〔海〕龙蛇散 治风虚顽麻，遍身紫白癜风，瘾痒痛者。
白花蛇（去骨，焙） 黑梢蛇（去骨，焙） 萆 天麻 黄 金毛狗脊 自然铜 骨碎补
枫香（研） 草乌头（盐水浸，锉） 地龙（各一两） 乳香 没药（各三钱） 麝香（二钱）
上为细末，酒糊丸梧子大。每服十五丸，酒下食后；为末，酒调服亦得。
〔罗〕何首乌散 治白癜、紫癜诸风，筋骨疼痛，遍身疥癣，手足擘裂，睡卧不稳，
行步艰难，兼疗 疾，眼断白仁，鼻梁崩塌，并宜服之。
何首乌 蔓荆子 石菖薄 荆芥穗 甘菊花 枸杞子 苦参（去芦） 威灵仙（各半两）
上为细末。每服三五钱，食后温酒调下，或茶清、或蜜水亦得，日进二服。
当归散 治皮风，紫白癜风。
当归（去芦） 赤芍药 苦参（去芦，各半两） 赤土（一两）
上为细末。生猪脂二两，熬油去渣。同蜜一两，作一处调药，隔一宿。每服一大匙，
热酒调下，空心、食后各一服。并忌鸡、鸭、无鳞鱼、豆腐等物。
本事乌头丸 治宿患风癣，遍身黑色，肌体如木，皮肤粗涩，四肢麻痹。
草乌头（一斤）
入竹罗内以水浸，用瓦片于罗内就水中泷洗，如打菱角法。宜候泷洗去大皮及尖，控
起令干。用麻油四两，盐四两，入铫子内炒令深黄色，倾出油，只留盐并乌头，再炒令
黑色烟出为度。取一枚劈破，心内如米一点白恰好。如白多再炒，趁热取罗为末，用醋
糊丸如桐子大。每服三十丸，空心晚食前，温酒下。真州资福阉，文雅白老有此疾，服数
年黑 顿除，脚力强健，视聪不衰。有一宗人，遍身患紫癜风，身如墨，服逾年，体悦
泽。予服之一年，诸风疥疮疡皆瘥。性差热，虽云去毒，要之五七日作乌头粥，啜之为佳。
粥法，用豫章集中者佳。
治紫白癜风涂药
白矾 绿矾 生砒霜（各一钱）
上研极细如粉。用生茄子蒂，蘸擦患处，先浴后擦。
三黄膏 治紫白癜风疮癣疥。
雄黄 雌黄 砒霜（各半钱，并另研） 白矾 黄丹（并另研） 蛇床子（为末） 茹（各一两）
白胶香（另研） 轻粉（各一钱）
件用清油四两，入巴豆四粒煎黄色。去巴豆入诸药；又入黄蜡少许，熬成膏子。先用荆芥汤洗，
后用药擦，神效。
四神散 治紫白癜风。
雄黄 雌黄 硫黄 白矾（各等分）
上研为细末。每用时，先浴令通身汗出，次用生姜蘸药擦患处良久，热汤洗。当日色
淡，五日除根。
又方
紫癜白癜两般风，附子雄黄最有功。姜汁调匀茄蒂蘸，擦来两度更无踪。
〔世〕 紫白癜风，贝母为末，以胡桃肉蘸，洗浴后擦之，神效。又方，以信石好者
为上，研极细，用真香油调如薄粥，过一宿，取清油敷之愈。又方，用金狮草，挪碎擦之。
累效。

上以肥皂为丸，擦之。
〔紫癜风〕
夫紫癜风者，由皮肤生紫点，搔之皮起而不痒痛者是也。此皆风湿邪气。客于腠理
与气血相搏，致荣卫否涩，风冷在于肌肉之间，故令色紫也。

