白醋二两溶化，离火微冷再下轻粉四钱，待成膏盖好，放水中三日拔去气听用，愈陈愈佳。
凡疮口深陷，以新棉花蘸涂此膏塞之。
金素丹（又名黄灵丹）∶治一切痈疽、大毒、发背、对口、腰疽、臂痈腐肉黑蝉、死肌
坚
疼痛稍缓，其腐肉自化自脱，不用刀钳煎割，并无秽气，神效无比。凡牙痛溃烂，齿欲脱落
，用此亦效。生白矾六钱，枯白矾三钱，明雄黄一钱，共研极细，筛过再碾千余下，愈研其
色愈美。装瓷瓶内，临用取出，勿使染尘。凡去腐肉尽可用之。若新长肉上掺之要痛片刻，
一见脓水湿气即不痛矣，如良腐间混，先将金花散掺好肉上，再用金素丹掺腐肉上，自不痛
也。否则其痛难受。
金花散∶治烂腿 疮连年不愈，臭烂不堪，并治一切痈疖疮毒，功能去腐生肌。熟石膏
一斤（研极细），飞净黄丹一两，和匀再筛再研，用真香油调搽，上盖油纸，一日一换，不
可

洞天膏∶治一切红肿热毒痈疖，其效如神。此林屋山人经验方也。以下十七方皆同。
先用壮年头发一斤，菜子油三斤，入锅熬至发枯去渣听用；再用活牛蒡草（又名大力草）

五通丸∶治大痈生于紧要穴道将欲大发之时，服此甚效，如与三黄丸间服更妙。广木香
、五灵脂、麻黄、制乳香、制没药，共为末各等分，用饭捣和为丸如梧子大。每服五钱。另
用川芎、当归、赤芍、连翘、甘草各钱半，煎汤送下。
五宝散∶此生肌药，屡用有效。人指甲五钱，用红枣去核包甲，以长发五钱将枣捆扎，
同象皮薄片五钱，放瓦上，炭火内炙溶成团存性，加麝香七分，上冰片三分，共研细如香灰
，收贮听用。
珍珠散∶治口疮牙根红肿，实火喉痛各症，每用一二分吹入，神效。真硼砂、雄精、川
连、儿茶、人中白、顶上牙色梅花冰片、薄荷、黄柏各一钱，大破珍珠五分，各研极细末如
香灰细（不细，搽之作痛），和匀收入瓷瓶，不可泄气。
神仙枣∶凡生疮毒日久体虚疮极重者，内服外敷大在奇效。红枣二斤，银花、归身各一
两，甘草三钱，僵蚕、白芷、乳香末、五倍子、黄 各五钱，水六碗煎半倒出，再如前煎半
，共煎汤六碗，去药留枣再煎，分作四五日，连枣与汤吃完，全愈。
愈疮枣∶治与神仙枣功同。红枣三斤，猪板油一斤，陈酒三斤，共入砂锅内煮干加水三
斤，煮至半干，时时取食，食完疮愈。若暑天分作数日煮食。
大枣丸∶专治诸疮溃烂久不收口，大有神效。山羊粪晒干，炒成炭存性，磨成细粉，用
大枣去皮核捣如泥，再入前粉捶成丸。每用四钱，黑枣煎汤送服。
山莲散∶治疮毒溃烂不堪，内腑止隔一膜者，撒上立见奇功。大活鲫鱼一条，破腹去肠
杂，以山羊粪塞满鱼腹，放瓦上慢火焙干存性，加麝香一钱，研极细如灰面细，收贮听用。

夏各一钱；不思饮食加白术三钱，陈皮一钱，气虚加党参、生 各五钱；阴疽肉白色淡，无
论冬、夏加陈皮、麻黄各六分，肉桂、炮姜各钱半，断不可妄行加减。排脓加白芷三钱，欲
破加皂刺钱半。
黄 汤∶治搭手、发背、对口、痈疽及一切大小无名肿毒，未成者散，已成者溃，已溃
者易收口。轻者一服，重者两服全愈。此方得自仙授，大有功效。小儿减半，孕妇忌服。生
黄、归身、甘草、白芍、穿山甲各五钱，上部加川芎五钱，中部加杜仲五钱，下部加牛膝
五钱，各药用淡陈酒一茶碗、水一碗、煎至一碗热服，避风盖被暖睡汗出即愈。未出汗时忌
一切冷热汤水，汗出一时后不忌。
托里解毒汤∶治一切红肿痈毒。金银花三钱，当归五钱，生 二钱，花粉、连翘、黄芩
、赤芍各钱半，大黄、牡蛎、生甘草各一钱，枳壳八分，皂刺五分（已破者不用），水煎服。

