\r马上献杵势图\pt151A63.bmp\r
\r马上打恭势图(上)\pt151A64.bmp\r

\r马上打恭势图(下)\pt151A65.bmp\r

1. Ma Shang Xian Chu Shi (Standing Offering Pestle Posture). This posture is identical to the "Ma Shang Xian Chu" method in the half-body diagram.
\rMa Shang Xian Chu Shi Diagram\pt151A63.bmp\r
2. Ma Shang Da Gong Shi (Standing Bowing Posture). In this posture, following the previous one, initially place the palms together above Shenting (Shen Ting, located 0.5 cun directly above the anterior hairline), and take one breath; then push upwards to Niwan Palace (the area of Baihui, located at the vertex), and take another breath; subsequently, extend fully upwards from Niwan Palace, as if bowing with hands raised high, and take a third breath, then smoothly proceed to the next posture. The remaining methods are the same as before.
\rMa Shang Da Gong Shi Diagram (Upper)\pt151A64.bmp\r
3. Ma Shang Da Gong Shi (Standing Bowing Posture). In this posture, following the previous one, bring the joined palms down to the ground in a bowing motion, extending the arms straight, keeping the waist upright and head centered, pressing downwards firmly, and taking one breath; then rise back into the "Ma Shang Xian Chu" posture, take another breath, and proceed to the next posture. The remaining methods are the same as before.
\rMa Shang Da Gong Shi Diagram (Lower)\pt151A65.bmp\r
The two diagrams for "Ma Shang Da Gong" on the right complete the practice through three upward and three downward movements. The qi dynamics of each posture are identical in their ascending and descending patterns; only two postures are illustrated here to save space.
4. Zuo You Pai Ta Shi (Left and Right Pushing Door Posture). In this posture, following the previous one, separate the palms smoothly to both sides, with palms facing backward and backs of hands facing forward, aligned with the shoulders on both sides, pushing outwards as hard as possible to simulate opening a door, and take one breath; then retract the palms horizontally to beside the breasts, with Yang palms (backs up) facing down and Yin palms (palms up) facing up, lifting forcefully, and take another breath, then smoothly proceed to the next posture. The remaining methods are the same as before.

5. San Pan Luo Di Shi (Three Levels Landing Posture). In this posture, following the previous one, slowly lower the body smoothly to the ground; the upper part requires the head to be centered and the waist upright, the lower part requires fingers gripping the ground and legs bent, and the hands require the arms to be extended straight. After breathing is completed, rise again to resume the "Pai Ta" and previous postures, alternating each for three times, then rise again for "Pai Ta", retract the palms, embrace and join them to return to the original state. All other methods are the same as before.