梨（二十枚，去皮核，捣绞取汁）
上件为末。取前二味汁煎如膏，和丸如梧桐子大。每服二十丸，温酒送下，不拘时

桑枝煎 治紫癜风。
桑枝（十斤） 益母草（三斤）
上件用水五斗，慢火煮至五升，滤去渣，入小铛内熬为膏。每夜临卧服半合，温酒调
下
硫黄膏 治紫癜风。

灰 膏 治紫癜风。

〔白癜风〕
夫肺有壅热，又风气外伤于肌肉，热与风交并，邪毒之气伏留于腠理，与卫气相搏，
不能消散，令皮肤皴起生白斑点，故名白癜风也。

苦参散 治肺脏久积风毒，皮肤间生白癜不止。
苦参（去芦，三两） 松脂 附子（去皮，脐） 栀子仁 木兰皮 露蜂房（各一两） 乌蛇（二两，
酒浸）
上为细末。每服二钱，温酒调下，不拘时候。
摩风膏 一治白癜风。
附子 川乌头 防风（各二钱） 凌霄花 踯躅花 露蜂房（各一两）
上件细锉。用猪脂三斤煎炼，看药黄焦，去渣候冷，收瓷合中用。摩风癜上，以瘥为
度。
又方
硫黄 密陀僧 腻粉 乳香（四味并另研） 杏仁 白僵蚕（炒）
上为细末，酥调成膏。用浆水洗疮，以生布擦破涂之，日夜四五次，甚妙。
治白癜风
红灰 草 苍耳根茎（各五斤） 茄子根茎（三斤）
上件并晒干，一处烧灰。用水一斗，煎汤淋取汁，却于铛内熬成膏，以瓷合盛；用
好乳香半两研，又入铅霜、腻粉各二钱半相和，入于膏内，用炼成黄牛脂二两，入于膏
内调搅令匀。每取摩涂所患处，一日涂三上，夜涂一上。
治白癜风胡桃涂之
胡桃（初生青者，五枚） 硫黄（半两，细研） 白矾（二钱半，细研）
上件和研为膏。月三两次涂之瘥。
治白癜风
附子（一枚，生用） 硫黄（半个，研） 鸡子（三个，用米醋浸经七日，看壳软取出，用臼调药）
为细末。用米粉二钱半，更研令匀，鸡子白调涂之。
玉粉膏 治白癜风。
白矾 硫黄（各半两）
上件同研如粉。用醋调涂即瘥。
治白癜风如雪色
硫黄 香墨（各一两半）
上件同研如粉。用生布揩癜上微伤，用醋和如膏涂之，作疮未瘥更涂。
三圣膏 治白癜风。
硫黄（生研） 黄丹（各半两，研）
上件用生绢袋盛，紧缚定。蘸生姜自然汁于白癜上搽之，日夜十次自愈。
治白癜风

上为细末。以醋和为剂，用绢布裹定。浴后擦之，其药力自下矣。
紫桂散 治白点渐长如癣。
桂（不以多少，去粗皮）
上为细末。唾津和调传，每日三四次涂敷之甚妙。
又方 萝卜白汁 生白矾（三钱） 先用生布揩令微破，调之，不过三上瘥。
又方 楸木白皮 细锉。用水五斗煎取五升，滤去渣，于慢火上再熬如稠膏，用不
津器收。每用膏以手摩涂所患处，日三五次上效。
治白癜风淋洗
桑柴灰（三斗）
上内大甑内蒸，使气溜下釜中，取汤淋汁热洗，不过五六度瘥。
〔白 〕
《病源论》云∶风白 者，面及颈项、身体、皮肉色变白，与肉色不同，亦不痒痛，谓
之白 。此亦是风邪搏于皮肤，血气不和所生也。夫白 者，是肺风流注皮肤之间，久
而不去之所致也。多生于项面，点点斑白，但无疮及不瘙痒，不能早疗即便浸淫也。
治面上风白
弊帛 蟾头 蛇蜕皮 故麻鞋底 苕帚 甑带（各一两）
上件药，以月蚀之夜，盛蚀时合烧灰为末。每服一钱，温酒调下，日进三服。更用
此散醋调涂之甚妙。忌鸡、猪、鱼肉、大蒜等物。
治白
硫黄（研细） 草决明 半夏（生用） 槲树皮（烧灰，各一两） 蛇蜕皮（一条，烧灰）
上为末。用清漆和之，薄涂白处。欲涂药时，先用巴豆中截摩白处，令皮微起，却
敷药二三遍即愈。
又方
雄黄 硫黄（并细研） 附子（生用，各一两）
上为细末，醋调涂之。
又方
雌黄 硫黄（各二钱半） 蛇蜕皮（二条，烧灰）
上件同研为末，月醋调如膏。先以巴豆
中截揩白处令皮起，然后敷药三二遍瘥。
又方 硫黄（研） 川乌头（各一两） 为细末，醋调涂之。
又方 桂心（为末） 以唾调涂驳上，日再涂即愈。
又方 取树孔中水，温热洗之。然后捣桂心、牡蛎等分为末，用面油调涂白驳上，日
三夜一。
又方 先用新布擦令赤，用醋摩巴豆涂之效。
又方 鳗鲡鱼脂
上先洗拭驳上，擦令微痛。用鱼脂涂之，一上便愈。
治白 用蛇蜕烧末，醋调敷上神效。
〔 疡风〕
夫风邪积热居于肺府，久而不散，流溢皮肤，令人颈边、胸前、腋下、自然斑 ，点
点相连，其色微白而圆，亦有紫色者，亦无痛痒，谓之 疡风也。凡此皆风之与热，伏
留肌腠之间，气血不和乃生此疾也。
乌蛇散 治 疡风，斑 如白癜。
乌蛇（三两） 犀角屑（一两） 防风 羌活（并去芦） 黄芩（去芦） 苦参（去芦。各二两） 人参

