内消散（治 核不拘近久，已破未破）
花粉 苦参各五钱 角刺四十九个 土茯苓三斤
共煎汤当茶饮。忌牛肉。屡试屡验，奇异方也。（中书方）
治 简易方
枇杷叶一斤四两（去毛净，焙燥为末） 水白糖一斤
拌匀，不拘时服，白汤过口，服完即愈。 一用活鲫鱼一个，生山药一段，二味一样长
短，白糖三钱，捣敷，神验无比。（二方杨州传来）
神效散（未破用此而消，已溃烂牵至两间胸腋，茄子大，四、五年不愈者亦治，
其效如神）
沉香五钱 芫花三钱（炒） 月季花（即月月红，用）二钱
碎锉，入大鲤鱼腹内（鱼须放尿内游死者），就以鱼肠封固，酒、水各一碗，煮熟服之

初起神效方
甲片（土炒） 丁香 白丁香 苦丁香 红小豆 磨刀泥 僵蚕（去头足，酒炒）各一
钱，斑蝥（去头足，酒炒）一钱
上为末，每服一钱，五更时无根水调服，至未时打下毒物，形如鼠。后用野菊花焙黄为
末，陈醋调贴。一日一换，七日全好。（《万病回春》）
乳 （溃烂几见脏腑）
土楝树子（经霜者妙，川楝不用） 雄鼠屎（两头尖者是） 露蜂房各三钱（俱 存性）
共末，每服三钱，酒下。间三日一服，不数日脓尽收敛。（抄本）
瘰
初起成块未破者，将面捏成薄条，照疮大小，略离患处作圈圈着，再取槐树根（在土内
掘出者）白皮数条，照面皮作圈，放面皮之上，用艾作小丸，放 子中心灸之，肉上略觉痛
即拂去艾丸，另取艾丸再灸三遍，其面皮不动，槐根白皮要换三次，连灸三日即消。 一方∶
不拘已破未破，沥青好者一两，蓖麻子四十九粒，杏仁去皮尖十三粒半，共捣千余捶，自然
粘软成膏，摊贴患处，神应。内服昆布、海藻、海带、贝母、连翘、甘草、元参，以应无不
愈者。（《秘方集验》）
内消散（治疗瘰疬结核，无论病程长短、已破溃或未破溃均可使用）
天花粉、苦参各五钱，皂角刺四十九个，土茯苓三斤。
共同煎煮汤剂，当作茶饮服用。忌食牛肉。多次试验均有效，是奇异之方。（中书方）
治疗瘰疬的简易方：
枇杷叶一斤四两（去除绒毛洗净，焙干研为粉末），水白糖一斤。
拌匀后，随时服用，用白开水送服，服完即可痊愈。
另一法：取活鲫鱼一条，生山药一段，两者长度相同，加白糖三钱，捣烂后外敷患处，效果神奇无比。（二方由扬州传来）
神效散（未破溃者用此方可消除，已溃烂且延伸至两侧胸腋部，如茄子大小，四五年不愈者也能治疗，其疗效如神）
沉香五钱，芫花三钱（炒制），月季花（即月月红，使用）二钱。
切碎锉细，放入大鲤鱼腹内（鱼须在尿中浸泡至死），用鱼肠封口固定，加入酒和水各一碗，煮熟后服用，即可痊愈。（谈野翁试验方）
初起神效方：
穿山甲片（土炒）、丁香、白丁香、苦丁香、红小豆、磨刀泥、僵蚕（去除头足，酒炒）各一钱，斑蝥（去除头足，酒炒）一钱。
以上药物研为粉末，每次服用一钱，在五更天（凌晨3-5点）用无根水调服，到未时（下午1-3点）排出毒物，形状像老鼠。之后用野菊花焙黄研末，陈醋调和贴敷患处。每日一换，七日全愈。（《万病回春》）
乳痈（溃烂严重几近见脏腑者）
土楝树子（经霜冻过的效果好，不用川楝子）、雄鼠屎（两头尖的是正品）、露蜂房各三钱（均存性，即煅烧保留药性）。
共同研为粉末，每次服用三钱，酒送下。每隔三日服用一次，不出几日脓液排尽伤口收敛。（抄本）
瘰疬：
初起结成肿块未破溃者，将面粉捏成薄条，根据疮口大小，在患处周围略离皮肤画圈放置，再取槐树根（从土中挖出的）白皮数条，按照面皮圈的形状裁剪，放在面皮之上，用艾绒做成小艾炷，放在圆圈中心施灸，当皮肤上略微感到疼痛时，立即拂去艾炷，另取新的艾炷再灸三次，期间面皮不动，槐根白皮需更换三次，连续灸三天即可消退。
另一方：不拘是否已破溃，选用优质沥青一两，蓖麻子四十九粒，杏仁去皮尖十三粒半，共同捣碎捶打一千多下，自然变得粘软成膏状，摊贴于患处，效果神奇灵验。内服昆布、海藻、海带、贝母、连翘、甘草、玄参，以确保无不治愈者。（《秘方集验》）
Neixiaosan (Internal Dissolving Powder) (Treats scrofula nodules, regardless of duration, whether ulcerated or not)
Tianhuafen (Trichosanthis Radix), Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix) each 5 qian; Jiaoci (Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina) 49 pieces; Tufuling (Smilax Glabrae Rhizoma) 3 jin.
