治双单蛾风神方。
牙皂角（一两切碎） 丝瓜子（一两二钱）
二味。用新瓦文火炙干为细末加冰片少许收固每吹入鼻中打喷一二次即消在左吹右。在右吹左双蛾者。左右并
吹。
治一切喉痹缠喉双单蛾叉喉恶证吹之立吐痰涎实时获效可代针刀真神丹也只喉癣咽疮虚症勿用。
真血竭（五钱） 巴豆（七粒去壳） 明矾（一两）
上三味打碎同入新砂锅。炼至矾枯为度。每两加大梅片三分。硼砂二钱共研极细收固用时以冷茶漱口。吹患处
立效。枢扶氏曰此环山方。岫云山人家藏秘方也治喉风诸症实有奇功。余经验屡屡。其效不可胜言。
治一切急喉痹极危症。
明雄黄（一两） 川郁金（一两） 巴豆（十四粒，去壳并去尽油）
共研细醋煮面糊为丸。如绿豆大。每服七丸清茶送下。吐去痰涎立效如至死者心头犹热灌药不下即以铁匙挖开口灌
之。若得下咽无有不活。如小儿惊热痰涎壅塞。或二丸三丸。量大小加减服之。亦神效。
治一切咽喉口舌肿闭并穿腮腐臭延烂等症。其验甚速。真神方也。
建青黛（水飞去渣晒干五钱） 鸡肫皮（洗炙干，一钱） 牛胆硝（三钱） 山栀仁（拣净仁炒黑碾细末三钱）
黄连末（三钱） 生黄芩（三钱） 真熊胆（一钱） 人中白（取经霜压多年者火 三次五钱） 大红绒灰（一钱）
西牛黄（一钱） 雄黄（一钱） 青梅干（ 存性五钱临时加才妙） 硼砂（三钱） 枯矾（二钱） 儿茶（三钱）
铜青（二钱） 珍珠（一分）
以上各研极细末和匀。加真麝香五分。大梅片七分。再研和匀。入瓷罐内以乌金纸塞紧口。每用少许吹患处。
日夜徐徐吹之。流出痰涎渐愈。如有腐臭。急用蚌水洗净。或用猪牙草匾柏子和捣。加水去渣洗净。再以前药去青
梅干。加滴乳香去油二钱。吹用。
制青梅法
大青梅一斤去核。略捣碎入白矾食盐各五钱。拌和再加蜒蝤。不拘多少。层层间之。一日夜取梅晒干。收尽汁
再晒干。 灰存性。临用加入。
制胆硝法
冬月约入朴硝在黑牛胆内。挂在风前一百二十日。去皮用硝。此乃第一应验神方也。
治疗单侧或双侧乳蛾（扁桃体炎）的神效方。

将这两味药，用新瓦片在文火上焙干，研成细末，加入少许冰片，密封保存。使用时吹入鼻中，打喷嚏一两次即可消除。病在左侧则吹右侧，病在右侧则吹左侧；若是双侧乳蛾，则左右同时吹。
治疗各种喉痹、缠喉风、单侧或双侧乳蛾、锁喉风等危重证候，吹药后立即吐出痰涎，实时见效，可代替针刀，真是神丹！但如果是喉癣、咽疮等虚证，则不可使用。

以上三味药捣碎，一同放入新的砂锅中。炼制至明矾枯焦为止。每两药粉中加入大梅片（冰片）三分、硼砂二钱，共同研磨至极细，密封保存。使用时先用冷茶漱口，然后吹于患处，立即见效。枢扶氏说：这是环山方的秘方，出自岫云山人家的家藏秘方，治疗喉风各类病症确实有奇功。我多次经验验证，其疗效不可胜言。
治疗各种急性喉痹极危重症。

共同研磨成细末，用醋煮面糊为丸，如绿豆大小。每次服用七丸，用清茶送服，吐出痰涎即见效。如果患者已至濒死状态，心头尚有余温，灌药不下，就用铁匙撬开口腔灌入药物。如果能咽下，没有不活的。如果是小儿惊热导致痰涎壅塞，可服用二丸或三丸，根据年龄大小酌情加减。也是神效。
治疗各种咽喉口舌肿胀闭塞，以及穿腮、腐臭、延烂等症状，疗效非常迅速，真是神方。