上为细末。每服二钱，温酒调下，食后良久服之。忌鸡、猪、鱼、蒜、热面等物。
炊帚散 治面及项忽生白点，状如白癣，名曰 疡。
故炊帚 甑带 鞋底 蛇蜕皮（各半两）
上件四味，以月蚀夜，伺候月正蚀时，都烧之成灰，研令细。每服二钱，温酒调下，不
拘时候，仍用醋调药如膏，涂敷 上即消。
又方 乌蛇（一条）
上为细末。每服二钱，用热豆淋酒调下，日进三服。
女萎膏 治身体 疡斑驳。
女萎 附子 鸡舌香 木香 白芷（各半两） 麝香（研，一钱）
上件细锉。用腊月猪膏半斤，煎药看黄焦便去滓，入麝香搅令匀，放凝。用粗布擦
斑上微疼，涂之即瘥。
蜀水花膏 治沥疡。
蜀水花 鹰粪白 白附子 白蔹 当归（各一两） 麝香（一钱，另研）
上件锉碎。用猪脂一斤，合煎诸药，焦黄去渣，候冷。入麝香搅令匀，于瓷合中盛。
先擦微破，敷涂之。
苍耳丸 治 疡风。
苍耳叶（不计多少，阴干） 莨菪子
上为细末。每用五两，取粟米二合煮作粥，即研如膏。却用莨菪子淘去浮者，炒令
黄黑色，捣为末，用一两相和令匀，丸如绿豆大。每服二十丸，空心，温酒送下，晚食
前再服。
又方
附子 硫黄（各半两，研） 苍耳（一握，阴干）
上为细末，用醋调。先以生布揩擦，微赤破，敷涂之，干即更涂。一方，加铁精，无
苍耳。
又方 蒴 （二斤） 防己（半斤） 并烧灰，用水淋取酽汁。洗 疡讫，后别用醋研
防己，涂之即愈。
又方
羊蹄草根。蘸醋于生铁上磨，旋旋刮取，涂于患处。未瘥，更入硫黄少许，同磨涂之。
又方
青胡桃皮（三枚） 硫黄（二钱半，细研）
上件烂捣，入酱少许，更研令匀。先用泔清洗之，然后涂于患处。
又方 乌贼鱼骨，用三年陈醋研磨如糊。先用生布擦令肉赤，即涂其上。
又方 五月收赤脚蜈蚣，烧灰醋调涂之。
又方 用自死蜣螂为末。先用布揩擦患处令热，敷之一宿即瘥。

