497.逍遥散：治血虚肝燥，骨蒸劳热，咳嗽寒热，口干便涩，月经不调等症。方用柴胡 当归 酒炒芍 焦术 茯苓各一钱 炙草五分 煨姜三片 薄荷三片水煎服。
498.仙拈散：治男女远年风湿，血风，皮蛀，寒湿浸淫，流水发痒，搔之疼痛，两腿黑肿似烂非烂，或时热烘麻木等症。寒水石另研 飞滑石另研 白芷 百部蒸 炒白藓皮各三两 蛇床子 地肤子 东白薇各四两 炙鳖甲 酒炒大黄各五两 樟脑临用时加少许同研。共研极细末，麻油调搽一日一换。不可洗浴。一月即愈。至迟三月断根神效无比。
499.七味鸭：治阴虚劳伤咳嗽痰喘神效。生地 熟地 归身 茯苓 白术 川贝母各三钱 地骨皮四钱 用老鸭一只去毛。原汤洗净去肚杂，不可见水。将前药加陈甜酒一碗，生晒豉油三杯，同入鸭腹内缝紧。用瓦盖盆盛贮，盆内不可放水。盖好以棉纸将盆盖缝封固，放在锅内，亦不可放水，锅盖盖好，稻草三斤，打成小草结，对锅脐慢慢烧之。如锅太热少停再烧。草完鸭熟烂。可吃，能饮加老酒送服。江西名医传治虚损垂危得效。
500.羊肾酒：董文敏公重价得之。凡艰于嗣续者。服之即能生子。屡试如神。百无一失。此酒能种子延龄，乌须黑发，强筋骨，壮气血，添精补髓，返老返童。有七十老翁，腿足无力，寸步难移。将此甫服四日，即能行走如常，后至九旬，筋力不衰。，其方秘而不传今特录出。生羊腰一对 沙苑蒺藜四两隔纸微炒 龙眼肉四两 淫羊藿四两用铜刀去边毛羊油拌炒 仙茅四两要真者用糯米汁泡去赤汁 薏米仁四两 用滴花烧酒二斤浸三七日。随量时时饮之。
501.无价宝真丸：治一切劳损诸疾服至一月，面目光润，半年后返老还童。饮食房事无异少年。百病不生。冬月手足不冷。夏月周身不热。男子须发不白，妇人能多生育。益精补髓功效无穷。九制熟地忌铁四两 全当归二两半酒浸 川芎酒浸炒一两半 杜仲姜汁炒去丝一两半 白茯苓人乳拌蒸一两半 甘草酒炒一两 金樱子酒浸去毛子一两 金石斛酒制三两 淫羊藿去边梗酥炙成羊油炒一两。以上各药俱用顶好烧酒制三两惟服药不拘何酒。杜仲另研为末同各药末加入生白蜜，共捣一千杵。丸如桐子大。。每服二钱空心好酒下。昔四川刺史某年方壮患五痨七伤。四肢无力。沉困瘦软。面目无光，交合之时阳痿不举。下元虚冷。夜梦遗精。得此方各药末及服而病卒。有院工戈禹年七十六亦患此症。即以此药与之。服之十日。旧病若失，每夜房事不绝。后戈禹以淫行被主处死。折骨视之果然骨髓充满。方信此药效验。
502.金刚丸：专治肾虚骨萎不能起床。服此神效。萆薢有红点者 杜仲姜炒去丝 肉苁蓉酒洗去鳞甲焙干 菟丝子酒煮以上各等分，共为细末用酒煮猪腰子，捣为丸桐子大。每服二钱酒送服。
503.彭祖接命丹：此丹最能添精补髓不泄。善助元阳，滋润皮肤，壮筋骨，理腰膝。下元虚冷，五痨七伤，半身不遂或下部虚冷膀胱气痛，脚膝酸麻，阳事不举，男子服之行走康健气力倍添奔走如飞。女人服之。能除赤白带下，血崩，兼通十四道血脉，功效无穷。难以尽述。 何首乌 白茯神 赤茯苓 菟丝子去灰尽 牛膝 当归 破故纸 覆盆子 以上每味十两 不犯铁器。用石臼杵为细末。炼蜜调黄酒为丸。如梧桐子大。每服二钱空心黄酒送下。早午晚进三服。七日后每服三钱。忌服芸苔 萝卜。
504.草灵丹：此药益寿延年，添精补髓，乌须发，固牙齿，强筋骨壮气血，服之一月乃见其效。如要实验拌饭与白犬食之。一月变成黑犬，此其验也。老人服至十日，便不夜起，服药者不可因此多行房事反至耗精损神，忌食黑羊肉、鹁鸽、桃李。 真川椒取子炒出汗 茅山苍术各四两酒浸焙干 茴香盐水炒 白茯苓去皮炒各三两 川乌去皮脐 炙草各一两 酒浸熟地 真山药各三两 共为细末炼蜜为丸，如桐子大。每服三十丸，空心温酒下。服后以干食物压之。
505.代参膏：此膏大补气血可代参用。嫩黄芪 酒当归各五钱 肥玉竹一两 化州桔皮三钱如无真者用新会陈皮亦可。共入沙锅内用天泉水熬成膏。每早滚水调服。
506.疣瘊：疣瘊又名瘊子。拔之则丝长三四寸。后用姜汁和好醋时时搽之。照此照治之三日断根。
507.肉核：真乌梅去核，烧存性研末搽，数日即消。
又生萝卜皮贴之效。余治验手脉坚肿不痛，用海藻 甘遂 大戟 夏枯草 龟板 白芥子 乌梅肉 白矾醋涂捆之愈。
508.赶毒散：又名冲和散。凡大腿内外及两膝贴骨等处。漫肿无头皮色不变微觉酸痛挛曲乃感受风湿所致。若不急治变生贴骨等疽。难以收功。需用此药祛寒逐湿。透出外络。提移它处出毒。即有成管或漏亦能逐渐收功。此方与移毒散相等屡用皆效。炒紫荆皮五两 赤芍二两 香白芷一两晒干忌火炒 炒独活一两半 石菖蒲两半，以上共磨为末。筛细以好酒和葱头五个煎滚酒调搽，不必留顶一日一换以消肿不痛为度。
509.黑龙丹：治一切恶疮怪毒因挤脓用力太过，以致努肉突出，小或如饭粒，大或如梅如菌，翻花红赤，久不缩入。此名毒根。乃损伤气脉使然。人多用降药烂去。其痛异常，体弱难受，且烂去复生经年累月终不痊愈。用大熟地切片烘干炒枯一两 真乌梅肉炒成炭三钱 共研匀碾极细掺膏药上贴之不过三五日努肉自收。用收口生肌药完功屡试神效。如尺脉虚脱肛，以此丹以防风 升麻各一钱煎汤。调搽立即收上。再服补肾之药后不再发。亦奇验也永戒食鹅。
