先将脐眼洗净，纳麝香五厘于脐内，将荞面为圈烘微温安脐上，用药一包铺圈内，以蕲艾绒
作团，每团重一分或六七厘，放药末上，用香火烧燃，若干岁即烧若干团，烧完用荞面作饼
盖圈上，俟药冷缓缓取下。忌茶七日。面圈深寸许，横轻一寸六七分，面饼如圈大。如无荞
面，即麦面亦可，久久行之，不可间断，受益无穷。切忌妇女经手。
阴虚无上妙方∶天一生水，命曰真阴。真阴不能制火，以致心火上炎而克肺金。咳嗽者
，火刑金。吐痰者，肾水虚泛而为痰，如锅中之水，热甚则腾湿也，岂区区草木之功所能济
哉。必须取华池之水，频频吞咽，以静治于无形。然后以汤丸佐之，庶几水升火降，而成地
天交太之象耳。主方在吞津液。华池之水，人身之金液也，敷布五脏，洒陈六腑，然后注之
于肾而为精。肾中阴亏，则真水上泛而为痰，将并华池之水一拥而出，痰愈多而肌愈瘦，病
诚可畏！今处一法∶二六时中，常以舌舐上 ，令华池之水充满口中，乃正体舒气，以意用
力送至丹田，口复一口，数十乃止。此所谓以真水补真阴，同气相求，必然之理也。每见今
之治阴虚，专主六味地黄等味，以为滋阴壮水之法未为不善。而独不知于本源之水，取之点
滴，以自相灌溉，是舍真求假，不得为保生十全之计。此余谆谆为是言也，卫生君子，尚明
听之。
人乳膏∶血虚火旺，消补两难者，服此神效。人乳（男用女胎乳，女用男胎乳）、藕汁、
白蜜、甜酒原汁，各等分同煎，加童便熬至滴水成珠。每日空心服半盏，病深者多服，全愈
若服寒凉药则不效。
来复丹∶治上盛下虚，里寒外热，伏暑泄泻如水，霍乱呕吐不止，六脉隐伏如无，遍体
冷如冰铁，饮汤难受，姜、附热药难投，急服以此丹，立效如神。太阴元精石（取龟背形者
佳，研细水飞净）一两，五灵脂（水澄去沙，晒干）二两，洋硫黄（土黄不效）、硝石各一