橘皮竹茹汤∶治一切疮毒已破，胃火上逆，气冲时时呃逆，身热口渴唇焦，此热呃也。
服之最效。橘红、竹茹各二钱，生姜、党参各一钱，黄连八分，柿蒂七个，水煎，空心服。
摩风膏∶治面上或身上风热浮肿，痒如虫行，肌肤干燥，时起白屑，次后极痒，抓破
时流黄水，或破烂见血，痛楚难堪。此膏抹搽十日必愈，屡试如神。此风热作痒第一方也。
麻黄五钙，羌活一两，升麻二钱，白檀香、白芨、防风、归身各一钱、用香油五两、将上药
浸泡五日，慢火熬枯去药，用绸沥尽渣，加黄蜡五钱，再熬数滚，启起冷透火毒听用。
二味拔毒散∶治一切毒虫咬伤，无论肿痛瘙痒，敷之立止，其效神速。雄黄、枯矾，各
等分为末，先用姜汁洗净，用茶调敷。
贝叶膏∶治对口、发背、鱼口一切溃烂痈毒，与腿部白油膏功同，屡试神效。净麻油一
斤，乱发鸡子大一个，将发入油中以文火熬化去渣，再入白蜡二两熔化，用纸浸油内取起，
再浸再起，以油尽为度。纸要张张隔开，放在风前冷透一日，用贴患处，少刻脓粘满纸，日
换十余次，数日脓尽生肌。
芦荟散∶治诸疮毒水淋漓不干，并治坐板疮甚效。芦荟一两，甘草五钱，共研细末，先
用店中做豆腐之水洗净，将药敷上，数日即愈，此西域老僧方也。
生军散∶治一切未破大小火热疮疖，红肿 痛，神效。此葛仙方也。生大黄，好醋磨汁
敷，干则随换。皮色不变者忌用。
矾蜡丸∶此托里消毒、固脏腑、止疼痛妙药。凡一切痈毒溃烂之后，最宜服此。若肠、
肺生痈及遍身生疮，状类蛇头者，更有排脓托里之效。白矾三两（研细末），黄蜡二两，先
将
分三次空心酒送下，忌食鸡三月。
皮金膏∶治扑跌擦损，或鞋底垫伤脚板，或刀伤破烂红肿，光皮潮湿，或疖将愈新肉易
破，或疼痛肿烂，皆效。广东羊皮金纸，以金面贴伤处，三日必愈，听其自落为妙。或用包
银朱乌金纸亦可，其功稍缓。
梅花点舌丹∶治疔疮及红肿痈疖，一切无名热毒初起，并实火牙痛、喉痛、喉蛾、喉风
、口舌诸疮，又治小儿急惊风，俱极效验。若慢惊风及阴疽阴虚口舌牙喉等症，万不可用，

蚕、蝉蜕、白芷、甘草、胎发、大黄、银花、蜈蚣、川乌、草乌、羌活、苍术、细辛、川椒
、秦艽、乳香、没药、骨碎补、首乌、蛇床子、木鳖子、大风子、生南星、生半夏，以上各
五钱，用猪油、麻油、桐油各半斤，将前药浸入油内，如春、夏天浸三日，秋、冬浸七日，
倾铜器属性武火熬至药色焦黑，取起滤渣再熬，加炒黄丹十两，用槐枝不住手搅坳，熬至沿
水成珠，再加白蜡五钱，随即取起用槐枝搅匀，收入瓦罐，浸水中拔去火毒，用时以布摊贴

贝叶膏：治对口、发背、鱼口一切溃烂痈毒，与腿部白油膏功同，屡试神效。净麻油一斤，乱发鸡子大一个，将发入油中以文火熬化去渣，再入白蜡二两熔化，用纸浸油内取起，再浸再起，以油尽为度。纸要张张隔开，放在风前冷透一日，用贴患处，少刻脓粘满纸，日换十余次，数日脓尽生肌。
芦荟散：治诸疮毒水淋漓不干，并治坐板疮甚效。芦荟一两，甘草五钱，共研细末，先用店中做豆腐之水洗净，将药敷上，数日即愈，此西域老僧方也。
生军散：治一切未破大小火热疮疖，红肿……痛，神效。此葛仙方也。生大黄，好醋磨汁敷，干则随换。皮色不变者忌用。
矾蜡丸：此托里消毒、固脏腑、止疼痛妙药。凡一切痈毒溃烂之后，最宜服此。若肠、肺生痈及遍身生疮，状类蛇头者，更有排脓托里之效。白矾三两（研细末），黄蜡二两，先将……分三次空心酒送下，忌食鸡三月。
皮金膏：治扑跌擦损，或鞋底垫伤脚板，或刀伤破烂红肿，光皮潮湿，或疖将愈新肉易破，或疼痛肿烂，皆效。广东羊皮金纸，以金面贴伤处，三日必愈，听其自落为妙。或用包银朱乌金纸亦可，其功稍缓。

