或问∶面游风毒何如？曰∶此积热在内，或多食辛辣浓味，或服金石刚剂太过，以致
热壅上焦，气血沸腾而作，属阳明经。初觉微痒，如虫蚁行，搔损则成疮，痛楚难禁，宜
服黄连消毒散去人参，加薄荷、栀子，及活命饮加桔梗、升麻。紫金丹、乌金散选用。外
用祛风润肌之剂敷之。
治面部生疮，或鼻脸赤风刺、粉刺，用尽药不效者，惟此药可治，神妙不可言。每
以少许，临卧时洗面令净如面油，用之数日间，疮肿处自平，赤亦自消。如风刺、粉刺
一夕见效，仍涂药，勿近眼处。
生硫黄 香白芷 栝蒌仁 腻粉（各半钱） 全蝎（七枚） 蝉蜕（五枚，洗） 芫青（七枚，去
足翅）
上为细末，麻油、黄蜡约度，如合面油法，火熬溶，取下离火，入诸药在内，每用
少许，涂面上。
〔山〕 面疮，水调平胃散涂之。
〔千〕 治脸上热疮涎出，以蒲黄敷上瘥。
〔东〕洗面药方 治面有 点，或生疮及粉刺之类，并去皮肤燥痒垢腻，润泽肌肤。
皂角（三斤，去皮弦子，另捣） 糯米（一升二合） 绿豆（八合，拣净，另捣） 楮实子（五两）
三柰子 缩砂（连皮，半两） 白芨（二两，肥者，锉） 甘松（七钱） 升麻子（半两） 白丁香（五钱，
腊月收拣净）
上七味同为细末讫，和绿豆、糯米粉，及皂角末一处搅匀，用之效。
面油摩风膏
麻黄（五钱） 升麻 防风（各二钱） 当归身 白芨（各一钱） 羌活（去皮，一两） 白檀香（五分）
上以绵裹定前药，于银石器中，用油五两，同熬得所，澄清去渣，以黄蜡一两，再
煎熬为度。
莹肌如玉散
白丁香 白蒺藜 白牵牛 白芨 白蔹 小椒（各一两） 香白芷（七钱） 当归梢 升麻
（各半两） 楮实子（四钱） 白茯苓（三钱） 白附子（二
钱半） 麻黄（去节，二钱） 连翘（一钱半）
上为细末。每用半钱，多少洗之。
涂 黯不令生疮
猪苓 麻黄 桂枝 白蒺藜 白附子 连翘 防风 香白芷 白蔹 当归身 升麻根 白芨
上等分为细末。洗面用之，临卧唾调少许，涂面上。
〔肘〕 疗面多 黯，如雀卵色。以 羊胆（一枚），酒（二升），煮三沸涂拭之，三日瘥。
治面上粉刺，捣菟丝子绞汁涂之。
〔竹〕白附丹 治男子妇人，面上黑斑点。
白附子（一两） 白芨 白蔹 自茯苓 密陀僧 白石脂 定粉（各等分，研细）
上为细末。用洗面药洗净。临睡用人乳汁，如无，用牛乳或鸡子清调和丸，如龙眼
大。逐旋用温浆水磨开，敷之。
白附子散 治面上热疮似癣，或生赤黑斑点。
白附子 密陀僧 茯苓 白芷 定粉（各等分）
上为末。先用萝卜煎汤洗面净；后用羊乳调，至夜敷患处，次早洗去效。
祛风白芷散 治面上风癣疮。
白芷（三钱） 黄连 黄柏 黄丹（各二钱） 茯苓（一钱五分） 轻粉（一钱）
上为细末。用油调搽癣疮上，或加孩儿茶二钱，麝香二分亦可。
有人问：面游风（一种面部皮肤病，表现为游走性红斑、瘙痒）的毒邪是怎么回事？回答说：这是由于体内积热，或者过多食用辛辣厚味的食物，或者服用金石类刚烈药物过量，导致热邪壅滞在上焦，气血沸腾而发病，病位属于阳明经。初起时感觉微痒，像有虫蚁在皮肤下爬行，搔抓破损后形成疮疡，疼痛剧烈难以忍受，适宜服用黄连消毒散去人参，加入薄荷、栀子，以及活命饮加入桔梗、升麻。也可选用紫金丹或乌金散。外用祛风润肤的药物敷贴。
治疗面部生疮，或者是酒渣鼻（鼻脸赤）、粉刺，用尽各种药物都不见效的，只有这个药可以治疗，效果神妙不可言。每次取少许，睡前将脸洗净，像涂面霜一样使用，几天之内，疮肿处自然平复，红肿也会自行消退。如果是风刺（酒渣鼻）、粉刺，一夜之间就能见效，仍继续涂药，注意不要靠近眼睛部位。
药材组成：生硫黄、香白芷、栝蒌仁、腻粉（各半钱），全蝎（七枚），蝉蜕（五枚，洗净），芫青（七枚，去足和翅膀）。
以上药物研成细末，用麻油和黄蜡酌情熬制，按照制作面霜的方法，用火熬化，离火后加入上述药物，每次取少许涂抹面部。
〔王履〕 面疮，用水调匀平胃散外涂。
〔陈自明〕 治疗脸上热疮渗出涎水，用蒲黄敷贴可痊愈。
〔张元素〕 洗面药方：治疗面部有黑斑，或生疮及粉刺等症，并能去除皮肤干燥、瘙痒、污垢油腻，润泽肌肤。
药材组成：皂角（三斤，去皮和筋络，另捣碎），糯米（一升二合），绿豆（八合，拣选干净，另捣碎），楮实子（五两），三柰子，缩砂（带皮，半两），白芨（二两，肥厚的，切碎），甘松（七钱），升麻子（半两），白丁香（五钱，腊月收集拣选干净）。
以上七味药共同研成细末，与绿豆粉、糯米粉及皂角末混合搅拌均匀，使用有效。
面油摩风膏
药材组成：麻黄（五钱），升麻、防风（各二钱），当归身、白芨（各一钱），羌活（去皮，一两），白檀香（五分）。
以上药物用棉布包裹固定，放入银器或石器中，用油五两，一同熬制得当，澄清去渣，再加入黄蜡一两，继续煎熬至适度。
莹肌如玉散
药材组成：白丁香、白蒺藜、白牵牛、白芨、白蔹、小椒（各一两），香白芷（七钱），当归梢、升麻（各半两），楮实子（四钱），白茯苓（三钱），白附子（二钱半），麻黄（去节，二钱），连翘（一钱半）。
以上药物研成细末。每次取半钱，根据情况加水清洗面部。
涂抹以消除黑斑且不令生疮
药材组成：猪苓、麻黄、桂枝、白蒺藜、白附子、连翘、防风、香白芷、白蔹、当归身、升麻根、白芨。
