加味芎 汤 治打扑伤损，败血流入胃脘，呕吐黑血如豆汁。
芎 当归 白芍药 百合（水浸一日） 荆芥（各二钱）
上作一服。水一盅半，酒半钟，煎至八分。不拘时服。
百合散 治打扑伤损，败血流入胃脘，呕黑血汁者。
川芎 赤芍药 当归 百合 生地黄 侧柏叶 荆芥 犀角 牡丹皮 黄芩 黄连
栀子 郁金 大黄
上水煎。加童便，和服。大便利者，去大黄。
若出血过多，面黑胸胀，或胸膈痛而发喘者，乃气虚，血乘于肺也，急用二味参苏
饮。若咳血衄血者，乃气逆血蕴于肺也，急用十味参苏饮加山栀、芩、连、苏木。 举
人杜克弘，坠马，服下血药反作喘，日晡益甚，此血虚所致耳。非瘀血为患，遂以四物
加参 、五味、麦门治之，其喘顿止。又用补中益气加五味、麦门而愈。此证果系瘀血
蒸熏瘀肺而喘，只宜活血、行血，亦不可下。若面黑胸胀，或膈痛作喘，当用人参一两，苏
木二两作一剂，水煎急服，缓则不治。产妇多有此疾。
二味参苏饮 治出血过多，于血入肺，面黑喘促。
人参（一两） 苏木（二两）
上水煎服。
十味参苏饮 治气逆，血蕴上焦，发热气促；或咳血衄血；或痰嗽不止，加黄芩、山
栀，即加味参苏饮。
人参 紫苏 半夏 茯苓 陈皮 桔梗 前胡 葛根 枳壳（各一钱） 炙甘草（五分）
上姜水煎服。
加味芎汤：治疗因跌打损伤，导致瘀血流入胃脘，出现呕吐黑色血液如豆汁状的症状。
药材组成：川芎、当归、白芍药、百合（需用水浸泡一天）、荆芥（各二钱）。
煎服方法：以上药材作为一剂服用。加水一盅半，酒半钟，煎煮至八分满。不拘泥于固定时间服用。
百合散：治疗因跌打损伤，导致瘀血流入胃脘，呕吐黑色血汁的症状。
药材组成：川芎、赤芍药、当归、百合、生地黄、侧柏叶、荆芥、犀角、牡丹皮、黄芩、黄连、栀子、郁金、大黄。
煎服方法：以上药材用水煎煮。加入童便（儿童尿液），混合后服用。如果大便通畅者，去掉大黄。
如果出血过多，出现面色发黑、胸部胀满，或者胸膈疼痛并引发喘息的症状，这是气虚，血液上逆侵犯肺脏所致，应立即使用二味参苏饮。如果出现咳血或鼻衄（流鼻血）的症状，这是气机逆乱，血液郁积在肺脏所致，应立即使用十味参苏饮，并加入山栀、黄芩、黄连、苏木。举人杜克弘，从马上摔下，服用活血祛瘀药物后反而加重了喘息，且在傍晚时分更加严重，这是由于血虚导致的。并非瘀血为患，于是用四物汤加入人参、五味子、麦门冬来治疗，他的喘息立刻停止。随后又用补中益气汤加入五味子、麦门冬而痊愈。这种病症如果是确实因为瘀血熏蒸肺部而导致喘息，只适宜采用活血、行血的方法，也不可以使用泻下法。如果面色发黑、胸部胀满，或者膈部疼痛引发喘息，应当用人参一两，苏木二两作为一剂，用水煎煮急服，拖延则无法救治。产妇多有此类疾病。
二味参苏饮：治疗因出血过多，血液进入肺脏，导致面色发黑、呼吸急促的症状。
药材组成：人参（一两）、苏木（二两）。
煎服方法：以上药材用水煎煮服用。
十味参苏饮：治疗气机逆乱，血液郁积在上焦，出现发热、呼吸急促；或者咳血、鼻衄；或者咳嗽痰多不止的症状。若加入黄芩、山栀，即为加味参苏饮。
药材组成：人参、紫苏、半夏、茯苓、陈皮、桔梗、前胡、葛根、枳壳（各一钱）、炙甘草（五分）。
煎服方法：以上药材用姜水煎煮服用。
Jiawei Xiong Decoction (Addicted Ligusticum Decoction): Treats black blood vomiting resembling bean dregs caused by contusions and injuries where stagnant blood flows into the stomach.