510.虎伤：凡被虎咬伤血必大出伤口立时溃烂疼不可当，急用猪肉贴之，随贴随化随换，速用地榆一斤为细末，加入三七末三两 苦参末四两和匀掺之，随湿随掺。血即止而痛即定。盖地榆凉血，苦参止痛，三七末止血合三者之长故奏效如神。或用嫩松毛槌融如泥将伤口内塞满极效。樟树嫩叶嚼食敷绝无后患。
511.狼伤：干姜末或胡椒末敷初觉肿痛少刻即肿消痛止三日而安。
512.人咬伤：人牙最毒咬伤痛不可忍。若不急治渐渐溃烂。先以童便洗净后以人粪敷或用人中黄煎汤洗，不可嫌污秽而自误也。又方：先以童便洗净污血，好柿饼一个净口嚼烂盛碗内蒸二次敷之三日痊愈。治过多人皆效。
513.犬咬伤：家犬咬伤：刮肉店墩板上油腻拌白糖敷之效。用甘草汤洗尽毒气以热牛粪敷之即时痛止。重者用胡椒末敷之，必先痛肿随即消止。敷三次愈。若伤重破烂日久番木鳖焙研末掺之三日奏功半月痊愈。
517.蛇咬伤：凡遇毒蛇咬伤恶毒攻心半日必死，急取竹木杆烟筒精膏用冷水洗出饮一碗。受毒重者必甜而不辣。再以烟油搽伤口。蛇咬急救第一方也。
又方：以新汲井水调香白芷末一斤灌之。觉脐中声响黄水从伤口流出，良久便愈。此道人救人验方也。 或以白芷末加胆矾 麝香少许掺之。恶水流出一月平复。或以鸡蛋破一孔对伤口按住少顷变黑再换愈。
又方：用两刀在水里相磨取水饮之。虽痛苦欲死可救。此蛇医化人所传方也。
又方：五灵脂一两 雄黄五钱 水酒煎服。渣敷患处，垂危可救。加白芷更妙。
518.蜈蚣咬伤：十指甲磨水敷之立效如神，万无一失。此法最简便毋庸第二方也。各项毒物咬伤虽未试过想亦可治。有人被蜈蚣咬伤其色碧绿肿大如碗，痛不可忍。百药不效用此即愈。
519.黄蜂伤：黄蜂伤方用芋头梗捣融敷之极效。臭虫血涂之立愈。或用人十指甲磨水涂之亦效。
520.射工伤：水中射工形如树上毛虫，著肉上立即肿痛亦名射工。凡被水中射工伤急用苍耳草绞汁服一升。渣和酒敷患处。
521.蜘蛛咬伤：凡被蜘蛛咬伤腹大如鼓遍身生丝饮白羊乳数日而愈。
又方：外用蓝靛汁一碗加入雄黄 麝香少许贴患处，并服蓝靛汁亦效。

523.豫章彭竹楼民部家传秘方回生丹制送救活不下万人，大有起死回生之妙。诚千古第一仙丹，如能施药传方造福无量。此跌打损伤第一仙方，为伤科冠回生第一方。治跌伤压伤打伤铳伤割喉吊死惊死 溺水死等症。雷击死想亦可治。虽遍体重伤
死已数日只要身体箫稍软用此丹灌服少刻即能有微气，再服一次即活。大便如下紫血更妙。惟身体僵硬难救。方用活土鳖虫去足放瓦上小火焙黄研细用净末五钱死的不效假的更不效 自然铜放瓦上木炭烧红入好醋内淬半刻取出再烧再淬连制九次研末，要亲身制药店制不透不效用净末二钱 真乳香以形如乳头黄色如胶者为真，不真不效每一两用灯草二钱五分同炒枯与灯草同研细吹去灯草用净末二钱 真麝香三分要当门子真的有效 真陈血竭飞净二钱 真珠砂飞净二钱 巴豆去壳研用纸包压数次去油用净末二钱 以上各药拣选明净眼同研极细末收入小口瓷瓶，用蜡封口不可泄气。大人每用一分五厘，小儿七厘酒冲服。牙关不开者打开一齿灌之必活。要药称准方效。灌时多用水酒使药下喉为活。活后宜避风调养为要，后再以白糖常饮自愈。
524.玉真散：治跌打损伤已破口者，无论伤口大小不省人事或伤口溃烂伤风，口眼歪斜手足扯动，形如弯弓只要心前微温用此药敷伤口，另用热酒冲服三钱。不饮酒者滚水冲服。亦能起死回生。惟呕吐者难治，药虽平淡效最神奇。功在七厘铁扇诸方之上。药料易觅无假其价易廉或施药功德亦非浅也。方用：明天麻 羌活 防风 生南星姜汁炒 白芷各一两 白附子十二两以上药料须拣选明净眼同研极细末收入小口瓷瓶以蜡封口。不可泄气。如湿烂不能收口用熟石膏二钱 黄丹三分共研极细加入敷之。
525.当归汤：治跌打损伤未破口功能散瘀活血。虽以气绝打去一牙灌之，亦能活。此少林寺教师方。当归 泽泻各五钱 川芎 红花 桃仁 丹皮各三钱 好苏木二钱 酒水各半煎亦分服。头伤加藳本一钱 。手伤加桂枝一钱，腰伤加杜仲一钱 肋伤加白芥子一钱 脚伤加牛膝一钱。
又方：野菊花连根阴干每用一两加酒与童便各一碗煎服。但有一丝之气无不活也。
526.破伤口：急救方用龙眼核剥去光皮不用。将核研极细掺疮口即定痛止血也。又方：珠兰叶捣融敷之。立刻收口接骨伤口宽大者加白盐少许。第二次敷免盐。又方月季花又名月月红取叶捣烂敷之立能止血消肿。虽断筋亦可速愈。
527.血流不止：伤口血流不止用猪瘦肉切厚片贴上。无论伤口大小血流不止者立效如神。此急救止血第一仙方也。
528.跌打吐血：跌打吐血不止方用干荷花焙干研末调酒服一日二三次，数日即愈。如用干荷叶 白砂糖煎服或姜炭 京墨冲服均效。
