这种病症在世间十分常见，患者身上出现紫红色或黑色的斑块，大小如铜钱，边缘扩散如同云雾之状。它既不是疥疮也不是癣，形态类似麻风病或癞痢头，有时伴有轻微瘙痒，人们习以为常，不以为怪，外观看似正常。若拖延日久，患处会肿胀隆起，隐约显现出形状，逐渐感到麻木和瘙痒，抓挠后则产生疼痛，或者皮肤增厚粗糙，手足变得僵硬，嘴唇微微变厚，眼睑轻微浮肿，或者日渐消瘦，或者时常腹部隐隐作痛，口眼歪斜，四肢困重乏力，皮肤肌肉浸润溃烂，不时有跳动感应，偶尔有几处剧烈刺痛。如果不明白这是因为毫毛脱落、脉络闭涩导致的痿软、瘫痪、挛缩弯曲，最终变成难以治愈的腐烂性麻风病。这主要是因为病情危重败坏的过程缓慢，人们不觉得异常。在初起时，又常被错误地认为是汗斑，从而忽视而不进行治疗。此病由七情（喜、怒、忧、思、悲、恐、惊）侵蚀传染，元气受损，外感秽浊毒邪，积久导致虫邪钻入五脏六腑，加之酒色过度、财气贪求、郁结愤恨、暴怒，以及风寒暑湿等邪气煎熬酿成。根本原因在于脾、胃、肝、肾的精血衰败。治疗可用搜风四七丹、二八济阳丹，长期服用有效。

It is neither scabies (Scabies) nor tinea (Tinea), and its appearance resembles leprosy (Leprosy) or alopecia areata (Alopecia Areata). It may cause slight itching. People do not find it strange, and it looks normal at first glance. If neglected for a long time, the affected areas swell and rise, faintly taking shape, and gradually become numb and itchy. Scratching causes pain. The skin may thicken, and the hands and feet become stiff. The lips may thicken slightly, and the eyelids may swell slightly. The patient may become emaciated day by day, or experience occasional dull abdominal pain, facial paralysis (Facial Paralysis) manifesting as deviation of the mouth and eyes, limb heaviness and fatigue, skin and muscle infiltration, and occasional twitching. Occasionally, there are severe pains in several areas. Without understanding that hair loss and blocked meridians (Meridians) lead to flaccidity, paralysis (Paralysis), contracture, and curvature, the condition transforms into incurable ulcerative leprosy (Ulcerative Leprosy). This is because the deterioration is slow, and people do not perceive it as abnormal. Initially, it is often mistaken for freckles (Freckles) or pityriasis versicolor (Pityriasis Versicolor) and ignored without treatment. The etiology involves damage from the Seven Emotions (Seven Emotions: Joy, Anger, Worry, Pensiveness, Sorrow, Fear, Fright), injury to Yuan Qi (Primordial Qi), exposure to foul toxins, accumulation leading to parasites burrowing into the five zang organs (Five Zang Organs) and six fu organs (Six Fu Organs), excessive indulgence in alcohol and sex, greed for wealth and status, depression and resentment, violent anger, and the brewing effect of wind-cold (Wind-Cold), summer-heat (Summer-Heat), and dampness (Dampness). The root cause is the decline and failure of essence and blood (Essence and Blood) in the spleen (Spleen), stomach (Stomach), liver (Liver), and kidney (Kidney). Treatment involves using Soufeng Siqi Dan (Search Wind Four-Seven Pill) and Erba Jiyang Dan (Two-Eight Nourish Yang Pill), which are effective with long-term use.
In this type of condition, there is no pain in the body, only gray-white spots appear, differing slightly from normal skin and flesh. Treatment options include Shenshen Huangu Dan (Immortal Bone-Replacing Pill), Erba Jiyang Dan (Two-Eight Nourish Yang Pill), Shenxiao Zhuifeng Wan (Divine Effect Wind-Chasing Pill), Jiuku Huisheng Dan (Save Suffering Restore Life Pill), and Shengtian Naoshe San (Ascend Heaven Brain-Musk Powder). The selection of formulas is similar to that for Zi Yun Feng (Purple Cloud Wind). For this type, steaming and washing therapies can also be used. It is necessary to promote qi circulation (Promote Qi Circulation), nourish blood (Nourish Blood), greatly support Yuan Shen (Primordial Spirit), and activate the skin and couli (Couli: interstices between skin and muscles).
