（一）补肺肾气，和小肠。亦主消渴，治虚劳，益精气。合脂作羹食，补肾虚。〔证〕
（二）羊乳治卒心痛，可温服之。〔嘉〕
（三）亦主女子与男子中风。蚰蜒入耳，以羊乳灌耳中即成水。〔证〕
（四）又，主小儿口中烂疮，取 羊生乳，含五六日瘥。〔证〕
（一）除胸中热，补五脏，利肠胃。〔嘉·证〕
（二）水牛酥功同，寒，与羊酪同功。羊酥真者胜牛酥。〔证〕
主热毒，止渴，除胃中热。患冷人勿食羊乳酪。〔证〕

（二）肉∶冷，有小毒。主肠中热，除下气，长筋骨。〔嘉·证〕
（三）不与仓米同食，必卒得恶，十有九死。不与姜同食，生气嗽。其肉多着浸洗方煮，
得烂熟兼去血尽，始可煮食。肥者亦然，不尔毒不出。〔嘉〕
（四）又，食诸马肉心闷，饮清酒即解，浊酒即加。〔证〕
（五）赤马蹄∶主辟温疟。〔嘉·证〕
（六）悬蹄∶主惊痫。〔嘉〕
（七）又，恶刺疮，取黑（驳）马尿热渍，当（虫出）愈。数数洗之。〔嘉·证〕
（八）白秃疮，以驳马不乏者尿，数数暖洗之十遍，瘥。〔证〕
（九）患丁肿，中风疼痛者，炒驴马粪，熨疮满五十遍，极效。〔嘉〕
患杖疮并打损疮，中风疼痛者，炒马驴湿粪，分取半，替换热熨之。冷则易之，日五十
遍，极效。〔证〕
（十）男子患，未可及，新差后，合阴阳，垂至死。取白马粪五升，绞取汁，好器中盛
停一宿，一服三合，日夜二服。〔嘉〕
（十一）又，小儿患头疮，烧马骨作灰，和醋敷。亦治身上疮。〔证〕
（十二）又，白马脂五两，封疮上。稍稍封之，白秃者发即生。〔证〕
（十三）又，马汗入人疮，毒瓦斯攻作脓，心懑欲绝者，烧粟杆草作灰，浓淋作浓灰汁，
热
煮，蘸疮于灰汁中，须臾白沫出尽即瘥。白沫者，是毒瓦斯也。此方岭南新有人曾得力。〔证〕
（十四）凡生马血入人肉中，多只三两日便肿，连心则死。有人剥马，被骨伤手指，血
入肉中，一夜致死。〔证〕
（十五）又，臆 ，次胪 也。蹄无夜眼者勿食。又黑脊而斑不可食。患疮疥人切不得
食，加增难差。〔证〕
（十六）赤马皮临产铺之，令产母坐上催生。〔证〕
（十七）白马茎∶益丈夫阴气，阴干者末，和苁蓉蜜丸，空腹酒下四十丸，日再，百日
见效。〔嘉〕
（十八）（马心）∶患痢人不得食。〔嘉〕
（一）补益肺肾之气，调和小肠。也主治消渴病，治疗虚劳，补充精气。将羊乳与脂肪一起煮成羹食用，可补肾虚。〔孟证〕
（二）羊乳治疗突发心痛，可以温热后服用。〔孟嘉〕
（三）也主治男女中风。若蚰蜒进入耳中，用羊乳灌入耳中即可化为水排出。〔孟证〕
（四）另外，主治小儿口腔烂疮，取新鲜羊乳含在口中五六天即可痊愈。〔孟证〕
（一）清除胸中热邪，补益五脏，通利肠胃。〔孟嘉·孟证〕
（二）水牛酥的功效相同，性寒，功效与羊酪相同。真正的羊酥优于牛酥。〔孟证〕
主治热毒，止渴，清除胃中热邪。患有寒症的人不要食用羊乳和羊酪。〔孟证〕