Yuhong Gao (Jade Red Ointment): Treats all carbuncles, furuncles, back abscesses, and "duikou" (abscesses at the nape); for major toxins where the flesh has rotted away leaving deep holes exposing membranes and diaphragms, use this to fill the wound cavity. It naturally promotes tissue regeneration, flesh growth, and wound closure. It is indeed a sacred medicine for surgery. Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root) two liang, Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica Root) five qian, Zicao (Arnebia Root/Lithospermum Root) two qian, Gancao (Licorice Root) one liang two qian. Scratching breaks skin, flowing yellow water, or ulceration bleeding, unbearable pain. Smearing this ointment heals in ten days, repeatedly tested as miraculous. This is the first formula for wind-heat itching. Mahuang (Ephedra Herb) five gai, Qianghuo (Notopterygium Root) one liang, Shengma (Cimicifuga Rhizome) two qian, Baitanxiang (White Sandalwood), Baiji (Bletilla Rhizome), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Guishen (Angelica Sinensis Root Body) one qian each. Use five liang of fragrant sesame oil. Soak the above medicines for five days. Slow-boil until withered, remove herbs. Filter dregs through silk. Add five qian of Huangla (Yellow Beeswax). Boil a few more times. Remove, cool thoroughly to eliminate fire toxicity for use.
Erwei Badu San (Two-Ingredient Detoxifying Powder): Treats all poisonous insect bites. Regardless of swelling, pain, or itching, application stops it immediately. Effect is swift and miraculous. Xionghuang (Realgar), Kufan (Calcined Alum) in equal parts, ground into powder. First clean with ginger juice. Mix with tea and apply.
Beiyegao (Banyan Leaf Ointment): Treats "duikou", "fabei", "yukou" (perineal abscess) and all ulcerated carbuncle toxins. Same efficacy as Leg White Oil Ointment. Repeatedly tested as miraculous. One jin of pure sesame oil, one chicken-egg-sized clump of messy hair. Put hair in oil, melt over gentle fire, remove dregs. Add two liang of Baila (White Beeswax) to melt. Dip paper in oil, take out, dip again, repeat until oil is exhausted. Separate sheets of paper. Cool in wind for one day. Apply to affected area. Soon pus sticks to paper. Change over ten times a day. Pus exhausts in a few days, generating muscle.
Lushui San (Aloe Vera Powder): Treats various sore toxins with dripping, non-drying fluid. Also very effective for sit-boils. Aloe Vera one liang, Gancao (Licorice Root) five qian. Grind into fine powder. First clean with tofu-making water from shops. Apply medicine. Heals in a few days. This is a formula from an old monk in the Western Regions.
Shengjun San (Raw General Powder): Treats all unbroken major and minor hot-fire carbuncles and furuncles, redness, swelling... Pain. Miraculous effect. This is a formula by Ge Xian. Raw Dahuang (Rhubarb Root). Grind with good vinegar to extract juice. Apply. Replace when dry. Contraindicated if skin color does not change.
Fanla Wan (Alum and Wax Pill): This is a wonderful medicine for supporting interior, detoxifying, consolidating zang-fu organs, and stopping pain. Most suitable for taking after all carbuncle toxins have ulcerated. If lung or intestinal abscesses occur, or sores all over the body resembling snake heads, it has even more effect in draining pus and supporting interior. Bai Fan (Alum) three liang (ground to fine powder), Huang La (Yellow Beeswax) two liang. First... Divide into three times, take on empty stomach with wine. Avoid eating chicken for three months.
Pijin Gao (Skin Gold Ointment): Treats falls, scrapes, or injuries from shoe soles damaging feet, or knife wounds with ulceration, redness, swelling, shiny moist skin, or healing boils where new flesh is easily broken, or painful swelling and rotting. All are effective. Guangdong Sheepskin Gold Paper. Apply gold side to injury. Heals in three days. Let it fall off naturally. Alternatively, Silver-Cinnabar Black Gold Paper can be used, though efficacy is slightly slower.
Meihua Dianshe Dan (Plum-Blossom Pointing Tongue Pill): Treats ding sores, red/swollen carbuncles/furuncles, all nameless heat-toxins at initial stage, and excess-fire toothache, throat pain, tonsillitis, throat wind, and various mouth/tongue sores. Also treats pediatric acute convulsive wind. All extremely effective. Contraindicated for slow convulsive wind, yin abscesses, yin-deficiency mouth/tongue/tooth/throat conditions. Above each five qian. Use half jin each of Pig Fat Oil, Sesame Oil, Tung Oil. Soak aforementioned medicines in oil. Spring/Summer soak three days. Autumn/Winter soak seven days. Pour into copper vessel. Use vigorous fire to boil until medicine color is scorched black. Remove, filter dregs, boil again. Add ten liang of fried Huangdan (Lead Tetroxide). Stir continuously with locust branch. Boil until beads form along the edge. Add five qian of Baila (White Beeswax). Immediately remove. Stir evenly with locust branch. Store in clay jar. Immerse in water to remove fire toxicity. When using, spread on cloth and apply.
