茜草一两，当归，银花各五钱，穿山甲二片，甘草节、小木通各三钱，黄明胶二条，用
水、酒各一碗煎服，以出汗为度。外再用皂荚三枚去筋核，金银花一握，用醋煎，同捣烂敷
患处，立愈。
又，横 神方∶鸡蛋一个，白蒺藜一合，和好酒煮，蛋熟去悫连酒服，即愈。
又，悬痈初起如松子，渐如莲子，十余日赤肿如桃李，成脓即破，破则难愈，延久成弱
症。初起急用大粉甘草四两，切寸段，用急流水一碗，文武火漫漫蘸水炙透，劈开口心有水
润为度，捶碎。每服一两，用无灰酒二碗煎一碗，温服，次日再服，如未消尽，再服一料，
无不全消者，极有效验。
又，一少年患悬痈，用全蝎二十个洗去盐，瓦上焙研，配胡桃肉二两，共捣匀，用好酒
送下，一顿食完，次日肿痛减去大半，又将前药减半，连服两日，其患若失。盖治病原要审
人体气强弱，毒起迟速而施疗治，不必拘于甘草之方一例而论也。附告同志，留意察之。
治痔漏，马齿苋煎水洗，内服生熟荸荠。
又，苦参、茵陈等分，煎水熏洗，兼治脱肛。
又，凤尾草、赤皮葱、川椒，共捣烂，煎汁熏洗。
又，白矾三分研，用热童便二杯调化，洗痔上，兼治肛门边肿硬痛痒。
又，桃树根，或鱼腥草，或梓桐树皮叶，或 草连根，或莴苣菜，或枳壳皆可，煎汤
熏洗，均极效。
又，蜒蝣捣烂，加冰片少许，搽痔疮上，立时效。
又，内痔落下，用大团鱼头一个，火 为末，或加冰片搽之，痔即缩上。
又，外痔肿痛，用隔年风干橙子，桶内烧烟熏之，以冰片、铜绿、胆矾等分研细，先将
痔用前各煎水洗后，再以药末搽之。
又，苍耳研末，每服一钱，和粥空心饮之。
又方∶桃仁、杏仁各七粒，绿矾一钱，共研末，将烧酒杯许浸之，以鸭翅 扫于患处，
日扫数次，三日即愈。
又方∶冰片二分，青黛三钱，乳香三钱，元明粉一两，作小绢袋数个盛药日坐，患处觉
湿即易再换一个，久而自愈。
又，熊胆五分，冰片二分，研细，井花水调，鸡翎扫痔上，痛即止。

另外，治疗横痃（腹股沟淋巴结炎）的神方：鸡蛋一个，白蒺藜一合，与好酒一起煮，蛋熟后去掉蛋壳，连酒一起服用，即可痊愈。
另外，悬痈（肛周脓肿）初起时像松子大小，逐渐长到莲子大小，十余日后红肿如桃李，化脓后即破溃，破溃后难以愈合，拖延日久会导致身体虚弱。初起时急用大粉甘草四两，切成寸段，用急流水一碗，用文武火慢慢蘸水炙烤至透，劈开中心有水润感为度，然后捶碎。每次服用一两，用无灰酒二碗煎剩一碗，温服，次日再服，如果未完全消退，再服一剂，没有不能完全消退的，极有效验。
另外，有一位少年患悬痈，用全蝎二十个洗去盐分，在瓦上焙干研末，配胡桃肉二两，共同捣匀，用好酒送下，一顿吃完，次日肿痛减去大半，又将前药减半，连续服用两天，病症消失。这是因为治病源要审察人体气力的强弱，毒发迟速而施治，不必拘泥于甘草这一种方子一概而论。附告各位同道，留意观察。
另外，白矾三分研末，用热童便二杯调化，清洗痔疮处，兼治肛门边肿硬痛痒。
另外，桃树根，或鱼腥草，或梓桐树皮叶，或某草（原文缺字，推测为某种草药）连根，或莴苣菜，或枳壳皆可，煎汤熏洗，均极有效。
另外，蜒蝣（一种昆虫）捣烂，加少许冰片，搽在痔疮上，立即见效。
另外，内痔脱出，用大团鱼头一个，火煅成末，或加冰片搽之，痔疮即缩回。
另外，外痔肿痛，用隔年风干的橙子，在桶内烧烟熏之，将冰片、铜绿、胆矾各等分研细，先将痔疮用前述各种煎水洗后，再以药末搽之。
又一方：桃仁、杏仁各七粒，绿矾一钱，共同研末，用烧酒杯许浸泡，用鸭翅蘸取扫于患处，每日扫数次，三日即愈。
又一方：冰片二分，青黛三钱，乳香三钱，元明粉一两，做成小绢袋数个盛药，每日坐于药袋上，患处感觉湿了就换一个新的，久而久之自愈。
Radix Rubiae (Qiancao) 1 liang, Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui) and Flos Lonicerae Japonicae (Yinjinhua) each 5 qian, Squama Manis (Chuanshanjia) 2 slices, Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata (Gancao Jie) and Herba Tetrastigminae (Xiao Mutong) each 3 qian, Colla Flava (Huangming Jiao) 2 strips. Decoct with one bowl of water and one bowl of wine, take orally, stopping when sweating occurs. Externally, use three pods of Gleditsia Sinensis (Zaojia) (remove tendons and pits), a handful of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae (Yinjinhua), decoct with vinegar, pound together into a paste, and apply to the affected area for immediate cure.
