诸痛痒疮，皆属于心，诸湿肿满，皆属于脾。心主血，脾主肉，血热而肉湿，湿热
相合，溃败肌肤，浸淫不休，不可以定名命之，故谓之恶疮也。然有辨焉，如疥癣、瘾
疹之属，怫郁气血，在皮肤腠理间者，可以表而散。《内经》有谓∶汗之则疮已者，是已。
若郁气血在肌肉之分，外连皮肤，作寒热而生脓者，或七情所招，或膏粱之变，皆宜解
内热不宜汗也。张仲景所谓∶疮家不可发汗，汗之则痉者，是已。一疮而有宜汗、不宜汗
之别，热有浅深表里故也。故疮在皮肤，则当因其轻而扬之，汗之浴之，外以杀虫润燥，
皆解凝结涎沫之药敷之。疮在肌肉，则当因其重而减之，泻经络之热，清凉气血外，以
化脓生肌膏 之。疮在头巅，则当射而取之，用酒制寒凉剂，更以风药升而上之，外以杀
虫解热药敷之。能明此三者，其于治疮思过半矣。
乳香消毒散（《宝鉴》） 专治恶疮。
大黄（煨） 黄 牛蒡子（炒） 金银花（各五两） 甘草（三两） 牡蛎（盐泥煨烧，五两） 乳香
没药 悬蒌（各半两）
上为粗末。每服五钱，水煎。疮在上食后。在下食前。
连翘饮 治诸恶疮，红赤痛痒，心烦口干，及妇人血风斑圆点，开烂成疮，痒痛流
黄水汁。
连翘 当归 栝蒌根 生干地黄 荆芥 黄芩 赤芍药 麦门冬 瞿麦 木通 牛
蒡子（炒） 山栀子 防风 川芎 粉草（各等分）
上 咀。每服四钱，水一盏半，灯心二十茎煎至八分，去滓。不拘时服。
救苦黄 散 治恶疮痈疖
黄 当归 芍药 栝蒌根 甘草（各一两五钱） 栝蒌（一对） 金银花（二两） 熟地
黄（不拘多少） 皂角刺（为引）
上 咀。每服半两，无灰好酒一升，同引子装入瓷瓶内，瓶头用笋叶封，将瓶坐于
锅内，上以火盆覆锅口，盆外以黄泥封之，勿令出气，煮至外闻药香为度。取出瓶，澄定
饮清，将药滓再添酒一升，根据前煮服。若饮少者，酒水各半煎服。疮在上食后临卧服。在
下空心服。此药治病，万无一失，神验如谷应声。常于五月五日修合。
托里金银地丁散 治诸恶疮、肿毒疼痛。
金银花 黄连 当归 紫花地丁 赤芍药 黄 人参 甘草节 桔梗 大黄（各半
两） 乳香 白檀香 没药 连翘（各三钱） 子芩 栀子仁 玄参（各二两） 麦门冬（去心） 前
胡甘草（微炙，各一两）
上 咀。每服五钱，水一盏，酒一盏，煎到八分，去滓。随病上下温服。
紫花地丁散 治诸恶毒疮，肿痛如神。
紫花地丁 当归 大黄 赤芍药 金银花 黄 （各半两） 甘草节（二钱）
上 咀。每服一两，用水一盏、酒一盏，同煎至一大盏，去滓。随病上下服。
增益四物汤 治一切恶疮。
川芎 当归 芍药 地黄 防风 荆芥 甘草（各等分） 凤尾草（斟量，加入）
上锉碎。每服三大钱，水一盏半，煎至八分，去滓。食前温服。
〔海〕 恶疮入腹、心，呕逆，药食不下。
豆粉（半两） 干胭脂（三钱） 定粉（二钱）
上为细末，新水调下。
碧霞挺子 治恶疮神效，了不觉疼痛者。
铜绿 砂（各二钱） 蟾酥（一钱）
上为细末，烧饭和作麦 挺子。每刺不觉痛者，须刺出血，方 药在内，以膏药贴
之。
蚀恶疮方 非奇异恶疮，不可用。
铜绿（二钱） 砂（一字） 石胆矾（半钱，并细研）
上为细末，敷之。
治恶疮或有小虫。

拔毒散 治诸恶疮，消肿去毒。

上为细末。好醋调，敷贴立效。
桑螵蛸散 治诸恶疮。
桑螵蛸 地龙 贝母 黄柏（各半两） 虢丹（ ，一两） 乳香（二钱半） 粳米粉（二钱） 麝香
（半钱） 雄黄 轻粉（各一钱）
上为细末，以新汲井水和砂糖调敷。
洗疮药 洗诸般恶疮。
贯众 川芎 茵陈 地骨皮 荆芥 独活 防风 地 蓄 甘草（各二钱） 当归（三
钱）
咀。水三碗煎三沸，去滓。通手洗之。
又洗药
白芷 荆芥 葳蕤 何首乌 茯苓 苦参 川芎 白牵牛 防风 蔓荆子（各一钱）
为细末。用浆水四碗煎五七沸，临卧洗净，涂后药。
涂药
轻粉 白矾 舶上硫黄（各等分）
上为细末。用酥油调，临睡涂三次。
万宝代针膏 治诸恶疮，肿核赤晕，已成脓，不肯用针刺脓，此药代之。但用小针
点破疮头，却粘贴膏药，脓即自溃，此秘妙良方。
蓬砂 血竭 轻粉（各一钱半） 金头蜈蚣（一条） 蟾酥（半钱） 雄黄（一钱） 片脑（少许） 麝
香（一字）
上为细末，用蜜和为膏。看疮有头处用小针挑破，以药些小纸花上封贴，次早其脓
自出。如腋下有耍核儿名暗疔疮，或有走核，可于肿处用针挑破，如前用之。忌鸡、羊、鱼、
酒、面等物，吃白粥三日为妙。
龙葵散 治诸恶疮，多出脓水不干。
龙葵（即天茄子） 景天（即慎火草） 黄连（去须） 天灵盖（各一两） 龙骨 木鳖子 乳香
黄蜀葵花（各半两）
上为细末，入腻粉少许，蜜调。随疮大小，纸摊贴之。
神效方 治一切恶疮，医所不识者。
水银 黄柏 黄连 松脂（黄明者） 腻粉 土蜂窠（着壁上者，南方多有之，或云 窠）