529.戳伤肠出：好醋煮热洗之，随洗随入。外用活鸡皮乘热贴之。再服玉真散自愈。
530.手指砍断将指接上用苏木末敷之，外用蚕网包缚牢固。数日愈。
531.接骨法：接骨验方用杉木炭研极细末用白砂糖蒸极融化将炭末和匀摊纸上乘热贴之。无论破骨伤筋断指折足数日可愈。屡效。忌食生冷发物下手先用凤仙花根一寸磨酒服，操动则不知痛。然后用药治之。
532.伤损缩筋年久不愈方用 杨梅树皮晒干研末和烧酒蒸熟调敷用布扎好。每日一换，不过三五次即愈。
533.跌打青肿方用整块大黄用生姜汁磨融敷之一夜紫者转黑，黑者转白，一日一换其效如神或用生半夏水调敷一夜即消。
534.跌打青肿内伤凡一切跌打损伤遍身青肿瘀停作痛及堕仆内伤一服即愈。用白木耳四两焙干为末，每服一两麻油拌匀好酒送服，药完其患若失。百发百中神妙非常。
535.损伤碎骨在内作脓方用田螺搥烂加酒秐和匀敷四围中留一孔其骨自出。
536.旧伤日久作痛或天阴作痛方用益母草熬膏热酒送下。十日痊愈其效如神。
537.闪跌手足用生姜 葱白捣融和灰面炒热敷之妙。
538.跌打损伤湿烂不干方用煅寒水石二钱研末敷之立见功效。或用羊皮金纸贴伤处效。
539.止血补伤验方治刀箭伤马踢伤跌伤一切物打伤无不验效。生白附子十一两 白芷 天麻 生南星 防风 羌活 各一两共研极细末就破处敷上。伤重者用黄酒浸服数钱。青肿者水调涂上一切破烂皆可敷之即愈。平时预制莫大阴功。
540.伤科七厘散圣药专治金疮跌打损伤骨断筋折血流不止者先以药七厘烧酒冲服。复用药以烧酒调搽伤处用布扎住效。上朱砂一钱二分 真麝香一分二厘 梅花冰片一分二厘 净乳香一钱五分 红花一钱五分 瓜儿血竭一两 粉儿茶二钱四分。右药须拣选道地于五月五日午时共为极细末瓷瓶收贮黄蜡封口。贮久更妙。每服七厘不可多服孕妇忌服。
541.竹木入肉：竹木入肉久不出者不过一夜即出方用鹿角烧枯存性研末以水调敷或萆麻子捣敷痛止即出。
497. 逍遥散：治疗血虚肝燥、骨蒸劳热（阴虚发热，感觉热自骨髓深处透发而出）、咳嗽伴寒热往来、口干、小便涩痛、月经不调等症状。方药组成：柴胡、当归、酒炒白芍、焦白术、茯苓各一钱，炙甘草五分，煨生姜三片，薄荷叶三片。加水煎服。
498. 仙拈散：治疗男女久患风湿、血风、皮肤寄生虫感染（皮蛀）、寒湿浸淫肌肤导致流水瘙痒、抓挠后疼痛、双腿黑肿似烂非烂，或时而感觉发热麻木等症状。方药组成：寒水石（单独研磨）、飞滑石（单独研磨）、白芷、蒸百部、炒白鲜皮各三两，蛇床子、地肤子、东白薇各四两，炙鳖甲、酒炒大黄各五两，樟脑（临用时加入少许共同研磨）。将上述药物共研为极细粉末，用麻油调和涂抹患处，每日更换一次。禁止洗浴。一个月即可痊愈，最迟三个月可断根，效果神奇无比。
499. 七味鸭：治疗阴虚劳伤引起的咳嗽痰喘，效果显著。方药组成：生地黄、熟地黄、当归身、茯苓、白术、川贝母各三钱，地骨皮四钱。取老鸭一只，去毛。保留原汤，洗净鸭子内部，去除内脏，注意不要接触生水。将上述药材加陈年甜酒一碗、生抽酱油三杯，一同填入鸭腹内，缝合固定。用瓦盆盛装，盆内不放水。盖好盖子，用棉纸将盆盖缝隙封固。放入锅中，锅内也不放水，盖好锅盖。用三斤稻草打成小草结，对着锅底慢慢燃烧。如果锅太热，暂停片刻再烧。草烧完后，鸭肉熟烂即可食用，若能饮酒，可用老酒送服。此方由江西名医传承，治疗虚损危重病症有效。
500. 羊肾酒：董文敏公以高价求得。凡生育困难者，服用后即能生子，屡试如神，百无一失。此酒能助孕延寿，乌须黑发，强健筋骨，壮补气血，添精补髓，使人返老还童。有一位七十岁的老翁，腿脚无力，寸步难行。将此酒刚服用四天，就能像常人一样行走，直到九十岁，筋力依然不衰。此方秘不传人，现特意记录出来。方药组成：生羊腰一对，沙苑蒺藜四两（隔纸微炒），龙眼肉四两，淫羊藿四两（用铜刀去掉边缘绒毛，用羊油拌炒），仙茅四两（必须用真品，用糯米汁浸泡去掉红色汁液），薏苡仁四两。用滴花烧酒二斤浸泡二十一天。根据酒量随时饮用。

502. 金刚丸：专门治疗肾虚导致的骨骼萎软不能起床。服用此方效果神奇。方药组成：萆薢（有红点的），杜仲（姜炒去丝），肉苁蓉（酒洗去鳞甲，焙干），菟丝子（酒煮）。以上各等分，共研为细末。用酒煮猪腰子，捣碎制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用二钱，用酒送服。
503. 彭祖接命丹：此丹最能添精补髓且不泄精。善于补助元阳，滋润皮肤，强健筋骨，调理腰膝。治疗下元虚冷、五痨七伤、半身不遂或下部虚冷膀胱气痛、脚膝酸麻、阳事不举。男子服用后行走康健，气力倍增，奔走如飞。女子服用后，能清除赤白带下、血崩，兼通十四道血脉，功效无穷，难以尽述。方药组成：何首乌、白茯神、赤茯苓、菟丝子（去灰尽）、牛膝、当归、破故纸（补骨脂）、覆盆子。以上每味十两。注意不犯铁器。用石臼杵捣为细末。炼蜜调黄酒制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用二钱，空腹用黄酒送下。早晚午进三服。七日后每服增至三钱。忌服芸苔（油菜）和萝卜。
