Realgar), Quanxie (Scorpio) (each 3 qian). Grind into powder, make cakes with flour paste. Take 20-30 cakes per dose, washed down with Scallion White decoction.

[Nasal Congestion] Tongbi San (Nasal Unblocking Powder): Hulu Ke (Calabash Shell, calcined), Shizhongru (Stalactitum), Danfan (Alumen), Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum). Equal parts, grind into powder and insufflate into the nose. Yellow discharge will occur. Do this 2-3 times daily.
[Throat Erosion] Liuhuang Bu'er San (Sulfur Two-Not Powder): Liuhuang (Sulfur, 1 qian), Dianhua (Indigo Flos, 1 fen). Grind into fine powder, mix with one cup of cool water and take.
[Throat Insufflation] Jiedu Lingyao (Condyloma Spirit Medicine): Shuiyin (Mercurius) (1 liang), Chen sha (Cinnabar), Xionghuang (Realgar), Liuhuang (Sulfur) (each 3 qian). Grind into fine powder, place in a clay pot, seal with mud, secure with an iron lid. Refine according to the method for Hong Sheng Dan (Red Ascending Cinnabar). After firing, remove the next day. The spirit medicine at the bottom of the lid weighs approximately 1.5-1.6 liang. For ordinary rotting conditions: mix 5 qian of Spirit Medicine with 5 qian of Qingfen (Calomel), grind finely, store in a small jar sealed with gauze. When using, wash the affected area with Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) decoction, sprinkle the medicine, and cover with oiled paper. If the throat is eroded: use 1 qian of Spirit Medicine, add 2 fen of Renzhongbai (Urinae Siccata), grind finely, and insufflate.
[External Paste] Jiedu Zijin Gao (Detoxifying Purple Gold Ointment): Mingjing Songxiang (Clear Pine Resin), Zaofan (Chalcanthite) (each 1 jin, red color). Grind into fine powder, mix with sesame oil to a thick consistency. First wash the affected area with a decoction of Scallion, Aiye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium), and Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma). Then apply this ointment, cover with oiled paper, and bind tightly with soft cloth. Change every three days.