当归散：治疗皮风，即紫癜风和白癜风。

本事乌头丸：治疗长期患有的风癣，全身皮肤变黑，肌肤僵硬如木头，皮肤粗糙干燥，四肢麻痹。
草乌头（一斤）
放入竹筛中用水浸泡，用瓦片在筛中随水漂洗，如同打菱角的方法。应当等到漂洗干净大皮及尖端后，捞出晾干。用麻油四两，盐四两，放入锅中炒至深黄色，倒出油，只留盐和乌头，再炒至冒出黑色烟为止。取一枚乌头劈开，如果中心有一点米白色的芯正好合适。如果白色部分太多则继续炒，趁热取出研为细末，用醋糊制成桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用三十丸，空腹或晚饭前，用温酒送服。真州资福阉的一位文雅老人患有此病，服用数年后黑斑顿除，脚力强健，视力清晰不衰。有一位同宗族人，全身患紫癜风，身体如墨色，服用一年后，身体变得润泽。我服用它一年，各种风邪疥疮疡痈都痊愈了。此药性偏热，虽然声称能去毒，但最好在服药五到七日后喝乌头粥来解毒。煮粥的方法，使用豫章地区出产的乌头为佳。
治疗紫白癜风的涂擦药方
白矾 绿矾 生砒霜（以上各一钱）
将上述药物研磨至极细如粉。用生茄子蒂蘸取药粉擦拭患处，先洗澡后擦拭。
三黄膏：治疗紫白癜风、疮癣疥。
雄黄 雌黄 砒霜（以上各半钱，分别单独研磨） 白矾 黄丹（分别单独研磨） 蛇床子（研为末） 茹草（以上各一两）
白胶香（单独研磨） 轻粉（以上各一钱）
取清油四两，放入巴豆四粒煎至黄色。去掉巴豆，加入诸药；再加入少许黄蜡，熬制成膏。先用荆芥汤清洗患处，然后用药膏擦涂，效果神奇。
四神散：治疗紫白癜风。
雄黄 雌黄 硫黄 白矾（以上各等分）
将上述药物研为细末。每次使用时，先洗澡使全身出汗，然后用生姜蘸药粉擦拭患处良久，再用热水洗净。当天颜色变淡，五日可除根。
又一方
紫癜白癜两种风，附子雄黄最有功。姜汁调匀茄蒂蘸，擦来两度更无踪。
〔世传方〕紫白癜风，将贝母研为末，用胡桃肉蘸取，洗浴后擦拭患处，效果神奇。又一方，选用优质的信石为上品，研磨极细，用真正的香油调成稀粥状，放置一夜，取上层清油敷涂患处即可痊愈。又一方，使用金狮草，揉碎后擦拭患处。屡次见效。
〔朱丹溪〕又一方：杜大黄 飞矾
将上述药物用肥皂制成丸剂，擦拭患处。
〔紫癜风〕
所谓紫癜风，是指皮肤上出现紫色斑点，搔抓后皮肤隆起但不痒痛的情况。这都是由风湿邪气客居于腠理，与气血相搏结，导致营卫运行不畅涩滞，风冷之气停留在肌肉之间，所以使肤色变紫。
白花蛇散：治疗紫癜风。
白花蛇（二两） 晚蚕蛾（二钱半） 白僵蚕（炒制） 乌犀角屑 麻黄（去除节） 何首乌 天南星（姜汁制） 天麻 白附子（炮制） 桂心 萆薢（酒浸） 白鲜皮 羌活（去除芦头） 蔓荆子 防风（去除芦头，以上各半两）

灰膏：治疗紫癜风。
灰藋草（不限多少，烧成灰后，用多层纸衬垫淋水取汁，熬成膏） 蛤蟆灰 白矾灰 硫黄（以上各半两） 雄黄（二钱） 朱砂（七钱半，水飞法处理） 腻粉（研磨） 麝香（以上各一钱，研磨）
将外用药物研为细末，混合均匀。用灰膏调涂患处，干了就再涂。

先用粗布擦拭患处使其受损。用面油将药末调成膏状，一日三次涂擦。
〔白癜风〕
肺中有壅滞之热，加上风气从外部侵袭肌肉，热与风交并，邪毒之气潜伏留在腠理，与卫气相搏结，不能消散，导致皮肤皱起产生白斑点，所以称为白癜风。

将上述药物研为细末。每次服用二钱，用温酒调服，不限时间。
摩风膏：一种治疗白癜风的药膏。
附子 川乌头 防风（以上各二钱） 凌霄花 踯躅花 露蜂房（以上各一两）
将上述药物细切。用猪脂三斤煎炼，待药色黄焦时，滤去药渣，冷却后收在瓷盒中使用。摩擦涂抹于白癜风处，以痊愈为度。
又一方
硫黄 密陀僧 腻粉 乳香（以上四味均分别单独研磨） 杏仁 白僵蚕（炒制）
将上述药物研为细末，用酥油调成膏。用浆水洗疮，用生布擦破后涂药，日夜四五次，非常奇妙。
治疗白癜风
红灰藋草 苍耳根茎（以上各五斤） 茄子根茎（三斤）
将上述药物全部晒干，一起烧成灰。用水一斗，煎汤淋取汁液，再在锅中熬成膏，用瓷盒盛装；用好乳香半两研磨，再加入铅霜、腻粉各二钱半混合，放入膏内，用炼制过的黄牛脂二两，加入膏内调搅均匀。每次取适量摩擦涂抹患处，一日涂三次，夜间涂一次。
治疗白癜风用胡桃涂擦
胡桃（初生的青色者，五枚） 硫黄（半两，细研） 白矾（二钱半，细研）
将上述药物混合研磨成膏。每月涂抹两三次即可痊愈。
治疗白癜风
附子（一枚，生用） 硫黄（半个，研碎） 鸡蛋（三个，用米醋浸泡七天，看蛋壳变软后取出，用臼捣药）
研为细末。用米粉二钱半，再次研磨均匀，用蛋清调涂患处。
玉粉膏：治疗白癜风。
白矾 硫黄（以上各半两）
将上述药物共同研磨如粉。用醋调涂即可痊愈。

