胆矾（二钱） 硼砂（二钱）
共研末。取青鱼胆一个。将药末入胆内。阴干去皮。再研极细。加冰片二分。收固。每遇喉闭。双单蛾等症。
以男左女右。吹入鼻中。自效。
治一切喉痹缠喉胀满气塞不通。命在顷刻者。须急用之。
法用巴豆油涂纸上。捻作条子。火上点着烟起即吹灭。令病患张口急刺于喉间。俄然吐出紫血。实时气宽能言
及啖粥饮。再用药随治之。便立愈矣。夫咽喉诸疾。发于六腑者。如引手可探及刺破或前诸方治之。即效。若发于
五脏者。则受毒牢深。而手法药力难到。惟用油纸捻刺。乃为第一也。盖热则宣通故以火治之。火气热处。使巴油
皆到又以火散结以巴泻热邪。以烟吐出痰涎。此一举三善之捷法也。
治咽喉闭塞。痰涎壅盛。
灯心灰（二钱） 硼砂（一钱）
上为细末。每用少许。吹入喉中。即吐出痰涎自效。
治喉风急闭等症。

上为细末。加麝香一分，每用少许。吹喉中立验。
治咽喉肿痛。咽物妨碍。及喉癣口舌生疮等症。
寒水石（二钱） 蓬砂（一钱） 辰砂（三钱） 大梅片（三分） 孩儿茶（二钱）
为极细末。每用一字。掺于舌上。津液咽之。或吹患处。真妙方也。

五脏的，则毒邪深重，手法和药力难以到达。只有使用油纸捻（涂油的纸卷成的细条）刺入患处，才是第一良法。因为热证需要宣通，所以用火来治疗。火气作用于热处，使巴豆油
全部到达病灶，又以火散结，以巴豆泻除热邪，以烟雾吐出痰涎，这是一举三得的便捷方法。
治疗咽喉闭塞，痰涎壅盛。

The method involves coating paper with Crotonis Fructus Oleum (oil from Croton seed), rolling it into a strip, igniting it on fire until smoke rises, then extinguishing the flame. If originating from the five zang organs, the pathogenic toxins are deep-seated, making manual techniques and medicinal potency difficult to reach. Only the use of oil-paper twists (strips of paper coated with oil) inserted into the lesion is considered the primary method. Since heat conditions require unblocking, fire therapy is employed. The heat from the fire acts on the affected area, ensuring the Croton oil reaches the site completely; the fire disperses nodules, the Croton purges heat pathogens, and the smoke expels phlegm and saliva. This is a highly efficient method achieving three benefits with one action.

Junci Medulla Cinis (Ash of Juncus effusus pith) (2 qian) Borax (1 qian)
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Use a small amount each time, blow into the throat, causing immediate expectoration of phlegm and saliva, producing the desired effect.
Treats acute throat wind obstruction and similar conditions.
Alumen (3 qian) Bombyx Batryticatus (Silkworm, 6 qian, stir-fried to remove silk-like threads, select straight specimens)
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Add Moschus (Musk) (0.01 qian). Use a small amount each time, blow into the throat, yielding immediate results.
Treats soreness and swelling of the throat, difficulty in swallowing, as well as conditions like throat xuan (white spots or ulcers on the throat mucosa) and sores on the mouth and tongue.
Hanshui Shi (Calcitum, 2 qian) Peng Sha (Borax, 1 qian) Zhensha (Cinnabaris, 3 qian) Da Mei Pian (Borneol, 0.03 qian) Haier Cha (Camellia Seed Tea, 2 qian)
