上为末，用前药一股先摊纸上，其纸条长七寸，加后药二股，亦同摊纸条上卷成条，无
太紧。临用时蘸香油点着，横放瓦上，令患者覆睡，以手托席，用被盖蒙头，不令走气，口
鼻闭息，如忍不住略转动，气即闭。先一条熏眉心；次一条熏鸠尾；第三条熏脐下一寸，次
第熏。汗如雨，熏尽后睡，五日愈。（钱氏秘方）
疮
铅一两，打极薄片，剪碎，和水银三钱，入去衣猪板油研烂，摊油纸上。外以川椒二两
煎汤洗净，贴之。即五、六年者可愈。 或黄牛屎尖，用阴阳水各一碗和匀，化开滤去渣，
要醋一碗，大冬青叶四十九片，砂罐属性武火煮干，留水醋半盏浸在内，每日换三次贴疮，
叶尽即消，永不发。 单用冬青叶醋煮熟贴亦效。（单方）
疮溃烂
川椒 松香 黄蜡各一钱四分
共研。忌铁器。用连根葱白十四段共捣烂，做夹纸膏摊贴，效。（心岐传）
血风疮（癣疮、虫疮、坐板疮、疥癞疮并效）
大枫子肉五钱 蛇床子五钱 水银二钱 枯矾 白锡各一钱
为末。先将锡化开，次入水银，再入末药、地沥青共捣匀，搽疮，宜干些。腊猪油亦可用。

天泡疮
天萝水调宫粉敷上立愈。若日欠作烂、疼痛不已、脓水淋漓者，石膏（ ）、轻粉各一
两，青黛等分为末，瓦花汁调抹，立效。（《外科备要》）
坐板疮
松香五钱 雄黄一钱
如湿加苍术二钱。为末和匀，绵纸包，捻作纸条二个，腊猪油溶化，浸透火烧，滴下油

冻疮
五倍子、猪油捣成膏填入裂。 冻耳，用姜汁煎除；冻脚跟，茄根煎汤洗；冻折，油胭
脂烘热敷之，立效。（《集验秘方》）
抓疮（伤水肿，痛难忍者）
用耳垢封之，一夕水尽出，全愈。郑云甫云∶“予常病此，一丐传此方”。（采医书）
火珠疮（其疮如珠，始于发中，相染不已。亦有伤命者）
用生萝卜捣烂，将滴醋浸敷患处。
寒湿疮
鸡子煮熟，去白用黄，慢火炒去油，加黄柏末掺上，立效。
金丝疮（形如绳线，巨细不一，上下至心即死）
治法∶于疮头截住，刺之出血后嚼浮萍涂之即愈。（俱出《集验》）
黄水疮
取雄猪胆一个，黄柏一两，浸，焙干为末敷之。（周氏抄本）
瘌痢疮
酒肉店内油透陈竹灯台一个，劈碎装磁瓶内，口上用旧KT 铁丝覆瓶上。倒转下，再
用一空磁瓶，以此瓶合于下瓶口上，用火 之，其汁溜下，取抹疮，神效。 一用锻石窑内
烧过红土基（流结上渣，轻虚而色 者）四两，百草霜、雄黄各一两，胆矾六钱，榆皮三钱，
轻粉一钱，猪胆汁调，剃头搽之效。（积德堂陆氏方）
一用 花椒煎汤或苦参汤洗净，猪骨髓或黄连末搽，神效。（周氏抄录）
漆疮（木形人遇漆起泡，发痒变疮，肢肿作痛，甚者寒热交作）
用蟹唾抹之。或磨刀水泥涂；或杉木煎汤洗；或蟹壳、滑石研末，干者蜜和涂之，湿者
干末掺之；或石膏、轻粉、韭汁调敷之。内服∶元参、知母、石膏、人中黄、黄连、升麻、
连翘、牛蒡各等分，甘草五分，淡竹叶二十片，煎之，不拘时服。忌浴热水，兼戒口味，否
则变为顽风癣，愈而又发者多矣。（《秘方集验》）
肥疮（极凶者屡试屡验）
苦参、胡麻、首乌、灵仙、甘草、石菖蒲、当归、生地、连翘、蝉蜕、金钱花，酒煎服。
一用大枫子肉五钱，白信三分，油胡桃五个，共捣匀作三丸，夜间取一丸在心口，用手
擦至二更天气药散开，仍聚胸膛，仰面而卧，次夕亦然。间一夜再擦一丸，七日后全愈。（鸿