504. 草灵丹：此药益寿延年，添精补髓，乌须发，固牙齿，强筋骨，壮气血。服用一个月见效。如果要验证其效，拌饭喂给白狗吃，一个月变成黑狗，这就是验证。老人服用十天，就不再夜起（夜尿）。服药者不可因此多行房事，反而耗精损神。忌食黑羊肉、鹁鸽、桃李。方药组成：真川椒（取子炒出汗），茅山苍术各四两（酒浸焙干），茴香（盐水炒），白茯苓（去皮炒）各三两，川乌（去皮脐），炙甘草各一两，酒浸熟地黄，真山药各三两。共研为细末，炼蜜为丸，如桐子大。每次服用三十丸，空腹用温酒送下。服药后用干食物压住。
505. 代参膏：此膏大补气血，可以代替人参使用。方药组成：嫩黄芪、酒当归各五钱，肥玉竹一两，化州桔皮三钱（如果没有真品，可以用新会陈皮代替）。全部放入沙锅内，用天泉水熬成膏。每天早晨用滚水调服。

508. 赶毒散：又名冲和散。凡是 thigh 内外及两膝贴骨等处，漫肿无头，皮色不变，微觉酸痛挛曲，这是感受风湿所致。如果不紧急治疗，会变生贴骨疽等，难以收功。需用此药祛寒逐湿，透出外络，提移它处出毒。即使已成管或漏，也能逐渐收功。此方与移毒散相等，屡用皆效。方药组成：炒紫荆皮五两，赤芍二两，香白芷一两（晒干，忌火炒），炒独活一两半，石菖蒲一两半。以上共磨为末。筛细，用好酒和葱头五个煎滚，用酒调涂搽，不必留顶（指不留中心不涂？原文意指全面涂搽），一日一换，以消肿不痛为度。

515. 猴抓伤：金毛狗脊（药名）焙研末掺之，或麻油调搽，立愈。
517. 蛇咬伤：凡遇毒蛇咬伤，恶毒攻心，半日必死。急取竹木杆烟筒精膏，用冷水洗出饮一碗。受毒重者必甜而不辣。再以烟油搽伤口。蛇咬急救第一方也。
又方：以新汲井水调香白芷末一斤灌之。觉脐中声响，黄水从伤口流出，良久便愈。此道人救人验方也。或以白芷末加胆矾、麝香少许掺之。恶水流出一月平复。或以鸡蛋破一孔对伤口按住少顷变黑再换，愈。
又方：用两刀在水里相磨取水饮之。虽痛苦欲死可救。此蛇医化人所传方也。
又方：五灵脂一两，雄黄五钱，水酒煎服。渣敷患处，垂危可救。加白芷更妙。
518. 蜈蚣咬伤：十指甲磨水敷之，立效如神，万无一失。此法最简便，毋庸第二方也。各项毒物咬伤虽未试过，想亦可治。有人被蜈蚣咬伤，其色碧绿肿大如碗，痛不可忍，百药不效，用此即愈。
519. 黄蜂伤：黄蜂伤方用芋头梗捣融敷之，极效。臭虫血涂之立愈。或用人十指甲磨水涂之亦效。
520. 射工伤：水中射工形如树上毛虫，著肉上立即肿痛，亦名射工。凡被水中射工伤，急用苍耳草绞汁服一升。渣和酒敷患处。
521. 蜘蛛咬伤：凡被蜘蛛咬伤，腹大如鼓，遍身生丝，饮白羊乳数日而愈。
又方：外用蓝靛汁一碗，加入雄黄、麝香少许贴患处，并服蓝靛汁亦效。
伤科
523. 豫章彭竹楼民部家传秘方回生丹：制送救活不下万人，大有起死回生之妙。诚千古第一仙丹，如能施药传方造福无量。此跌打损伤第一仙方，为伤科冠回生第一方。治跌伤、压伤、打伤、铳伤、割喉、吊死、惊死、溺水死等症。雷击死想亦可治。虽遍体重伤，死已数日，只要身体稍软，用此丹灌服，少刻即能有微气，再服一次即活。大便如下紫血更妙。惟身体僵硬难救。方用：活土鳖虫去足放瓦上小火焙黄研细，用净末五钱（死的不效，假的更不效）；自然铜放瓦上木炭烧红入好醋内淬半刻，取出再烧再淬，连制九次研末，要亲身制药，药店制不透不效，用净末二钱；真乳香以形如乳头黄色如胶者为真，不真不效，每一两用灯草二钱五分同炒枯，与灯草同研细吹去灯草，用净末二钱；真麝香三分（要当门子真的有效）；真陈血竭飞净二钱；真珠砂飞净二钱；巴豆去壳研用纸包压数次去油，用净末二钱。以上各药拣选明净，眼同研极细末，收入小口瓷瓶，用蜡封口，不可泄气。大人每用一分五厘，小儿七厘，酒冲服。牙关不开者打开一齿灌之，必活。要药称准方效。灌时多用水酒使药下喉为活。活后宜避风调养为要，后再以白糖常饮自愈。
524. 玉真散：治跌打损伤已破口者，无论伤口大小，不省人事或伤口溃烂伤风，口眼歪斜手足扯动，形如弯弓，只要心前微温，用此药敷伤口，另用热酒冲服三钱。不饮酒者滚水冲服。亦能起死回生。惟呕吐者难治，药虽平淡效最神奇。功在七厘铁扇诸方之上。药料易觅无假，其价易廉，或施药功德亦非浅也。方用：明天麻、羌活、防风、生南星（姜汁炒）、白芷各一两，白附子十二两。以上药料须拣选明净，眼同研极细末，收入小口瓷瓶，以蜡封口，不可泄气。如湿烂不能收口，用熟石膏二钱、黄丹三分，共研极细加入敷之。
525. 当归汤：治跌打损伤未破口，功能散瘀活血。虽以气绝打去一牙灌之，亦能活。此少林寺教师方。方药组成：当归、泽泻各五钱，川芎、红花、桃仁、丹皮各三钱，好苏木二钱。酒水各半煎，亦分服。头伤加藁本一钱。手伤加桂枝一钱，腰伤加杜仲一钱，肋伤加白芥子一钱，脚伤加牛膝一钱。
