蠹简 编赤绿字，千金龙史索洪蒙，我从气化求真谛，玉版金题叩素宫。
此症始于北而行于南，从前古法无可遵，不得已而取伤寒中一阴一阳结为喉痹之方，以
治，创出养阴清肺一法。近人本此，虽不皆效，然妄汗搜风温燥之弊可免，玉钥之喻，可无愧矣
。
喉见愈之方抄录，以免日久忘怀，并以此法示门下及儿辈，补石识。
此余受业师，唐均良先生之作也。伟增录于此，扬先生六仁风，以拯天下之同胞也。门
人张谔拜识。
治阴火上炽，形寒里热，大便坚结，咽嗌微痛。
太阴元精石 龙胆草 川柏 知母（盐水炒） 元参 川贝母 丹皮 金银花 淡竹叶
朱灯芯 冬瓜子 生苡米
各研细末，吹之，煎服亦可。惟元精石有商酌。分量随症定。
膏粱蕴热，痰胶肺胃。
石燕 镑羚羊 天竹黄 川贝母 上濂珠 乌犀尖 生枳壳 生白芍 细菖蒲 生决
明生蛤壳 天花粉 山栀仁 潼木通 滑石（丹皮水炒）
上十五味，各研细末，贮用。
猪牙皂角一味，醋炒枯，研细用，一秒时即得大吐。
牙疳外治二方 症重者，烂口亦可。
大黄（三钱，生研） 绿豆粉（二钱，炒研） 公丁香（十粒，研）
三味和匀，以开水涂两足心，其患立瘥，效如神。
另用青葱管，苏梗煎浓汁，熏洗两足。

虫蛀的古书中编着赤绿相间的文字，珍贵的龙藏史籍寻求那混沌初开般的真理。我从气化理论中探求真谛，如同叩问玉版金题所记载的素女宫（指中医经典深奥之处）。
此病始于北方而流传至南方，从前古法已无可遵循，不得已采用《伤寒论》中治疗一阴一阳结聚导致喉痹（咽喉肿痛闭塞）的方剂来治疗，从而创立了养阴清肺这一治法。近人依据此法，虽然并非全都有效，然而避免了妄用发汗、搜风、温燥等弊病，正如《玉钥》中所比喻的那样，可以问心无愧了。
抄录治愈喉病的方子，以免日久遗忘，并将此法示于门下弟子及儿辈，补石识记。
这是我受业恩师唐均良先生的作品。伟在此增录，以弘扬先生六仁之风，拯救天下同胞。门人张谔拜记。

太阴元精石、龙胆草、川柏（黄柏）、知母（盐水炒制）、元参（玄参）、川贝母、丹皮（牡丹皮）、金银花、淡竹叶、朱灯芯、冬瓜子、生苡米（薏苡仁）。
各研成细末，吹入患处，煎汤服用亦可。只有元精石需要斟酌使用。分量随症状而定。

猪牙皂角一味药，醋炒至枯焦，研成细末使用，一秒时即能引起剧烈呕吐。
治疗牙疳的外治方两则 症状严重者，口腔溃烂也可适用。
大黄（三钱，生研）、绿豆粉（二钱，炒后研）、公丁香（十粒，研碎）。
三味药混合均匀，用开水调涂于两足心，患病立即痊愈，效如神验。
另用青葱管，苏梗煎煮浓汁，熏洗双足。

Excerpt of Two Prescriptions for Leucorrhoea (Baihou) Treatment with Preface
In worm-eaten ancient bamboo slips, red and green characters are compiled; in the precious Dragon Treasury historical records, one seeks the primordial truth. I seek the true essence from Qi transformation theory, knocking upon the Su Palace (referring to profound TCM classics) recorded on jade plates with golden titles.
This disease originated in the North and spread to the South. Previously, ancient methods were no longer applicable. Reluctantly, I adopted prescriptions from *Shanghan Lun* (Treatise on Cold Damage) that treat Hou Bi (sore throat with swelling and obstruction caused by the knotting of Yin-Yang meridians) to treat this condition, thereby creating the method of Nourishing Yin and Clearing Lung Heat. Contemporary practitioners follow this method; although not all cases are effective, it avoids the drawbacks of reckless sweating, wind-searching, and warming-drying, just as the metaphor in *Yu Yao* (Jade Key) suggests, allowing one to feel no shame.
I copy these prescriptions for curing throat diseases to prevent forgetting them over time, and show this method to my disciples and children. Recorded by Bushi.

Treating Blazing Yin Fire, with aversion to cold in the body but heat inside, hard and constipated stool, and slight pain in the throat.
Taiyin Yuanjing Stone, Gentian Root (Longdan Cao), Cinnamon Bark (Chuanbai - likely Huangbai/Bark of Phellodendron), Anemarrhena Rhizome (Zhimu, stir-fried with salt water), Scrophularia Root (Yuan Shen), Fritillaria Bulb (Chuan Beimu), Moutan Cortex (Danpi), Honeysuckle Flower (Jinyinhua), Light Bamboo Leaves (Danzhuye), Cinnabar-coated Juncus Effusus Core (Zhudengxin), Winter Melon Seed (Dongguazi), Raw Coix Seed (Sheng Yimi).
Grind each into fine powder, blow into the affected area, or decoct for oral administration. Only Taiyin Yuanjing Stone requires discretion. Dosage depends on symptoms.
Heat accumulated from rich and greasy food, phlegm turbidity sticking to Lung and Stomach.
Stone Swallow (Shiyan), Sliced Antelope Horn (Bang Lingyang), Bamboo Concretion (Tianzhuhuang), Fritillaria Bulb (Chuan Beimu), Top-grade Pearl Powder (Shang Lianzhu), Black Water Buffalo Horn Tip (Wuxi Jian), Raw Aurantium Fruit (Sheng Zhike), Raw White Peony Root (Sheng Baishao), Fine Acorus (Xi Changpu), Raw Cassia Seed (Sheng Jueming), Raw Clam Shell (Sheng Geqiao), Trichosanthes Root (Tianhuafen), Gardenia Seed (Shanzhiren), Tong Mu Tong, Poria (Huashi - likely Huashi/Pyrophyllite, stir-fried with Danpi water).
The above fifteen herbs, grind each into fine powder, store for use.
One herb: Zanthoxylum Bungeanum Pod (Zhuya Zaojiao), stir-fried with vinegar until charred, ground into fine powder for use. Vomiting occurs severely within a second.
Two External Treatments for Gangrenous Gingivitis (Yagan). For severe cases, even oral ulceration can be treated.
Rhubarb Root (3 qian, raw and ground), Mung Bean Powder (2 qian, fried and ground), Clove (10 grains, ground).
Mix the three ingredients evenly, apply to both soles with boiling water. The illness will heal immediately, with miraculous efficacy.
Alternatively, use green onion tubes, fumigate and wash both feet with concentrated decoction of Perilla Stem (Sugeng).
