杨梅癣
枯矾 硫磺各一两八钱 雄黄 胆矾 轻粉各一钱 川椒三钱
用生板油去皮，入药擦破数次，其效如神。
一用乳香五分，朱砂、雄黄、没药、儿茶各一钱， 大枫子廿个 杏仁四十粒
捣烂，绢布擦之。
癣疮蔓延
决明子一两，为末，入水银、轻粉少许，研不见星，擦破上药，立瘥。（《东坡家藏方》）
一用斑蝥、雄黄、铜青等分为末，无根水调敷，起泡刺破， 烛油敷，五、六次洁净不
发。 一用杜黄连（即羊蹄根）一握，洗净捣滤汁，用白梅数枚，去核同汁捣烂。用甲片刮
破患处，抹数次即愈，神效。（屡验方）
鹅掌风癣
川乌 草乌 何首乌 花粉 赤芍 防风 荆芥 苍术 地丁各一两 艾叶四两
煎。先熏后洗，层层起皮，痛痒愈。（《医方秘录》）
荷叶癣
田螺一个，开靥，入信二分，待肉化水，抹上即痊。（古方）
牛皮癣（及年久顽癣，神效）
红粉霜五分 明矾 川槿皮 杏仁（去油，皮）一钱 密陀僧三钱
为末，津调抹，一日三次。三日全愈。 一用牛皮烧灰，油调敷。立愈。（《赤水玄珠》）
牛皮血癣
九硫一信三巴豆。俱为细末，菜油调。（古仙方）
顽癣
白信一分 硫磺九分 硝三分 白矾四分 冰片半分
为末，津调擦之。（秘方）
圈癣
树皮剪如癣样大小，以毛背一面用唾贴肉，以手不时扑之，即愈。（《秘方集验》）

癣疮蔓延
决明子一两，研为细末，加入少量水银、轻粉，研磨至不见银色星点（即完全混合均匀），擦拭患处至皮肤破溃后上药，立即痊愈。（出自《东坡家藏方》）
另一种用法：斑蝥、雄黄、铜青等份研为细末，用无根水（如雨水、露水）调敷，待起泡后刺破，再用烛油涂抹，经过五到六次治疗即可洁净且不复发。
另一种用法：杜黄连（即羊蹄根）一把，洗净后捣碎过滤取汁，用数枚白梅去核后与汁液一同捣烂。用甲片刮破患处皮肤，涂抹数次即可痊愈，效果神奇。（出自《屡验方》）
鹅掌风癣
川乌、草乌、何首乌、花粉、赤芍、防风、荆芥、苍术、地丁各一两，艾叶四两。
煎煮药液。先熏蒸后清洗，层层脱皮，疼痛和瘙痒随即停止。（出自《医方秘录》）
荷叶癣
田螺一个，打开壳口，放入信石二分，等待肉质化为水状，涂抹患处即可痊愈。（古方）
牛皮癣（以及多年不愈的顽固性癣疮，效果神奇）
红粉霜五分，明矾、川槿皮、杏仁（去油、去皮）各一钱，密陀僧三钱。
研为细末，用唾液调和涂抹，每日三次。三天内完全痊愈。
另一种用法：牛皮烧成灰，用油调和后敷于患处。立即痊愈。（出自《赤水玄珠》）
牛皮血癣
九分硫磺、一分信石、三巴豆。全部研为细末，用菜油调和。（古仙方）
Yangmei Tinea (Mulberry-like Tinea)
Bai Fan (Alumen, 白矾), Huang Suang (Sulfur, 硫磺) each 1 liang 8 qian; Xiong Huang (Realgar, 雄黄), Dan Fan (Chalcanthite, 胆矾), Qing Fen (Calomel, 轻粉) each 1 qian; Chuan Jiao (Zanthoxylum, 川椒) 3 qian.
Use Sheng Ban You (Raw Pork Lard, 生板油), remove the skin, place the herbs inside, and rub onto the affected area until the skin is broken several times; the efficacy is miraculous.
