，房劳，感受风湿，邪热抟于皮肤，血气不和而发，又名历疡，又名汗黯，皆一类也。以雄
鸡
内肾调麝香，浴出敷之，用新青布衫紧着睡一夜，大汗出，明早热汤沃之，其斑俱脱在汤内
，不发矣。
这种病症身体没有疼痛感，只出现灰白色的斑点，与正常的皮肤略有不同，肌肤干燥，手心脚心发热，身体逐渐消瘦，血液干枯。起初看起来似乎容易治疗且不严重，但时间久了会导致气耗散、血枯竭、疲倦困顿、气短、食欲减退、精气亏损；如果全身干瘪，皮肤肌肉失去知觉，就已经难以治愈了。这是由于大怒、大愤、过度勇敢、极度恐惧、战栗、惊恐，或者饮酒纵欲过度，或者心怀抱怨导致气机不畅，风湿之邪不知不觉侵入体内，寒暑不避而暗中受伤，饮食不当、过度用力、忍受饥饿、劳神费心，从而导致脾土败坏，闭塞元神。可以使用神仙换骨丹、二八济阳丹、神效追风丸、救苦回生丹、升天脑麝散等方剂，其选用方法与紫云风（一种皮肤病）相同。这类病症还可以采用熏蒸、洗涤的方法，必须行气、补血、大养元神，以滋润皮肤腠理。
这种病症起初没有疼痛感，只是皮肤麻木，出现灰白色斑点。时间久了像涂了白垩一样顽固疲惫，又变得光亮、呈赤色，这就叫做紫癜（紫斑病）。患病后如果不治疗，有的终身无害，只是形状怪异；但大多会损伤气血，遍及全身，精神憔悴、精力疲乏、食欲减退、憎恶寒冷且高热，因郁结困倦怠惰而死，这是由淫毒损伤肺金所致。气泛溢于体表克制肝血，导致毛发枯萎。可选用枣灵丹、玉枢丹进行治疗。又有在夏天身上生出紫白斑点，出汗则瘙痒，秋天凉爽时稍缓解，年复一年增加红色，这叫紫癜，名叫汗斑。由于酗酒、房事劳累、感受风湿，邪热搏结于皮肤，气血不和而发作，又名历疡，又名汗黯，都属于同一类病症。可以用雄鸡的内肾调配麝香，洗浴后敷在患处，穿新的青色布衫紧紧包裹睡一夜，出大汗，第二天早上用热水冲洗，斑点就会全部脱落在水中，不再复发。
This condition presents with no pain in the body, only grayish-white macules appearing, slightly different from normal skin and flesh. The skin is dry, the palms of the hands and soles of the feet are hot, the body gradually emaciates, and the blood becomes dry and depleted. Initially, it appears mild and easy to treat; however, if prolonged, it leads to Qi consumption, Blood depletion, fatigue and lassitude, shortness of breath, reduced appetite, loss of essence, and if the whole body becomes emaciated with insensibility of skin and flesh, it becomes difficult to treat. This is caused by extreme anger, resentment, excessive boldness, extreme fear, trembling, fright, or excessive indulgence in alcohol and sexual activity. It may also result from lingering resentment causing Qi stagnation, allowing Wind-Damp pathogens to invade unknowingly, or failing to avoid cold and heat, leading to hidden injury. Improper diet, overexertion, enduring hunger, and mental strain cause the Spleen Earth to deteriorate and block the Yuan Shen (Original Spirit). Formulas such as Shenhuan Gu Dan (Immortal Bone-Changing Pill), Erba Ji Yang Dan (Two-Eights Nourishing-Yang Pill), Shenxiao Zhui Feng Wan (Divine-Efficacy Wind-Chasing Pill), Jiuku Huisheng Dan (Save-Suffering Restore-Life Pill), and Shengtian Nao She San (Ascend-Heaven Camphor-Musk Powder) should be selected similarly to those for Zi Yun Feng (Purple Cloud Wind). For this type, steaming and washing methods can also be used, requiring Qi-moving, Blood-nourishing, and substantial nourishment of the Yuan Shen to invigorate the skin and couli (pores/skin texture).
Initially, this condition has no pain, but the skin feels numb, with grayish-white macules appearing. Over time, it becomes stubborn and weary like whitewash, then turns bright and reddish, which is called Zi Dian (Purpura/Ecchymosis). If left untreated, some cases remain harmless lifelong with merely strange shapes, but most damage Qi and Blood, affecting the whole body, leading to spiritual exhaustion, essence fatigue, reduced appetite, aversion to cold with high fever, and death due to depression, fatigue, and lethargy. This is caused by toxic dampness injuring Lung Metal. Qi overflows outward to suppress Liver Blood, resulting withered hair. Zao Ling Dan (Jujube Spirit Pill) and Yu Shu Dan (Jade Pivot Pill) can be selected for treatment. Another form involves purple and white macules appearing on the body in summer, itching upon sweating, subsiding slightly in autumn coolness, and increasing in redness year after year; this is called Zi Dian, named Han Ban (Sweat Spots). Caused by excessive drinking, sexual exertion, and contracting Wind-Damp, where pathogenic heat knots in the skin, causing disharmony of Qi and Blood, it is also known as Li Yang or Han An, all belonging to the same category. One can use the internal kidney of a rooster mixed with Musk, apply it after bathing, sleep tightly wrapped in a new blue cotton shirt overnight until profuse sweating occurs, and wash thoroughly with hot water the next morning; the spots will detach into the water and not recur.