又方：野菊花连根阴干，每用一两，加酒与童便各一碗煎服。但有一丝之气无不活也。
526. 破伤口：急救方用龙眼核剥去光皮不用。将核研极细掺疮口即定痛止血也。又方：珠兰叶捣融敷之，立刻收口接骨。伤口宽大者加白盐少许。第二次敷免盐。又方：月季花（又名月月红）取叶捣烂敷之，立能止血消肿。虽断筋亦可速愈。
527. 血流不止：伤口血流不止，用猪瘦肉切厚片贴上。无论伤口大小，血流不止者立效如神。此急救止血第一仙方也。
528. 跌打吐血：跌打吐血不止，方用干荷花焙干研末调酒服，一日二三次，数日即愈。如用干荷叶、白砂糖煎服，或姜炭、京墨冲服，均效。
529. 戳伤肠出：好醋煮热洗之，随洗随入。外用活鸡皮乘热贴之。再服玉真散自愈。
530. 手指砍断将指接上：用苏木末敷之，外用蚕网包缚牢固。数日愈。
531. 接骨法：接骨验方用杉木炭研极细末，用白砂糖蒸极融化，将炭末和匀摊纸上，乘热贴之。无论破骨伤筋、断指折足，数日可愈。屡效。忌食生冷发物。下手先用凤仙花根一寸磨酒服，操动则不知痛。然后用药治之。
532. 伤损缩筋年久不愈：方用杨梅树皮晒干研末，和烧酒蒸熟调敷，用布扎好。每日一换，不过三五次即愈。
533. 跌打青肿：方用整块大黄用生姜汁磨融敷之，一夜紫者转黑，黑者转白，一日一换，其效如神。或用生半夏水调敷，一夜即消。
534. 跌打青肿内伤：凡一切跌打损伤，遍身青肿瘀停作痛及堕仆内伤，一服即愈。用白木耳四两焙干为末，每服一两，麻油拌匀好酒送服，药完其患若失。百发百中，神妙非常。
535. 损伤碎骨在内作脓：方用田螺捶烂，加酒秐（米酒糟？）和匀敷四围，中留一孔，其骨自出。
536. 旧伤日久作痛或天阴作痛：方用益母草熬膏，热酒送下。十日痊愈，其效如神。
537. 闪跌手足：用生姜、葱白捣融，和灰面炒热敷之，妙。
538. 跌打损伤湿烂不干：方用煅寒水石二钱研末敷之，立见功效。或用羊皮金纸贴伤处，效。
539. 止血补伤验方：治刀箭伤、马踢伤、跌伤、一切物打伤，无不验效。方药组成：生白附子十一两，白芷、天麻、生南星、防风、羌活各一两。共研极细末，就破处敷上。伤重者用黄酒浸服数钱。青肿者水调涂上。一切破烂皆可敷之，即愈。平时预制，莫大阴功。
540. 伤科七厘散圣药：专治金疮跌打损伤，骨断筋折，血流不止者。先以药七厘烧酒冲服。复用药以烧酒调搽伤处，用布扎住，效。方药组成：上朱砂一钱二分，真麝香一分二厘，梅花冰片一分二厘，净乳香一钱五分，红花一钱五分，瓜儿血竭一两，粉儿茶二钱四分。右药须拣选道地，于五月五日午时共为极细末，瓷瓶收贮，黄蜡封口。贮久更妙。每服七厘，不可多服，孕妇忌服。
541. 竹木入肉：竹木入肉久不出者，不过一夜即出。方用鹿角烧枯存性研末，以水调敷，或萆麻子（蓖麻子）捣敷，痛止即出。
497. Xiaoyao San (Free and Easy Wanderer Powder): Treats blood deficiency with liver dryness, bone-steaming fever (fever feeling as if emanating from the deep marrow), cough with alternating chills and fever, dry mouth, painful/difficult urination, irregular menstruation, etc. Formula: Chai Hu (Bupleuri Radix), Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), wine-fried Bai Shao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Jiao Bai Zhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma Carbonized), Fu Ling (Poria) each 1 qian; Zhi Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Preparata) 0.5 qian; Wei Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum) 3 slices; Bo He (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba) 3 leaves. Decoct in water and take orally.
