《灵苑方》治土鬼丹，此病初发如汤泡，顷刻则大，连发不已，或至数处，便能致困，宜速治之方
赤足蜈蚣（一条） 鸡肠草 金荞麦（各一分） 铜绿（一钱） 麝香（少许）
上为末。如患者用针穿破，却用针眼上度药在丹内上面，用醋面膏子掩之。如
人有患不觉，数日后吃食不得，即先服下项药。
大黄 甘草（各等分）
上为末。新汲水下半钱或一钱，立瘥。
治土鬼丹及马汗入疮，大效。
乌梅（焙） 糯米 杏仁（去皮尖，研） 淀花（各一两） 盐豉（一两半） 巴豆（二十粒，
去心皮，油煎，研）
上为末，糊丸。先挑破疮，即以醋磨药涂，更以醋面盖之，服一二丸，亦佳。
王师禁土鬼丹及蛇缠丹

一气念二十一遍，吹在病处，自立东南方上，令病患在西北，以大指掐中指本
节文，以第二指掐大指中节，两手皆然，吹时即放手，持咒四十九日，于五更初
向北受持可用。
其疮见骨，着足踝者是也。
《千金》杵大小蒜，浓封之。《婴孺方》刺肿上，入二分，以牛胆汁调大黄
末涂之。
〔灶囟丹〕先从头上起，满身胤，其丹赤色。用猪槽下土并桃柳根皮捣末，生油
调敷。〔灶尾丹〕从腰起，黑色，遍身疼痛。用堂屋四角草烧灰，入白矾末，鸡子
白和涂。〔龙火丹〕先从腹起至心胤，黄赤色。用屋脊上草烧灰，松花，白鸡子
黄，猪槽内水调涂。〔君灶丹〕从右手上起，引似蛇行，赤色。用灶下土，油调
涂。〔母灶丹〕从左脚上起。用 猪汤，灶额上灰敷。〔女灶丹〕从阴上起，紫赤
色。用女儿小便，生梅灶右边砖缝上土，和调涂。〔朱黄丹〕从右脚起，胤至遍
身。用屋四角草，铁匠家磨刀水调敷。〔星子丹〕从头起，胤遍身，如钱子大，赤
色。用桃树向北枝烧灰，油调敷。〔蜂子丹〕从头面四向胤。用灶头上土，入腻
粉，以鸡子白，调传。〔乱神丹〕天下恶证，从肚内起，退场门内，紫黑色。用善火
草，白矾末，并蜜，入洗银水调服之。〔住火丹〕从背上起，黄赤色。用壁上土，
猪槽下土，白矾末，生姜汁，生油，调涂。〔母子丹）从眼眶上起。用白矾，蛤
粉，樟柳根，杵汁和涂之。〔火焰丹〕从前心起，头痛如火烧。用善火草，猪槽下
土，鸡子黄，调涂。〔蜘蛛丹）满身病。用白矾，皂荚烧灰，猪槽下泥，和涂之。
〔佛家丹〕从耳起。用乳香，善火草，瓦溜内土，油调敷之。〔神气丹〕从头背起。
用牯牛骨烧灰，羊脂，调涂。〔 火丹〕从背甲起。用生麻油合猪槽下泥，涂之。
又巢氏云∶丹发于背、臂、及谷道者，名 火丹，《婴孺方》治 火丹用景天草（十两），
真珠（一分），杵为膏，封丹上。〔胡漏灶丹〕从脐中起。用屋漏水调灶中土涂。〔胡吹
灶丹〕从阴上起。用水茄窠下泥，和苦酒涂之。〔土灶丹〕从踝起。用星四角茅
草，灶横麻烧灰，鸡子白，调涂。〔野灶丹〕从背起。用柔香茸，蒴 ，赤小豆
末，涂之立瘥。〔神灶丹〕从肚起。用土蜂窠，杏仁，腻粉，生油调涂。
《灵苑方》治疗土鬼丹，这种病初起时像被开水烫出的水泡，片刻间就会变大，连续发作不止，或者蔓延到身体多处，能导致人陷入困顿，应当使用以下速效治疗方法：
赤足蜈蚣（一条）、鸡肠草、金荞麦（各一分）、铜绿（一钱）、麝香（少许）。
以上药物研成细末。如果患者用针挑破患处，则将药粉撒在针眼处及丹毒表面，再用醋调面粉制成的膏药覆盖包扎。如果有人患病后未察觉，数日后因疼痛无法进食，应先服用以下药物：
大黄、甘草（各等分）。
以上药物研成细末。用刚汲取的凉开水送服半钱或一钱，立即痊愈。
此方对治疗土鬼丹以及马汗进入疮口引起的病症，效果显著。
乌梅（焙干）、糯米、杏仁（去皮尖，研磨）、淀花（即靛蓝花，各一两）、盐豉（一两半）、巴豆（二十粒，去心皮，油炸后研磨）。
以上药物研成细末，用糊剂制成丸药。先挑破疮口，随即用醋磨开药粉涂抹，再盖上醋面膏，内服一至二丸，也很好。
王肯堂老师禁止使用土鬼丹及蛇缠丹的治疗方法。

一口气念诵二十一遍，吹在患处。施术者站立在东南方，让病患位于西北方。用大拇指掐住中指根部关节纹路，用第二指（食指）掐住大拇指中间关节，双手皆如此操作。吹气时即放手。持咒四十九天，在五更天初刻面向北方受持即可使用。
其疮势严重至见骨，附着于足踝部位的，属于此类。
《千金方》建议将大蒜捣烂，厚厚地封敷在患处。《婴孺方》建议在肿胀处刺入二分深，用牛胆汁调和大黄末涂抹。
〔灶囟丹〕先从头部发起，蔓延全身，丹色呈红色。用猪槽底下的泥土和桃树、柳树根皮捣碎成末，用生油调和后外敷。
〔灶尾丹〕从腰部发起，颜色发黑，全身疼痛。用堂屋四角的草烧成灰，加入白矾末，用鸡蛋清调和后涂抹。
〔龙火丹〕先从腹部发起蔓延至心脏区域，颜色黄赤。用屋脊上的草烧成灰，加入松花粉、白鸡蛋黄，用猪槽内的水调和后涂抹。
〔君灶丹〕从右手发起，形状似蛇行，颜色赤红。用灶下的泥土，用油调和后涂抹。
〔母灶丹〕从左脚发起。用猪汤（猪油熬制的汤或猪下水汤，此处依古法推测为特定液体介质，保留原意），取灶额上的灰敷贴。
〔女灶丹〕从阴部发起，颜色紫赤。用女儿的小便，混合生梅灶右边砖缝里的土，调和后涂抹。
〔朱黄丹〕从右脚发起，蔓延至全身。用房屋四角的草，铁匠家磨刀的水调和后敷贴。