甘草（各等分）
上将水银放掌中，以唾津杀为泥，入瓷器中，以生麻油和研，生绢滤如稀饧，和药
末再研如稠饧。先温水洗疮，帛拭干涂之。一切无名疮，涂一次即瘥。有黄水者涂之随手
便干，痒不堪忍者涂之立止，痛甚者涂之立定。治疥尤佳，抓破敷药。
乳香散 治远年恶疮。
乳香 腻粉（各半钱） 黄柏（去粗皮） 龙骨 大黄（锉各三钱） 麝香（一字）
上为细末。先以苦竹沥洗疮拭干，掺药。
熊胆膏 治一切恶疮。
熊胆（研一钱） 腻粉（一钱二分半） 雄黄（研） 麝香（研，各半钱） 槟榔（研，一字）
上研匀，于腊日用 猪胆一枚，取汁和药，仍入在胆内，用绵绳系定揉匀，以松明
黑焰熏遍黑，挂于阴处。如恶疮有指面大者，用如黍米大贴之；如钱大者，用如绿豆大贴
之。恐药干难贴薄，以津唾调如稀糊涂之，仍用薄桦皮盖贴，以帛子系之，药不可多用。
乌金膏 治一切恶疮。
桑枝 槐枝 榆枝 枸杞枝 桃枝 柳枝
上各长一尺，粗如小指，俱一寸截劈四破。用油四两，炒令焦黑，滤去滓。入铅丹
半两，蜡一两，复熬令黑色，倾在瓷合内候冷以新汲水浸，出火毒用，涂疮。
桃花散 治一切恶疮，生肌活血，治金疮去风。
乌鱼骨 虎骨 龙骨（各一两） 寒水石（半
斤， ） 白石脂 赤石脂 白蔹（各半两） 黄丹（少许）
上入白芨半两，同为细末。量疮大小敷贴。
凡是各种疼痛、瘙痒、疮疡，都归属于心；各种湿邪引起的肿胀、痞满，都归属于脾。心主司血液，脾主司肌肉，血分有热而肌肉受湿，湿热相互结合，导致肌肤溃烂败坏，浸淫不止，无法确定具体名称来称呼它，所以称之为恶疮。然而需要加以辨别，比如疥癣、瘾疹这类病症，是气血郁结在皮肤腠理之间，可以采用发汗解表的方法使其消散。《黄帝内经》曾说：“用发汗法治疗，疮疡就能痊愈”，说的就是这种情况。如果气血郁结在肌肉的层次，外部连及皮肤，出现寒热症状并化脓，或者是由于七情内伤引起，或者是饮食肥甘厚味所致，都应当清解内部的热邪，而不宜使用发汗法。张仲景所说的：“患有疮疡的人不可发汗，发汗会导致痉挛”，说的就是这种情况。同一个疮疡，有的适合发汗，有的不适合发汗，这是因为热邪有浅深、表里的区别。所以，疮疡在皮肤层面，就应当顺应其轻浅的特性而发散它，采用发汗、洗浴的方法，外用杀虫润燥的药物，以及化解凝结涎沫的药物外敷。疮疡在肌肉层面，就应当顺应其沉重的特性而削减它，泻除经络中的热邪，清凉气血，外用化脓生肌膏涂抹。疮疡在头顶部位，就应当采用射法取穴治疗，使用酒制的寒凉药剂，再用风药升提药力上行，外用杀虫解热的药物外敷。能明白这三点，对于治疗疮疡的道理就掌握了一大半。
乳香消毒散（出自《宝鉴》）专门治疗恶疮。
大黄（煨制）、黄芩、牛蒡子（炒制）、金银花（各五两）、甘草（三两）、牡蛎（用盐泥包裹煨烧，五两）、乳香、没药、栝楼（各半两）。
以上药材捣成粗末。每次服用五钱，用水煎煮。疮疡在上部者饭后服，在下部者饭前服。
连翘饮 治疗各种恶疮，症见红肿赤痛、瘙痒，心烦口干，以及妇女血风斑圆点，破溃成疮，瘙痒疼痛流出黄色水汁。
连翘、当归、栝楼根、生干地黄、荆芥、黄芩、赤芍药、麦门冬、瞿麦、木通、牛蒡子（炒制）、山栀子、防风、川芎、粉草（各等分）。
以上药材切碎。每次服用四钱，加水一盏半，灯心草二十茎，煎至八分，去渣。不限时间服用。
救苦黄散 治疗恶疮痈疖。
黄芪、当归、芍药、栝楼根、甘草（各一两五钱）、栝楼（一对）、金银花（二两）、熟地黄（不拘多少）、皂角刺（作为药引）。
以上药材切碎。每次服用半两，用好酒一升，连同药引装入瓷瓶内，瓶口用笋叶封口，将瓶子放在锅内，上面用火盆覆盖锅口，盆外用黄泥密封，不让气体泄漏，煮到外面闻到药香为止。取出瓶子，澄清后饮用清液，将药渣再添入一升酒，按照前面的方法煮服。如果药液太少，可以酒水各半煎服。疮疡在上部者，饭后临睡前服用。在下部者，空腹服用。此药治病，万无一失，灵验得如同山谷回声一样迅速。常在五月五日配制。
托里金银地丁散 治疗各种恶疮、肿毒疼痛。
金银花、黄连、当归、紫花地丁、赤芍药、黄芪、人参、甘草节、桔梗、大黄（各半两）、乳香、白檀香、没药、连翘（各三钱）、子芩、栀子仁、玄参（各二两）、麦门冬（去心）、前胡、甘草（微炙，各一两）。
以上药材切碎。每次服用五钱，加水一盏，酒一盏，煎至八分，去渣。根据病变部位上下温服。
紫花地丁散 治疗各种毒疮，消肿止痛效果神奇。
紫花地丁、当归、大黄、赤芍药、金银花、黄芪（各半两）、甘草节（二钱）。
以上药材切碎。每次服用一两，用水一盏、酒一盏，同煎至一大盏，去渣。根据病变部位上下服用。
增益四物汤 治疗一切恶疮。
川芎、当归、芍药、地黄、防风、荆芥、甘草（各等分）、凤尾草（酌情加入）。
以上药材锉碎。每次服用三大钱，加水一盏半，煎至八分，去渣。饭前温服。