498. Xian Nian San (Immortal Pinch Powder): Treats long-standing wind-dampness, blood-wind, skin parasitic infections (pi zhu), cold-dampness infiltrating the skin causing oozing and itching, pain upon scratching, black swelling of both legs resembling but not quite rotting, or intermittent sensations of heat and numbness. Formula: Han Shui Shi (Halloysitum Rubrum, separately ground), Fei Hua Shi (Kaolinitum, separately ground), Bai Zhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Zheng Bai Bu (Stemonae Radix), Chao Bai Xian Pi (Dawsoniae Radix, fried) each 3 liang; She Chuang Zi (Cnidii Fructus), Di Fu Zi (Kochiae Fructus), Dong Bai Wei (Bletillae Rhizoma) each 4 liang; Zhi Bie Jia (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum, prepared), Jiu Da Huang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, wine-processed) each 5 liang; Zhang Nao (Camphora) add a small amount when used, grind together. Grind all into an extremely fine powder, mix with sesame oil for external application, change once daily. Do not bathe. Cures in one month; at most three months to eradicate the root. Extremely effective.
499. Qi Wei Ya (Seven-Ingredient Duck): Extremely effective for cough and wheezing due to yin deficiency and consumptive disease. Formula: Sheng Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix), Shu Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata), Dang Gui Shen (Angelicae Sinensis Radix radix part), Fu Ling (Poria), Bai Zhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Chuan Bei Mu (Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus) each 3 qian; Di Gu Pi (Lycii Cortex) 4 qian. Take one old duck, remove feathers. Keep the original broth, wash the duck inside, remove viscera, do not touch raw water. Add the above herbs, one bowl of aged sweet wine, and three cups of light soy sauce into the duck's abdomen, sew tightly. Place in a clay basin without adding water to the basin. Seal the lid with cotton paper. Place the basin in a pot without adding water to the pot. Cover well. Burn three jin of straw tied into small knots slowly against the bottom of the pot. If the pot gets too hot, pause and resume burning. When the straw is consumed, the duck is cooked and tender. Edible; can be taken with aged wine if capable. Passed down by famous doctors in Jiangxi, effective for critical consumptive diseases.
500. Yang Shen Jiu (Sheep Kidney Wine): Obtained by Duke Dong Wenmin at a high price. For those with difficulty conceiving, taking it enables childbirth. Tested repeatedly like a spirit, never failing. This wine promotes fertility, prolongs life, darkens hair, strengthens sinews and bones, boosts qi and blood, replenishes essence and marrow, and reverses aging. A seventy-year-old man with weak legs unable to move was able to walk normally after just four days of taking this wine, and remained vigorous until ninety. The formula is secret but now recorded. Formula: Raw sheep kidney pair, Sha Yuan Ji Li (Astragali Complanati Semen) 4 liang (lightly fried between papers), Long Yan Rou (Longan Aril) 4 liang, Yin Yang Huo (Epimedii Folium) 4 liang (remove edge hairs with copper knife, stir-fry with sheep fat), Xian Mao (Curculiginis Rhizoma) 4 liang (must be genuine, soak in rice glutinous juice to remove red liquid), Yi Mi Ren (Coicis Semen) 4 liang. Soak in 2 jin of Ertao Shaojiu (distilled liquor) for 21 days. Drink as desired.