将上述药物共同研磨如粉。用生布揩擦患处使其微伤，用醋调和如膏涂擦，形成疮口未愈时继续涂擦。
三圣膏：治疗白癜风。

将上述药物装入生绢袋中，紧紧扎好。蘸取生姜自然汁在白癜风处搽抹，日夜十次即可自愈。

将上述药物研为细末。用醋调和成剂，用绢布包裹。洗澡后擦拭患处，药力自然下行。
紫桂散：治疗白点逐渐长大如癣。
桂枝（不限多少，去除粗皮）
将上述药物研为细末。用唾液调和涂抹，每日三四次涂敷，效果很好。
又一方 萝卜白汁 生白矾（三钱） 先用生布揩擦使其微破，调和药粉，不超过三次即可痊愈。
又一方 楸木白皮 细切。用水五斗煎取五升，滤去药渣，在慢火上再熬成稠膏，用不透水的容器盛装。每次用手按摩涂抹患处，每日三到五次有效。
治疗白癜风淋洗
桑柴灰（三斗）
将其放入大甑中蒸，使蒸汽流入釜中，取汤汁淋洗，趁热清洗，不超过五六次即可痊愈。
〔白驳风〕
《病源论》说：风白驳风，是指面部、颈部、身体、皮肉颜色变白，与周围肉色不同，也不痒痛，称之为白驳风。这也是风邪搏结于皮肤，血气不和所生成的疾病。所谓白驳风，是肺中风邪流注于皮肤之间，久而不去所致。多生于颈项面部，点点斑白，但没有疮疡且不瘙痒，如果不早治疗就会蔓延。
治疗面上风白驳
弊帛 蟾头 蛇蜕皮 旧麻鞋底 苕帚 甑带（以上各一两）
将上述药物，在月蚀之夜，等待月亮正被蚀刻时，一起烧成灰研为末。每次服用一钱，用温酒调服，每日服用三次。再用此散醋调涂擦，效果很好。忌食鸡、猪、鱼肉、大蒜等食物。
治疗白驳风
硫黄（研细） 草决明 半夏（生用） 槲树皮（烧灰，以上各一两） 蛇蜕皮（一条，烧灰）
将上述药物研为末。用清漆调和，薄涂于白色处。欲涂药时，先用巴豆中段摩擦白色处，使皮肤微起，再敷药二三遍即可痊愈。