〔海〕 恶疮深入腹部、心脏，呕吐逆气，药物和食物都无法下咽。
豆粉（半两）、干胭脂（三钱）、定粉（二钱）。
以上研为细末，用新汲水调服。
碧霞挺子 治疗恶疮神效，完全感觉不到疼痛。
铜绿、砒砂（各二钱）、蟾酥（一钱）。
以上研为细末，用米饭调和做成麦粒大小的挺子。每次针刺不觉痛的地方，必须刺出血，然后将药纳入其中，贴上膏药。
蚀恶疮方 非奇异恶疮，不可使用。
铜绿（二钱）、砒砂（一字）、石胆矾（半钱，并细研）。
以上研为细末，外敷。
治疗恶疮或有小虫。
胆矾、轻粉、乳香（各一钱）、龙骨、虎骨、露蜂房、白矾（各二钱半）、砒砂、土蜂房、雄黄（各二钱）、麝香（五分）、片脑（一字）。
以上研为细末。刺破疮口，用盐水清洗，根据疮口的紧慢情况上药，神效。
拔毒散 治疗各种恶疮，消肿去毒。
天花粉、无名异、黄柏、黄芩、木鳖子、大黄、牡蛎（各等分）。
以上研为细末。用好醋调匀，敷贴，立即见效。
桑螵蛸散 治疗各种恶疮。
桑螵蛸、地龙、贝母、黄柏（各半两）、丹砂（一两）、乳香（二钱半）、粳米粉（二钱）、麝香（半钱）、雄黄、轻粉（各一钱）。
以上研为细末，用新打的井水和砂糖调匀外敷。
洗疮药 清洗各种恶疮。
贯众、川芎、茵陈、地骨皮、荆芥、独活、防风、地肤子、甘草（各二钱）、当归（三钱）。
切碎。用水三碗煎煮三沸，去渣。温度适宜时清洗患处。
又洗药
白芷、荆芥、葳蕤、何首乌、茯苓、苦参、川芎、白牵牛、防风、蔓荆子（各一钱）。
研为细末。用浆水四碗煎煮五七沸，临睡前洗净，涂上后面的药。
涂药
轻粉、白矾、舶上硫黄（各等分）。
以上研为细末。用酥油调匀，临睡前涂抹三次。
万宝代针膏 治疗各种恶疮，肿核赤晕，已经成脓，但不肯用针刺破排脓，此药代替针刺。只需用小针点破疮头，然后粘贴膏药，脓液就会自然溃破，这是秘妙的良方。
蓬砂、血竭、轻粉（各一钱半）、金头蜈蚣（一条）、蟾酥（半钱）、雄黄（一钱）、片脑（少许）、麝香（一字）。
以上研为细末，用蜂蜜调和成膏。看疮有头处用小针挑破，将药少许涂在小纸花上封贴，次日早晨脓液自然流出。如腋下有耍核儿名叫暗疔疮，或者有走核，可在肿处用针挑破，像前面那样使用。忌食鸡、羊、鱼、酒、面等物，吃白粥三天为好。
龙葵散 治疗各种恶疮，多出脓水不干。
龙葵（即天茄子）、景天（即慎火草）、黄连（去须）、天灵盖（各一两）、龙骨、木鳖子、乳香、黄蜀葵花（各半两）。
以上研为细末，加入少许腻粉，用蜂蜜调和。根据疮的大小，用纸摊开贴敷。
神效方 治疗一切恶疮，医生所不认识的那种。
水银、黄柏、黄连、松脂（黄色的明胶）、腻粉、土蜂窠（附着在墙壁上的，南方多有，或云岩窠）、甘草（各等分）。
先将水银放在手掌中，用唾液研磨成泥，放入瓷器中，用生麻油和研，用生绢过滤如稀糖浆，再与药末一起研磨如稠糖浆。先用温水清洗疮口，用布擦干后涂抹。一切无名疮，涂抹一次即可痊愈。有黄水者涂抹后随手变干，痒得难以忍受者涂抹后立即止痒，痛甚者涂抹后立即止痛。治疗疥疮尤其好，抓破后敷药。
乳香散 治疗多年不愈的恶疮。
乳香、腻粉（各半钱）、黄柏（去粗皮）、龙骨、大黄（锉碎各三钱）、麝香（一字）。
以上研为细末。先用苦竹沥清洗疮口并擦干，撒药。
熊胆膏 治疗一切恶疮。
熊胆（研一钱）、腻粉（一钱二分半）、雄黄（研）、麝香（研，各半钱）、槟榔（研，一字）。

All pain, itching, and sores are associated with the Heart; all dampness-induced swelling and fullness are associated with the Spleen. The Heart governs Blood, and the Spleen governs flesh. When blood is hot and flesh is damp, damp-heat combines, causing skin and muscle to ulcerate and decay, spreading incessantly without a fixed name, thus it is called "evil sore" (E chuang). However, differentiation is necessary. For conditions such as scabies, tinea, and urticaria, where qi and blood are stagnant in the skin and interstices, they can be dispersed