小儿初生，症类疥癣，先起手足、次遍腹背、缠绵不已。先用姜蚕，不拘多少，去嘴研
末，煎汤浴之，或一日一次，或一日二次，毒出，再用真青黛、黄柏、枯矾、雄黄、百药煎
、硫黄，各等分研末，湿则干搽，干则香油调搽，以愈为度。名换形散。
杏仁去皮尖，炒黑研如酱，搽上即愈。或照癣疮各方治之。
疥有五种∶干疥、虫疥、湿疥、砂疥、脓疥（俗名脓泡疮、又名黄脓泡）是也。由各经
蕴

查痈毒杂治门本方治之。
黄香散∶硫黄、川椒各五钱，共研末，加姜、葱头各五钱，和生猪板油捣融，用布包好
烘热，时时擦之，其效甚速。
又方∶整块川浓朴，以真香油磨浓如酱，加枯矾少许搽之，数日退尽。此脓窠疥疮神方
也。
合掌散∶硫黄一两，铁锈一钱，红砒六分，共研极细如灰面状，葱汁调敷大碗内，（周
围敷匀，勿浓勿薄）以碗复瓦上，取艾放碗下烧熏，熏至药干，敲之如空碗声为度，取药再
研细，每药一钱，可敷数次。临用时，以右手中指粘满香油，再粘药搽入左手心，合掌摩擦
，止有药气，不见药形，然后以两手擦疮。每日早晚两次，三日扫光，再擦三四日即不发矣
。屡试如神，并治阴囊湿痒。
二美散∶吴茱萸、硫黄各等分，研细如面粉，照上合掌散法摩擦，每日二次，愈后再擦
三四日，专治脓疥神效。此方与上合掌散均林屋山人经验方也。
又方∶油胡桃（又名核桃）、红枣肉各一两，水银五分，冰片不拘多少，真小磨麻油、
猪

又方∶田螺煮熟，酒炒食，可除一身疥疮。
又方∶松香三钱，枯矾、五倍子各一钱，以上共研末，加头发三钱，生猪板油五钱，用
青布包好，向灯火上烧之有油，用碗接住候冷；用针挑破疥疮，将脓挤出，用茶洗净，勿沾
生水，候干取油搽抹，不过三日全愈。永不再发。
又方∶硫黄整块，放铜器内烧燃存性，倒在地上，候冷捶碎（忌铁器）加水银、麻油拌
匀
又方∶核桃仁连皮用一两，大枫子仁五钱，水银三钱，共捶极融烂，先用此药一二钱（
不可过多），放在手心中擦匀，将左手心在肚脐眼上顺着摩擦（不可倒擦），擦至手心发热即
止。再用此药一二钱，放右手心中擦匀，在肚脐眼上照前摩擦，擦至肚腹滚热即止。每日一
次，疮上不擦。轻者二日即愈，至重三日断根。有人遍身脓疥，时发时愈，缠延三载，百药
不效，用此三日而愈，从此断根。此治五种疥疮第一神方，一切湿热疮疾皆治，珍之宝之。
愈后，宜食愈疮枣（见后痈毒诸方）以补脾土，或另服健脾之药亦可。如恐水银入腹为害，

杏仁去皮和尖，炒黑后研成酱状，涂抹在患处即可痊愈。或者参照治疗癣疮的其他方剂进行治疗。
疥疮有五种：干疥、虫疥、湿疥、砂疥、脓疥（俗称脓泡疮，又名黄脓泡）。这些是由各经蕴积毒邪所致。参考痈毒杂治门中的本方进行治疗。

