分服。若治横生倒产及死胎，则加黑马料豆一合，炒焦，乘热淬入水中，加童便一半煎药服
，少顷再服一剂，神效。此方又治产后腹痛，发热，头痛，能逐败血，生新血，除诸疾。

一两，川芎七钱，生龟板手大一块，醋炙研末（药店多以熬过龟胶之板混用，必自行看过实

胎元自堕。莲肉清君相之火而能涩真气；萱麻利小便而通子户，清淫欲之瘀热；糯米补益脾
阴，能实阳明空窍，使胎不妄动而胎气自安。以五谷果实为方，诚王道之剂也。
泰山磐石散∶治妇人血气两虚。或肥而不实，或瘦而血热，或肝脾素亏，倦怠少食，屡
有堕胎之患。此方和平，兼养脾胃气血。觉有热者倍加黄芩，少用砂仁；觉有胃弱者多用砂
仁，少加黄芩。更宜戒恼怒、欲事，并酒醋辛热之物，可保无堕。台党、炙 、川芎、黄芩
、川续断各一钱，白芍（酒炒）、熟地各八分，白术二钱土炒，炙草、砂仁各五分，糯米（三
钱），用泉水煎服。但觉有孕，隔三五日常用一服，过四个月方保无虞。其药渣可倾入河池
内与鱼食之，以有糯米故也。徐东皋曰∶妇人凡怀胎两、三个月，惯要堕落，名曰小产。此
由体弱气血两虚，脏腑火多，血分受热所致。医家安胎多用艾、附、砂仁热补之剂，是速其
堕矣。殊不知血气清和，无火煎烁，则胎自安。大抵气虚则提摄不住，血热则滥溢妄行，欲
其不堕得乎？香附虽云快气开郁，多用损正气，砂仁快脾，多用亦耗真气，况香燥之性，血
气两伤，求以安胎，适所以损胎也。惟泰山磐石散、千金保孕丸二方，能夺造化之妙，百发
百中，神效非常。