501. Wu Jia Bao Zhen Wan (Priceless Treasure True Pill): Treats all kinds of consumptive diseases. After one month, complexion and eyes become lustrous; after half a year, one returns to youth. Diet and sexual activity are like a young man's. No diseases arise. Hands and feet are not cold in winter; body is not hot in summer. Men's beard and hair do not turn white; women can bear many children. Benefits essence and marrow with infinite efficacy. Formula: Jiu Zhi Shu Di Huang (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix, nine times processed, avoid iron) 4 liang, Quan Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) 2.5 liang (soaked in wine), Chuan Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) 1.5 liang (soaked in wine and fried), Du Zhong (Eucommiae Cortex) 1.5 liang (stir-fried with ginger juice, remove silk fibers), Bai Fu Ling (Poria) 1.5 liang (steamed with human milk), Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) 1 liang (wine-fried), Jin Ying Zi (Chrysanthemi Fructus? Note: Usually Rosa Laevigata fruit, here likely Chrysanthemum or similar, text says Jin Ying Zi which is Rosa laevigata) 1 liang (soaked in wine, remove hairs and seeds), Jin Shi Hu (Dendrobii Caulis) 3 liang (wine-processed), Yin Yang Huo (Epimedii Folium) 1 liang (remove edge stems, roast with butter or stir-fry with sheep fat). All herbs processed with top-quality distilled liquor. Du Zhong separately ground into powder and mixed with other powders, add raw white honey, pound 1000 times. Make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 2 qian per dose, empty stomach with good wine. Formerly, a Sichuan Prefect in his prime suffered from five labors and seven injuries, limb weakness, heaviness, emaciation, dull face, impotence, lower jiao deficiency cold, nocturnal emissions. Taking this powder cured him instantly. Also, a courtyard worker Ge Yu, aged 76, had the same condition. Treated with this medicine, after ten days old ailments vanished, nightly intercourse continued. Later executed for licentiousness; bone examination showed full marrow. Confirmed efficacy.
502. Jin Gang Wan (Vajra Pill): Specifically treats kidney deficiency leading to skeletal atrophy and inability to get out of bed. Extremely effective. Formula: Bi Xie (Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae Rhizoma) [with red spots], Du Zhong (Eucommiae Cortex, stir-fried with ginger, remove silk), Rou Cong Rong (Cistanches Herba) [washed with wine, remove scales, dried], Tu Si Zi (Cuscutae Semen) [boiled with wine]. Equal parts, grind into fine powder. Boar kidney boiled in wine, pounded into pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 2 qian per dose with wine.
503. Peng Zu Jie Ming Dan (Peng Zu Life-Extending Pill): Best at replenishing essence and marrow without leakage. Assists yuan yang, moistens skin, strengthens sinews and bones, regulates waist and knees. Treats lower jiao deficiency cold, five labors and seven injuries, hemiplegia, lower jiao deficiency cold with bladder qi pain, sore/numb legs/knees, impotence. Men who take it walk healthily, gain strength, run fast. Women who take it clear red/white leukorrhea, metrorrhagia, and unblock fourteen vessels. Infinite efficacy. Formula: He Shou Wu (Polygoni Multiflori Radix), Bai Fu Shen (Poria with Hostwood), Chi Fu Ling (Red Poria), Tu Si Zi (Cuscutae Semen, ash removed), Niu Xi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix), Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Po Gu Zhi (Psoraleae Fructus), Fu Pen Zi (Rubi Fructus). Each 10 liang. Avoid iron. Pound in stone mortar into fine powder. Mix refined honey with yellow wine to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 2 qian per dose, empty stomach with yellow wine. Three doses daily (morning, noon, evening). After seven days, increase to 3 qian per dose. Avoid rapeseed (you cai) and radish.
504. Cao Ling Dan (Grass Spirit Pill): Prolongs life, replenishes essence and marrow, darkens hair, strengthens teeth, sinews, bones, qi, and blood. Effective after one month. To verify, feed mixed with rice to a white dog; it turns black in one month. Elderly who take it for ten days stop waking at night. Users must not engage in excessive sex to avoid depleting essence. Avoid black mutton, pigeons, plums, and peaches. Formula: Zhen Chuan Jiao (Sichuan Pepper, seeds fried to release moisture), Mao Shan Cang Zhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma from Maoshan) each 4 liang (soaked in wine, dried), Hui Xiang (Foeniculi Fructus, salt-water fried), Bai Fu Ling (Poria, peeled and fried) each 3 liang, Chuan Wu (Aconiti Radix, peel and navel removed), Zhi Gan Cao (Prepared Licorice) each 1 liang, Jiu Shu Di Huang (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix soaked in wine), Zhen Shan Yao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma) each 3 liang. Grind into fine powder, refine honey for pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 30 pills per dose, empty stomach with warm wine. Press with dry food after taking.
505. Dai Shen Gao (Ginseng-Replacing Paste): Greatly tonifies qi and blood, can replace ginseng. Formula: Nen Huang Qi (Astragali Radix), Jiu Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, wine-processed) each 5 qian, Fei Yu Zhu (Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma) 1 liang, Hua Zhou Jie Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium from Huazhou) 3 qian (if genuine unavailable, use Xinhui Chen Pi). Simmer in a clay pot with spring water until paste forms. Take morning and evening dissolved in boiling water.
506. You Hou (Warts): Also called hou zi. Pulling them grows threads 3-4 cun long. Afterwards, apply mixture of ginger juice and good vinegar frequently. Cured in three days with this method.
507. Rou He (Flesh Knots): Use genuine Mei Zi (Plum Fruit), remove pit, burn to retain char, grind to powder, apply. Disappears in a few days.
Also, fresh radish skin applied externally is effective. I personally treated a case of firm, swollen, non-painful pulse in the hand using Hai Zao (Sargassum), Gan Sui (Euphorbiae Lathyridis Radix), Da Ji (Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix), Xia Ku Cao (Prunellae Spica), Gui Ban (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum), Bai Jie Zi (Sinapis Semen), Wu Mei Rou (Mume Fructus Flesh), Bai Fan (Alumen), bound with vinegar. Cured.