雄黄 硫黄（均细研） 附子（生用，以上各一两）
将上述药物研为细末，用醋调涂。

雌黄 硫黄（以上各二钱半） 蛇蜕皮（二条，烧灰）
将上述药物共同研为末，用醋调如膏。先用巴豆中段揩擦白色处使皮肤起，然后敷药三二遍痊愈。
又一方 硫黄（研碎） 川乌头（以上各一两） 研为细末，用醋调涂。
又一方 桂心（研为末） 用唾液调和涂于驳杂处，每日涂两次即愈。
又一方 取树孔中的水，温热后清洗。然后捣碎桂心、牡蛎等分为末，用面油调涂白驳处，日三次夜一次。
又一方 先用新布擦至发红，用醋磨巴豆涂擦效果显著。
又一方 鳗鲡鱼脂
先清洗擦拭驳处，擦至微痛。用鱼脂涂擦，一次即愈。
治疗白驳风用蛇蜕烧末，醋调敷上，效果神奇。
〔疬疡风〕
风邪积热居于肺府，久而不散，流溢于皮肤，使人颈边、胸前、腋下、自然出现斑块，点点相连，其色微白而圆，也有紫色的，也不痛痒，称之为疬疡风。凡此皆因风与热伏留于肌腠之间，气血不和而生此疾。
乌蛇散：治疗疬疡风，斑块如白癜风。
乌蛇（三两） 犀角屑（一两） 防风 羌活（均去芦头） 黄芩（去芦头） 苦参（去芦头，以上各二两） 人参 丹参 玄参 沙参（均去芦头） 桂心 秦艽（去芦土） 川芎 栀子仁 白鲜皮 川升麻 通草 白蒺藜 枳壳（麸炒，去瓤，以上各一两）
将上述药物研为细末。每次服用二钱，用温酒调服，饭后很久再服用。忌食鸡、猪、鱼、蒜、热面等食物。
炊帚散：治疗面部及颈部突然生成白点，状如白癣，名为疬疡。
旧炊帚 甑带 鞋底 蛇蜕皮（以上各半两）
将上述四味药，在月蚀之夜，等待月亮正被蚀刻时，一起烧成灰，研磨极细。每次服用二钱，用温酒调服，不限时间，仍用醋调药如膏，涂敷于疬疡处即可消退。

将上述药物研为细末。每次服用二钱，用热豆淋酒调服，每日服用三次。
女萎膏：治疗身体疬疡斑驳。
女萎 附子 鸡舌香 木香 白芷（以上各半两） 麝香（研，一钱）
将上述药物细切。用腊月猪脂半斤，煎药待色黄焦便去滓，加入麝香搅匀，放凉凝固。用粗布擦斑处微疼，涂之即愈。
蜀水花膏：治疗沥疡。
蜀水花 鹰粪白 白附子 白蔹 当归（以上各一两） 麝香（一钱，另研）
将上述药物锉碎。用猪脂一斤，合煎诸药，焦黄去渣，冷却。加入麝香搅匀，盛于瓷盒中。先擦微破，敷涂之。
苍耳丸：治疗疬疡风。
苍耳叶（不计多少，阴干） 莨菪子
将上述药物研为细末。每次用五两，取粟米二合煮作粥，即研如膏。再用莨菪子淘去浮者，炒令黄黑色，捣为末，用一两相和令匀，丸如绿豆大。每次服用二十丸，空心，温酒送下，晚食前再服。

将上述药物研为细末，用醋调。先用生布揩擦，微赤破，敷涂之，干即更涂。一方，加铁精，无苍耳。

[Luo Tianyi] Heshouwu San (Polygoni Multiflori Powder): Treats various wind syndromes such as vitiligo and purpura, pain in muscles and bones, scabies and tinea all over the body, cracking of skin on hands and feet, restlessness during sleep, difficulty walking, and also treats severe diseases, cloudy eyes, and collapsed nasal bridge. It is suitable for these conditions.

Take one large spoon each time, mixed with hot wine, taken once on an empty stomach and once after meals. Avoid chicken, duck, scaleless fish, tofu, and other foods.
Ben Shi Wutou Wan (Wutou Pills from Bencao Gaishan): Treats chronic wind tinea, blackening of the whole body, stiff skin like wood, rough and dry skin, and paralysis of limbs.
Caowutou (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix, one jin)
Place in a bamboo sieve and soak in water. Wash in the water using a tile, similar to washing water caltrops. Wait until the outer bark and tips are washed off, then drain and dry. Use four taels of sesame oil and four taels of salt, stir-fry in a pot until deep yellow. Pour out the oil, leaving only the salt and Wutou. Stir-fry again until black smoke appears. Take one piece, split it open; if there is a small white dot in the center like rice grain, it is just right. If there is too much white, continue frying. While hot, take out and grind into powder. Make pills the size of tung seeds using vinegar paste. Take thirty pills each time, on an empty stomach or before evening meal, washed down with warm wine. A literati elder in Zizhou suffered from this disease. After taking it for several years, the black spots disappeared completely, leg strength became robust, and vision remained sharp. A clan member suffered from purple macule wind all over the body, looking like ink. After taking it for over a year, the body became lustrous. I took it for one year, and all wind-related sores, ulcers, and carbuncles healed. The nature is slightly hot. Although it claims to remove toxicity, it is best to drink Wutou porridge five to seven days after taking the medicine to detoxify. For making porridge, Wutou from Yuzhang region is preferred.
Topical Application for Purple and White Wind
Baifan (Alumen) Lvfan (Melanteritum) Sheng Pishuang (Realgar and Orpiment mixture, raw, each one qian)
Grind the above drugs to an extremely fine powder. Use the stalk of a fresh eggplant to dip and rub the affected area. Bathe first, then rub.
Sanhuang Gao (Three Yellows Ointment): Treats purple macules, white patches, sores, tinea, and scabies.
Xionghuang (Realgar) Cihuang (Orpiment) Pishuang (Arsenic trioxide, each half qian, separately ground) Baifan (Alumen) Huangdan (Lithargyrum, separately ground) Shechuangzi (Cnidii Fructus, ground) Rucao (Rumex japonicus, each one tael)