以上药物等分研成细末。洗脸时使用，睡前用唾液调少许，涂抹于面部。
〔《肘后备急方》〕 治疗面部多黑斑，颜色如雀卵色。用羊胆（一枚），酒（二升），煮开三次后涂抹擦拭，三天痊愈。
治疗面上粉刺，捣碎菟丝子绞取汁液涂抹。
〔李东垣〕 白附丹：治疗男女面部黑斑点。
药材组成：白附子（一两），白芨、白蔹、白茯苓、密陀僧、白石脂、定粉（各等分，研细）。
以上药物研成细末。先用洗面药洗净面部。睡前用人乳汁调和（如果没有，可用牛乳或鸡蛋清），制成如龙眼大小的丸剂。逐渐用温浆水磨开，敷贴患处。
白附子散：治疗面上热疮似癣，或生赤黑斑点。
药材组成：白附子、密陀僧、茯苓、白芷、定粉（各等分）。
以上药物研成细末。先用萝卜煎汤洗净面部；后用羊乳调和，夜间敷于患处，次日早晨洗去，有效。
祛风白芷散：治疗面上风癣疮。
药材组成：白芷（三钱），黄连、黄柏、黄丹（各二钱），茯苓（一钱五分），轻粉（一钱）。
以上药物研成细末。用油调匀搽于癣疮上，也可加孩儿茶二钱、麝香二分。
A question was asked: "What is the nature of the toxic pathogen in Mian You Feng (Facial Wandering Wind, a skin condition characterized by migratory erythema and itching)?" The answer was: "This arises from accumulated heat within, often due to excessive consumption of pungent and rich foods, or overuse of metallic and mineral drugs with harsh properties. This leads to heat stagnation in the Upper Jiao (Upper Burner), causing Qi and Blood to boil and manifest as disease, belonging to the Yangming Meridian. Initially, there is slight itching, feeling like insects crawling on the skin; scratching causes damage leading to sores, with unbearable pain. It is appropriate to take Huanglian Xiaodu San (Coptis Decoction for Detoxification) removing Ren Shen (Ginseng), adding Bo He (Mint) and Zhi Zi (Gardenia), or Huo Ming Yin (Decoction for Life) adding Jie Geng (Platycodon) and Sheng Ma (Cimicifuga). Zijin Dan (Purple Gold Pill) or Wujin San (Black Gold Powder) may be selected. Externally, apply agents that dispel wind and moisten the skin."
For treating facial sores, or Rosacea (redness of nose and cheeks) and Acne vulgaris, when all other medications have failed, only this prescription can treat it; its efficacy is miraculous and beyond words. Apply a small amount before sleep after washing the face thoroughly, similar to applying cream. Within a few days, the swelling and sores will naturally flatten, and redness will subside. For Rosacea and Acne, results are seen overnight; continue application, but avoid the eye area.
