者，用鲤鱼鳞皮烧灰水调服，或用真象牙磨浓汁饮极效。愈后戒食鲤鱼。

此方得自仙人传授，多次验证有效，药物虽然平淡，但功效很大，希望不要轻视。婴儿用量减半，孕妇使用没有禁忌。紫石英四钱（用于解除煤气中毒），六神曲三钱（用于消除食积），蒲公英四钱（用于解除喉部毒素），杏仁泥五钱（用于消除痰浊）。

凡是各种骨头卡住喉咙，骨头较大难以吞咽的情况，用鹅毛管伸入喉咙探引呕吐，或者用筷子重压舌根，即可引发呕吐。或者用一大匙白糖，配合半匙铜绿粉，加入少许麻油，用茶汤调服，即可吐出。如果吐不出来，用牙皂研磨成细末，吹入鼻中引起喷嚏，骨头就会出来。骨头较小的，用威灵仙三钱煎煮浓汁，时时含漱咽下，骨头自然会软化如棉絮般排出。另外，谷皮树捣烂取汁或煎汤，含漱咽下都可以。
另一个方子：用一块硼砂含化，让汁液咽下，骨头脱落而消失。
橄榄研磨烂，用水冲服连渣一起喝掉。如果没有新鲜的，就用橄榄核磨成浓汁多喝也有效。如果有鱼刺卡伤严重至几天不出来的，用鲤鱼鳞皮烧成灰，用水调服，或者用真正的象牙磨成浓汁饮用，效果极好。痊愈后要忌食鲤鱼。
If the throat is swollen and blocked, the mouth cannot open, medicine cannot be blown in, and water cannot be swallowed, urgently use one raw Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata) and five qian of Guzhi (Psoraleae Fructus), grind them into powder, mix evenly to form two plaster cakes, the size of a teacup, and apply them to the center of the sole of the foot, known as Yongquan (Kidney 1). In winter, warm with fire for about one hour; the throat will then open, allowing for blowing medicine and taking oral medication.
Use approximately one bowl of juice from fresh white radish (Raphani Semen), add five fen of finely ground Xionghuang (Realgar) and five fen of Xuanmingfen (Mirabilite). If the throat tissue is ulcerated/corroded, use a sheep wool brush dipped in the juice to wash and clean the area. If not corroded, frequently gargle with the juice and spit out the toxic saliva. Then blow Yuanzhu Dan (Pearl Pill) throat medicine into the throat; it is extremely effective.
This prescription was obtained from immortal transmission and has been verified effective many times. Although the medicines are plain, their efficacy is great; do not overlook them. Infants should take half the dose; pregnant women are not contraindicated. Zishiying (Fluorite) four qian (to resolve coal gas toxicity), Liushenqu (Medicated Leaven) three qian (to resolve food stagnation), Pugongying (Dandelion) four qian (to resolve throat toxins), Xingren Ni (Apricot Seed Paste) five qian (to resolve phlegm).
Use Renshen (Ginseng Root) and Sanqi (Notoginseng Root) ground into fine powder, frequently applied to the injured area until healed.
Another prescription: Use Liuji Nu (Artemisia Annua Herb) ground into fine powder and applied to the injured area.
Yet another prescription: Use pure Dripping Ru Xiang (Boswellia Resin, de-oiled) and pure Mo Yao (Myrrh Resin, de-oiled), equal parts. After removing all oil, place on paper... [text missing] ... small ... hard ... [text missing].
For any bone lodged in the throat that is large and difficult to swallow, insert a goose feather quill into the throat to induce vomiting, or press heavily on the root of the tongue with chopsticks to induce vomiting. Or use one large spoonful of white granulated sugar mixed with half a spoonful of Tonglü (Malachite) powder, add a little Sesame Oil (Sesami Oleum), and take with tea soup to induce vomiting. If vomiting does not occur, grind Yazao (Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit) into fine powder and blow it into the nose to induce sneezing, which will expel the bone. For smaller bones, decoct three qian of Weilingxian (Salvia Miltiorrhiza Root) into a concentrated liquid, hold in the mouth and swallow frequently; the bone will naturally soften like cotton and pass down. Alternatively, crush Gu Pi Shu (Celtis Tree Bark) to extract juice or decoct into soup, holding in the mouth and swallowing is also effective.
Another prescription: Contain a piece of Pengsha (Borax) until dissolved and swallowed with the juice; the bone will detach and disappear.
Crush Green Olive (Canarium Album Seed) thoroughly, mix with water, and ingest including the residue. If fresh ones are unavailable, grind olive pits into thick juice and drink generously; this is also effective. For severe cases where a fishbone remains lodged for several days, burn carp scales (Cyprini Carpio Squama) to ash, mix with water, and ingest. Or grind genuine Ivory (Elephantis Dentis Cornu) into thick juice and drink; this is extremely effective. After recovery, avoid eating carp.
