凡落头、对口、发背、腰花、人面等疽及一切阴疽恶毒，如果医治无效，恐系冤孽所侵
。偶忆王渔洋《池北偶谈》内载∶歙人胡半庵，顺治丙午，两膝患人面疮，延医一百三十多
人，濒死者数矣。疮忽人言曰∶汝前生将我害死，今日报汝，医何能为？诣佛告解可耳。胡
即书诵经卷而愈。他书所载，似此甚伙。可见虔心告解，自能立起沉 。报应分明，捷如影
响，急宜恐俱修省，或可延年却病也。
此丹通治落头疽、耳后锐毒、遮腮、骨槽风、阴对口、阴发背、乳岩、恶核、石疽、失
荣、鹤膝风、鱼口、便毒、瘰 、流注、一切阴疽，内不必服药（病重者仍服前阳和汤更妙）
，外不必敷药，惟用此药一丸放手心中紧紧握住，用布带将手指捆拢，不紧不松，免使药丸
移动，捆至六个时辰，将药丸埋入土中（不可使鸡犬误食，食则必死），再换一丸，照前捆

见者宜抄方传布，功德无穷，若借以居奇，必有奇祸。方用∶顶上真麝片一钱（此药真者最
贵，或三四五六分均可），火硝三钱，白矾三钱，净黄丹三钱，胡椒一两，以上共研细末，
用熟蜜和为两丸，病在左放左手，病在右放右手，病在中男左女右，病在腰以下放脚心，仍
分左、右、中为要。孕妇忌用。阴疽多属险症，必须早治方效。或溃烂太甚，或误服凉药，
或患处如隔夜猪肝，神色昏迷，语言不清，饮食少进，已成败症，虽有此丹，亦难见效。若
疮内生疽，查疽毒门疮中生蛆方将蛆治尽，一面用此丹治之。疮内有骨，查本门多骨疽方将
骨治尽，一面用此丹治之。
凡是落头疽、对口疽、发背疽、腰花疽、人面疮等疽病，以及一切阴疽恶毒，如果治疗无效，恐怕是冤孽侵扰所致。偶然想起王渔洋《池北偶谈》中记载：歙县人胡半庵，在顺治丙午年，双膝患上人面疮，请了一百三十多位医生诊治，多次濒临死亡。疮突然像人一样说话说：“你前世将我害死，今天来报复你，医生能有什么办法？只有去拜佛忏悔才能解脱。”胡半庵随即书写并诵读经卷，疮便痊愈了。其他书籍中记载类似的事情非常多。可见虔诚地告解忏悔，自然能立刻治愈重病。报应分明，灵验如影随形，应当急切地恐惧修省，或许可以延年益寿、祛除疾病。
这个仙丹通用治疗落头疽、耳后锐毒、遮腮、骨槽风、阴对口、阴发背、乳岩（乳腺癌）、恶核、石疽、失荣、鹤膝风、鱼口、便毒、瘰疬、流注，以及一切阴疽。内服不必服药（病情重者仍服用前面的阳和汤更好），外敷也不必用药，只需用此药丸一颗放在手掌心中紧紧握住，用布带将手指捆拢，不紧不松，避免药丸移动，捆扎六个时辰后，将药丸埋入土中（不可让鸡犬误食，吃了必死），再换一颗药丸，照之前的方法捆好。
生者和见到的人都应该抄录药方传播，功德无穷，如果借此囤积居奇，必有奇祸。药方组成：顶上真麝香片一钱（这种药真的最贵，或者三四五六分也可以），火硝三钱，白矾三钱，净黄丹三钱，胡椒一两，以上共同研成细末，用熟蜜调和做成两丸。病在左边放左手，病在右边放右手，病在中间男性放左手女性放右手，病在腰部以下放脚心，仍然要分清左、右、中部位。孕妇忌用。阴疽多属于险症，必须早治才有效。或者溃烂太严重，或者误服凉药，或者患处颜色像隔夜的猪肝，神色昏迷，语言不清，饮食减少，已经变成败症，虽然有这个仙丹，也难以见效。如果在疮内生疽，查阅疽毒门中“疮中生蛆”的方子先将蛆虫治尽，一面用这个仙丹治疗。疮内有骨头，查阅本门“多骨疽”的方子先将骨头治尽，一面用这个仙丹治疗。
Any carbuncle such as "Luotou" (carbuncle on the head), "Duikou" (carbuncle at the nape), "Fabei" (carbuncle on the back), "Yaohua" (carbuncle on the waist), and "Renmian Chuang" (human-faced sore), as well as all types of Yin Carbuncles with malignant toxins, if medical treatment is ineffective, may be suspected to be caused by karmic retribution or grievance invasion. I occasionally recall that Wang Yuyang's *Chibei Outan* records: Hu Ban'an, a native of Shexian, suffered from human-faced sores on both knees in the Bingwu year of the Shunzhi reign. Over one hundred and thirty physicians were consulted, and he was near death several times. The sore suddenly spoke like a human, saying, "In your past life, you killed me; today I am repaying you. What can doctors do? You must only go to Buddha to confess and seek absolution." Hu immediately wrote out and chanted sutras, and the sore healed. Many similar accounts are recorded in other books. This shows that sincere confession and repentance can naturally cure severe illnesses immediately. Retribution is clear and swift as an echo; one should urgently fear, cultivate virtue, and reflect, which may prolong life and eliminate disease.