Ingredients: Sheng Liu Huang (Native Sulfur), Xiang Bai Zhi (Angelica Dahurica), Gua Lou Ren (Trichosanthes Seed), Ni Fen (Calomel) (each half qian); Quan Xie (Scorpio) (seven pieces); Chan Tui (Cicada Slough) (five pieces, washed); Yuan Qing (Lyttae Caractorum) (seven pieces, legs and wings removed).
Grind the above into fine powder. Use Sesame Oil and Beeswax in proportion, melt over fire following the method for making cream. Remove from fire, add the medicinal powders, and apply a small amount to the face each time.
[Wang Lv] For facial sores, mix Ping Wei San (Powder for Maintaining Stomach) with water and apply externally.
[Chen Ziming] To treat hot sores on the face oozing fluid, apply Pu Huang (Pollen Typhae) to heal.
[Zhang Yuansu] Face Washing Prescription: Treats dark spots on the face, sores, acne, etc., removes dryness, itching, dirt, and grease from the skin, and moisturizes the complexion.
Ingredients: Zao Jiao (Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit) (three jin, remove skin and fibrous strands, crush separately); Nuomi (Glutinous Rice) (one sheng two he); Ludou (Mung Bean) (eight he, select clean, crush separately); Chu Shi Zi (Broussonetia Papyrifera Fruit) (five liang); Sansai Zi (Kaempferia Galanga Seed); Suo Sha (Amomum Villosum) (with skin, half liang); Bai Ji (Bletilla Striata Rhizome) (two liang, use plump ones, slice); Gan Song (Nardostachys Chinensis Rootstock) (seven qian); Sheng Ma Zi (Cimicifuga Foetida Seed) (half liang); Bai Ding Xiang (Stool of White Sparrow) (five qian, collected and cleaned in the twelfth lunar month).
Grind the above seven ingredients into fine powder, mix with Ludou powder, Nuomi powder, and Zao Jiao powder evenly, and use.
Mian You Mo Feng Gao (Face Oil Rubbing Wind-Dispersing Ointment)
Ingredients: Ma Huang (Ephedrae Herba) (five qian); Sheng Ma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Fang Feng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) (each two qian); Dang Gui Shen (Angelicae Sinensis Radix Cortex/Stem), Bai Ji (Bletillae Rhizoma) (each one qian); Qiang Huo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix) (remove skin, one liang); Bai Tan Xiang (Santalum Album Lignum) (five fen).