以上各味药分别研磨成极细末，混合均匀。加入真麝香五分、大梅片七分，再次研磨混合均匀。装入瓷罐内，用乌金纸塞紧瓶口。每次取少许吹于患处，日夜徐徐吹之，流出痰涎后逐渐痊愈。如果有腐臭气味，急用蚌水洗净，或者用猪牙草、匾柏子和捣碎，加水去渣洗净，再用前面的药方去掉青梅干，加入滴乳香（去油）二钱，吹用。
制青梅法
大青梅一斤，去核，略捣碎，加入白矾、食盐各五钱，拌和均匀，再加入蜒蝤（一种昆虫），不拘多少，层层间隔放置。一天一夜后取出青梅晒干，收集流出的汁液，再晒干，使其炭化存性，临用时加入。
制胆硝法
冬季约莫时，将朴硝放入黑牛胆内，挂在风口一百二十日，去皮取硝。这是第一应验的神方。
A divine prescription for treating unilateral or bilateral tonsillitis (tonsillar swelling).
Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina (Yazaojiao, 牙皂角) [1 liang, chopped]
Trichosanthes Kirilowii Seed (Siguazi, 丝瓜子) [1 liang 2 qian]
These two ingredients are dried on a new tile over gentle fire, ground into fine powder, mixed with a small amount of Borneolum Syntheticum (Bingpian, 冰片), and sealed. When used, insufflate into the nose; sneezing one or two times will eliminate the swelling. If the condition is on the left, insufflate the right nostril; if on the right, insufflate the left. For bilateral cases, insufflate both nostrils simultaneously.
For all types of throat obstruction (Houbi, 喉痹), strangling throat wind (Chantou Feng, 缠喉风), unilateral or bilateral tonsillitis, and locking throat (Suohou Feng, 锁喉风) severe syndromes, insufflation causes immediate expectoration of phlegm and saliva, providing instant relief. This can replace needle-knife therapy; it is truly a divine pill! However, it should not be used for deficiency syndromes such as throat lichen (Houxuan, 喉癣) or throat ulcers (Yanchuang, 咽疮).
Draconis Sanguis (Xuejie, 血竭) [5 qian]
Crotonis Fructus (Badou, 巴豆) [7 kernels, shelled]
Alumen (Mingfan, 明矾) [1 liang]
Crush the above three ingredients and place them together in a new clay pot. Refine until the alum becomes dry and crumbly. For every liang of powder, add 3 qian of Borneolum Syntheticum (Dameipian, 大梅片) and 2 qian of Borax (Pengsha, 硼砂). Grind together to an extremely fine powder and seal. Before use, rinse the mouth with cold tea, then insufflate onto the affected area for immediate effect. Shufu Shi stated: This is the Huanshan formula, a secret family recipe from Xiuyun Shanren. It has remarkable efficacy in treating various throat wind syndromes. I have verified its effectiveness repeatedly; its benefits are beyond description.
For all acute throat obstruction (Ji Houbi, 急喉痹) critical conditions.
Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄) [1 liang]
Curcumae Radix (Chuyu Jin, 川郁金) [1 liang]
Crotonis Fructus (Badou, 巴豆) [14 kernels, shelled and oil removed completely]
Grind together into fine powder. Use vinegar and wheat paste to make pills the size of mung beans. Take 7 pills each time, washed down with clear tea. Expectoration of phlegm and saliva brings immediate relief. If the patient is near death but the heart remains warm and cannot swallow medicine, pry open the mouth with an iron spoon and administer the drug. If swallowed, survival is certain. For pediatric convulsive fever with phlegm-saliva obstruction, take 2 or 3 pills, adjusting dosage according to age and size. Also highly effective.
For all conditions involving swelling and closure of the throat, mouth, and tongue, as well as cheek perforation, foul odor, and spreading ulceration. The verification is very rapid; this is truly a divine formula.
Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai, 青黛) [5 qian, water-floated, dregs removed, dried]
Gallus Gallus Domesticus Gizzard Lining (Jizhupi, 鸡肫皮) [1 qian, washed and roasted dry]
Bovis Calculus Nitrum (Niudanniao, 牛胆硝) [3 qian]
Gardeniae Fructus (Shanzhiren, 山栀仁) [3 qian, cleaned kernels, stir-fried black, ground fine]
Coptidis Rhizoma Powder (Huanglianmo, 黄连末) [3 qian]
Scutellariae Radix (Sheng Huangqin, 生黄芩) [3 qian]
Ursi Fel (Zhen Xiongdan, 真熊胆) [1 qian]
Natrii Sulfas Excrementum (Renzhongbai, 人中白) [5 qian, taken from those who have endured frost and pressure for years, calcined three times]
Hong Duan Rong Hui (Da Hongronghui, 大红绒灰) [1 qian]
Bubali Cornu (Xi Niuhuang, 西牛黄) [1 qian]
Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄) [1 qian]
Prunus Mume Fructus (Qingmeigan, 青梅干) [5 qian, charred nature, added just before use for best effect]
Borax (Pengsha, 硼砂) [3 qian]
Alumen Usticum (Kufan, 枯矾) [2 qian]
Camelliae Semen (Ercha, 儿茶) [3 qian]
Vermis Chrysopeplus (Tongqing, 铜青) [2 qian]
Perla (Zhenzhu, 珍珠) [1 fen]
Grind all the above ingredients to an extremely fine powder and mix evenly. Add 5 qian of Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香) and 7 qian of Borneolum Syntheticum (Dameipian, 大梅片). Grind again to mix evenly. Store in a porcelain jar, tightly sealed with Wujin paper. Use a small amount to insufflate onto the affected area. Insufflate slowly day and night; as phlegm and saliva flow out, gradual recovery occurs. If there is a foul odor, wash immediately with Clam Water (Bangshui, 蚌水), or crush Zhu Ya Cao (Zhuya Cao, 猪牙草), Bian Baihe (Bianbaihe, 匾百合), and Zi (Zi, 子) with water, filter, and wash clean. Then use the previous formula without Qingmeigan, adding 2 qian of Frankincense Oil-free (Diluxiang Quyu, 滴乳香去油) for insufflation.
Method for Preparing Green Plums
Take 1 jin of large green plums, remove pits, slightly crush, and mix with 5 qian each of Alum (Baifan, 白矾) and Salt (Yan, 盐). Mix well, then add Nereis (Yanyou, 蜒蝤), any amount, layering them alternately. After one day and night, take out the plums, sun-dry them, collect the exuded juice, and sun-dry again until carbonized (preserving nature). Add when in use.
Method for Preparing Gall Nitrum
In winter, insert Mirabilite (Puxiao, 朴硝) into the gallbladder of a black ox. Hang it in a windy place for 120 days. Remove the skin and use the nitrum. This is the first and most effective divine formula.