by inducing sweating. As stated in the *Neijing* (Inner Canon): "Sweating will cure the sore," this refers to such cases. If qi and blood stagnation occurs in the muscle layer, extending externally to the skin, accompanied by alternating chills and fever and suppuration, or caused by emotional disturbances or dietary excesses of rich and sweet foods, internal heat should be resolved rather than inducing sweating. As Zhang Zhongjing stated: "Those with sores should not be sweated; if sweated, spasms will occur." This refers to such cases. Whether a sore requires sweating or not depends on the depth and location (exterior or interior) of the heat. Therefore, for sores on the skin, one should follow their light nature and disperse them by sweating or bathing, using external medications to kill parasites, moisten dryness, and resolve condensed phlegm and foam. For sores in the muscles, one should follow their heavy nature and reduce them by draining heat from the meridians, cooling qi and blood, and applying external ointments to transform pus and generate flesh. For sores on the vertex of the head, one should use shooting acupuncture methods, employing wine-processed cold-natured formulas and wind-dispelling herbs to ascend the therapeutic effect, along with external applications to kill parasites and clear heat. Understanding these three principles covers more than half of the treatment of sores.
Ruxiao Xiaodu San (Milky Resin Detoxification Powder) [from *Baojian*]: Specifically treats evil sores.
Rhizoma et Radix Magnoliae Officinalis (Huangqi, 黄芪), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui, 当归), Fructus Paeoniae Rubra (Shaoyao, 芍药), Rhizoma Anemarrhenae Asphodeloides (Gualougen, 栝楼根), Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis (Gancao, 甘草) (each 1.5 liang), Gualou (one pair), Flos Lonicerae Japonicae (Jinyinhua, 金银花) (2 liang), Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata (Shudihuang, 熟地黄) (as needed), Spina Gleditsiae Sinensis (Zaocys, 皂角刺) (as a guide).
