钱，自然铜（火 、醋淬七次，取末）三钱，共研极细，溶化黄蜡二两，和匀药末为丸弹子
大，热酒每化一丸，空心服。
治脾胃湿热，发为火丹。制苍术、白术、浓朴、防风、栀子、赤茯苓、猪苓、泽泻、陈
皮、木通、滑石末各一钱，桂心、甘草各五分。
治臂痈、臂疽，初起肿痛。白芷、桔梗各一钱，升麻、红花、炙草各五分，炒芩、生
连翘各二钱，酒引。
治三焦湿热，肘尖生疽。菊花、炒芍、当归、川芎、生地、知母、贝母、地骨皮（去心）
麦冬、柴胡、条芩各一钱，升麻、炒连、甘草各五分，灯心引，日二服。
治疗背部发生的各种疮疡，以及因六郁（气、血、痰、火、湿、食）结聚导致的肿胀。使用酒炒制的香附、制半夏、茯苓、陈皮、川芎各一钱，制苍术、煨砂仁、炒栀子、甘草各五分，以生姜为引。若兼有食积郁滞，则加入炒神曲。
治疗背疽等各种发作，属于气寒而邪气实盛的证候。将巴豆肉研烂（用纸压制去油，取其霜状物）一钱半，配合沉香、木香、乳香各五分，研成细末。
治疗因服用丹石类热性药物，导致引发背部疮疡。使用粉甘草三斤，捶碎后用水浸泡透彻，再捶打出粉汁，去除筋络，滤入锅中用慢火熬制成膏状。每次取一匙，用热酒水调化服用，每日三次。
治疗腰部和胯部生疽，初起时肿块坚硬且麻木疼痛。使用炒桃仁一两，当归、赤芍、川芎、川椒、乳香、没药各五钱，自然铜（用火煅烧后用醋淬炼七次，取其粉末）三钱，共同研磨成极细粉末，熔化黄蜡二两，与药末混合均匀制成如弹子大小的丸剂。每次空腹时，用热酒化开一丸服用。
治疗脾胃湿热，引发的火丹（一种急性皮肤炎症）。使用制苍术、白术、浓朴、防风、栀子、赤茯苓、猪苓、泽泻、陈皮、木通、滑石末各一钱，桂心、甘草各五分。
治疗手臂痈、手臂疽，初起时出现肿痛。使用白芷、桔梗各一钱，升麻、红花、炙甘草各五分，炒黄芩、生连翘各二钱，以酒为引。
治疗三焦湿热，肘尖部位生疽。使用菊花、炒芍药、当归、川芎、生地、知母、贝母、地骨皮（去心）、麦冬、柴胡、条芩各一钱，升麻、炒黄连、甘草各五分，以灯心草为引，每日服用两次。
治疗手发背、掌心发初起阶段。使用羌活、当归各二钱，独活、乌药、威灵仙各一钱半，前胡、升麻、荆芥穗、桔梗、桂枝、甘草各一钱，以酒为引。
Treats various sores occurring on the back, and swelling caused by the accumulation of the Six Stagnations (Qi, Blood, Phlegm, Fire, Dampness, Food). Use Xiangfu Rhizoma Cyperi (prepared with wine), Banxia Rhizoma Pinelliae (prepared), Poria, Chenpi Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, and Chuanxiong Rhizoma, each 1 qian; Cangzhu Rhizoma Atractylodis (prepared), Sharen Fructus Amomi (roasted), Zhizi Fructus Gardeniae (stir-fried), and Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae (prepared), each 0.5 qian. Use fresh ginger as a guide. If there is food stagnation, add Shenqu Mass Medicamentum Fermentatum (stir-fried).
Treats carbuncles and other eruptions on the back, characterized by cold Qi and excess pathogenic factors. Grind Baidu Ren Semen Crotonis (pressed between paper to remove oil, taking the frost) 1.5 qian, together with Chenxiang Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum, Muxiang Radix Aucklandiae, and Ruxiang Resina Olibani, each 0.5 qian, into a fine powder.
Treats back eruptions caused by ingesting Dan Shi (cinnabar and stone minerals) hot tonics. Use Fengancao Radix Glycyrrhizae Praeparata 3 jin. Crush it, soak thoroughly in water, pound to extract starch juice, remove tendons, filter into a pot, and slowly boil into an ointment. Take one spoonful, dissolved in hot rice wine, three times daily.
Treats carbuncles arising in the waist and hip region, initially presenting as hard, numb, and painful swelling. Use Taoren Semen Persicae (stir-fried) 1 liang; Danggui Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Chi Shao Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Chuanjiao Fructus Zanthoxyli, Ruxiang Resina Olibani, and Moyao Resina Olibani, each 5 qian; Ziran Tong Pyritum (calcined in fire and quenched in vinegar seven times, take the powder) 3 qian. Grind all into an extremely fine powder, melt Huangla Beeswax 2 liang, mix evenly with the powder to form pills the size of bullet seeds. Dissolve one pill in hot wine and take on an empty stomach.
Treats Huo Dan (a type of acute dermatitis) caused by damp-heat in the Spleen and Stomach. Use Cangzhu Rhizoma Atractylodis (prepared), Baizhu Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Nonghou Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis, Fangfeng Radix Saposhnikoviae, Zhizi Fructus Gardeniae, Chi Fuling Poria cum Rubro Core, Zhuling Polyporus, Zexiao Rhizoma Alismatis, Chenpi Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Mutong Caulis Akebiae, and Huashi Talcum, each 1 qian; Guixin Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae, and Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae, each 0.5 qian.
Treats arm abscesses and carbuncles, initially presenting with swelling and pain. Use Baizhi Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Jiegeng Radix Platycodi, each 1 qian; Shengma Rhizoma Cimicifugae, Honghua Flos Carthami, Zhi Cao Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata, each 0.5 qian; Huangqin Radix Scutellariae (stir-fried), Sheng Lianqiao Fructus Forsythiae, each 2 qian. Use wine as a guide.
Treats carbuncles at the tip of the elbow caused by damp-heat in the San Jiao (Triple Burner). Use Juhua Flos Chrysanthemi, Chao Shaoyao Radix Paeoniae Alba (stir-fried), Danggui Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Shengdi Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, Zhimu Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, Beimu Bulbus Fritillariae, Digupi Cortex Lycii, Maidong Radix Ophiopogonis, Chaihu Radix Bupleuri, and Tiao Huangqin Radix Scutellariae, each 1 qian; Shengma Rhizoma Cimicifugae, Chao Lianqiao Fructus Forsythiae (stir-fried), Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae, each 0.5 qian. Use Dengxin Caulis Junci as a guide, taken twice daily.
Treats early-stage Hand Back Eruption (Shou Fa Bei) and Palm Eruption (Zhang Xin Fa). Use Qianghuo Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii, Danggui Radix Angelicae Sinensis, each 2 qian; Duhuo Radix Angelicae Pubescentis, Wuyao Fructus Linderae, Weilingxian Herba Clematidis, each 1.5 qian; Qianhu Radix Peucedani, Shengma Rhizoma Cimicifugae, Jingjie Spica Schizonepetae, Jiegeng Radix Platycodi, Guizhi Ramulus Cinnamomi, Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae, each 1 qian.
