通仙五宝散
钟乳粉三分 琥珀 冰片各半分 大丹砂二分
为末，入炒飞面分半，分二十股；每日用土茯苓一斤，水煎十二碗。清晨一碗入药一股，

辰砂末一钱，棉纸分作七条，香油浸透，每日熏二条。熏时板登坐着。暑天用单被，寒

搜风解毒汤（治梅疮不犯轻粉，重者月余，轻者半月愈）

水银一两 朱砂 雄黄各二钱半 白矾 绿矾各二两半
研匀罐盛，灯盏盖定，盐泥固济，文武火炼，升罐口扫收，每以三钱入乳香五分，没药

杨梅结毒
皂荚 当归 鲜皮 五加皮 金银花各二两
作八贴，每贴加土茯苓四两，立效。（怀德堂秘录）
结毒久烂
土茯苓一斤 生姜四两
共煎数碗服之，不十日而愈。其溃处，以面汁调面糊之渐愈。 曾有阳物烂完，半年不

初起熏洗法
取辰砂末一钱，将棉纸分成七条，用香油浸透。每天使用两条进行熏蒸。熏蒸时坐在板凳上。夏天用单被覆盖，冬天用夹被盖住，不可让热气散出。口中要含水，以防烫伤皮肤伤口。熏蒸结束后吐出清水，不可吞下，疗效神奇。（源自秘本）

西圣复煎丸（适用于病情危重、百方无效者，用此方如神效）
乳香、没药、儿茶、丁香（焙干）各一两，阿魏、血竭、花蛇各四两（研末），白面一斤（炒制），蜜六两，香油四两。
用枣肉和药末，捣制成弹子大小的丸剂。每次服用一丸，用土茯苓四两煎汤化开服下，有效。（扶沟窦林僧传授）
五宝霜（治疗杨梅疮以及痈疽、恶疮）
水银一两，朱砂、雄黄各二钱半，白矾、绿矾各二两半。
研磨均匀装入罐中，用灯盏盖住罐口，用盐泥密封固定，用文武火煅烧，收集升腾到罐口的药粉。每次取三钱药粉，加入乳香五分、没药五分，用酒调匀，敷在太乙膏上贴患处，绝妙有效。（采自医方）
杨梅结毒
皂荚、当归、鲜皮、五加皮、金银花各二两。
制成八贴药包，每贴加入土茯苓四两，立竿见影。（怀德堂秘录）
结毒久烂不愈
土茯苓一斤，生姜四两。
共同煎煮数碗服用，不到十日即可痊愈。对于溃烂处，用面汁调和面糊外敷，逐渐愈合。曾有人生殖器完全溃烂，半年不愈，服用此方得以存活。（《秘方集验》）
Tongxian Wubao San (Passing Immortal Five-Treasure Powder)
Take 3 fen of Zhongru Fen (Calcitriol Powder), 0.5 fen of Hupo (Amber), and 0.5 fen of Bingpian (Borneol), along with 2 fen of Da Dansha (Cinnabar).
Grind into fine powder, add half portion of Chao Feimian (Fried sifted wheat flour), mix well, and divide into twenty portions; daily decoct 1 jin (approx. 500g) of Tufuling (Smilax Glabra Rhizome) in water until reduced to twelve bowls. In the early morning, drink one bowl of the decoction and take one portion of the powder with it.
Avoid eating mutton and engaging in sexual intercourse after taking this prescription. This is the number one prescription in ancient and modern times. (Transmitted by Wang Fanquan)
Initial Fumigation Method
Take 1 qian of Chen Sha Mo (Cinnabar Powder), divide cotton paper into seven strips, soak thoroughly in Xiangyou (Sesame Oil), and use two strips daily for fumigation. Sit on a stool during fumigation. In summer, cover with a single quilt; in winter, use a double-layered quilt to prevent heat loss. Keep water in the mouth to prevent scalding the skin wounds. Spit out the water after fumigation; do not swallow it. The efficacy is miraculous. (From Secret Manuscript)
Soufeng Jiedu Tang (Wind-Searching and Toxin-Resolving Decoction - Treats Yangmei Chuang [Syphilis] without using Qingfen [Calomel]; severe cases resolve in over a month, mild cases in half a month)
Tufuling (Smilax Glabra Rhizome) 1 liang, Mixiren (Coix Seed), Yinhua (Honeysuckle Flower), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Mugua (Chaenomeles Fruit), Xianpi (Phellodendron Bark) each 5 fen, Zaojiazi (Gleditsia Sinensis Seed) 4 fen.
For Qi deficiency, add Renshen (Ginseng Root) 7 fen; for Blood deficiency, add Guishen (Angelica Sinensis Root Body) 7 fen. Decoct in water, take three times daily. Avoid tea, toxic substances, and sexual intercourse. This is a secret formula. (Transmitted by Pan Xia)
Xisheng Fujian Wan (Western Sage Re-frying Pill - For critical conditions where hundred prescriptions failed, this works miraculously)
Ruxiang (Frankincense), Moyao (Myrrh), Ercha (Kadaka), Dingxiang (Cloves, baked) each 1 liang, Awèi (Asafoetida), Xuexie (Dragon's Blood), Huashe (Bungarus multicinctus or similar snake) each 4 liang (ground), Baifan (Wheat Flour, fried) 1 jin, Honey 6 liang, Xiangyou (Sesame Oil) 4 liang.
Mix with Zourou (Jujube Flesh) to form pills the size of bullet seeds. Take one pill per dose, dissolve in a decoction made from 4 liang of Tufuling (Smilax Glabra Rhizome), and ingest. Effective. (Transmitted by Monk Dou Linsheng of Fugou)
Wubao Shuang (Five-Treasure Frost/Cream - Treats Yangmei Chuang [Syphilis], Yongju [Carbuncles], and Echuang [Malignant Ulcers])
Shuiyin (Mercury) 1 liang, Zhusha (Cinnabar), Xionghuang (Realgar) each 2.5 qian, Baifan (Alum), Lüfan (Green Vitriol) each 2.5 liang.
Grind uniformly, store in a jar, cover with a lamp saucer, seal tightly with Yan Ni (Salt Mud), and calcine using moderate and strong fire. Collect the sublimated powder from the jar mouth. Mix 3 qian of this powder with 5 fen of Ruxiang (Frankincense) and 5 fen of Moyao (Myrrh), blend with wine, apply onto Taiyi Gao (Taiyi Plaster) to patch the affected area. Extremely effective. Yangmei Jiedu (Syphilitic Knots/Condyloma)
Zaojia (Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Xianpi (Phellodendron Bark), Wujia Pi (Acanthopanax Bark), Jinyinhua (Honeysuckle Flower) each 2 liang.

Chronic Ulceration from Jiedu (Syphilitic Knots)
Tufuling (Smilax Glabra Rhizome) 1 jin, Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger) 4 liang.
Decoct together until several bowls remain, then consume. Healing occurs within ten days. For ulcerated areas, apply a paste made of Mianzhi (Wheat Juice) and Mianhu (Flour Paste) gradually.