〔星子丹〕从头部发起，蔓延全身，如铜钱大小，颜色赤红。用桃树向北生长的枝条烧成灰，用油调和后敷贴。
〔蜂子丹〕从头面部向四周蔓延。用灶头上的土，加入腻粉（轻粉），用鸡蛋清调和后传涂。
〔乱神丹〕天下恶证，从肚内发起，退至肛门内部，颜色紫黑。用善火草、白矾末和蜂蜜，加入洗银水调和后内服。
〔住火丹〕从背部发起，颜色黄赤。用墙壁上的土、猪槽底下的土、白矾末、生姜汁、生油调和后涂抹。
〔母子丹〕从眼眶上发起。用白矾、蛤粉、樟柳根，捣出汁液调和后涂抹。
〔火焰丹〕从前胸发起，头痛如火烧。用善火草、猪槽底下的土、鸡蛋黄调和后涂抹。
〔蜘蛛丹〕满身患病。用白矾、皂荚烧成灰、猪槽底下的泥调和后涂抹。
〔佛家丹〕从耳朵发起。用乳香、善火草、瓦沟内的土，用油调和后敷贴。
〔神气丹〕从头背发起。用公牛骨烧成灰，用羊脂调和后涂抹。
〔火丹〕从背甲发起。用生麻油混合猪槽底下的泥，涂抹患处。
另外巢元方说：丹毒发于背部、手臂及谷道（肛门）的，称为火丹。《婴孺方》治疗火丹使用景天草（十两）、真珠（一分），捣成膏状，封敷在丹毒上。
〔胡漏灶丹〕从脐中发起。用屋顶漏下的雨水调和灶中的土涂抹。
〔胡吹灶丹〕从阴部发起。用水茄科植物植株下方的泥土，混合醋（苦酒）涂抹。
〔土灶丹〕从脚踝发起。用房屋四角的茅草、灶台横放的麻烧成灰，用鸡蛋清调和后涂抹。
〔野灶丹〕从背部发起。用柔香茸、蒴藋（shuó dié，一种植物）、赤小豆末，涂抹后立愈。
〔神灶丹〕从肚腹发起。用土蜂窠、杏仁、腻粉、生油调和后涂抹。
*Lingyuan Fang* treats Tu Gui Dan (Earth Ghost Erysipelas). This disease initially appears like a blister from scalding water, enlarges within moments, continues to erupt incessantly, or spreads to multiple areas, causing severe distress. It should be treated promptly with the following prescription:
Chizu Wugong (Whole Centipede, *Scolopendra subspinipes mutilans*) (one piece), Jichangcao (Herba Siegesbeckiae Orientalis), Jin Qiaomai (Rhizoma Fagopyri Dibotryis) (each 1 fen), Tonglv (Verdigris, *Cupri Acetas*), Shexiang (Musk, *Moschus*).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. If the patient punctures the lesion with a needle, apply the powder over the puncture site and the surface of the erysipelas, then cover it with a paste made of vinegar and flour. If a patient is unaware of the infection and, after several days, cannot eat due to pain, first administer the following medicine:
Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis) (equal parts).
Grind the above into powder. Administer half a qian or one qian mixed with fresh cold water; recovery will be immediate.
This formula is highly effective for treating Tu Gui Dan and wounds caused by horse sweat entering sores.
Wumei (Fried Smoked Plum Fruit, *Fructus Mume*) (roasted), Nuomi (Glutinous Rice, *Oryza sativa var. glutinosa*), Xingren (Seed Pruni Armeniacae, *Semen Armeniacae Amarum*) (peeled and core removed, ground), Dianhua (Indigo Naturalis, *Indigofera tinctoria Leaf*) (each 1 liang), Yanchi (Prepared Soybean, *Glycine max*) (1.5 liang), Badou (Seed Crotonis Tiglii, *Semen Crotonis*) (20 grains, heart and skin removed, fried in oil, ground).