Crush into coarse powder. Take 0.5 liang per dose, decoct in water. For sores above, take after meals; for sores below, take before meals.
Lianqiao Yin (Forsythia Decoction): Treats various evil sores with redness, swelling, pain, itching, irritability, dry mouth, and women's blood-wind macules that ulcerate, itch, hurt, and discharge yellow fluid.
Fructus Forsythiae Suspensae (Lianqiao, 连翘), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui, 当归), Rhizoma Anemarrhenae Asphodeloides (Gualougen, 栝楼根), Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (Sheng Dihuang, 生干地黄), Herba Schizonepetae (Jingjie, 荆芥), Radix Scutellariae Baicalensis (Huangqin, 黄芩), Radix Paeoniae Rubra (Chishaoyao, 赤芍药), Herba Ophiopogonis Japonici (Maimendong, 麦门冬), Herba Dianthi (Qumai, 瞿麦), Caulis Akebiae Trifolatae (Mutong, 木通), Semen Arctii Lappae (Niubangzi, 牛蒡子) (fried), Fructus Gardeniae Jasminoidis (Shanzhizi, 山栀子), Radix Saposhnikoviae Divaricatae (Fangfeng, 防风), Radix Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong, 川芎), Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis (Fengcao, 粉草) (each equal parts).
Cut into small pieces. Take 4 qian per dose, add 1.5 cups of water and 20 stalks of Juncus effusus (Dengxincao, 灯心), decoct until 0.8 cup remains, strain. Take at any time.
Jiuku Huangsan (Salvation Yellow Powder): Treats evil sores, carbuncles, and furuncles.
Radix Astragali Membranacei (Huangqi, 黄芪), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui, 当归), Radix Paeoniae Rubra (Shaoyao, 芍药), Rhizoma Anemarrhenae Asphodeloides (Gualougen, 栝楼根), Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis (Gancao, 甘草) (each 1.5 liang), Gualou (one pair), Flos Lonicerae Japonicae (Jinyinhua, 金银花) (2 liang), Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (Shudihuang, 熟地黄) (as needed), Spina Gleditsiae Sinensis (Zaocys, 皂角刺) (as a guide).