面上毒疮（初起者）
急寻水蜒蚰一、二条，用酱少许，共捣涂纸上，贴之即退。纸上留小孔出气。此乃凌潢

海上仙方

【棉花疮】
水银一两，白锡一两（先将白锡在锅中熔化后加入水银研磨成粉末备用），银珠六钱，铜绿五钱，官粉二两，黄香一两五钱，朱砂和轻粉各五钱。
以上药物研为细末。先用前一种药料一份摊在纸上，纸条长七寸；再加后一种药料两份，同样摊在纸条上卷成条状，不要卷得太紧。使用时蘸取香油点燃，横放在瓦片上，让患者俯卧，用手托起席子，用被子蒙住头部，不让烟气散失，口鼻闭气。如果忍不住稍微转动，烟气就会闭塞。先熏眉心一条，再熏鸠尾穴一条，第三条熏脐下一寸处，依次熏蒸。出汗如雨水般，熏完后睡觉，五天痊愈。（钱氏秘方）
【疮】
铅一两，打成极薄片，剪碎，与水银三钱，放入去皮的猪板油中研磨烂，摊在油纸上。外用川椒二两煎汤洗净患处，贴上即可。即使是五六年的老疮也可以治愈。或者用黄牛屎尖，用阴阳水各一碗混合均匀，化开滤去渣滓，加醋一碗，大冬青叶四十九片，用砂罐在武火上煮干，留下水和醋半盏浸泡其中，每天换三次贴敷疮面，叶子用完即愈，永不复发。单用冬青叶醋煮熟贴敷也有效。（单方）
【疮溃烂】
川椒、松香、黄蜡各一钱四分。
共同研磨。忌用铁器。用带根的葱白十四段一起捣烂，做成夹纸膏摊贴，有效。（心岐传）
【血风疮】（癣疮、虫疮、坐板疮、疥癞疮均有效）
大枫子肉五钱，蛇床子五钱，水银二钱，枯矾、白锡各一钱。
研为细末。先将锡熔化，再加入水银，然后加入药末、地沥青共同捣匀，搽于疮面，宜保持干燥些。腊猪油也可以使用。
【脓疥疮】
烟膏一两，东丹一两，雄黄、硫黄各三钱，轻粉一钱。
研为细末，用腌猪油调匀涂抹。如果是成片感染，将药摊在油纸上，绑好固定不动，三天后脱落干净。（《集验秘方》）
【恶疮】
雄黄一钱五分，杏仁三十粒（去皮），轻粉一钱。
研为细末，洗净患处，用猪胆汁调匀敷上，两三天即愈，百发百中。（种德堂方）
【天泡疮】
用天萝水调和宫粉敷上立即痊愈。如果日久腐烂、疼痛不止、脓水淋漓的，用石膏、轻粉各一两，青黛等分为末，用瓦花汁调匀涂抹，立即见效。（《外科备要》）
【坐板疮】
松香五钱，雄黄一钱。
如果湿气重加苍术二钱。研为细末混合均匀，用绵纸包裹，捻成两个纸条，用腊猪油熔化浸透后燃烧，滴下的油搽于疮上，立即见效。（《先醒斋笔记》）
【冻疮】
五倍子、猪油捣成膏填入裂口。冻耳朵，用姜汁煎洗去除寒气；冻脚跟，用茄根煎汤清洗；冻折伤，用油胭脂烘热敷之，立即见效。（《集验秘方》）
【抓疮】（伤水肿，痛难忍者）
用耳垢封贴患处，一晚后水尽出，完全痊愈。郑云甫说：“我常患此病，是一个乞丐传授的这个方子。”（采医书）
【火珠疮】（其疮如珠，始于发中，相互传染不止。也有致死的）
用生萝卜捣烂，滴入醋浸泡敷于患处。
【寒湿疮】
鸡蛋煮熟，去掉蛋白只用蛋黄，慢火炒去油，加入黄柏末掺敷，立即见效。
【金丝疮】（形如绳线，粗细不一，上下蔓延至心脏即死）
治法：在疮头截断，刺破出血后嚼浮萍涂之即愈。（俱出《集验》）
【黄水疮】
取雄猪胆一个，黄柏一两，浸泡，焙干研为细末敷之。（周氏抄本）
【瘌痢疮】

【漆疮】（木形人遇漆起泡，发痒变疮，肢体肿胀作痛，严重者寒热交作）
用蟹唾涂抹。或者磨刀水泥涂；或者杉木煎汤洗；或者蟹壳、滑石研为细末，干燥的用蜜调和涂之，湿润的用干末掺之；或者石膏、轻粉、韭汁调敷。内服：元参、知母、石膏、人中黄、黄连、升麻、连翘、牛蒡各等分，甘草五分，淡竹叶二十片，煎服，不拘时候服用。忌洗热水澡，兼戒口味，否则变为顽风癣，好了又发的情况很多了。（《秘方集验》）
【肥疮】（极凶险者屡试屡验）
苦参、胡麻、首乌、灵仙、甘草、石菖蒲、当归、生地、连翘、蝉蜕、金钱花，酒煎服。