Another method: Ru Xiang (Frankincense, 乳香) 5 fen; Zhu Sha (Cinnabar, 朱砂), Xiong Huang (Realgar, 雄黄), Mo Yao (Myrrh, 没药), Er Cha (Catechu, 儿茶) each 1 qian; Da Feng Zi (Semend Semen, 大枫子) 20 pieces; Xing Ren (Apricot Seed, 杏仁) 40 grains.
Pound into a paste, wrap in silk cloth, and rub onto the affected area.
Spreading Tinea Sores
Jue Ming Zi (Cassiae Semen, 决明子) 1 liang, grind into powder; add a small amount of Shui Yin (Mercury, 水银), Qing Fen (Calomel, 轻粉); grind until no silver specks are visible. Rub onto the affected area until the skin is broken, then apply the medicine; immediate recovery occurs. (From *Dongpo Jiacang Fang*)
Another method: Ban Mao (Mylabris, 斑蝥), Xiong Huang (Realgar, 雄黄), Tong Qing (Verdigris, 铜青) in equal parts, grind into powder; mix with Wu Gen Shui (Rainwater/Condensate, 无根水) to apply. When blisters form, puncture them, then apply Zhu You (Candle Wax/Oil, 烛油). After five or six applications, it becomes clean and does not recur.
Another method: Du Huang Lian (Radix Rhei Palmati, 杜黄连/羊蹄根) one handful, wash clean, pound and filter for juice; use several Bai Mei (White Plum, 白梅), remove pits, and pound together with the juice. Scrape the affected area with nail pieces until broken, apply several times; immediate recovery, miraculous effect. (From *Lüyan Fang*)
Goose Palm Wind Tinea
Chuan Wu (Aconitum Carmichaelii Radix, 川乌), Cao Wu (Aconitum Kusnezoffii Radix, 草乌), He Shou Wu (Polygoni Multiflori Radix, 何首乌), Hua Fen (Tropaeoli Rhizoma, 花粉), Chi Shao (Red Peony Root, 赤芍), Fang Feng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, 防风), Jing Jie (Schizonepetae Herba, 荆芥), Cang Zhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma, 苍术), Di Ding (Viola Herba, 地丁) each 1 liang; Ai Ye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium, 艾叶) 4 liang.
Decoct. First fumigate, then wash. The skin peels off in layers, pain and itching cease. (From *Yifang Milu*)
Lotus Leaf Tinea
One Field Snail (Tian Luo, 田螺), open the shell, insert Xin Shi (Arsenic Trioxide, 信石) 2 fen; wait for the flesh to melt into water, apply to the affected area; immediate recovery. (Ancient Formula)
Psoriasis Tinea (and chronic stubborn tinea, miraculous effect)
Hong Fen Shuang (Red Mercury Powder, 红粉霜) 5 fen; Ming Fan (Alumen, 明矾), Chuan Jin Pi (Hibiscus Tiliaceus Bark, 川槿皮), Xing Ren (Apricot Seed, 杏仁 - de-oiled, peeled) each 1 qian; Mi Tuo Seng (Litharge, 密陀僧) 3 qian.
Grind into powder, mix with saliva to apply; three times a day. Complete recovery in three days.
Another method: Burn cow hide to ash, mix with oil to apply. Immediate recovery. (From *Chishui Xuanzhu*)
Cow Skin Blood Tinea
9 parts Liu Huang (Sulfur, 硫磺), 1 part Xin Shi (Arsenic Trioxide, 信石), 3 Ba Dou (Croton Seed, 巴豆). All grind into fine powder, mix with Cai You (Rapeseed Oil, 菜油). (Ancient Immortal Formula)
Stubborn Tinea
Bai Xin (White Arsenic, 白信) 1 fen; Liu Huang (Sulfur, 硫磺) 9 fen; Xiao (Saltpeter/Niter, 硝) 3 fen; Bai Fan (Alumen, 白矾) 4 fen; Bing Pian (Borneol, 冰片) 0.5 fen.
Grind into powder, mix with saliva to rub onto the affected area. (Secret Formula)
Ringworm Tinea