Wuyu (Evodiae Fructus) and Chuanjiao (Sichuan Pepper) each eight liang, ground into powder, formed into pills the size of a bullet with refined honey. Wrap in cotton cloth and insert into the vagina, changing once day and night. After one month, when the uterus becomes warm, pregnancy can be achieved.
Another prescription: Frequently wash with water decocted from Shihuang (Realgar), effective.
Baochan Wuyou Fang (Prescription for Safe Childbirth without Worries): Specifically treats all obstetric conditions; it calms the fetus if present, and induces labor at term. Regardless of gestational age, for any fetal restlessness, lower back soreness, or abdominal pain, one dose brings immediate relief, and a second dose ensures complete recovery. For difficult or dangerous labor, one dose facilitates delivery. For breech presentation or malposition persisting for six to seven days, or for a dead fetus in utero with life hanging by a thread, one dose also expels the fetus. Pregnant women should begin pre-administration at seven months: one dose in the seventh month, two doses in the eighth, three doses in the ninth, and three doses in the tenth. One dose taken at the onset of labor guarantees no dystocia. It is infallible, with efficacy as if divine. Zinongpu (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex stir-fried with ginger juice) and Qiai (Artemisiae Argyi Folium stir-fried with vinegar) each 7 fen, Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix stir-fried with wine) and Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) each 1.5 qian, Sheng [missing character], Jingjie Sui (Schizonepetae Spica) each 8 fen, Chuanbei [missing character], Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) each 5 [missing character]. Weigh accurately with a small steelyard; do not [missing character] regarding fetal restlessness and [missing character]; drops must not enter the mouth.
Foushou San (Buddha's Hand Powder): Treats injured fetal qi, or a dead fetus in utero causing unceasing pain, locked jaw, fainting, epigastric and abdominal fullness, or blood rushing upward to the heart. Taking this calms a living fetus and expels a dead one. It also treats breech or malpresentations. The patient must lie quietly, take the decoction, then lie quiet again, resulting in natural vertex presentation. If fetal limbs are protruding and cannot be retracted, do not move them recklessly. Lightly apply salt to the soles of the fetal feet, gently scratch with fingernails, and rub the mother's abdomen with salt. Lie quietly for a while, and they will naturally retract. Prepare the medicine early for emergencies. Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) 1 liang, Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) 6 qian. Decoct with 7 parts water and 3 parts wine until 7 parts remain, then administer. To treat breech/malpresentation or retained dead fetus, add Yema Liaodou (Black Horse Vigna Seed) 1 he, stir-fried until charred, quenched hot in water, add half Tongbian (Child's Urine), decoct the medicine, and administer. Take another dose shortly after; miraculous effect. This prescription also treats postpartum abdominal pain, fever, headache, expelling stasis, generating new blood, and eliminating various ailments.
Jiajian Xiong Gui Tang (Modified Ligusticum and Angelica Decoction): Specifically treats dystocia and deficiency of Yin Qi, where the crossing bones do not open, inducing labor like a god. Prepare early for emergencies. Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) 1 liang, Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) 7 qian, Sheng Guiban (Fresh Tortoise Carapace) the size of a hand, stir-fried with vinegar and powdered (pharmacies often mix this with boiled tortoise glue plates; one must verify it is genuine fresh plate for efficacy), a ball of human hair the size of an egg (calcined in a tile until carbonized but retaining nature). Decoct 2 bowls of water to 1 bowl. Delivery occurs in the time it takes a person to walk five li. Even a dead fetus is expelled immediately. A case exists where a woman’s cervix did not open for two days; one dose resulted in birth. Truly a sacred medicine.
Antai Yin (Fetus-Calming Drink): Specifically treats habitual abortion in women, tested with miraculous results. Also excellent for those who have never had a miscarriage. A woman who suffered six miscarriages found all other medicines ineffective; after taking this prescription, she bore several healthy children. Tested repeatedly with miraculous results, infallible, truly the number one prescription for preserving pregnancy. Lianrou (Nelumbinis Semen, heart removed, skin intact), Jiaqing Xuansha (Domestic Daylily Stem, cleaned of gum), and Bainuomi (White Glutinous Rice) each 3 qian. Decoct in water, remove the daylily stem, and drink the liquid along with the solids once every morning. Alternatively, drinking the liquid alone without the lotus seed and rice is also acceptable. Miscarriage results from sexual excess damaging the Three Yin Meridians of the Foot. Kidney damage leads to insecure essence and qi; Liver damage leads to reckless flow of heat in the blood; Spleen damage causes spontaneous expulsion of the fetal root. Lotus seed clears the fire of the Ministerial Fire and secures true qi; Daylily promotes urination, opens the uterus, and clears stagnant heat from lust; Glutinous rice tonifies Spleen Yin, fills the empty cavities of the Yangming, prevents erratic fetal movement, and naturally calms fetal qi. Using grains and fruits as the basis makes this truly a "King's Way" formula.
Taishan Panshi San (Mount Tai Porphyry Powder): Treats Qi and Blood deficiency in women. Whether obese but lacking substance, thin with blood heat, or having inherent Liver-Spleen deficiency with fatigue and poor appetite, leading to recurrent miscarriage. This formula is mild, nourishing both Spleen-Stomach Qi and Blood. If heat is perceived, increase Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) and reduce Shanren (Amomi Fructus); if Stomach weakness is perceived, increase Shanren and reduce Huangqin. One must also avoid anger, sexual activity, alcohol, vinegar, and pungent-hot foods to ensure no miscarriage. Taidang (Codonopsis Radix), Zhi [missing character], Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), and Chuanxuduan (Dipsaci Radix) each 1 qian, Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba stir-fried with wine) and Shudi (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata) each 8 fen, Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma stir-fried with soil) 2 qian, Zhi Cao (Honey-fried Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) and Shanren (Amomi Fructus) each 5 fen, Nuomi (Glutinous Rice) 3 qian. Decoct in spring water. As soon as pregnancy is suspected, take one dose every three to five days. Safety is assured after four months. The dregs can be poured into ponds for fish to eat due to the glutinous rice. Xu Donggao said: Women who habitually miscarry in the second or third month are called "small miscarriage." This is caused by weak constitution, dual deficiency of Qi and Blood, excessive internal fire, and heat in the blood compartment. Physicians often use hot-tonifying agents like Aiye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata), and Shanren (Amomi Fructus) to calm the fetus, which accelerates miscarriage. They fail to realize that when Qi and Blood are clear and harmonious, without fire scorching, the fetus calms itself. Generally, Qi deficiency fails to hold and secure, while Blood heat causes overflowing and reckless flow; how can miscarriage be prevented? Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma) is said to move Qi and relieve depression, but overuse damages righteous Qi; Shanren (Amomi Fructus) benefits the Spleen, but overuse consumes true Qi. Moreover, their aromatic-dry nature injures both Qi and Blood. Seeking to calm the fetus actually harms it. Only Taishan Panshi San and Qianjin Baoyun Wan are capable of mirroring the wonders of creation, infallible, with extraordinary efficacy.
Qianjin Baoyun Wan (Thousand Gold Pregnancy-Preserving Pill): Treats lower back and back pain in pregnant women, habitual miscarriage; taking this avoids miscarriage. Nong Duzhong (Eucommiae Cortex) 4 liang (sliced, stir-fried with white glutinous rice until fibers break), Chuanxuduan (Dipsaci Radix stir-fried with wine) 2 liang. Grind together into powder. Use 6 liang of Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma) boiled into paste to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 8-9 [missing character]...
Xiaochan Baotai Fang (Miscarriage Prevention Prescription): Duzhong (Eucommiae Cortex) 1 jin, sliced and soaked in salt water for seven days, changing the water daily.
