治干疥燥痒。川椒、轻粉、樟脑、雄黄、枯矾、水银各二钱，同研至水银不见星，大枫
子净肉，另捣如泥，拌匀药末，加柏子仁油一两，如无，或猪油、麻油糊药，以两掌合搓如
圆眼大。先以鼻吸其气入腹，次捻碎、遍搽患处，数次自愈。
治湿疥肿痛。硫黄、桃肉、猪板油各一两，水银一钱，共捣成膏，频涂患处。
治五种疥疮。蛇床子、五倍子、苍术、槟榔、花椒各三钱，樟脑、雄黄、枯矾、硫黄各
钱半
煎溶和
诸疮风湿痒痛癣疥痧痱。苦参、川柏各一两，大枫子肉、木鳖肉、蛇床子、吊扬尘、枯
矾、雄黄、川椒、硫黄、樟脑、轻粉各二钱，共研极细，猪油调膏，烘热涂搽，或布包扎紧
通身擦之。
治类癣不愈。川槿皮四两，大黄、海桐皮各二两，百药煎一两半，巴豆肉一钱半，雄黄
、轻粉各四钱，斑蝥一只。共研极细，先将癣抓破，温水调药，频频搽之，干则再搽，勿入
口中。
羊跟根八钱，枯矾二钱。共研极细，醋调成糊，频频搽入。或搽生盐。
治桃花癣，春月始发者。绿豆粉三两，白菊花、白附子、白芷梢各一两，炒盐五钱，冰
片五分。共研细，水调搽之，良久，洗去再搽。
治疗干疥引起的干燥瘙痒。取川椒、轻粉、樟脑、雄黄、枯矾、水银各二钱，共同研磨直至水银中不见银色星点为止；另取大枫子净肉，单独捣碎成泥状，与药末混合均匀，加入柏子仁油一两（如果没有柏子仁油，可用猪油或麻油调和成药糊），在两手掌心中搓揉成龙眼核大小的丸剂。先让患者用鼻子吸入其气味至腹部，然后将药丸捻碎，均匀涂抹于患处，经过数次涂抹即可自愈。
治疗湿疥引起的肿痛。取硫黄、桃肉、猪板油各一两，水银一钱，共同捣碎制成膏状，频繁涂抹于患处。
治疗五种类型的疥疮。取蛇床子、五倍子、苍术、槟榔、花椒各三钱，樟脑、雄黄、枯矾、硫黄各一钱半，煎煮溶化后混合均匀。
治疗各种疮疡、风湿瘙痒、癣、疥、痧、痱等症。取苦参、川柏各一两，大枫子肉、木鳖肉、蛇床子、吊扬尘、枯矾、雄黄、川椒、硫黄、樟脑、轻粉各二钱，共同研磨至极细粉末，用猪油调制成膏状，加热后涂抹擦患处，或用布包扎紧实，全身擦拭。
治疗类似癣疾久治不愈者。取川槿皮四两，大黄、海桐皮各二两，百药煎一两半，巴豆肉一钱半，雄黄、轻粉各四钱，斑蝥一只。共同研磨至极细粉末，先将癣处抓破，用温水调制药粉，频繁涂抹，干了则再次涂抹，切勿入口。

Treats dry scabies with dryness and itching. Take Sichuan pepper (Chuanjiao), calomel (Qingfen), borneol (Zhangnao), realgar (Xionghuang), calcined alum (Kufan), and mercury (Shuiyin), each 2 qian, grind them together until no silver stars are visible in the mercury. Separately pound the flesh of the large croton seed (Dafengzi) into a paste, mix evenly with the medicinal powder, add 1 liang of biota seed oil (Baiziren You); if unavailable, lard (Zhuyou) or sesame oil (Mayou) can be used to form a paste. Rub between both palms to form pills the size of longan seeds. First, inhale the aroma through the nose into the abdomen. Then, crush the pill and apply it thoroughly to the affected area; it will heal spontaneously after several applications.
Treats wet scabies with swelling and pain. Take sulfur (Liuhuang), peach kernel (Taorou), and pork leaf fat (Zhubanyou), each 1 liang, and mercury (Shuiyin) 1 qian. Pound them together into an ointment and apply frequently to the affected area.
Treats five types of scabies sores. Take Cnidium fruit (Shechuangzi), Chinese gallnut (Wubeizi), atractylodes rhizome (Cangzhu), betel nut (Binglang), and Sichuan pepper (Huajiao), each 3 qian; borneol (Zhangnao), realgar (Xionghuang), calcined alum (Kufan), and sulfur (Liuhuang), each 1.5 qian. Decoct until dissolved and mixed uniformly.
Treats various sores, wind-dampness itching, tinea, scabies, sand rash, and prickly heat. Take Sophora root (Kushen) and Phellodendron bark (Chuanbai), each 1 liang; large croton seed flesh (Dafengzirou), Momordica charantia seed (Mubierou), Cnidium fruit (Shechuangzi), Diyaoyang, calcined alum (Kufan), realgar (Xionghuang), Sichuan pepper (Chuanjiao), sulfur (Liuhuang), borneol (Zhangnao), and calomel (Qingfen), each 2 qian. Grind into an extremely fine powder, mix with pork lard (Zhuyou) to form an ointment, warm it, and apply/scrub onto the affected area, or wrap tightly with cloth for whole-body application.
Treats persistent tinea-like lesions. Take Hibiscus tiliaceus bark (Chuanjinpi) 4 liang, rhubarb (Dahuang) and Peucedani root (Haitongpi), each 2 liang, Myrobalan (Baiyaojian) 1.5 liang, castor bean flesh (Badourou) 1.5 qian, realgar (Xionghuang) and calomel (Qingfen), each 4 qian, and one blister beetle (Banmao). Grind into an extremely fine powder. First, scratch the tinea lesion open, mix the powder with warm water, and apply frequently. Reapply when dry. Do not ingest.
Yanggen root (Yanggen Gen) 8 qian, calcined alum (Kufan) 2 qian. Grind into an extremely fine powder, mix with vinegar to form a paste, and apply frequently to penetrate. Alternatively, apply raw salt.
Treats roseola (Taohuaxuan), which appears at the beginning of spring. Take mung bean powder (Lvdou Fen) 3 liang, white chrysanthemum flower (Bai Juhua), Aconitum carmichaelii lateral root (Baifuzi), and Angelica dahurica root tip (Baizhi Shao), each 1 liang, fried salt 5 qian, and borneol (Bingpian) 0.5 fen. Grind finely, mix with water, apply, wait for a while, wash off, and reapply.
Treats bullous impetigo (Tianpao), erysipelas (Huodan), and all damp-heat ulcerations. Take roasted gypsum (Shu Shigao) and calomel (Qingfen), each 2 liang; Bupleurum fragment (Baipian) and Indigo naturalis (Qingdai), each 5 qian. Grind into an extremely fine powder. Cleanse the area with licorice decoction (Gancao Tang), wipe dry, and apply frequently.