Decoct together to make a soup, drink as tea. Avoid beef. Tested repeatedly with consistent efficacy, a miraculous prescription. (Prescription from the Secretariat)
Simple Prescription for Scrofula:
Pipaye (Loquat Leaf) 1 jin 4 liang (remove hairs, wash clean, dry by baking and grind into powder); Shuitangbai (White Sugar) 1 jin.
Mix well, take at any time, swallow with plain boiled water. Cure upon completion of the dose.
Alternative method: Take one live crucian carp, one piece of raw Dioscorea opposita (Shanyao), both of equal length, add 3 qian white sugar, pound into a paste and apply externally. Extremely effective. (Two prescriptions transmitted from Yangzhou)
Shenxiao San (Divine Efficacy Powder) (For use before ulceration to cause resolution; also treats cases where ulceration has extended to both sides of the chest and axillae, size like an eggplant, persisting for four or five years without healing. Its efficacy is divine.)
Chenxiang (Aquilaria Lignum Resinatum) 5 qian; Yuanhua (Genkwa Flos) 3 qian (stir-fried); Yuejihua (Rosa Chinensis Flower, i.e., Yueyuehong) 2 qian.
Crush finely, place inside the belly of a large common carp (the fish must be killed by soaking in urine). Seal with fish intestines. Add one bowl of wine and one bowl of water, cook thoroughly, and consume. Immediate cure. (Tested prescription by Tan Yeweng)
Initial Stage Divine Efficacy Prescription:
Jiapian (Scaly Pangolin Scales, stir-fried with soil), Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos), Baixiang (Styrax Benzoin), Kudingxiang (Euodiae Fructus), Hongxiaodou (Adzuki Bean), Modaoni (Grinding Stone Mud), Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, remove head and feet, stir-fried with wine) each 1 qian; Banmao (Mylabris) 1 qian (remove head and feet, stir-fried with wine).
Grind all into powder. Take 1 qian per dose. Mix with "Wugen Water" (rainwater collected directly from the sky) at Wugeng time (3-5 AM). By Weishi time (1-3 PM), toxic matter will be discharged, resembling a mouse. Afterwards, bake wild chrysanthemum flowers until yellow, grind into powder, mix with aged vinegar, and apply as a patch. Ru Yong (Breast Abscess) (Severe ulceration approaching exposure of internal organs)
Tulianshuzi (Fructus Toosendan, preferably those exposed to frost; do not use Chuanlianzi/Xanthoceras sorbifolium), Xiongshushi (Male Rat Feces, those pointed at both ends are authentic), Lubifengfang (Vespa Nidus) each 3 qian (all processed to retain their nature/charred slightly).
Grind into powder. Take 3 qian per dose, swallowed with wine. Administer every three days. Within a few days, pus will drain completely and the wound will contract. (Copied manuscript)
Luo Li (Scrofula):
In the initial stage when lumps form but have not ulcerated: Mold flour into thin strips. Based on the size of the lesion, place them in circles slightly away from the affected skin. Then, take several strips of the white bark of Ziziphus jujuba (Huai tree) roots (dug from the earth). Cut the bark to match the flour circle and place it on top of the flour strip. Form small moxa cones and apply moxibustion to the center of the circle. When slight pain is felt on the skin, immediately brush off the moxa cone. Apply a new moxa cone and repeat moxibustion three times. Keep the flour strip in place. Replace the Huai root white bark three times. Continue moxibustion for three consecutive days to resolve the condition.
Alternative prescription: Regardless of whether ulcerated or not, take 1 liang of high-quality asphalt, 49 Semen Cannabis (Bimazi/Ricini Semen), and 13.5 kernels of Almond (Xingren) peeled and de-husked. Pound and beat over a thousand times until naturally sticky and soft, forming a paste. Spread and apply to the lesion. Miraculous effect. Internally administer Kunbu (Eckloniae Thallus), Haizao (Sargassum Thallus), Haidai (Laminaria Thallus), Beimu (Fritillariae Bulbus), Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), and Yuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix) to ensure universal cure.