This divine pill treats generally Luotou Carbuncle, sharp toxin behind the ear, Zhesai (swelling covering the cheek), Gucao Feng (bone trough wind/osteomyelitis), Yin Duikou, Yin Fabei, Ruyan (breast cancer), Ehe (malignant nodules), Shiju (stone carbuncle), Shirong (loss of prosperity/cancerous neck mass), Heke Feng (crane knee/tuberculous arthritis of the knee), Yukou (fish mouth/fistula of the groin), Biandu (venereal bubo), Luoli (scrofula), Liuzhu (flowing abscess), and all Yin Carbuncles. Internal medication is not necessary (for severe cases, taking the previous Yanghe Decoction is even better); external application is also unnecessary. Simply place one pill of this medicine in the palm, hold it tightly, and bind the fingers together with a cloth band—not too tight, not too loose—to prevent the pill from moving. Bind for six shichen (12 hours), then bury the pill in the soil (do not let chickens or dogs accidentally eat it, as eating it will cause death). Then replace with another pill and bind again as before.
Those who generate or see this should copy the prescription and spread it; the merit is infinite. If one hoards it for profit, there will be disastrous consequences. Prescription: One qian of top-quality real musk flakes (this genuine drug is most expensive, but 3-6 fen is also acceptable), three qian of saltpeter (Natrii Nitras), three qian of alum (Alumen), three qian of refined yellow litharge (Minii Oxidum Rubrum), and one liang of pepper (Piperis Fructus). Grind all above into fine powder, mix with cooked honey to form two pills. If the disease is on the left, use the left hand; if on the right, use the right hand; if in the middle, men use the left hand and women use the right hand; if below the waist, use the sole of the foot. It is crucial to distinguish left, right, and center. Pregnant women should avoid using this. Yin Carbuncles are mostly critical conditions and must be treated early to be effective. If the ulceration is too severe, or if cold-natured medicines were mistakenly taken, or if the affected area looks like overnight pork liver, accompanied by coma, unclear speech, and poor appetite, it has become a failure syndrome (Bai Zheng). Even with this divine pill, it will be difficult to see effects. If a carbuncle develops within a sore, refer to the "Flies Generating Maggots in Sores" formula in the Carbuncle Toxicity section to first eliminate the maggots, while simultaneously treating with this divine pill. If bone fragments are present in the sore, refer to the "Multiple Bone Carbuncle" formula in this section to first remove the bones, while simultaneously treating with this divine pill.