Wrap the aforementioned medicines securely in cotton. Place in a silver or ceramic vessel with five liang of oil. Simmer until proper consistency is reached. Clarify and remove dregs. Add one liang of Huang La (Beeswax) and simmer again to the desired state.
Ying Ji Ru Yu San (Jade-Like Skin Brightening Powder)
Ingredients: Bai Ding Xiang (Stool of White Sparrow), Bai Ji Li (Tribuli Fructus), Bai Qian Niu (Pharbitidis Semen), Bai Ji (Bletillae Rhizoma), Bai Lian (Ampelopsis Japonica Rhizoma), Xiao Jiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium) (each one liang); Xiang Bai Zhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) (seven qian); Dang Gui Shao (Angelicae Sinensis Radix Tip), Sheng Ma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma) (each half liang); Chu Shi Zi (Broussonetiae Fructus) (four qian); Bai Fu Ling (Poria) (three qian); Bai Fu Zi (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Rhizoma) (two qian half); Ma Huang (Ephedrae Herba) (remove joints, two qian); Lian Qiao (Forsythiae Fructus) (one qian half).
Grind the above into fine powder. Each time use half a qian, mixed with water for washing.
Application to Remove Dark Spots and Prevent Sores
Ingredients: Zhu Ling (Polyporus), Ma Huang (Ephedrae Herba), Gui Zhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Bai Ji Li (Tribuli Fructus), Bai Fu Zi (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Rhizoma), Lian Qiao (Forsythiae Fructus), Fang Feng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Xiang Bai Zhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Bai Lian (Ampelopsidis Rhizoma), Dang Gui Shen (Angelicae Sinensis Radix Stem), Sheng Ma Gen (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Bai Ji (Bletillae Rhizoma).
Grind the above equal parts into fine powder. Use during face washing. Before sleep, mix a small amount with saliva and apply to the face.
[From *Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang*] To treat numerous dark spots on the face, colored like quail eggs: Use one Sheep Gallbladder (Yang Dan) and two sheng of Wine. Boil three times, then apply and wipe. Heal within three days.
To treat acne on the face: Crush Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen), extract juice, and apply.
[Li Dongyuan] Bai Fu Dan (White Aconite Pill): Treats black spots on the faces of men and women.
Ingredients: Bai Fu Zi (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Rhizoma) (one liang); Bai Ji (Bletillae Rhizoma), Bai Lian (Ampelopsidis Rhizoma), Bai Fu Ling (Poria), Mi Tuo Seng (Lithargyrum), Bai Shi Zhi (Halloysit Alba), Ding Fen (Lead Carbonate) (equal parts, grind finely).
Grind into fine powder. Wash face with cleansing medicine first. Before sleep, mix with human breast milk (if unavailable, use cow's milk or egg white) to form pills the size of a longan. Gradually grind open with warm grain water and apply.
Bai Fu Zi San (White Aconite Powder): Treats hot sores on the face resembling tinea, or red/black spots.
Ingredients: Bai Fu Zi (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Rhizoma), Mi Tuo Seng (Lithargyrum), Fu Ling (Poria), Bai Zhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Ding Fen (Lead Carbonate) (equal parts).
Grind into powder. First wash face with decoction of Radish. Then mix with sheep milk, apply at night to the affected area, and wash off early next morning for effectiveness.
Qu Feng Bai Zhi San (Wind-Dispersing Angelica Powder): Treats wind-tinea sores on the face.
Ingredients: Bai Zhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) (three qian); Huang Lian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Huang Bo (Phellodendri Cortex), Huang Dan (Mineral Lead Oxide) (each two qian); Fu Ling (Poria) (one qian five fen); Qing Fen (Calomel) (one qian).
Grind into fine powder. Mix with oil and rub onto the tinea sore. Alternatively, add Hai Er Cha (Camellia Sinensis Young Leaves/Catechu) two qian and She Xiang (Moschus) two fen.
