治疗香港脚疮，肿痛瘙痒，破溃流出黄水。取龙骨、轻粉各二钱五分，槟榔（切片）一钱半，共同研末，醋调敷患处，自能见效。
治疗阳毒生疔。取干蟾酥、白丁香、硇砂、轻粉各一钱，乳香六分，雄黄、朱砂、麝香各三分，炙焦的蜈蚣一条，金顶砒五分（详见丹药门），共同研磨细末，煮面糊制成梧桐子大小的丸药。先用银针在疔疮顶部刺破，然后插入前文所述的丹药。
治疗疔疮针刺之后，八毒走散引起肿胀。取郁金、白芨、白蔹、白芷、大黄各五钱，绿豆粉、黄柏各三钱，轻粉五分，共同研成粉末，用生蜜调成膏状，厚涂于疔肿周围，以箍束余毒，顶部插入前述丹药。或者填塞拔疔散。
治疗羊毛疔初起。取明雄黄（研末）三钱，用青布包扎，蘸取热烧酒，先擦拭前心，从外圈向内圈揉擦，连续数次自效。
治疗大麻疯总方。取寒水石、硫黄、枯矾、贯众各四两，蛇床子二两，朴硝一两，共同研磨极细，猪油调成膏状。先煎煮荆芥穗、苦参、细辛、地骨皮浓汤熏洗患处，擦干后，每日涂抹三次。
Treats wind abscess (Feng Ju) on the lower legs and shins with ulceration and pain. Take a green bamboo tube of cup-sized diameter, cut to three chi in length and one and a half cun in diameter. Fill the tube with one sheng of black soybeans. Place thin bricks at both ends of the tube to support it. Burn rice bran and dry horse manure as fuel to roast the tube from below. Catch the oil juice flowing out at both ends using porcelain bowls. First, wash the affected area with hot water made from rice washing liquid and salt, wipe dry, then apply the oil with a chicken feather. It will be extremely effective within no more than three applications.
Treats onychia (Jia Ju) of the toes with swelling and ulceration. Take Nao Sha (Nuo Sha, Ammonium Chloride), Ruxiang (Frankincense) each 1 qian; Qingfen (Calomel), Huangdan (Red Lead) each 5 fen; Olive flesh 5 pieces (burned to charcoal but retaining its nature). Grind all together into an extremely fine powder. Wash the area clean first with scallion soup, mix the powder with Sesame Oil (Mahu You) to form a paste for application. Cover with oiled paper and bind with soft cloth.
Treats cold carbuncle (Ling Ding) on the heel with ulceration. Take Zhen Sha (Needle Sand), Huangdan (Red Lead), Qingfen (Calomel), Songxiang (Pine Rosin) each 1 qian; Shexiang (Musk) 1 fen. Grind all together into an extremely fine powder. Wash the area clean first with scallion soup, mix with Sesame Oil (Mahu You) to form a paste for application. Cover with oiled paper and bind with soft silk.
Treats Hongxiangjiao (Chilblains/Tinea Pedis) sores, characterized by swelling, pain, itching, rupture, and discharge of yellow fluid. Take Longgu (Dragon Bone), Qingfen (Calomel) each 2.5 qian; Binglang (Areca Nut, sliced) 1.5 qian. Grind into powder, mix with vinegar for topical application, which will be self-evidently effective.
Treats Yang Du (Yang Toxin) producing ding sores (carbuncles/furuncles). Take Ganchansu (Dried Toad Venom), Baidingxiang (White Droppings of Sparrow), Nao Sha (Nuo Sha, Ammonium Chloride), Qingfen (Calomel) each 1 qian; Ruxiang (Franklicense) 6 fen; Xionghuang (Realgar), Zhusha (Cinnabar), Shexiang (Musk) each 3 fen; Roasted Wugong (Centipede) 1 piece; Jinding Pi (Gold-topped Arsenic) 5 fen (see detailed description in the Alchemy Medicine section). Grind all into fine powder, make pills using wheat flour paste, sized like wheat grains. First, pierce the top of the sore with a silver needle, then insert the aforementioned alchemical pill.
Treats swelling caused by the dispersion of "Eight Poisons" after piercing a ding sore. Yujin (Turmeric Rhizome), Baiji (Bletilla Tuber), Bailian (Ampelopsis Rhizome), Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica), Dahuang (Rhubarb) each 5 qian; Lvdou Fen (Mung Bean Starch), Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark) each 3 qian; Qingfen (Calomel) 5 fen. Grind all into powder, mix with raw honey to form a paste. Apply thickly around the periphery of the ding swelling to confine and restrain residual toxins. Insert the aforementioned pill at the apex. Alternatively, use Babao San (Extract Ding Powder).
Treats early stage Yangmao Ding (Wool Carbuncle). Take Ming Xionghuang (Bright Realgar, ground to powder) 3 qian. Wrap in blue cloth, dip in hot distilled liquor (Shaojiu). First rub the anterior chest, moving from the outer circle inward. Rub continuously until effective.
General formula for Da Ma Feng (Leprosy). Hanshuishi (Calcitum), Liuhuang (Sulfur), Kufan (Burnt Alum), Guanzhong (Cyathula Root) each 4 liang; Shechuangzi (Cnidium Fruit) 2 liang; Puxiao (Mirabilite) 1 liang. Grind all into an extremely fine powder, mix with Pig Fat (Zhuyou) to form a paste. First, decoct Jingjie Sui (Schizonepeta Spike), Kushen (Sophora Root), Xixin (Asarum), Digupi (Phellodendri Cortex or Lycii Cortex - context suggests Phellodendri Cortex usually, but text says Digupi which is Lycii Cortex, likely a typo in source or specific variant, sticking to literal: Lycii Cortex) in strong soup for fumigation and washing. Wipe dry, apply three times daily.