（四）另外，食用各种马肉后感到心中闷乱，饮用清酒即可缓解，饮用浊酒则会加重。〔孟证〕
（五）赤色马蹄：主治辟除温疟。〔孟嘉·孟证〕
（六）悬蹄：主治惊痫。〔孟嘉〕
（七）另外，对于恶刺疮，取黑马尿加热浸渍患处，虫体就会爬出而愈。多次清洗患处。〔孟嘉·孟证〕
（八）白秃疮，用杂色马不常使用的尿，多次温暖清洗十遍，即可痊愈。〔孟证〕
（九）患疔肿、中风疼痛者，炒制驴马粪，熨烫疮处五十遍，效果极佳。〔孟嘉〕
患杖疮及打损疮，中风疼痛者，炒制马驴湿粪，各取一半，替换着热敷。冷了则更换，每天五十遍，效果极佳。〔孟证〕
（十）男子患病，尚未痊愈时，若行房事，几乎致死。取白马粪五升，绞取汁液，盛放在好的容器中静置一夜，每次服用三合，日夜各服一次。〔孟嘉〕
（十一）另外，小儿患头疮，烧马骨成灰，调醋外敷。也治疗身上其他疮疡。〔孟证〕
（十二）另外，取白马脂五两，封贴于疮上。逐渐封贴，若是白秃疮，头发即能再生。〔孟证〕
（十三）另外，马汗进入人疮口，毒瓦斯攻冲化脓，心胸烦闷欲绝者，烧粟杆草成灰，浓淋制成浓灰汁，加热煮沸，将疮蘸入灰汁中，片刻后白色泡沫出尽即可痊愈。白色泡沫即是毒瓦斯。此方在岭南地区新近有人曾使用有效。〔孟证〕
（十四）凡是生马血进入人肉中，多在两三日内便肿胀，若连心脉则致死。有人剥马时，被骨头划伤手指，血液进入肉中，一夜之间致死。〔孟证〕
（十五）另外，胸部称为臆，胁部称为胪。蹄子没有夜眼（蹄后上方的小蹄）的马不要食用。还有黑脊背且带斑纹的马不可食用。患有疮疥的人切莫食用，否则会加重病情，难以痊愈。〔孟证〕
（十六）赤马皮在临产时铺在地上，让产妇坐上去以催生。〔孟证〕
（十七）白马阴茎：补益男子阴气，阴干后研末，与肉苁蓉、蜂蜜制成丸药，空腹时用酒送服四十丸，每日两次，百日见效。〔孟嘉〕
（十八）马心：患痢疾的人不得食用。〔孟嘉〕

It treats wind pathogens, unblocks and moistens the bone marrow. Its nature is cold and purgative; it is the essence fluid of su. [Meng Zheng]
Nature: slightly cold. Moistens the Five Viscera, promotes urination and defecation, benefits the Twelve Meridians. Slightly moves Qi. Cut finely like beans, mix with flour, boil in vinegar water for more than twenty boils. Treats red and white dysentery. For children suffering from this, this method is even better. (1) A white horse with a black head: consumption causes madness. A white horse that dies naturally: consumption harms humans. [Meng Zheng]
(2) Meat: Cold in nature, slightly toxic. Treats heat in the intestines, directs rebellious Qi downward, strengthens sinews and bones. [Meng Jia · Meng Zheng]

(14) Whenever raw horse blood enters human flesh, swelling occurs within two or three days; if it reaches the Heart, death ensues. Someone skinning a horse was injured in the finger by a bone, blood entered the flesh, and they died overnight. [Meng Zheng]
(15) Furthermore, the chest is called Yi, and the flank is called Lu. Horses without night eyes (small hooves above the main hoof at night) should not be eaten. Also, horses with black spines and spots are inedible. Those suffering from sores and scabies must absolutely not eat it, as it will worsen the condition and make it difficult to heal. [Meng Zheng]