Additionally, a divine prescription for bubo (inguinal lymphadenitis): One egg, one he of Spina Gleditsiae (Bai Jili), boiled with good wine. After the egg is cooked, remove the shell and consume with the wine for immediate cure.
Additionally, perianal abscess (Xuanyong) initially resembles a pine nut, gradually growing to the size of a lotus seed. After more than ten days, it becomes red and swollen like a plum or peach. Once pus forms, it ruptures; rupture makes healing difficult, and prolonged duration leads to weakness syndrome. At the initial stage, urgently use four liang of large powder licorice root (Da Fen Gancao), cut into inch-long segments. Decoct in one bowl of fast-flowing water, slowly roasting over mild fire while dipping in water until thoroughly penetrated. Split open; when the center shows moisture, pound into fragments. Take one liang per dose, decoct in two bowls of pure wine until one bowl remains, take warm. Repeat the next day. If not fully resolved, take another dose. All cases resolve completely; extremely effective.
Additionally, a young man suffered from perianal abscess. Use twenty whole scorpions (Quanxie), washed to remove salt, roasted on tiles, and powdered. Mix with two liang of walnut meat, pound uniformly, and swallow with good wine in one sitting. The next day, pain and swelling reduced by half. Reduce the previous dosage by half and continue for two days, resulting in complete recovery. Treating the disease source requires assessing the patient's qi strength and the speed of toxin onset to apply treatment accordingly; one should not rigidly adhere to a single formula such as licorice alone. This is shared with colleagues for their observation.
For hemorrhoidal fistula, wash with decoction of Portulaca Oleracea (Machixian) and consume raw and cooked Water Chestnut (Biqi).
Additionally, equal parts of Sophora Flavescens (Kushen) and Artemisia Capillaris (Yinchen), decoct for fumigation and washing; also treats rectal prolapse.
Additionally, Pteris Multifida (Fengweicao), red-skin green onion, and Zanthoxylum Bungeanum (Chuanjiao), pound together, decoct for fumigation and washing.
Additionally, grind three fen of Alum (Baifan), dissolve in two cups of hot child urine, wash the hemorrhoids; also treats swelling, hardness, pain, and itching around the anus.
Additionally, Peach Tree Root (Taoshugen), or Houttuynia Cordata (Yuxingcao), or Catalpa Speciosa bark and leaves, or [missing character] herb with roots, or Lettuce (Wojuc), or Aurantium Fructus (Zhike) can all be used. Decoct for fumigation and washing; all are extremely effective.
Additionally, pound Eupolyphaga Steleophaga (Yanyou) into a paste, add a small amount of Borneolum Syntheticum (Bingpian), apply to hemorrhoids for immediate effect.
Additionally, for internal prolapsed hemorrhoids, roast one large soft-shelled turtle head to ash/powder, or mix with Borneolum Syntheticum (Bingpian) and apply; the hemorrhoid retracts immediately.
Additionally, for external hemorrhoid pain and swelling, use wind-dried orange peel from the previous year. Burn inside a barrel to smoke-fumigate the area. Grind equal parts of Borneolum Syntheticum (Bingpian), Viridipiscis Atramentum (Tonglu), and Alumen (Danfan) into fine powder. First wash the hemorrhoids with the aforementioned decoctions, then apply the powder.
Additionally, powder Xanthium Sibiricum (Canger), take one qian per dose, mix with porridge and drink on an empty stomach.
Another prescription: Seven kernels of Prunus Persica (Taoren) and seven kernels of Armeniacae Semen Amarum (Xingren), one qian of Green Vitriol (Lvfan). Grind into powder, soak in a cup-sized amount of distilled liquor. Dip a duck wing into the mixture and sweep it onto the affected area several times daily; cured within three days.
Another prescription: Two fen of Borneolum Syntheticum (Bingpian), three qian of Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai), three qian of Resina Frankincense (Ruxiang), one liang of Mirabilite (Yuanmingfen). Place medicine in several small silk bags. Sit on the bags daily; replace with a fresh one when the affected area feels wet. Self-heals over time.
Additionally, five fen of Bear Gallbladder (Xiongdan) and two fen of Borneolum Syntheticum (Bingpian), grind finely. Mix well with spring water, apply to hemorrhoids using a chicken feather; pain stops immediately.