508. Gan Du San (Poison-Chasing Powder): Also known as Chong He San. For diffuse swelling on inner/outer thighs and behind knees near bones, no head, normal skin color, slight soreness/spasm/curling, caused by wind-damp invasion. If not treated urgently, may develop into deep abscesses (tie gu ju), hard to cure. Use this to dispel cold, drive out dampness, bring toxins to surface, move them elsewhere to exit. Even if fistula forms, it will gradually heal. Equivalent to Yi Du San, effective every time. Formula: Chao Zi Jing Pi (Photiniae Radix, fried) 5 liang, Chi Shao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra) 2 liang, Xiang Bai Zhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) 1 liang (sun-dried, avoid fire frying), Chao Du Huo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix, fried) 1.5 liang, Shi Chang Pu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma) 1.5 liang. Grind all together, sift fine. Mix with good wine and five scallion heads, boil wine, apply mixture. Apply fully, change daily, until swelling subsides and pain stops.
509. Hei Long Dan (Black Dragon Pill): Treats all malignant sores and strange toxins. Due to excessive squeezing during pus drainage, polyps protrude, small as rice grains, large as plums/mushrooms, red and flowering, not retracting. Named "poison root," caused by qi and vessel damage. People often use caustic drugs to rot them off, causing extreme pain, intolerable for weak bodies, and they regrow over years. Formula: Da Shu Di Huang (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix) sliced, dried, roasted until charred 1 liang; Zhen Wu Mei Rou (Mume Fructus Flesh) roasted to charcoal 3 qian. Grind evenly to ultra-fine powder, sprinkle onto plaster and apply. Polyps retract in 3-5 days. Follow with wound-healing and flesh-generating medicine to complete treatment. Extremely effective. For prolapse due to weak chi pulse, decoct Fang Feng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) and Sheng Ma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma) 1 qian each in water, apply mixture. Immediately retracts. Follow with kidney-tonifying medicine to prevent recurrence. Also very effective. Forever avoid goose meat.
510. Tiger Bite: Bleeding is heavy, wound ulcerates immediately with unbearable pain. Urgently apply pork slice, changing as it melts. Quickly grind 1 jin of Di Yu (Sanguisorbae Radix) to powder, add 3 liang of San Qi (Notoginseng Radix) powder and 4 liang of Ku Shen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix) powder, mix well and sprinkle. Sprinkle as needed. Bleeding stops, pain settles. Di Yu cools blood, Ku Shen stops pain, San Qi stops bleeding; combining them yields miraculous results. Alternatively, mash young pine needles into mud, stuff into wound. Very effective. Chew and apply young camphor tree leaves; no sequelae.
511. Wolf Bite: Apply dry ginger powder or pepper powder. Swelling and pain subside quickly, safe in three days.
512. Human Bite: Human teeth are most toxic, biting causes unbearable pain. If not treated urgently, it ulcerates gradually. First wash with child's urine, then apply human feces, or wash with decoction of Ren Zhong Huang (Human Excrement Charcoal). Do not refuse due to filth. Another method: Wash dirty blood with child's urine, chew a good persimmon cake thoroughly, steam twice in a bowl, apply. Cured in three days. Effective on many people.
513. Dog Bite: Domestic dog bite: Scrape grease from butcher block, mix with white sugar, apply. Wash with licorice decoction to remove toxin, apply hot cow dung to stop pain immediately. For severe cases, apply pepper powder; pain/swelling subsides immediately. Cure in three applications. If wound is severe, rotten, and long-standing, bake and grind Fan Mu Die (Strychni Semen), sprinkle. Works in three days, cures in half a month.
514. Pig Bite: Roast raw Gui Ban (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum), grind to fine powder, mix with sesame oil for application. Must roast raw shell.
515. Monkey Scratch: Jīn Máo Gǒu Jǐ (Cibotii Rhizoma), bake, grind to powder, sprinkle or mix with sesame oil for application. Cures immediately.
516. Cat Bite: Boil Bo He (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba) and Chuan Jiao (Sichuan Pepper), wash with decoction. Using either alone is also effective.
517. Snake Bite: Poisonous snake bite, venom attacks heart, death within half a day. Urgently take bamboo pipe tar paste, wash out with cold water, drink one bowl. Heavy poisoning tastes sweet not spicy. Apply smoke oil to wound. First aid for snake bites.
Another method: Mix 1 jin of Xiang Bai Zhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) powder with fresh well water,灌 (force-feed). Hear sound in umbilicus, yellow fluid flows from wound, recovers after a while. Taoist healing method. Or add Dan Fan (Vitriolum) and Musk to Bai Zhi powder, sprinkle. Evil fluid drains, recovers in a month. Or break an egg, place hole over wound, hold until black, change until cured.
Another method: Grind two knives together in water, drink the water. Saves even in extreme agony. Passed down by snake doctors.
Another method: Wu Ling Zhi (Trogopterori Faeces) 1 liang, Xiong Huang (Realgar) 0.5 qian, decoct in water and wine, drink. Dregs apply to site. Saves critical cases. Adding Bai Zhi is better.
518. Centipede Bite: Grind fingernails in water, apply. Immediate effect, foolproof. Simplest method, no need for others. Likely works for other venomous bites. Case: Man bitten by centipede, green/blue swelling like a bowl, unbearable pain, all medicines failed, cured by this.
519. Wasp Sting: Mash taro stalk, apply. Extremely effective. Smear bedbug blood, cures immediately. Or grind fingernails in water, apply. Effective.
520. Water Spider (She Gong) Injury: Shape like hairy caterpillar on trees, attaches to flesh causing immediate swelling/pain. Urgently squeeze juice from Cang Er Cao (Xanthii Herba), drink 1 sheng. Apply dregs mixed with wine to site.
521. Spider Bite: Abdomen swells like drum, body covered in silk. Drink white goat milk for several days to recover.
Another method: External application of 1 bowl Indigo juice mixed with Realgar and Musk. Drinking Indigo juice is also effective.