又一方：整块川浓朴，用真香油磨成浓稠如酱状，加入少许枯矾涂抹，数日后可完全消退。这是治疗脓窠疥疮的神方。
合掌散：硫黄一两，铁锈一钱，红砒六分，共同研磨至极细如面粉状，用葱汁调匀敷在大碗内（周围敷均匀，不要过厚也不要过薄），将碗倒扣在瓦片上，取艾草放在碗下燃烧熏蒸，熏至药物干燥，敲击时发出空碗的声音为止，取出药物再次研磨细，每药一钱，可敷数次。使用时，用右手中指沾满香油，再蘸取药物涂入左手心，双手合掌摩擦，直到只有药气而看不见药形，然后用双手擦拭患处。早晚各一次，三天即可清除，再擦三四天就不会复发。屡试不爽，并治疗阴囊湿痒。
二美散：吴茱萸、硫黄各等量，研磨细如面粉，按照上述合掌散的方法摩擦，每天两次，痊愈后再擦三四天，专门治疗脓疥，效果显著。此方与上面的合掌散都是林屋山人的经验方。
又一方：油胡桃（又名核桃）、红枣肉各一两，水银五分，冰片不限多少，真小磨麻油、猪板油适量，共同捣烂，涂抹患处。
又一方：松香三钱，枯矾、五倍子各一钱，以上共同研成粉末，加入头发三钱，生猪板油五钱，用青布包好，在灯火上烧出油，用碗接住冷却；用针挑破疥疮，挤出脓液，用茶水洗净，不要沾生水，待干后取油涂抹，不超过三天即可痊愈，永不再发。
又一方：硫黄整块，放入铜器中燃烧保留药性，倒在地上，冷却后捶碎（忌用铁器），加水银、麻油拌匀，涂抹患处。

