两种配方：
历经数月（病情）。
紫菀、吴茱萸、石菖蒲、枇杷叶、桔梗、茯苓、皂角、厚朴、生姜、连翘、花椒、巴豆（各等分）。
以上药材研为细末，用炼蜜调和制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用三丸，饭后用米汤送服。（另一配方没有枇杷叶，而是加入柴胡、人参、桂枝、川乌头）
主治酒癖引起的心胸胀满，肌肉沉重，饮食受阻，小便赤黄。这是由于根本虚劳，风冷冻饮食物刺激心脏所致，此病由脾胃中的客痰所导致。
半夏（一升）、生姜（十两）、黄芩、前胡、茯苓（各三两）、当归、茵陈（各一两）、枳实、大戟。
以上十一味药，切碎，用水一斗煮取三升，分三次服用。
治疗脏腑虚弱，内有积滞，脐腹部拘急疼痛，下痢脓血，日夜无度，里急后重，肠鸣腹胀，米谷不化，少气困倦，不思饮食。
信州砒霜（半两）、硝石（半两，与砒霜一起放入瓷罐内研磨，用锻石封口，用炭火烧半天，取出以去火毒）、枯矾、黄丹（各一两半）、朱砂（飞制，一两）、粉霜、腻粉（各半两）、桂府滑石、乳香（各一分）。
以上药材研筛为细末，用蒸饼三两浸泡开，调和制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用五丸，用温粟米饮送服。若未见效，可增加丸数再服。小儿服用一至二丸。
功效：消积化滞。
桂枝（一斤）、干姜、三棱、当归、半夏、丁香皮、乌梅（各四两）、砂仁（一两）、巴豆（半两）。
以上药材研为细末，煮面糊调和制成麻子大小的丸剂。每次服用三至五丸，用橘皮汤送服。
治疗酒癖引起的饮水多、吐涎沫、头痛、背部疲倦、小便赤黄频数。

Treats accumulations and masses in the heart and abdomen of men and women, long-standing *zheng* (masses) and *pi* (lumps), as large as cups or bowls; jaundice, retained food, vomiting upon rising in the morning, distension and fullness in the chest and hypochondrium, rebellious Qi, abdominal distension and fullness, hardness and knotting in the epigastrium, Qi attacking the chest.

*Radix Asteris* (Ziwan), *Fructus Evodiae* (Wuzhuyu), *Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii* (Changpu), *Folium Eriobotryae* (Pipaye), *Radix Platycodi* (Jiegeng), *Poria* (Fuling), *Fructus Gleditsiae Sinensis* (Saojiao), *Cortex Magnolia Officinalis* (Houpo), *Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens* (Shengjiang), *Flos Forsythiae* (Lianqiao), *Fructus Zanthoxyli* (Jiao), *Radix et Rhizoma Imperatoris* (Badou) (equal parts).
Grind the above into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to make pills the size of *Cibotium* seeds. Take three pills per dose, after meals, with rice water. (Another formula omits *Folium Eriobotryae* and adds *Radix Bupleuri* (Chaihu), *Radix Ginseng* (Renshen), *Ramulus Cinnamomi* (Guizhi), and *Radix et Rhizoma Aconiti Lateralis Preparata* (Chuan Wutou)).
Mainly treats *jiu pi* (alcohol-induced mass) causing distension and fullness in the heart and chest, heaviness of muscles, impaired digestion, red and yellow urine. This is due to fundamental deficiency and exhaustion, where wind-cold and frozen drinks/food strike the heart; this condition is caused by guest phlegm in the spleen and stomach.
*Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum* (Banxia) (one sheng), *Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens* (Shengjiang) (ten liang), *Radix Scutellariae* (Huangqin), *Radix Peucedani* (Qianhu), *Poria* (Fuling) (three liang each), *Radix Angelicae Sinensis* (Danggui), *Herba Artemisiae Scopariae* (Yinchen) (one liang each), *Fructus Aurantii Immaturus* (Zhishi), *Radix Euphorbiae Lathyris* (Daji).
The above eleven ingredients are chopped, boiled in ten dou of water until reduced to three sheng, divided into three doses.
Treats weakness of the zang-fu organs with internal stagnation, cramping pain in the umbilical and abdominal regions, dysentery with pus and blood, day and night without limit, tenesmus, borborygmus, abdominal distension, undigested food, shortness of breath, fatigue, and lack of desire to drink.
*Arsenicum Rubrum* (Bishuang from Xinzhou) (half liang), *Natrii Sulfas* (Xiaoshi) (half liang, ground together with arsenic in a porcelain jar, sealed with calcined lime, fired in charcoal fire for half a day, then removed to eliminate fire toxicity), *Alumen Ustun* (Kufan), *Minium* (Huandan) (one and a half liang each), *Cinnabaris* (Zhusha, washed) (one liang), *Hydrargyri Subnitratis Pulvis* (Fenshuang), *Hydrargyri Oxydum Nigrum* (Nifen) (half liang each), *Talcum* (Huashi from Guifu), *Resina Frankincense* (Ruxiang) (one fen each).
Grind and sieve the above into a fine powder. Soak three liang of steamed dough cake in water until dissolved, mix to form pills the size of *Cibotium* seeds. Take five pills per dose with warm millet drink. If ineffective, increase the number of pills and take again. Children take one or two pills.
Action: Resolve accumulation and transform stagnation.

Treats *jiu pi* (alcohol-induced mass) leading to excessive drinking, spitting saliva, headache, back fatigue, red and frequent urination.