Ingredients: Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Danggui Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Baishao Radix Paeoniae Alba, Baihe Bulbus Lilii (soaked in water for one day), Jingjie Herba Schizonepetae (each 2 qian).
Preparation: Take as one dose. Add 1.5 cups of water and half a cup of wine, decoct until reduced to 0.8 parts. Take at any time without restriction.
Baihe San (Lily Powder): Treats vomiting of black blood juice due to contusions and injuries where stagnant blood flows into the stomach.
Ingredients: Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Chishao Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Danggui Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Baihe Bulbus Lilii, Shengdihuang Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Cebeiye Folium Platycladi, Jingjie Herba Schizonepetae, Xijiao Cornu Rhinocerotis, Mudanpi Cortex Moutan, Huangqin Radix Scutellariae, Huanglian Rhizoma Coptidis, Zhizi Fructus Gardeniae, Yujin Radix Curcumae Longae, Dahuang Radix et Rhizoma Rhei.
Preparation: Decoct with water. Add Tongbian (child's urine) and take mixed. If bowel movements are smooth, remove Dahuang.
If excessive bleeding occurs, leading to a dark complexion and chest distension, or chest diaphragm pain accompanied by panting, this indicates Qi deficiency with blood invading the Lung. Immediately use Erwei Renshen Suxue Yin (Two-Ingredient Ginseng and Perilla Drink). If hemoptysis (coughing up blood) or epistaxis (nosebleed) occurs, this indicates rebellious Qi with blood stagnating in the Lung. Immediately use Shiwei Renshen Suxue Yin (Ten-Ingredient Ginseng and Perilla Drink) added with Zhizi Fructus Gardeniae, Huangqin Radix Scutellariae, Huanglian Rhizoma Coptidis, and Sumu Lignum Sappan. Scholar Du Kehong fell from a horse; after taking blood-invigorating drugs, his panting worsened, becoming more severe in the afternoon. This was caused by Blood deficiency, not blood stasis. Thus, Siwu Tang (Four-Substance Decoction) was used with added Renshen Radix Ginseng, Wuweizi Fructus Schisandrae, and Maimendong Radix Ophiopogonis. His panting stopped immediately. Subsequently, he recovered using Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Tonify the Middle and Augment the Qi Decoction) added with Wuweizi Fructus Schisandrae and Maimendong Radix Ophiopogonis. If this condition is indeed panting caused by blood stasis steaming the Lung, only blood-invigorating and blood-moving methods should be used; purgatives must not be employed. If there is a dark complexion, chest distension, or diaphragm pain causing panting, use Renshen Radix Ginseng (1 liang) and Sumu Lignum Sappan (2 liang) as one dose, decoct with water and take urgently; delay renders it untreatable. This condition is common among postpartum women.
Erwei Renshen Suxue Yin (Two-Ingredient Ginseng and Perilla Drink): Treats excessive bleeding leading to blood entering the Lung, causing a dark complexion and rapid breathing.
Ingredients: Renshen Radix Ginseng (1 liang), Sumu Lignum Sappan (2 liang).
Preparation: Decoct with water and take.
Shiwei Renshen Suxue Yin (Ten-Ingredient Ginseng and Perilla Drink): Treats rebellious Qi and blood stagnation in the Upper Jiao, presenting with fever and rapid breathing; or hemoptysis and epistaxis; or persistent cough with phlegm. Adding Huangqin Radix Scutellariae and Zhizi Fructus Gardeniae constitutes Jiawei Renshen Suxue Yin (Addicted Ginseng and Perilla Decoction).
Ingredients: Renshen Radix Ginseng, Zisu Folium Perillae, Banxia Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum, Fuling Sclerotium Poriae, Chenpi Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Jiegeng Radix Platycodonis, Qianhu Radium Peucedani, Gegen Radix Puerariae, Zhike Fructus Aurantii Immaturus (each 1 qian), Zhigancao Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata (0.5 qian).
Preparation: Decoct with ginger water and take.