Grind the above into powder and make pills using starch paste. First, puncture the sore, then grind the medicine with vinegar and apply it topically. Cover with a vinegar-flour paste. Taking one or two pills internally is also beneficial.
Master Wang forbade the use of treatments for Tu Gui Dan and She Chan Dan (Snake-Coiling Erysipelas).
[Mantra omitted due to garbled text]. Recite the mantra twenty-one times in one breath and blow onto the affected area. The practitioner should stand facing Southeast, while the patient faces Northwest. Pinch the base joint line of the middle finger with the thumb, and pinch the middle joint of the thumb with the index finger; do this with both hands. Release the pinch when blowing. Maintain this practice for forty-nine days; it can be used at dawn facing North.
When the sore progresses to expose bone and attaches to the ankle, it belongs to this category.
*Qianjin Fang* suggests crushing garlic and applying it thickly as a compress. *Yingru Fang* suggests pricking the swelling to a depth of two fen, and applying a mixture of Niu Danzhi (Bovis Bile, *Bos taurus domesticus Gallus Bladder Extract*) and Dahuang powder.
[Zao Xin Dan]: Starts from the head, spreading over the whole body, red in color. Use soil from under the pig trough and bark from peach and willow roots, grind into powder, mix with raw sesame oil, and apply.
[Zao Wei Dan]: Starts from the waist, black in color, with whole-body pain. Use grass from the four corners of the hall, burn to ash, add Bai Fan (Alumen, *Aluminium Potassium Sulfate*) powder, mix with egg white, and apply.
[Long Huo Dan]: Starts from the abdomen spreading to the heart region, yellow-red in color. Use grass from the roof ridge, burn to ash, add Song Hua (Pollen Pinus, *Pinus Massoniana Pollen*) and white egg yolk, mix with water from the pig trough, and apply.