Cut into small pieces. Take 0.5 liang per dose, add 1 sheng of good non-intoxicating wine, place together with the guide in a porcelain bottle, seal the bottle mouth with bamboo leaves, place the bottle in a pot, cover the pot mouth with a fire basin, seal the basin outside with yellow mud to prevent gas leakage, boil until the medicinal aroma is detectable outside. Remove the bottle, let settle, drink the clear liquid. Add 1 sheng of wine to the dregs, boil again as before. If the liquid is too little, use half wine and half water. For sores above, take after meals before sleep. For sores below, take on an empty stomach. This medicine is infallible, effective as quickly as an echo. It is usually prepared on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month.
Tuoli Jinyin Diding San (Supporting Interior Gold-Silver Violet Groundsel Powder): Treats various evil sores, swelling, toxicity, and pain.

Grind into fine powder. Mix with fresh well water and sugar, apply externally.
Xichuang Yao (Sore Washing Medicine): Washes various kinds of evil sores.
Radix Cyathulae Officinalis (Guanzhong, 贯众), Radix Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong, 川芎), Herba Artemisiae Capillaris (Yinchen, 茵陈), Cortex Lycii Chinensis (Digupi, 地骨皮), Herba Schizonepetae (Jingjie, 荆芥), Radix Angelicae Dahuricae (Duhuo, 独活), Radix Saposhnikoviae Divaricatae (Fangfeng, 防风), Herba Kochiae Scopariae (Difuzi, 地肤子), Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis (Gancao, 甘草) (each 2 qian), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui, 3 qian).
Cut. Decoct 3 bowls of water for three boils, strain. Wash when temperature is suitable.

Radix Angelicae Dahuricae (Baizhi, 白芷), Herba Schizonepetae (Jingjie, 荆芥), Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati (Weirui, 葳蕤), Radix Polygoni Multiflori (Heshouwu, 何首乌), Poria (Fuling, 茯苓), Cortex Sophorae Flavescentis (Kushen, 苦参), Radix Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong, 川芎), Semen Phaseoli Radiati (Bai Qianniu, 白牵牛), Radix Saposhnikoviae Divaricatae (Fangfeng, 防风), Fructus Viticis Negundo (Manjingzi, 蔓荆子) (each 1 qian).
Grind into fine powder. Decoct 4 bowls of sour rice water for five to seven boils. Wash thoroughly before sleep, then apply the following medicine.
Applying Medicine
Calomel (Qingfen, 轻粉), White alum (Baifan, 白矾), Imported Sulfur (Bo Shang Liuhuang, 舶上硫黄) (each equal parts).
Grind into fine powder. Mix with clarified butter, apply three times before sleep.
Wanbao Daizhen Gao (Ten Thousand Treasures Needle-Replacement Plaster): Treats various evil sores with swollen nodules and red halos, already suppurated but unwilling to use needles to drain pus. This medicine replaces needle drainage. Simply use a small needle to puncture the sore head, then paste the plaster. Pus will naturally drain. This is a secret excellent formula.
Arsenic sulfide ore (Pengsha, 蓬砂), Dragon's blood (Xuejie, 血竭), Calomel (Qingfen, 轻粉) (each 1.5 qian), Centipede with golden head (Jintou Wugong, 金头蜈蚣) (one piece), Toad venom (Chansu, 蟾酥) (0.5 qian), Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄) (1 qian), Borneolum Syntheticum (Pian nao, 片脑) (a little), Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香) (1 zi).
Grind into fine powder, mix with honey to form a plaster. Where the sore has a head, prick it open with a small needle, place a small amount of medicine on a small paper flower, and seal/apply it. By the next morning, pus will naturally come out. If there is a hidden carbuncle named "An Ding Chuang" under the armpit, or moving nodules, prick open the swollen area with a needle and use as above. Avoid chicken, mutton, fish, alcohol, and noodles. Eating white porridge for three days is ideal.
Longkui San (Nightshade Powder): Treats various evil sores with excessive, non-drying pus.
Herba Solani Lilacanthi (Longkui, 龙葵) (also known as Tian Qie Zi), Herba Sedum Acre (Jingtian, 景天) (also known as Shen Huo Cao), Rhizoma Coptidis Chinensis (Huanglian, 黄连) (remove roots), Human skull cap (Tianlinggai, 天灵盖) (each 1 liang), Os Draconis (Longgu, 龙骨), Semen Momordicae Charantiae (Mubiezi, 木鳖子), Resina Burserae Mimosae (Ruxiang, 乳香), Flos Hibisci Mutabilis (Huang Shu Kui Hua, 黄蜀葵花) (each 0.5 liang).