Take four taels of clear oil, add four bitter beans (Semen Crotonis), fry until yellow. Remove bitter beans, add the herbs; add a little beeswax, boil into ointment. First wash with Schizonepeta decoction, then apply the ointment. Effect is miraculous.
Sishen San (Four Gods Powder): Treats purple macules and white patches.

Grind the above herbs into a fine powder. When using, first bathe to induce sweating all over the body. Then rub the affected area with ginger dipped in the powder for a long time, and wash with hot water. The color lightens on the same day, and the root is removed in five days.
Another Prescription
Purple macules and white patches, two kinds of wind,
Aconite and Realgar are most effective.
Mix with ginger juice, dip eggplant stalk,

[Worldly/Popular Formula] For purple macules and white wind, grind Fubei (Fritillariae Bulbus) into powder, dip walnut meat in it, and rub after bathing. Effect is miraculous. Another prescription: Use high-quality Xingshi (Arsenic sulfide ore) as the best quality, grind extremely fine, mix with true sesame oil to a thin porridge consistency, leave overnight, take the clear oil to apply. Cures. Another prescription: Use Jinshicao (Golden Lion Grass), crush and rub. Repeatedly effective.

[Purple Macule Wind]
Regarding purple macule wind, it refers to purple spots appearing on the skin. Scratching causes the skin to rise but without itching or pain. This is due to wind-damp pathogenic factors lodging in the interstices (Couli) and fighting with Qi and Blood, causing obstruction and stagnation of Ying and Wei (Nutritive and Defensive Qi). Cold wind remains between the muscles, causing the color to turn purple.

[White Patch Wind / Vitiligo]
When there is stagnant heat in the Lung, combined with external wind attacking the muscles, heat and wind merge. Pathogenic toxins remain lodged in the Couli (interstices), fighting with Wei Qi (Defensive Qi) and failing to dissipate. This causes the skin to wrinkle and generate white patches, hence named White Patch Wind.

Kushen San (Sophora Powder): Treats wind-toxin accumulated in the Lung for a long time, causing persistent white patches on the skin.

Finely chop the above ingredients. Fry in three jin of pig lard. When herbs turn yellow and scorched, remove dregs. Cool and store in a porcelain jar. Rub onto white patches until healed.

Liuhuang (Sulfur) Mituoseng (Litharge) Nifen (Calomelas) Ruxiang (Olibanum, these four separately ground) Xingren (Pruni Semen) Baijiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, fried)
Grind into powder, mix with butter to form ointment. Wash sore with starch water, rub with raw cloth to break skin slightly, then apply. Four to five times day and night, very wonderful.
Treating White Patch Wind
Hong Huixiao Cao (Red Chenopodium Ash) Cang'er Gen Jing (Xanthii Radix et Rhizoma, each five jin) Qiezi Gen Jing (Solanum Melongena Root and Stem, three jin)
Dry all above ingredients, burn together to ash. Use one dou of water, boil soup to leach juice. Boil juice in pot into paste, store in porcelain jar. Grind half tael of good Ruxiang (Olibanum), add two qian and half of Qianshuang (Plumbum Subacetatum) and Nifen (Calomelas), mix into paste. Add two taels of refined yellow cow fat, mix evenly. Rub and apply to affected area, three times daily, once at night.
Treating White Patch Wind with Walnut Application
Walnut (Green immature ones, five pieces) Liuhuang (Sulfur, half tael, finely ground) Baifan (Alumen, two qian and half, finely ground)
Grind and mix into paste. Apply two to three times a month to heal.

Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata, one piece, raw) Liuhuang (Sulfur, half piece, ground) Ji Zi (Chicken Egg, three pieces, soaked in rice vinegar for seven days, until shell is soft, take out, grind medicine in mortar)

Grind into powder. Mix with saliva to apply, rub three to four times daily. Very good effect.
Another Prescription: Luobo Bai Zhi (Radish White Juice) Sheng Baifan (Raw Alum, three qian). First rub with raw cloth until slightly broken, mix and apply. Cures in no more than three applications.
Another Prescription: Qiumu Baipi (Broussonetia Papyrifera Bark). Finely chop. Boil five dou of water to extract five sheng. Filter dregs, boil on slow fire into thick paste. Store in non-porous container. Rub paste onto affected area with hand, three to five times daily, effective.
Treating White Patch Wind Washing
Sangchai Hui (Mulberry Branch Ash, three dou)
Place in large steamer, steam so vapor drips into pot below. Collect liquid, wash with hot water. Five or six times cures.
[White Bo Wind / Leukoderma]
"Bing Yuan Lun" states: Feng Bai Bo (Wind White Bo) refers to face, neck, body, skin and flesh turning white, different from surrounding skin color, without itching or pain, called White Bo. This is also caused by wind pathogen fighting in the skin, and disharmony of Blood and Qi. White Bo is caused by wind pathogen flowing into the skin from the Lung, lingering for a long time. Often appears on neck and face, spotted white, without sores or itching. If not treated early, it will spread.

On the night of lunar eclipse, wait until peak eclipse, burn all above herbs to ash and grind to powder. Take one qian each time, mixed with warm wine, three times daily. Also apply this powder mixed with vinegar. Very good effect. Avoid chicken, pork, fish, garlic, etc.

Liuhuang (Sulfur, finely ground) Cao Jueming (Cassiae Semen) Ban Xia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, raw) Hubu Pi (Quercus variabilis Bark, burned to ash, each one tael) Shetui Pi (Snake Skin, one strip, burned to ash)
Grind into powder. Mix with clear lacquer, thinly apply on white areas. Before applying medicine, rub white area with middle section of Badou (Croton Seed) until skin rises slightly, then apply medicine two or three times to cure.

Grind together into powder, mix with vinegar to form paste. First rub white area with Badou until skin rises, then apply medicine two or three times to cure.
Another Prescription: Liuhuang (Sulfur, ground) Chuawutou (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Preparata, each one tael). Grind to fine powder, mix with vinegar to apply.
Another Prescription: Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus, ground). Mix with saliva to apply on mottled area, apply twice daily to cure.
Another Prescription: Collect water from tree holes, wash with warm water. Then crush Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus) and Muli (Ostreae Concha) in equal parts, grind to powder. Mix with flour oil to apply on white mottled area, three times daily, once at night.

[Li Yang Wind / Leprosy-like Wind]
Wind pathogen and accumulated heat reside in the Lung organ, lingering for a long time without dispersing, overflowing to the skin. This causes patches on the side of the neck, chest, armpits, naturally appearing round spots connected to each other. Their color is slightly white or purple, without pain or itching, called Li Yang Wind. All these are due to wind and heat lurking in the muscle interstices, causing disharmony of Qi and Blood, generating this disease.
Wushe San (Black Snake Powder): Treats Li Yang Wind, patches like white patch wind.

Chuizhi San (Cooking Broom Powder): Treats sudden appearance of white spots on face and neck, resembling white tinea, named Li Yang.

Finely chop above ingredients. Use half jin of pig fat from twelfth lunar month, fry herbs until yellow and scorched, remove dregs. Add Shexiang, mix evenly, let solidify. Rub mottled area with coarse cloth until slightly painful, apply to cure.
Shuishuihua Gao (Shuishuihua Ointment): Treats Li Yang.
Shuishuihua (Plantago Seed? No, likely specific local herb) Ying Fen Bai (Accipiter Falconer's Droppings) Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma) Bailian (Pseudobletiae Rhizoma) Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, each one tael) Shexiang (Moschus, one qian, separately ground)
Chop ingredients. Fry in one jin of pig lard, until yellow and scorched, remove dregs, cool. Add Shexiang, mix evenly, store in porcelain jar. Rub until slightly broken, then apply.

Canger Ye (Xanthii Folium, amount unspecified, shade dry) Langdang Zi (Daturae Semen)
Grind into powder. Take five liang each time, cook two he of millet into porridge, grind into paste. Wash Langdang Zi to remove floating ones, fry until yellow-black, grind to powder.