[Jun Zao Dan]: Starts from the right hand, resembling snake movement, red in color. Use soil from under the stove, mix with oil, and apply.
[Mu Zao Dan]: Starts from the left foot. Use Zhu Tang (Pig broth/fat liquid) and ash from the front of the stove to apply.
[Nv Zao Dan]: Starts from the genital area, purple-red in color. Use urine from a young girl, mix with soil from the brick seam on the right side of the plum stove, and apply.
[Zhu Huang Dan]: Starts from the right foot, spreading over the whole body. Use grass from the four corners of the house, mix with water used by blacksmiths for grinding knives, and apply.
[Xing Zi Dan]: Starts from the head, spreading over the whole body, coin-sized, red in color. Use branches of peach trees growing towards the north, burn to ash, mix with oil, and apply.
[Feng Zi Dan]: Spreads from the head and face in all directions. Use soil from the stove top, add Ni Fen (Calomel, *Hydrargyri Chloridum Mite*), mix with egg white, and apply.
[Luan Shen Dan]: A severe condition starting from inside the abdomen, receding to the anus, purple-black in color. Use Shan Huo Cao (herb name unspecified, likely local), Bai Fan powder, honey, and water used for washing silver, mix, and take orally.
[Zhu Huo Dan]: Starts from the back, yellow-red in color. Use wall soil, soil under the pig trough, Bai Fan powder, ginger juice, and raw oil, mix, and apply.
[Mu Zi Dan]: Starts from the eye sockets. Use Bai Fan, Ge Fen (Concha Meretricis et Cyclinae, *Clam Shell Powder*), Zhang Liu Gen (Root of *Populus simonii* or similar), crush to extract juice, mix, and apply.
[Huo Yan Dan]: Starts from the anterior chest, headache feeling like burning fire. Use Shan Huo Cao, soil under the pig trough, egg yolk, mix, and apply.
[Zhi Zhu Dan]: Whole-body illness. Use Bai Fan, ash from burning Zao Jiao (Folliculus Gleditsiae Sinensis, *Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit*), mud from under the pig trough, mix, and apply.
[Fo Jia Dan]: Starts from the ear. Use Ru Xiang (Resina Draconis, *Dragon's Blood Resin* - note: usually Frankincense is Ruxiang, here context implies resinous herb), Shan Huo Cao, soil from roof tiles, mix with oil, and apply.
[Shen Qi Dan]: Starts from the head and back. Use Gu Niu Gu (Ossis Bovis Tibia, *Ox Tibia Bone*) burned to ash, mix with Yang Zhi (Ade Ovis, *Sheep Fat*), and apply.
[Huo Dan]: Starts from the dorsal scapula. Use raw hemp oil mixed with mud from under the pig trough, and apply.
Additionally, Chao Yuanfang stated: Erysipelas appearing on the back, arms, and anus is called Huo Dan. *Yingru Fang* treats Huo Dan using Jing Tian Cao (Herba Sedis Aizoon, *Sedum aizoon*) (10 liang) and Zhen Zhu (Concha Margaritifera, *Pearl*) (1 fen), crushed into a paste, and applied to the erysipelas.
[Hu Lou Zao Dan]: Starts from the navel. Use rainwater leaking from the roof to mix with soil from the stove, and apply.
[Hu Chui Zao Dan]: Starts from the genital area. Use mud from under the nightshade plant, mix with Cu Jiu (Vinegar, *Acetum*), and apply.
[Tu Zao Dan]: Starts from the ankle. Use thatch grass from the four corners of the house, hemp from the horizontal beam of the stove, burn to ash, mix with egg white, and apply.
[Ye Zao Dan]: Starts from the back. Use Rou Xiang Rong, Shuo Die (Herba Datiscae Cannabinae, *Datiscana Cannabina Herb*), Chi Xiao Dou (Seed Phaseoli Angularis, *Adzuki Bean*) powder, apply for immediate cure.
[Shen Zao Dan]: Starts from the abdomen. Use Tu Feng Ke (Soil Beehive, *Hymenoptera Nest*), Xingren, Ni Fen, raw oil, mix, and apply.