[Cotton Sores]
Mercurius (Shuiyin, 1 liang), Tin (Baixi, 1 liang - first melt the tin in a pot, add mercury and grind into powder for use), Cinnabar (Yinzhu, 6 qian), Verdigris (Tonglv, 5 qian), Official Powder (Guanfen, 2 liang), Yellow Incense (Huangxiang, 1.5 liang), Vermilion (Zhusha) and Calomel (Qingfen, each 5 qian).
Grind all above ingredients into fine powder. Take one part of the former medicine and spread it on paper to form a strip seven inches long; then add two parts of the latter medicine and spread it on the same type of strip. Roll them up without being too tight. When using, dip the strip in sesame oil and ignite it. Place it horizontally on a tile. Have the patient lie prone, support the mat with hands, cover the head with a quilt to prevent smoke leakage, and hold breath through mouth and nose. If the patient moves slightly due to inability to hold breath, the smoke will be blocked. First fumigate the area between the eyebrows (Yintang); next fumigate the Jiuwei (CV15) point; thirdly fumigate one cun below the umbilicus (Shenque), proceeding sequentially. Profuse sweating like rain will occur. After fumigation is complete, let the patient sleep. Recovery in five days. (Qian's Secret Formula)
[Sores]
Lead (Qian, 1 liang), beaten into extremely thin sheets, cut into pieces, mixed with Mercury (Shuiyin, 3 qian), and ground with rendered pork back fat (Zhubanyou, skin removed) until smooth. Spread on oil paper. Wash the affected area with a decoction of Sichuan Pepper (Chuanjiao, 2 liang) before applying. Can cure sores lasting five or six years. Alternatively, use the tip of fresh cow dung. Mix equal parts of Yin-Yang water (one bowl each), dissolve the dung, filter out residues. Add one bowl of vinegar and forty-nine leaves of Ilex rotunda (Dadongqingye). Boil in a clay pot over high heat until dry. Retain half a cup of the water-vinegar mixture to soak the leaves. Apply to the sore three times daily. The sore will disappear when the leaves are exhausted and will not recur. Applying boiled Ilex rotunda leaves soaked in vinegar is also effective. [Ulcerated Sores]
Sichuan Pepper (Chuanjiao), Pine Rosin (Songxiang), and Beeswax (Huangla), each 1.4 qian.
Grind together. Avoid iron utensils. Mash fourteen segments of scallion white (with roots) together, make into a paste sandwiched between papers, and apply. Effective. (Transmitted by Xin Qi)
[Wind-Blood Sores] (Effective for Tinea, Insect Bites, Sitting-Board Sores, and Scabies)
Seed of Aleurites fordii (Dafengzi), 5 qian; Seed of Cnidium monnieri (Shechuangzi), 5 qian; Mercury (Shuiyin), 2 qian; Alum (Kufan) and Tin (Baixi), each 1 qian.
Grind into powder. First melt the tin, then add mercury, followed by the powdered herbs and Asphaltum (Diliqing). Pounded uniformly, apply to the sore. Keep the area dry. Rendered lard from winter pigs may also be used.
[Pustular Scabies]
Opium Paste (Yangao), 1 liang; Dongdan (Red Lead), 1 liang; Realgar (Xionghuang) and Sulfur (Huangliu), each 3 qian; Calomel (Qingfen), 1 qian.
Grind into powder. Mix with cured lard and smear. For extensive lesions, spread the medicine on oil paper, bind firmly, and leave undisturbed. The lesion will shed completely after three days. (Collected Effective Secret Formulas)
[Malignant Sores]
Realgar (Xionghuang), 1.5 qian; Almond (Xingren, peeled), 30 grains; Calomel (Qingfen), 1 qian.
Grind into powder. Cleanse the wound, mix with pig bile, and apply. Heals in two to three days. Highly effective. (Zhongde Hall Formula)
[Blisters]
Mix Official Powder (Gongfen) with Tianluo Water and apply for immediate cure. For chronic ulcers with severe pain and profuse pus, use Gypsum (Shigao) and Calomel (Qingfen), each 1 liang, and Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai) in equal parts. Grind into powder, mix with juice from Tile Flower (Wahua), and apply. Immediate effect. (Surgical Prepared Essentials)
[Sitting-Board Sores]
Pine Rosin (Songxiang), 5 qian; Realgar (Xionghuang), 1 qian.
If dampness is present, add Atractylodes lancea (Cangzhu), 2 qian. Grind and mix evenly. Wrap in cotton paper, twist into two strips. Melt rendered lard from winter pigs, soak the strips, burn them, and collect the dripping oil to apply to the sore. Immediate effect. (Notes from Xianxing Studio)
[Frostbite]
Grind Gallic Nut (Wubeizi) and pork fat into a paste and fill into cracks. For frostbitten ears, wash with ginger juice decoction; for heels, wash with eggplant root decoction; for frozen injuries, apply warm Oily Rouge (Youyanzhi). Immediate effect. (Collected Effective Secret Formulas)
[Scratch Sores] (Edema from injury, unbearable pain)

