常无小，贵者未常无大，盖人之阳物修伟者，因其肝气之有余；阳物细小者，由于肝气之不
足。以阴器为筋之余也，又属宗筋之会，肝气旺而宗筋伸，肝气虚而宗筋缩，肝气寒则阴器
缩，肝气热则阴器伸，是阳物之大小，全在肝经盛衰、寒热之故也。欲使小者增大，要非
补肝不可。然而肾为肝之母，心为肝之子，补肝而不补其肾，则肝之气无所生，补肝而不补
其心，则肝之气有所耗，皆不能助肝以伸其筋，助筋以壮其势，故必三经同补，始获其验矣
。方用夺天丹∶
龙骨（二两），酒浸三日，然后用醋浸三日，火烧七次，用前酒、醋汁七次 之 驴肾（内外
各一具，酒煮三炷香，将龙骨研末，拌入驴肾内，再煮三炷香，然后入 人参（三两） 当归（三
两） 白芍（三两） 补骨脂（二两） 菟丝子（二两） 杜仲（三两） 白术（五两） 鹿茸（一具，酒浸透，切片
又切小块） 山药末（炒） 五味子（一两） 熟地（三两） 山茱萸（三两） 黄 （五两） 附子（一两） 茯
苓（二两） 柏子仁（一两） 砂仁（五钱） 地龙（十条）
各为细末，将驴肾汁同捣，如汁干，可加蜜同捣为丸。每日早、晚用热酒送下各五钱。
服一月即见效。但必须坚忍房事者两月，少亦必七七日，具大而且能久战，射精必远，含胎
甚易。半世无儿，一旦得子，真夺天工之造化也。
铎传方至此，不畏犯神明之忌者，不过欲万世之人尽无绝嗣之悲。然天下人得吾方，亦
宜敬畏为心，生儿为念，慎莫戏 纵欲，倘自耗其精，非惟无子，而且获痨瘵之病，铎
不受咎也。
此症用展阳神丹亦奇绝，并传于世。
人参（六两） 白芍 当归 杜仲 麦冬 巴戟天（各六两） 白术 菟丝子 熟地（各五两） 肉
桂牛膝 柏子仁 破故纸（各三两） 龙骨（二两醋 ） 锁阳（二两） 蛇床子（四两） 覆盆子 淫
羊藿（各四两） 驴鞭（一具） 人胞（一个） 海马（两对） 蚯蚓（十条） 附子（一个） 肉苁蓉（一枝） 鹿
茸（一具，照常制）
各为末，蜜为丸。每日酒送下五钱。服二月改观，三月伟然，可以久战而生子矣。但必
须保养三月始验，否则无功。
阴茎短小者，并非一定没有；体型高大者，也并非一定具备。一般来说，阴茎粗大雄伟的人，是因为肝气有余；阴茎细小的人，是由于肝气不足。因为阴器是筋的余气所化，又属于宗筋汇聚之处，肝气旺盛则宗筋舒展，肝气虚弱则宗筋收缩，肝气寒凉则阴器收缩，肝气热盛则阴器舒展，所以阴茎的大小，完全取决于肝经的盛衰以及寒热变化。想要使小的变大，必须补肝。然而肾为肝之母，心为肝之子，补肝而不补肾，则肝气无所生化；补肝而不补心，则肝气有所耗散，都不能帮助肝脏舒展其筋脉，辅助筋脉壮大其气势，因此必须三经同补，才能见效。方用夺天丹：
龙骨（二两），酒浸三日，然后用醋浸三日，火烧七次，使用之前的酒、醋汁七次浸泡过的驴肾（内外各一具，酒煮三炷香的时间，将龙骨研成末，拌入驴肾内，再煮三炷香的时间，然后加入人参（三两）、当归（三两）、白芍（三两）、补骨脂（二两）、菟丝子（二两）、杜仲（三两）、白术（五两）、鹿茸（一具，酒浸透，切片又切小块）、山药末（炒制）、五味子（一两）、熟地黄（三两）、山茱萸（三两）、黄芪（五两）、附子（一两）、茯苓（二两）、柏子仁（一两）、砂仁（五钱）、地龙（十条）。
以上药材各研为细末，将驴肾汁一同捣烂，如果汁液干了，可以加蜂蜜一同捣成丸剂。每天早晚用热酒送服各五钱。服用一个月即见效。但必须禁欲两个月，最少也要七个七天，做到阴茎大而能持久作战，射精必远，含精受孕非常容易。半世无儿，一旦得子，真是夺取天工造化的神效啊。
我陈士铎传此方至此，不怕触犯神明之忌，不过是想让后世之人尽免断绝后代的悲痛。然而天下人得到我的方子，也应当心存敬畏，以生育后代为念，千万不要嬉戏放纵欲望，倘若自己耗损精气，不仅不能得子，而且会患上痨瘵（肺结核等慢性消耗性疾病）的病，这罪责我不承担。
此症用展阳神丹也极其奇妙，一并传于世。

以上各研为末，蜂蜜为丸。每日用酒送服五钱。服用两个月改观，三个月伟岸，可以持久作战而生子矣。但必须保养三个月才见效，否则无功。
A small penis does not necessarily imply a lack of virility, nor does a tall stature guarantee it. Generally speaking, men with large and robust penises possess an excess of Liver Qi; those with small penises suffer from a deficiency of Liver Qi. Since the external genitalia are considered the surplus of sinews and represent the convergence of the "Zong Jin" (Major Sinews), when Liver Qi is vigorous, the Zong Jin extend; when Liver Qi is deficient, the Zong Jin contract; when Liver Qi is cold, the genitalia retract; and when Liver Qi is hot, the genitalia extend. Thus, the size of the penis depends entirely on the prosperity or decline, as well as the cold or heat conditions, of the Liver Meridian. To enlarge a small penis, it is essential to tonify the Liver. However, the Kidney is the mother of the Liver, and the Heart is the child of the Liver. If one tonifies the Liver without tonifying the Kidney, the Liver Qi will have no source for generation; if one tonifies the Liver without tonifying the Heart, the Liver Qi will be consumed. Neither approach can assist the Liver in extending its sinews or help the sinews to strengthen their momentum. Therefore, simultaneous tonification of these three meridians is required to achieve efficacy. The prescription used is *Duo Tian Dan* (Heaven-Stealing Pill):
Long Gu (Fossilized Bones, 2 liang), soaked in wine for three days, then soaked in vinegar for three days, and fired seven times. Use the previous wine and vinegar juices to soak the Donkey Kidneys (one pair, internal and external) boiled in wine for the duration of three incense sticks. Grind the Long Gu into powder, mix it into the Donkey Kidneys, and boil again for the duration of three incense sticks. Then add: Ren Shen (Ginseng Root, 3 liang), Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 3 liang), Bai Shao (White