九制硫黄丸∶凡人一身，以命门先天真火为主，火旺则脾土及五脏强壮。如人一家之主
人富强，则百事俱强也。此火一虚，则脾胃虚弱，饮食少进，无精液以养脏，则五脏自弱，
以致百病易生，且老尤甚。年老之人，火必衰，久服附、桂至无效，故有耳聋、眼花、齿落
、发白等症，是非此丸难除此症。此丸专补先天本元，能健脾胃，壮筋骨，治虚弱、齿落、
阳痿，却百病。久服面如童颜，老当益壮。惟《药性》云∶硫黄为纯阳之物，与鹿茸并功，
但其性太热有毒。又云∶硫磺性虽热而疏利大肠，与燥涩者不同。又云∶热药多秘，惟磺暖
而能通；寒药多泄，惟黄连肥肠而止泻。人多谓服之久必发毒，皆因药店制之不精。如自制
得法，自然无碍。磺用外洋者良，若土磺断不可用。
一制∶用老白豆腐，将磺研末，用净砂锅以竹篱夹锅底，篱上盖豆腐一层，铺磺一层，
叠叠铺好，入水煮至豆腐黄黑色为度，用清水漂净腐渣，再煮三次，每磺一斤，豆腐一斤，
或黑豆拌煮亦可。二制∶用大个萝卜挖空，将磺末入内，盖紧缚好，慢火煮至萝卜黄黑烂为
度，清水漂净，复煮二次。或萝卜切片拌亦可，一磺二卜。三制∶将紫背鲜浮萍洗净，拌磺
末，煮至萍腐烂为度。但萍根须最多，清水漂净。或打烂取汁拌煮亦可。一磺三萍。四制∶
用新绿豆拣淘洗净，以磺末拌煮至豆烂为度，清水漂净，一磺二豆。五制∶用石菖蒲或菖蒲
，洗净切小段。拌磺末入水煮至烂为度。取汁拌煮更妙。六制∶松、柏叶各半，洗净去枝，
用叶剪碎，拌磺煮至叶烂为度，清水漂净。七制∶或藕或梨，或藕梨各半，切片同磺煎至藕
梨烂为度。八制∶肥壮猪大肠洗净气味，将磺末研细漂净装入大肠，两头扎紧，勿令走漏，
煮至大肠熟烂为度。用清水泡过夜，澄出阴干。九制∶地黄二两，全归、天冬、麦冬各一两
，川芎、陈皮、枸杞、杜仲、茯苓、炙草、前胡、防风、泽泻、蛇床子、五加皮各五钱，每
磺一斤，用药一料，照磺递加。用清水煎浓，将磺末投入，煎至药汁干，起出阴干，用糯米
煮粥拌为丸如绿豆大，阴干，用瓷瓶装收。每早用盐汤送服。一月用三分，第二月四分，三
月六分，四月八分，五月一钱，每月递加，至二钱为度。如恐服久发毒，病愈则止，自无妨
碍。忌一切牲畜血及细辛。
七制固脂丸∶治命门火亏，下元虚损，耳聋眼花，腰痛腿软，背冷精流，阳痿不举，小
便过多，筋骨疼痛，肚腹畏寒，脾胃虚弱，饮食难消，夜多盗汗，精神疲倦，时受躺卧等症
。功能补火壮阳，固精种子，保真元，壮筋骨，健脾胃，长精神，除疾病，功效不能尽述。
无论男妇皆治。每早空心服一钱，淡盐水送下。每服至一月后加三分，加至二钱为止。忌食
羊血、油菜（又名芸苔，广西呼为菜花）、菜油。若阴虚水亏者，早服此药，晚服六味地黄
丸
一制∶淘米水泡一夜，晒七日；二制∶黄柏二斤熬浓汁泡一夜，晒七日；三制∶杜仲二
斤，照前；四制∶生盐二斤，照前；五制∶鱼鳔三斤，照前。六制∶核桃肉六斤，照前。七
制∶黑枣三斤，糯米三斤，共煮粥，将固脂磨细末（忌铁器）和匀，捣融为丸如梧桐子大。
七制香附丸∶专治心血亏虚，火不下降，水不上升，以致心肾不交，夜梦遗精，百药不
效者，服此大有奇功，香附一斤。

神仙粥∶此方专治感冒风寒，头痛骨疼，并四时疫气流行等症。初得病二三日服此即愈
。糯米三合，生姜五大片，河水两碗、于砂锅内煮两滚，次入带须葱白五七根，或煮至米熟
，再加米醋小半盏入内和匀，乘热吃粥，或只吃粥汤。盖被睡卧，谨避风寒，以出汗为度。
屡验，非寻常表药可比。
甘露茶∶此茶疏风清热，去滞逐邪，治一切感冒时气头痛腹胀，不服水土等症。陈皮四
钱（盐水洗），谷芽一两（炒），神曲一两五钱，山楂五十粒（炒），乌药、浓朴、枳壳各八
钱，
羊肉汤∶治寒劳虚羸及产后受寒，心腹疝痛诸症，甚效。肥羊肉一斤，水煮，入当归五
两，黄 八两，生姜六两，再煮，分四服，此张仲景方也。