[Fire Pearl Sores] (Sores resemble pearls, start in the hair, highly contagious, can be fatal)
Mash raw radish, mix with vinegar, and apply to the affected area.
[Cold-Damp Sores]
Boil an egg, remove the white, keep the yolk. Stir-fry slowly over low heat to remove oil. Sprinkle with Powder of Phellodendron (Huangbai) and apply. Immediate effect.
[Golden Thread Sores] (Resembling threads of varying thickness, spreading upwards or downwards to the heart is fatal)

[Yellow Water Sores]
Take one gallbladder from a wild boar, soak Phellodendron amurense (Huangbai, 1 liang), dry by baking, grind into powder, and apply. (Zhou's Manuscript)
[Ringworm/Scalp Ringworm]
Take one old bamboo lamp stand from a wine and meat shop that has been penetrated by oil. Break it into pieces and place in a porcelain bottle. Cover the mouth with old iron wire. Invert the bottle. Place another empty porcelain bottle over the mouth of the inverted one. Heat with fire. Collect the dripping liquid and apply to the sore. Divine effect.
Alternative: Use four liang of red soil base from a brick kiln (slag accumulated on top, light and porous), one liang of Suotuo (Baicaoshuang), one liang of Realgar (Xionghuang), 6 qian of Chalcanthite (Danfan), 3 qian of Ulmus pumila bark (Yupi), and 1 qian of Calomel (Qingfen). Mix with pig bile, shave the head, and apply. Effective. (Lu Family Formula of Jide Hall)
Another method: Wash with decoction of Sichuan Pepper (Huajiao) or Sophora flavescens (Kushen). Apply pork marrow or Powder of Coptis (Huanglian). Divine effect. (Recorded by Zhou)
[Lacquer Poison] (Wood-type individuals develop blisters upon exposure to lacquer, itching turns to sores, limb swelling and pain, severe cases have alternating chills and fever)
Apply crab saliva. Or apply whetstone mud; or wash with fir wood decoction; or grind Crab Shell (Xieke) and Talcum (Huashi) into powder. For dry sores, mix with honey and apply; for wet sores, sprinkle dry powder. Or mix Gypsum (Shigao) and Calomel (Qingfen) with leek juice and apply. Internal administration: Radix Scrophulariae (Yuanshen), Rhizoma Anemarrhenae (Zhimu), Gypsum (Shigao), Human Waste Carbon (Renzhonghuang), Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian), Radix Bupleuri (Shengma), Fructus Forsythiae (Lianqiao), and Semen Arctii (Niubang) in equal parts; Licorice Root (Gancao), 5 fen; Leaves of Lophatherum (Danzhuye), 20 pieces. Decoct and take at any time. Avoid hot baths and rich flavors, otherwise it may transform into stubborn wind-tinea, recurring frequently. (Secret Formula Collection)
[Greasy Sores/Favus] (Highly malignant, repeatedly tested and verified)
Sophora flavescens (Kushen), Sesame (Huma), Polygonum multiflorum (Shouwu), Clematis (Lingxian), Licorice Root (Gancao), Rhizoma Acori tatarinowii (Shichangpu), Angelica sinensis (Danggui), Rehmannia glutinosa (Shengdi), Fructus Forsythiae (Lianqiao), Periostracum Cicadae (Chantui), and Centipeda minima (Jinqianhua). Decoct in wine and drink.
Alternative: Seed of Aleurites fordii (Dafengzi), 5 qian; White Arsenic (Baixin), 3 fen; Walnut (Hutao), 5 whole nuts. Pound uniformly into three pills. At night, place one pill on the chest and rub until the second watch (approx. 9-11 PM) when the medicine disperses but gathers on the chest. Lie on your back. Repeat the next night. Rub another pill every other night. Full recovery in seven days. (Hongxi)
[Head and Face Favus]
Calomel (Qingfen), Red Lead (Feidan), Realgar (Xionghuang), Alum (Baifan).
Grind in equal parts into powder. Insert into a scallion tube, tie both ends, and roast/bake. Add a small amount of Tortoise Plastron Ash (Guiban Hui) and grind. Mix with rapeseed oil and apply. Immediate effect. (Excellent Experience Formula)
[Toxic Sores on Face] (In early stage)