痊愈后，宜食用愈疮枣（见后痈毒诸方）以补脾土，或另服健脾的药物也可以。如果担心水银入腹为害，病愈后应调理脾胃。
内服方妙。
When infants are first born, their symptoms resemble scabies or tinea. The lesions begin on the hands and feet, then spread to the abdomen and back, lingering without end. First, use Jiang Can (Ginger and Bombyx Batryticatus), in any quantity, remove the mouthparts, grind into powder, decoct in water for bathing. This can be done once or twice a day. Once the pathogenic toxins are expelled, use Zhen Qing Dai (Real Indigo Naturalis), Huang Bo (Phellodendri Cortex), Ku Fan (Alumen Exsiccatum), Xiong Huang (Realgar), Bai Yao Jian (Myrobalan Pill), and Liu Huang (Sulfur), each in equal parts, grind into powder. If the affected area is moist, apply dry powder; if dry, mix with Sesame Oil (Xiang You) and apply. Continue until healed. This formula is named Huan Xing San (Transform Shape Powder).
Apricot Kernels (Xing Ren), peeled of skin and tips, stir-fried until black, ground into a paste, applied to the affected area will heal immediately. Alternatively, treat according to other formulas for tinea.
There are five types of scabies: Dry Scabies, Insect Scabies, Wet Scabies, Sand Scabies, and Pus Scabies (commonly known as Pustular Impetigo, also called Yellow Pustule). These arise from the accumulation of toxic pathogens in the various meridians. Refer to the main formula in the "Treatment of Various Carbuncles and Sores" section for treatment.
Huang Xiang San (Yellow Fragrance Powder): Liu Huang (Sulfur) and Chuan Jiao (Sichuan Pepper), each 5 qian, grind together into powder. Add Ginger and Cong Tou (Scallion Bulb), each 5 qian, and mix with fresh pig subcutaneous fat (Ban You), pounding until melted. Wrap in cloth, heat gently, and rub frequently. The effect is very rapid.
Another Formula: Whole pieces of Chuan Nong Po (Magnolia Officinalis Bark), rubbed with real Sesame Oil until thick like paste, add a small amount of Ku Fan (Alumen Exsiccatum) and apply. It will completely recede in a few days. This is a miraculous formula for treating pustular scabies.
He Zhang San (Clapping Hands Powder): Liu Huang (Sulfur) 1 liang, Tie Xiu (Iron Rust) 1 qian, Hong Pi (Red Arsenic) 6 fen, grind together extremely fine like flour. Mix with Cong Jiang (Green Onion Juice) and spread evenly inside a large bowl (do not make it too thick or too thin). Place the bowl upside down over a tile. Burn Mugwort Ai Ye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium) under the bowl to fumigate until the medicine is dry and sounds hollow when tapped. Take the medicine, grind it finely again. Each 1 qian of medicine can be used for several applications. When using, dip the middle finger of the right hand fully in Sesame Oil, then dip into the medicine and apply to the palm of the left hand. Rub hands together until only the medicinal aroma remains and no visible medicine is seen, then rub the affected areas with both hands. Do this twice daily, morning and evening. The condition will clear in three days. Continue rubbing for another three to four days to prevent recurrence. Tested repeatedly with divine efficacy; also treats damp itching of the scrotum.
Er Mei San (Two Beauties Powder): Wu Zhu Yu (Evodiae Fructus) and Liu Huang (Sulfur) in equal parts, grind fine like flour. Rub according to the method of He Zhang San above, twice daily. After healing, continue rubbing for three to four days. Specifically effective for pus scabies. This formula and the aforementioned He Zhang San are both empirical formulas from Linwu Shanshanren.
Another Formula: You Hu Tao (Walnut Kernel) and Red Date Flesh, each 1 liang, Shui Yin (Mercury) 5 fen, Bing Pian (Borneolum Syntheticum) in any quantity, Zhen Xiao Mo Ma You (True Small-Mill Sesame Oil) and Pig Subcutaneous Fat (Ban You) appropriate amounts. Pound together thoroughly and apply to the affected area.
Another Formula: Cooked Snail Tian Luo (Cipangopaludina Chinensis), stir-fried with wine and eaten, can eliminate scabies all over the body.
Another Formula: Song Xiang (Rosin) 3 qian, Ku Fan (Alumen Exsiccatum) and Wu Bei Zi (Galla Chinensis), each 1 qian. Grind the above into powder, add Hair Fa 3 qian and fresh Pig Subcutaneous Fat Ban You 5 qian. Wrap in green cloth, burn over a lamp flame to extract oil, catch the oil in a bowl and let cool. Prick the scabies pustules with a needle, squeeze out the pus, wash with tea water, avoid contact with raw water. When dry, apply the extracted oil. Complete healing within three days, never recurring.
Another Formula: A whole piece of Liu Huang (Sulfur), placed in a copper vessel, burned until its nature is preserved (carbonized but active), poured onto the ground, cooled, and crushed into fragments (avoid iron vessels). Mix with Shui Yin (Mercury) and Ma You (Sesame Oil), blend evenly, and apply.
Another Formula: Walnut Kernel Lian Pi (with skin) 1 liang, Da Feng Zi Ren (Aleuritidis Fructus Seed) 5 qian, Shui Yin (Mercury) 3 qian. Pound together until extremely smooth and melted. First, take 1-2 qian of this medicine (do not use too much), place in the palm, rub evenly, then rub the left palm clockwise around the umbilicus (do not rub counter-clockwise) until the palm feels hot, then stop. Then take 1-2 qian of this medicine, place in the right palm, rub evenly, and rub around the umbilicus as before until the abdomen feels rolling hot, then stop. Once daily. Do not apply directly to the sores. Mild cases heal in two days; severe cases root out in three days. Someone had widespread pus scabies, recurring intermittently for three years, unresponsive to hundreds of medicines. Using this formula, they healed in three days and were cured permanently. This is the number one miraculous formula for treating the five types of scabies, effective for all damp-heat skin diseases. Treasure it.
After healing, it is advisable to eat Yu Chuang Zao (Wound-Healing Dates, see later formulas for carbuncles and sores) to tonify Spleen Earth, or alternatively take medicines that strengthen the Spleen. If concerned about Mercury entering the stomach causing harm, [adjust diet/medication accordingly]. Internal administration is excellent.