用），大茴（炒）、小茴（炒）、丁香、五味子各一两，升麻、木香、甘草、甘遂各四钱，沉

开关散∶治朱砂症，并治感冒风寒及各项痧症。凡脉散、牙紧、发烧，手足麻木，闭目
不语，喉肿心痛，医多不识此症，误认为喉风。此名为朱砂症，又名心经疔，用此药三分，
先吹入鼻孔内，再将药称足一钱，姜汤冲服。服后，用纸捻照心窝、背心二处，见有红点发
现，用针挑破，内有红筋，挑出方保无事。此方神效，不可忽视。牙皂、细辛各三钱半，明
雄二钱半，法夏、广木香各三钱，陈皮、藿香、桔梗、薄荷、贯众、白芷、防风、甘草各二
钱，枯矾五分，各药共研细末，瓷瓶收贮，用蜡封口，不可泄气。
土熨法∶治身受寒热，心腹疼痛，医家辨证不清，寒热混投。或乡僻之地无药调理，渐
至饮食不进，大便闭塞，小便短涩，上下关格不通，浑身绷紧，或六脉沉伏，或紧数之极，
甚至手足腰膝僵硬，不省人事。此危笃之症，急用陈干土砖捣成粗末，约二升许，以锅炒温
热，用青布包好，以半揉熨胸腹腰背等处，冷则另换一半，周流揉熨约半小时久，自觉胸腹
气流通而愈。或再用皂角末少许吹入鼻中，得喷嚏则气随通畅。
天然透邪丹∶治感受风寒暑湿及四时不正之气，以致头痛胀闷，鼻塞不通，胸膈不舒等
症。
鹅不食草（查药物备要便知）晒干研细末，瓷瓶收贮，以蜡封口。每用少许吹鼻中，即

三片，枣三枚，水煎服。
逍遥散∶治血虚肝燥，骨蒸劳热，咳嗽寒热，口干便涩，月经不调等症。柴胡、当归、
白芍（酒炒）、焦术、云苓各一钱，炙草五分，煨姜三片，薄荷三分，水煎服。
金匮肾气丸∶治腰痛脚肿，小便不利，呕吐胀痛，四肢虚浮，痰重喘急，脾肾虚弱，水
泛为痰，非此不救。此仲景神方也。风湿重者须先去风湿，然后服此药，以免关门杀贼之患
。熟地（四两）、茯苓（三两）、牛膝、肉桂、泽泻、车前、山茱萸、山药、丹皮各一两，附

八味地黄汤∶治命门火亏，虚弱少气，尺脉弱者宜服之。照上六味地黄汤加附子、肉桂

元麦地黄汤∶治阴虚心火狂躁，肾水不足，此即六味地黄汤之变方也，加麦冬、元参，
降火益水。熟地八钱，云苓三钱，丹皮三钱，建泻三钱，淮药四钱，元参二钱，麦冬（去心）
二钱，山茱肉四钱。
凉血地黄汤∶治胃火热盛，吐血、衄血、咳血、便血，畜血如狂，漱水不欲咽及阳毒发
斑等症。生地四钱，白芍二钱，丹皮一钱，犀角一钱（要尖子佳），黄芩二钱，甘草五分，

藿香正气散∶治上吐下泻霍乱急症及各项痧症，并四时不正之气，以及不服水土，脾胃
不和，饮食停滞，恶心胸满等症。藿香二钱，白芷、桔梗、法夏、紫苏、焦术、大腹皮、川
朴、（姜汁炒）、陈皮、茯苓各一钱，炙草五分，姜三片，枣二枚，煎服。
六一散∶治中暑烦躁口渴，小便不通，泻痢热疟，霍乱吐泻等症。滑石（水飞净）六两，
甘草一两，为末。每服三四钱，凉水调下。
益元散∶治与上同。照上六一散加辰砂少许。
甘桔汤∶治喉痛喉痹，肺痈吐脓，干咳无痰，火郁在肝等症。金银花二钱，甘草一钱，
桔梗八分，牛子钱半，水煎服。
荆防败毒散∶治肿腮漏腮。荆芥、防风、羌活、独活、柴胡、前胡、川芎、枳壳、桔梗

一种制法：用老白豆腐，将硫黄研成末，用干净的砂锅，在锅底垫竹篱，篱上铺一层豆腐，再铺一层硫黄，层层叠好，入水煮至豆腐呈黄黑色为止，用清水漂净腐渣，再煮三次。每斤硫黄配一斤豆腐，或用黑豆拌煮也可以。
二种制法：用大萝卜挖空，将硫黄末放入，盖紧绑好，慢火煮至萝卜黄黑烂透为止，清水漂净，再煮两次。或将萝卜切片拌煮也可，比例是一斤硫黄配两斤萝卜。
三种制法：将紫背鲜浮萍洗净，拌入硫黄末，煮至浮萍腐烂为止。浮萍根须最多，需清水漂净。或打烂取汁拌煮也可。比例是一斤硫黄配三斤浮萍。
四种制法：用新绿豆拣选淘洗干净，以硫黄末拌煮至豆烂为止，清水漂净，比例是一斤硫黄配两斤豆。

Just as a wealthy family head ensures prosperity in all matters, if this fire becomes deficient, the Spleen and Stomach weaken, food intake decreases, and there is no essence/fluid to nourish the organs, leading to weakness of the five Zang organs and susceptibility to various diseases, especially in the elderly.