Grind into fine powder, add a little calomel, mix with honey. Apply on paper according to the size of the sore.
Shenxiao Fang (Miraculous Formula): Treats all evil sores unknown to doctors.
Mercurius (Shuiyin, 水银), Cortex Phellodendri Amurensis (Huangbai, 黄柏), Rhizoma Coptidis Chinensis (Huanglian, 黄连), Pine resin (Songzhi, 松脂) (yellow and bright), Calomel (Nifen, 腻粉), Earth wasp nest (Tufengke, 土蜂窠) (attached to walls, common in the south, or rock nest), Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis (Gancao, 甘草) (each equal parts).
First, place mercury in the palm, grind with saliva into a paste, put in a porcelain jar, mix with raw hemp oil and grind, filter through raw silk like thin syrup, then mix with medicine powder and grind again like thick syrup. First wash the sore with warm water, wipe dry with cloth, and apply. All unnamed sores heal after one application. Sores with yellow fluid dry up immediately upon application. Severe itching stops instantly. Severe pain settles immediately. Especially good for scabies; apply after scratching open.
Ruxiang San (Milky Resin Powder): Treats long-standing evil sores.
Resina Burserae Mimosae (Ruxiang, 乳香), Calomel (Nifen, 腻粉) (each 0.5 qian), Cortex Phellodendri Amurensis (Huangbai, 黄柏) (remove rough bark), Os Draconis (Longgu, 龙骨), Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang, 大黄) (cut into pieces, each 3 qian), Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香) (1 zi).
Grind into fine powder. First wash the sore with bitter bamboo juice, wipe dry, and sprinkle medicine.
Xiondan Gao (Bear Gallbladder Ointment): Treats all evil sores.
Ursi Fel (Xiondan, 熊胆) (ground 1 qian), Calomel (Nifen, 腻粉) (1.25 qian), Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄) (ground), Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香) (ground, each 0.5 qian), Areca Seed (Binglang, 槟榔) (ground, 1 zi).
Grind evenly. On the tenth day of the twelfth lunar month, take one pig gallbladder, extract juice, mix with medicine, return to the gallbladder, tie tightly with cotton thread, knead evenly, smoke over pine wood black flame until black, hang in a shady place. For evil sores the size of a finger nail, use a millet grain size patch; for coin-sized sores, use a mung bean size patch. If the medicine is too dry to stick thinly, mix with saliva to a thin paste, cover with thin birch bark, tie with cloth. Do not use too much medicine.
Wujin Gao (Black Gold Ointment): Treats all evil sores.
Ramulus Mori (Sangzhi, 桑枝), Ramulus Cerasi (Huai Zhi, 槐枝), Ramulus Ulmi (Yu Zhi, 榆枝), Ramulus Lycii (Gouqi Zhi, 枸杞枝), Ramulus Persicae (Tao Zhi, 桃枝), Ramulus Salicis (Liuzhi, 柳枝).
Each branch one chi long, thickness of a small finger, cut into one-cun pieces and split into four. Use 4 liang of oil, fry until dark black, filter dregs. Add 0.5 liang of lead monoxide (Qiandan, 铅丹), 1 liang of wax, boil again until black, pour into a porcelain container, cool, soak in fresh water to remove fire toxicity, then apply to sores.
Taohua San (Peach Blossom Powder): Treats all evil sores, generates flesh, invigorates blood, treats metal wounds, dispels wind.
Cuttlebone (Wuyu Gu, 乌鱼骨), Os Tigridis (Hubang, 虎骨), Os Draconis (Longgu, 龙骨) (each 1 liang), Calcitum (Han Shui Shi, 寒水石) (0.5 jin, calcined), Halloysitum Album (Baishizhi, 白石脂), Halloysitum Rubrum (Chishizhi, 赤石脂), Radix Ampelopsis Japonicae (Bailian, 白蔹) (each 0.5 liang), Minium (Huandan, 黄丹) (a little).
Add 0.5 liang of Bletilla striata (Baiji, 白芨), grind together into fine powder. Apply according to the size of the sore.