Peony Root, 3 liang), Bu Gu Zhi (Psoraleae Fructus, 2 liang), Tu Si Zi (Cuscutae Semen, 2 liang), Du Zhong (Eucommiae Cortex, 3 liang), Bai Zhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, 5 liang), Lu Rong (Deer Antler Velvet, one piece, soaked in wine until permeable, sliced and cut into small pieces), Shan Yao Mai (Stemona Rhizoma, stir-fried), Wu Wei Zi (Schisandrae Fructus, 1 liang), Shu Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, 3 liang), Shan Zhu Yu (Corni Fructus, 3 liang), Huang Qi (Astragali Radix, 5 liang), Fu Zi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, 1 liang), Fu Ling (Poria, 2 liang), Bai Zi Ren (Biota Seed, 1 liang), Sha Ren (Amomi Fructus, 5 qian), Di Long (Pheretima, 10 pieces).
Grind each ingredient into a fine powder. Mix with the juice of the Donkey Kidney and pound together. If the mixture is too dry, add honey and pound into pills. Take five qian each morning and evening, delivered with warm wine. Efficacy will be seen after one month of use. However, sexual abstinence must be maintained for two months, at least for seven periods of seven days. This ensures the penis becomes large and capable of prolonged intercourse, with ejaculation reaching far and conception being very easy. A man who has been childless for half his life may suddenly father a child; this is truly a miracle that steals the work of Heaven.
I, Chen Shiduo, transmit this prescription here, fearing not the taboo against revealing divine secrets, solely wishing that people for all generations may be spared the sorrow of having no heirs. However, those who receive my prescription should also act with reverence and focus on procreation. Do not indulge in frivolous sex or excessive desire. If you deplete your essence yourself, not only will you fail to conceive, but you will also suffer from Lao Zhai (Consumption/Tuberculosis). I shall not bear the blame for such negligence.
For this condition, *Zhan Yang Shen Dan* (Yang-Expanding Divine Pill) is also remarkably effective and is transmitted here as well.
Ren Shen (Ginseng Root, 6 liang), Bai Shao (White Peony Root), Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Du Zhong (Eucommiae Cortex), Mai Dong (Ophiopogonis Tuber), Ba Ji Tian (Morindae Officinalis Radix) (each 6 liang); Bai Zhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Tu Si Zi (Cuscutae Semen), Shu Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata) (each 5 liang); Rou Gui (Cinnamomi Cortex), Niu Xi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix), Bai Zi Ren (Biota Seed), Po Gu Zhi (Psoraleae Fructus) (each 3 liang); Long Gu (Fossilized Bones, 2 liang, processed with vinegar), Suo Yang (Cynomorii Herba, 2 liang), She Chuang Zi (Cnidii Fructus, 4 liang), Fu Pen Zi (Rubiae Fructus), Yin Yang Huo (Epimedii Folium) (each 4 liang); Lv Bian (Donkey Penis, one piece), Ren Bao (Human Placenta, one unit), Hai Ma (Seahorse, two pairs), Qiu Yin (Earthworm, 10 pieces), Fu Zi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, one piece), Rou Cong Rong (Cistanches Herba, one branch), Lu Rong (Deer Antler Velvet, one piece, processed normally).
Grind all ingredients into powder and form pills with honey. Take five qian daily, delivered with wine. Improvement will be seen after two months of use; by three months, the physique will become robust, allowing for prolonged intercourse and conception. However, conservation and care must be maintained for three months for efficacy; otherwise, there will be no result.
